Today, at about 2:20pm, the older lady who checks receipts at the exit let another lady in front of me walk right out with her bag without checking her receipt, then asked to see mine. I told her straight up that you didn't check her receipt, then she tried to say that the lady in front of me didn't have a bag, which she clearly did and pointed it out. She let me go.
Walmart if you're going to ask your staff to check people's receipts, then check everyone's receipt, not just some people. And discipline your staff if they don't. I never play the race card, but the lady who I had this encounter with was white and I am not white. Not saying this was a factor but just wanted to point that out.
It's shame because we live in the area and shop at this Walmart often, so we expect better.
