Easy to find items. One of the cashiers I see always helps me out. Pick up orders are also helpful.

Love their Toy dept. Security is on point! Which is great due to high theft. I also had some creepy guy following me. And some cleaners saw and helped me. They asked if I needed assistance which I then pretended to ask if they knew where a certain item was. Thank you for saving me 💯

Im a paraplegic in a manual wheelchair and I needed a shoppers assistance and I got a h Randy and he was so professional. He reached above and beyond helping me shop and find the items I needed and he showed me multiple items so I could make an educated purchase. He was Awesome as showed absolute Respect. Im definitely returning to this Walmart. I send all props to my brother Coach Randy for doing a Wonderful job with my assitance🤙👊

This Walmart is awesome. Employees are always so nice and friendly. I was looking for collar shirts and the manager personally took the only ones left off the mannequin for me. I always leave happy when I’m in this store. Good job hiring team!!

I tried calling the manager, my receipt says that's Jeffrey but, no one answers the phone so I pressed the so called option for an operator but the recording just starts over again as if I pressed nothing so I tried the HR "option" but was ignored on that too, big surprise, so I'll write it here, not that anyone cares. This is all after I called the 800 number but that woman speaks at the speed of light and can't even be understood, it's just senseless blathering. I tried the self check out on Sunday but of course it was busy on a weekend so I went to a "cashier" line and she made my trip a complete waste of my time, to her delight, obviously, by the way she smashed my bananas into my bags that I brought so I told her about it and she just deleted that .57 cents, like it was about the money and not about the bananas I went to the store for in the first place, along with my eggs that were also smashed into the bag on top of the bananas, breaking one with several boxes of frozen food after that of course ruined the eggs and bananas but she didn't care at all and then treated me like a pain in her back just for being there as a customer, trying to rush me along when there was no one behind me until nearly the end of the scanning of my items. I quickly grabbed the bread I was buying before she deliberately ruined that too, to teach me the lesson to use the self check out instead. Apparently she thinks she should be paid to stand there doing nothing since customers can use the self check out instead of bothering her. I know walmart is a multi gadzillion dollar company and therefore couldn't care less but, they should appreciate the business they receive, how silly of me to think that I guess. I should know to shop at Kings from now on. Also, to the general merchandise or store manager- it's clear that you will 'never' purchase any affordable mopping supplies, in hopes that the overpriced name brand items that you're overstocked on, will sell out of customer desperation to mop their floors since ALL of the store brand and affordable items are GONE. Just big empty holes on those shelves while the items that are so expensive are fully stocked. It will be a cold day in hell that I pay $50 for a spray mop, or $20 for a box of fancy, expensive pre-moistened cleaning cloths that are disposable...to use on a FLOOR, and then thrown away so I had to go to the dollar store for reusable cloths I can at least toss in the washing machine. Seriously, send back those others to their makers because no one with a brain is purchasing them, take the hint. It's actually a shame that you're too wealthy to have to care but it's the typical attitude.

I went here on a weekend with my family and it was very busy. I did not enjoy that the deodorant and other items were locked up but I understand this is necessary for the current state of the neighborhood. A pretty Latina lady approached me around the beauty area and asked if I needed help finding something, which I did, and she was very polite. A pleasant lady named Natalie also helped me search for something. When I checked out, there was an item that had no price tag on it andnthe cashier Lena went to find another one for me & was very helpful. Despite items being behind locked doors, the staff is available, attentive, polite and helpful. Thank you!

I seem to find the items i need . I like their fruits . I buy my cleaning supplies there and recently I added coffee to my list of items. The price is within a dollar of Costcos price on my brand. Love their bags of avocados. They are small but these guys been holding the price on this item and since I eat one a day , that really helps.

Placed an online order which was then cancelled and no reason was given. Thought maybe it was my card so I order again with a different card. That order was cancelled too and now both my cards have a 10 day hold. I just want to know why they were cancelled.

I like this store because it always has just what I need. Plus the delivery person is great.

