Walmart Supercenter

I like that I can usually find what I need at Walmart and I can buy in bulk. It's a lot cheaper sometimes.. they have a couple things that I get at other places because they do have better deals, but overall Items, walmart usually as the best price

Everyone in the store is Great! However, one request: When using the self check out kiosk, please add a few more second when asking to round up my total for donation purposes. The option disappears too fast! Great way to help others in need!

This Wal-Mart is always so clean, orderly, and things are where there suppose to be. You can always find large amounts of items you’re looking for and don’t have to worry about them being out. Customer service is horrible, they never smile, and never offer a helping hand. One lady that was greeting yesterday looked at me like I had the plague because I smiled at her and said hello.

Luckily its not all self check like the 98 store is. However my cashier was rude. The store shines in some areas and falls flat in others. They do well with decorating and being a community but their employees are sullen. Their produce is great but their deli has out of dates. Their apparel is the best I've seen but their garden center didn't have any employees with three customers waiting. No one says hello or good morning and they look startled when you say it. I had to point out that my cashier rang my item more than once and she looked angry that I pointed it out and kept talking to the cashier at the register behind her instead of talking to me. They have grocery pallets placed in their layaway area by the toilets. All in all, I'm confused why this store is praised so highly.

First time making an online grocery order, almost $300.00. Received message that most of my order was out of stock and they wanted to replace with a more expensive item, which I didn't. My order went from almost $300 to $74.00. I cancelled my order and got my daughter to take me to Walmart to get my groceries. Everything that was out of stock was in stock. What a rip off!! Lying so they didn't have to make my order. This is why I hate Walmart!!

My husband had an issue with his prescription. Kristin was the pharmacy tech that was helping us. She was rude from start to finish! She asked how she could help us we began to speak to her and she started talking to another employee across them room. As I explained the situation she walked away while I was mid sentence. She several times talked to other employees about other situations while she was supposed to be working on our issues. In my opinion she should not be the face greeting customers. Most people picking up meds are already dealing with unfortunate circumstances, but to then also have to deal with an employee that is rude and has an attitude is unacceptable!

This Supercenter had many similarities to mine in Gulfport. Great staff...friendly and engaging...helpful. Great selection of inventory in a huge variety of items. Great experience.

To the cart carrier and other employees that surrounded my wife on the morning of August 12th 2025, thank you for berating my wife when she was trying to find a cart so she could do her shopping. She has major OCD and you all sent her into a major panic attack. Thank you for making it hard for her to go into public by herself.

I got robbed at this walmart by the technology section. When i told the employees they looked at me like I was crazy. Thanks walmart for all the help in retrieving my money.
