It pains me to write this review but I must. Mike is a great store manager but a majority of the employees there have forgotten what Walmart employees used to be trained to do when it comes to customers. There used to be a "ten foot rule" taught to every employee at Walmart. That if you came within 10 feet of any employee you smiled, spoke and offered assistance. Not anymore at this location.
90% of the employees of this store think you're in their way, they will run into you while shopping for Walmart pick up and not even look back. Most of the stockers will not help you find anything that has been moved within the past week of your last trip to the store, you're bothering them. The worst part of the store outside of the employees who used to be cashiers who now apparently get paid to stand around and talk to one another on the front end and make snide comments about customers has got to be the produce and deli section. There is one employee in the produce section if you ask her anything she will roll her eyes at you and walk off. She has done it multiple times to me never helped once, but I've seen her go and help other people that she apparently knows cause she will then laugh and cut up with them and ignore any other customer she doesnt think is good enough to help. I finally have had enough after today when it took me over 45 minutes to get my glasses reodered because the vision center screwed up my fitting of the $300 pair of glasses I ordered and paid for out of pocket. I had enough time to go to the deli get some thing and get back to work.
The employee working the deli counter, sighed rolled her eyes and made a big production out of having to make a plate with three chicken tenders and scoop of mac and cheese in it. threw it up on the counter walked off. Never spoke, nothing. Anyone knows me I will speak to anyone at anytime and treat everyone with respect. Went to check out and had to listen to all the cashiers up front talking about what people were buying, what they were wearing and all the other things about people spending their hard earned money at their store that pays their salaries and provides employment to them.
This used to be one of the best Walmarts in the area. But the building is needing a major overhaul again from the people working there to the bathrooms to even the front door thats been broken for weeks. Get it together.
I will add Ms. Christy who stocks groceries, Mr. Cory in garden center and Ms. Wanda at the front end go above and beyond to help people. They are the allstars of this Walmart. Without them it wouldnt even be worth going too.
Also please dont do the cut and paste generic response like everyone else's posts. We know you're not reading this Walmart.