The produce department has been a joke for the last two years. I don't know why I continue to buy my produce there, because it's convenient and I don't want to go to three different stores to purchase all my groceries. So, I tried Yet again and obtained the produce that I needed for my contribution to Thanksgiving dinner Only to show up with just a cheesecake. The brussels sprouts were rotten, the acorn squash was molded, the avocados were black inside, and the cauliflower is already turning black as well. I have literally thrown away hundreds of dollars of produce from this Walmart. Do not buy produce from this Walmart... You would think the team Leaders Would get this in check. They have to be losing money because I know they're losing stock oh and if you wanna talk about blueberries...... I have returned them several times hell they're five dollars a bushel. I will never shot Walmart produce again and that's very unfortunate because it was my one stop shop but not anymore Walmart, if you're listening, get on their butts in that department and tell them to step up their game, we the community deserve fresh produce. After all, what are they getting paid for???

I've come here a few times for grocery pickup and they rarely have everything and it no joke takes 15-30 minutes for them to come out. Active drug deals and the craziest people watching but they have unruly carts all over so you're really likely to get hit by one of those, a crackhead, or a bad driver in the lot. I've had so many close calls here it's not worth it at all, despite the convenience. Just say no, and learn from my mistakes. 0/10 would I recommend.

Okay store, but please get to tap to pay. That's insane in 2025 not to have tap to pay as such a large store- it's giving cheap, old, and out of date. Makes things harder than they need to be for what?

I came to this location and there was an overwhelming feeling of negativity here from both the customers and the employees. From the security guards and the anti-shoplifting gate at the front entrance, the screaming and crying children, the hot foods/deli section that was empty in the middle of the day to the cashiers that had that " I dont want to be here " look to them. At other Walmarts I usually hang around and look at different things to see if anything catches my eye but everything here just gave me the feeling of get what I needed and leave.

The lack of customer service is astounding here. I get it, it's Walmart I'm not expecting much, it should be a pretty simple transaction, but somehow it's not. I had an issue with a barcode on some plastic cups at checkout and another cashier and the manager came over and not to come up with any solution, just to stand there. So I ran to take a picture of the barcode myself from where I picked them up from and back because it was holding up the line of people waiting to checkout and I felt bad for taking up their time. Turns out the glasses I got were stocked incorrectly and I ended up paying way more than I should have for some plastic cups but I didn't care I just wanted to leave. Not to mention the manager was rude as hell about the whole thing, which was ridiculous being that I solved the issue that he had no intention of solving. Felt like one of those "how many people does it take to change a lightbulb" moments.

This Walmart location technically gets the job done. But I avoid it as much as possible. Security needs an upgrade & lines are long every time.

They closed the self checkout permanently. So how about staffing the cashier stations with more than ONE person. Management said employees called out sick.....SO PULL FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS!!! One slow cashier had to go find an batteries for a customer and the rest of us were STUCK in line. STEP UP AND DO BETTER ENGLEWOOD WALMART.

My mom bought a 43" Vizio tv online and when she picked it up yesterday the box was damaged and when I opened the box and took out the tv it was also damaged

This place absolutely sucks. More than once I've been in here for all the self check out to be closed, and only three or four registers open. If you can't hire enough people to run the place, then shut the f down. I get in the line even with both self checkouts completely closed. That's 1012 registers off-line only for the cashier to tell me that that line is going to close. It's pathetic and I have no problem leaving $300 worth of groceries and in an aisle do to their incompetence in running an efficient business.

really nice staff would do a really good job to make sure that you get the things that you need. They also have a lot of really good stuff. I came here to buy a blender and they had the exact time I was looking for. They also had a really good selection on toasters as well I bought my brother a really cool Adidas backpack. It was gray and it was just a color and everything that he was looking for. It was a little bit big but besides that it was actually really nice

Please go in person and do not use their delivery service. My food either wasnt delivered to the right place or was and then the driver took the food back with her. Please be warned this is happening more and more now

DVDs I have decided that Walmart is the best place to buy DVDs.Times are changing. DVDs are disappearing. They are overpriced at Best Buy. You can hardly find any at Sam's anymore. Target is an decent place to buy them, but Walmart is the best. They have a regular section and a cheap section. The cheap movies are in large bins. Totally worth diving in for a look.

