Walmart Supercenter

We bought some basic cleaning products from Walmart to clean up the mess left behind after Fixing the drafty windows that were causing paint to chip and sheetrock to hold moisture. It was done in 30 minutes. The customers were pleased. The line was short. Prices were average. Service was good

This comment is not for the store it is for an associate. Her name is Jada Cavett. She is an associate in fashion. She is a hard worker. She saw me looking around and she stopped doing what she was doing to come ask if I needed help. She helped me find what I was looking for and helped me in another department. She was so kind and respectful. Store managers y'all need to hold on to her . Other store associate can learn from her.

Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry and it’s early in the morning and you need help. You’ll be walking around looking for assistance for 20 minutes. Even after we walked back to the front of the store for assistance, no one came. We saw a random worker and asked for assistance and it still took 5 minutes for the worker to find another worker to finally find someone who could assist. Walmart at this location are slow, nonchalant and not customer service oriented. Only went to walmart because this city has nothing else available. It took 26 minutes to get access to and pay for a usb and apple charging cord. Target would never.

Went in today to specifically buy some body wash because today was the last day to use my coupon for it. Got to the register and the machine said coupon not authorized. (I got this coupon from out of a Walmart holiday gift set end of Christmas time) The young lady called her manager over to see what was going on but no one could figure out why it wasn’t working. The manager who told me her name was Samantha shrugged her shoulders like oh well and kinda dismissed the situation and continued to walk off. I’m like umm okay I have a legit coupon here for an item in my basket and you’re not going to help me or try to honor the coupon ?? I put the soap back and went to ms Samantha and asked her could she override this and her response was no “The higher up’s won’t let her”. Ms. Samantha WAS the manager and was very able to help me in this situation but chose to be nonchalant and told me if I had a problem to speak with ms Beverly which I’m assuming was her boss. I left Walmart and went to Kroger and they honored my coupon with no problem ! I appreciate Kroger for that. Today is my birthday and kindness goes a long way.

Best Walmart ever been to! Super clean, the staff is amazing, especially Miss Sandra! She's a cashier, and when we moved here 4 months ago, she treated us like she has known us forever!! Talk about above and beyond...every timecwe shop(which is once a week) she looks for us, now we get hugs and seeva friend!!

Ordered groceries for pickup. When my son who is in college went to pick them up he checked in and gave the barcode and said just wait there and someone will bring out your items. TWO HOURS of waiting. Nothing happens. He called 32 times sent to voicemail before calling us. I called 2 times...first time just rang and rang and then was hung up on when I asked for a manager. My son went inside and explained and was told to go to the department and basically just reshop the items...... Horrible service

The very worst store that I’ve ever dealt with in Walmart stores being I’m a travel nurse that’s saying a lot this store never gets the orders correct or out for delivery without stuff being missing and destroyed. When you try to call them and talk to them, you get nothing but attitude!!!!. I’ve moved by this Clintonstore since I retired and I get nothing but attitude about my eggs being broke my bread always smashed my potato chips bags literally been smashed open and when I try to talk to anyone about it, I get attitude everybody’s so busy blaming each other. They’re blaming the deliveries drivers and the deliveries drivers blaming the people load the car so on when you call into Walmart corporate same thing 100 excuses but again travel Nurse all over the country and yes, things are out of they run out of stuff I understand that but it for it to happen for a year well actually over a year now straight every single order there’s a problem and no one is dealing with it or trying to fix it

Great place to see people you haven't seen in a very long time why you shop for products or something special for someone.

Today December 26, 2022 My mother went into the Auto part of Wal-Mart to have her battery changed because it was giving her problems. She waited 3 hours for the battery to be changed. Finally they completed the job, called my mother to the counter and told her it would be $145.00. My moms said she has a 4 year warranty on the batrery.They said, No! You do not. She show the receipt showing where she purchased that battery last year. They still did not honor her. They made her extremely upset she started to cry uncontrollably. After about 10 whole minutes of arguing the FACTS, a gentleman came out of nowhere and said " Give that lady that battery and stop upsetting her. She came home got on her knees and thank God for his greatness, because it was only his goodness that made it happen. I her Son , am in Atlanta. She called me today and told me this word for word. After hearing this, I can tell you I was so Angry to the fact I wanted to go to that wal-mart and #@&$#@@#. I can't really tell you how upset I was because nobody wants anybody to F$## with their mother. What is wrong with theses stupid A&$# counter people who don't do a job like it's supposed to be done. SHE ASKED ME NOT TO COMMENT ON IT, JUST FORGET ABOUT IT, BUT NO, I HAVE TO LET IT BE HEARD.THEY TRY TO GET OVER ON OLD PEOPLE. THATS A SAD SITURATION

So can no one answer the phone. I got the wrong items in my order. Mixups happen but the problem is getting some one to answer the phone to fix the issue. It's not easier if you have to make two trips and then wait and wait

This is probably the worst Walmart in the Jackson area. It used to be the one on highway 18, but I'm making that store my main one now. Poor response from workers, declining quality in merchandise, poor choices compared to other Walmart stores or other retailers. Too bad you cannot give a 0.5 rating.

In store no problem, got home realized that I may have been overcharged for an item. Almost 10 dollars so I decided to call to verify. 5 minutes of ringing, finally answered by someone outside of customer service, " please hold I'll transfer you to customer service" 25 minutes in and still holding. Not very good customer service.

Your people at the self-checkout at night are worthless. I was the only one checking out and struggling to open the plastic bags and no help from the check-out person. She sat and watched me try to open them. Worthless 11/20/18. Clinton, Iowa store.

This place is perfectly adequate. It's kept pretty clean and organized. The staff is never smiling, though, which makes me feel bad for them.

Everything is locked up in the electronics department and finding an employee was hard enough, but finding one with a key to open a case was impossible. (Yet they had an excess of employees near the self check out area) So we left and spent our money at a different store. While waiting we saw another frustrated customer that gave up on their purchase as well. I've stopped shopping at Walmart as frequently due to their poor customer care...this visit reminded me why I avoid it.

Somebody used my debit card at this walmart on 9/30/19 in the amount of $66.19, and the same day purchased $51.74 more. Then the next day, 10/1/19, they purchased $100.00, Maybe you should be checking peoples identification cards for card purchases.