This store is a disgrace! Came here on President's Day and what a joke! They decided to close the self check out lanes and did not have nearly enough cashiers to operate the store. Lines longer than security check at DIA at Christmas time. If you are going to close 20 self check out lanes, you better have more than 5 cashiers to handle customers! So, not only do you have to bring your own bags the lazy cashiers wont even bag your purchases for you! You have to do it yourself too apparently. Prices are higher at this store than my Target store and they can't even bag your purchases. WTF?. And another thing , they keep rearranging everything in this store to make room for more booze! Everything has changed it's place ever time I go in here lately. No more! Not returning. It sucks !

Worst customer service! Tried to return some items I purchased online. The refund process had an option to return in store. The customer service lady said they weren't able to do it but she can print me a label to ship it in myself. Ok fine. She couldn't get it to work. So spoke to another lady in Spanish and she told me their printer was broken and can't do it. Which is bs cause the first lady would've mentioned something. Avoid this Walmart at all cost.

Employees will straight up ignore you when looking for help. The two larger women at the deli didn't even respond to a friendly hello. I waited for 10mins before they said "what can we get you"

Some of the rudest cashiers and workers I have met. Especially the teenager they had working the self checkout. I had an issue and asked for assistance and she quoted "sucks to suck" now usually I don't like to complain or make fuss especially cause as a pharmacist I get yelled at and complained to all the time for things that are out of my control but attitude is something you do have control off and she lacks common decency all around.

If I could give negative stars I would, I have made a habit of avoiding Walmart because of the fact they never have check out clerks. But once in a while they have areally good deal so I risk it, this time was the last straw! Found my items went to check out and they actually had a few live people to check you out!!! Checked out and they didn't bag my items, so I asked can I have a bag? They said you can buy one but we don't have paper or plastic bags for customers. I then asked well can hou take the security device off the item I bought, she says no you have to go to the service desk for that....so I go there and wait for 10 minutes in line just to have the person tell me no they don't do that, that is done at the exit...I was like your kidding right? I then told them they need train their people how to do their jobs. She replies "whatever". I turn around and the manager is there and I tell him this is the worst store I have ever been to. He replies " then don't shop here"... What a complete sh!thile of a company!!!

How to shop at the "new" Englewood Walmart? Don't. Just don't. Ever. They might have changed items around but there's the same old unavailable, uninformed, non present and unapproachable employees. Higher priced items on lower price sales tickets you will find, so you think you're getting a deal. Watch your selves on that one. What they have done is raise there prices so that you can scan, bag and charge yourself while the 500 year old "cashier " stands behind you breathing down your neck so you don't steal their crap. As if they don't have a bajillion dollar theft prevention system. My advice is that you, go home and try to spit in your own eye. It will be a much more pleasant experience.

Staff very happy and helpful. Found what I needed quickly. Cashiers immediately opened up more when there was a need. Don't see that at a lot of places these days!

Walmart Englewood Pharmacy is so professional and friendly, they can laugh with you and they have excellent customer service. They always have my medication ready and if something is expensive to me, they look for discounts. I thank them every time for good service.

Walmart.com has double charged me 5 times in the month of May alone. They took a charge for a hold amount as well as a bill amount that both reflected on my bank account days apart around the bill date. Then they claimed that they did not see the second charge each time. That was 400$ of additional charges just because their process includes taking a hold amount and then charging a billed amount for groceries bought through the app. Their process is supported by a system with errors that my bank was helpful in disputing. This service is a rip off and they charged 100$ for a membership that i am not comfortable using anymore because of all the erroneous charges!

Errr for one, did I go to the right Walmart?? This Walmart seems "smaller" than the ones I am used to it, be it, it stated as a "SUPERCENTER" in the Walmart website. Even it stated its open 24hours. Do call in advance to verify OR ask the staffs about the 24 hours opening times. Managed to get the items we need. Thankfully this is one of the Walmart that carries the Seabamed Products that we NEED URGENTLY! First visit was after work since Hubs work area is nearby. Second visit was on Sunday July 20th 2014 after Lunch a couple blocks away. Man this Walmart is indeed jam packed with other patrons alike. Duh for one it was a Sunday and the weekend. All in all between "MEH" and "OK" Walmart in my books coz to get those Seabamed Products indeed can be daunting! Then they tend to sell "OVER-DUED" aka EXPIRED products in the "clearance" aisle and even "OVER-CHARGED" for it! *SIGH* & *SAD FACE INDEED* after checking the receipts at home.... There is a King Soopers near to this Walmart a couple of blocks away. Might visit that KS in the future when needed and compare prices with this Walmart. Don't even bother trying delivery from here. Walmart blamed Doordash for the fact my grocery delivery never showed up. Had to spend 30 minutes on customer service (worthless) and then with the store to try and figure out where my delivery was. I was like, hey, how about sending another driver out? Oh yeah.... Still not here, 5 hours later.

Ordered a stove to pick up. Got there 2 days after they said it was ready in the email. They had already sold it! No process to make sure that wouldn't happen! Its frustrating when youre planning around cooking with it. They even offered me a cheaper stove saying look its less expensive. I dont think employees are happy there nor empowered. There was virtually no effort to make it right even though their mistake! I was told they dont stock it so thays the reason. How lack of caring do you get!

One hour to receive my pick up order! Absolutely insane! Mine as well just gone in to shop what's the point of having pick up. You have no problem taking my money to shop but when it comes to simply delivery my groceries it takes an hour!!!!! Do not use store pick up here!

You know I see some of the other reviews... And I don't have a problem with the store... I live downtown and this one is the closest to me the staff has always been friendly... It's always been clean and it's always convenient to get to

This Walmart is very convenient for me, which is the only reason I go here. I can definitely do without the slow checkout lines, regardless of whether you choose self-checkout or the regular registers. It's almost impossible to find someone in the electronics department if you need assistance. The only part of this store that appears to be consistently staffed is the paint department. I have also noticed that every time I come here, there is either a child screaming like a banshee or you have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter the store - usually both. The employees are usually pretty unpleasant as well. Sometimes you will interact with someone who is kind, but more often than not it's as if they hate you for daring to walk into their store. My entire working life has been in customer service, sales, and/or fundraising, so I get that some days you just don't really want to deal with people and everything they do irritates you. However, the key in customer-facing jobs is that you don't show it! That's basically Customer Service 101. I was recently very rudely remonstrated by an employee because I was attempting to exit the store by walking toward the doors marked "Exit" (crazy, right?). I did not like the tone he used with me, or the fact that there was no signage indicating that those doors were apparently not in use at the time. If it's so important that customers shouldn't leave through the exit doors, put up a sign for goodness sake! There were "caution, wet floor" signs, but those usually mean what they say - use caution when walking on this recently mopped floor, not "avoid the doors just beyond these signs like the plague." In all honesty, I will probably keep coming to this Walmart occasionally simply because it is very convenient. If the management bothers to read this review, I hope the takeaway is that they need to focus on customer service at this location.

Do not bother trying to have any larger items delivered. They will not even try to make a delivery. Seriously could not care less about the customer. My delivery photo was taken from inside the vehicle - a photo of a building that was not even mine. So bad, it actually made me laugh!

I was just at the Walmart in Englewood on Englewood Parkway and it was crowded & no tape divided by tape 6 feet apart to keep social distancing while people wait to check out. not monitoring/ controlling the amount of people going (one in one out kinda thing) spoke to Molly the supervisor today she said they are working on getting the store safe for COVID-19. at what point do they think this is going to happen if it hasn't happened yet. I guess their corporate office has no plan in place? Not sure but I'll be contacting them & governor Polis.

What can I say, it's a Walmart. As I moved into a new location in Littleton I still went back to this Walmart in Englewood. Mostly because I was familiar with it. The prices are the same just about every Walmart I've gone to. I did find extremely long lines and it being much easier to go through the self check out. They've never given me much problem if I've needed to return an item. Being able to return something because of dissatisfaction is one of Walmarts greatest qualities.

A man around closing time was being hostile towards my mother and siblings during checkout and during shopping. He was yelling at us for not going in the correct line he wanted us to go to after we said we'd rather stay in the line we were waiting in. He was screaming "NO YOU GET IN THIS LINE WE WANT TO GO HOME!" as we waited for one more behind us. I believe his name is Mark according to the receipt he was wearing a yellow vest please get this man help and some anger management before he hurts someone.

Basic and the same as any other location, but I particularly felt like my eyes got blind from all the bright and uncomfortable lights as I walked in at about 8 p.m. in the evening. I told my best friend that I'm a Whole Foods/Natural Grocers girl, so this was a different setting to me. The lines were fast at the checkout, so I gotta credit them for that. Came here for some toilet paper, and that was about it. The aisles were kind of unorganized, I found random items that didn't belong in those sections, but overall not a hassle this experience was. Would shop here again =)

Today at 450 pm I was walking into the Walmart shopping center and the cart boy was moving carts into the building. He was not in the road when a car passed in front of him. He kept honking his little horn and yelling at the guy for being an idiot. The guy in the truck didn't do anything wrong, he had the right of way. Really rude young man yelling at your guests. He was loud and very vulgar multiple times.

I've made Englewood Walmart my shopping store most staff members are friendly & Tammy in customer service counter returns etc is an outstanding employee as well as Laurie & Irma (mgmt) she completely went out of her way to assist me with a dresser & followed through having I my new dresser assembled at no cost WOW Deli could use friendly helpful employees!! Bakery well let's just say I wouldn't expect much when ordering a cake I picked my cake up & talk about a disappointment I couldn't hardly believe it a two year old could of decorated better I took the cake & through it out I would of never taken that previously ordered cake home to a three yr old So my point being Tammy Laurie & Irma were so overwhelming courteous & helpful that I overlooked the Deli & Bakery's unsatisfactory attitude & professionalism!!

I ordered stuff on Black Friday. They told me it was back ordered. Now they canceled my order because they can't get it in stock. Funny how I can find the items on the website and can order again. But now I have to pay double!!! What kind of scam is that.

This is a late compliment for the Deli and Produce Departments, but better late than never. I was in a bind to serve 20 people dinner in 30 min (I messed up the original catering order with another company). I frantically walked into the Deli Department and found the manager and told her of my situation. She and the head Deli guy took charge and found a solution for me. Then the Produce worker helped me get veggies, fruit and dessert. They then went over the top and walked me to the isles for the condiments and paper products so I could get out of the store quickly. I have never experienced such awesome and personal customer service at a grocery store. All employees in the area were extremely helpful and reduced my stress and anxiety level. Big kudos to this Walmart Deli and Produce!!!

Walmart is dirty gross and I not clean the bedding and sheets and pillows are all over the place and I had a lady in a wheelchair say I can't get through can you help me and it's a slip in hazard

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. they close at midnight. it's ridiculous that the hours are posted incorrectly. additionally, I haven't had great experiences here. the produce selection is okay but I mainly come here because it's the closest location to me.

Ok so this place is bad even for a Walmart. One of their employees literally cut me off to grab a shopping cart before me. Not once but TWICE!! Then the bitch WALKED HER CART INTO ME!! Unacceptable. The place is a mess. The parking lot is a joke and the inside is worse. Smelly and littered and disorganized. As much as we all hate Walmart, this location exemplifies every reason. Stay Away.

I wish there was a 0 stars option. This was my experience at Walmart last night: I needed some discounted paint so I wanted to buy some at Walmart. No one was at the paint booth. A wandering employee walked by several times so my boyfriend asked "do you work in this department?" wandering employee: "no". boyfriend: "well, do you know who does?" employee: "sorry bro. i cant really help you *laughs and walks away*". Next, a very flustered employee seemed to be answering all of the questions that that burn out wasn't answering. She made a call to send someone over to the paint department. No one came. 30 minutes later we asked another employee to call again to send someone to the paint department. After he creepily stared at my chest and said "lets see if we can make another ringy-dingy", he noticed my boyfriend behind me and said "it usually takes awhile for someone to come by" and took off. I know it's a Walmart but COME ON. If I wouldn't have left after an hour of being ignored, surely I would still be waiting. I think it's time for this Walmart to clean up it's act pronto. Oh, and they should hire a paint person.

People have already said it, but I'll say it again-this place is an absolute circus! To start things off, it's not entirely well organized so it's often confusing trying to figure out where you can find the things you need. The staff isn't unfriendly, but they certainly aren't friendly either...you can tell that hate their jobs (can you blame them?) What really blows my mind is the fact that despite it being a big store, they seem to ALWAYS be understaffed in the checkout lines-they'll have 2 lanes open for a massive crowd. They have self checkouts but the last time I went I avoided those, as apparently people who go to this Walmart don't know what a line is and just jump in there...no staffing there. In the end I weigh if it's worth going here to get something I need for cheaper...usually it's not.

Ever wonder where the fat people in Denver hang out? I've never wondered that question, myself...but the answer is apparently: "The Wal-Mart in Englewood". it's just bizarre how many obese people can be spotted at this joint. Maybe it's the Wienerschnitzel located inside? Nesting in the spot that was once Cinderella City (I think the Garden Dept is even where the awesome Cinder Alley was), this Wal-Mart is unusually tough to get in and out of. The parking lot is more than a little cramped, with tight angles and narrow through-streets running amidst it. The area around the store is striving to be one of those "place making" outdoor shopping centers... so having a large retail outlet like Wal-Mart in the middle of it all seems out of place. Since most folks take shopping carts out of Wal-mart, it doesn't fit in with the pedestrian-friendly complex that lies to the immediate west. For the store itself-- well, it's Wal-Mart. Although I've found that they'll be out of the most random item at times. Just remember that it's not a SUPER Wal-mart. I'll often go in to pick something up and think I can swing by the produce or bakery...but those amenities do not exist here, yet. So I guess this is like a Slightly Better than Normal But Not Super Wal-Mart.

Faster service could likely be had at the checkouts and especially the MoneyCenter, were they more on their game about having sufficient staffing but this location has good stock and selection. The people that are around are friendly as a general rule, though they never seem to kick it into high gear when they need to. The deli has good sandwiches, and you can usually find one or two on a good discount if you get there early in the day to see what was left from the previous day. There's also a good selection of cheese and meat, and, of course, everything else a regular Walmart department store would have. All in all, it's convenient and I mostly just come in for the deli while cashing my paycheck. Never quite as quick of a visit as I'd like, though. For instance, I composed this entire review while waiting at the front of the MoneyCenter line.

Okay so I have to admit the people who come into this WalMart are a bit on the strange side, but that's something I can deal with to save a couple bucks. I wouldn't normally write a review on such a large department store that I feel doesn't treat their employees fair BUT today I went into check out wet vacs and thy had a great selection. But what I was most impressed about was how very nice and helpful everyone was. I think I had about 3 workers ask me how I was doing and if I need help finding anything...which I did so it worked out great. The only negative thing I can say about this WalMart is the shoe organizer selection was sub par, the parking sucks on the weekends and yes the customers are a bit strange. And by the way I did by a bissell quick steamer for 78 bucks and it works great!

This WalMart has all of the typical things that make shopping at WalMart annoying. Lots of people. Lots of lines. Self checkouts that don't work all that well. But somehow through all of this it was one of the least hateful WalMarts that I have been to. And I DID find what I was looking for! This store is where the old Cinderella City Mall used to be.

Beware the vision center here. Get an exam here but DO NOT get lenses. They screwed 2 pairs of glasses up on me and kept saying i needed to adjust to them. Trust me. Ive adjusted to new scripts before. This was NOT something i could adjust to. They were terribly off. Wouldn't re lens them without a new script because "they're just gonna do the same thing". So i took them to another place to get lenses. Finally found someone who knows what theyre doing. Had to spend twice what i planned to (because they wouldn't fix my problem) but no more headaches and nausea. Again, great exam and doctor...terrible customer service from the frame clerks. They dont care about your health. And they dont listen to the person who actually sees them for what they are...Worthless.

Jose in customer service is great! I was having a bad day and left a bag behind at check out. He helped me get my items and not lose money. I appreciate y'all trying to help after I thought I'd lose my mind when I left that bag.
