Walmart Supercenter

Pickup at this location is next to impossible. People park in the pick up spots while they are shopping inside of the store leaving us driving around the parking lot until one of them move. I’ve notified security that drives around the parking lot and they said there’s nothing they can do. Makes me wonder what their job is when there’s police officers inside of the store. I’ve also called in and spoke to a manager whose only goal was to get me off the phone. Also this is the second time I’ve picked up groceries and my produce is not in produce bags just thrown in a plastic bag with other items like butter and cheese. There’s no explanation for this other than pure laziness.

Relatively clean for a Walmart. No merchandise clogging aisles! Not overly crowded! We felt safe. My biggest complaint is two employees who were chatting, taking up a lot of space in front of the registers, instead of working.

You will wait 1 hour for your pick up order, you will call multiple times and go in and it still won't be ready. These employees do not care about their job, clearly there for a check. At this point let the robots take over. Walmart, I'm good. Never again.

I have been buying great value broccoli steamers for quite some time. But within this last year, every single bag, I purchased pops open around 3 minutes. I would not suggest buying this product. Great value needs to up their quality control for the sealing process. I will not be buying this product anymore!

I would like to give a big shout out to Carl, the manager of Walmart in Fridley. He helped us so much this year with our Christmas party for Urban Youth Conservation. We wouldn’t know what we could do without him. Thank you so much.

The best store. It's the back bone of the community. I wish if you reopen the Brooklyn Center Walmart store. Pardon should be granted to that particular community. Think about disables of that community, who missed years ago that store. Thank you for Spring Lake, MN Walmart! It's the best store!

There is nothing I looked for in the correct spot. Staff was very nice but also rung something up cash the was for food share. I paid $13 for a light bulb that was in the $5 spot. And they are becoming over priced I would rather shop for clothing at Marshalls or another discount store.i tried Walmart again today and still everything was in wrong place they try to charge me cash for food as cash I tried to show the manager that I had a receipt from my last visit for the same product that was charged as food share and he said why you trying to show me I said it is the same product and it is food share approved. He said he did not want to see it and I also purchased a shaker bottle for protein and it was also in the wrong spot.... So instead of $6 they tried to charge me 16 so I had to go show the manager and he scanned it was in the wrong spot .. No he made it seem as if it was my fault. My cashier was amazing.. manager rude and should not work in customer service. So I will not recommend anyone to shop at this Walmart. The worst one yet I have visited.

I used to give this Walmart location 5 stars until the pick up order parking lot became a joke. The store itself is clean and the shelves are stocked. What is really frustrating is watching people park in the pickup parking spots and watching the person walk in and do their daily shopping then come out with a grocery cart of items, load them up, then leave. This Walmart shouldn't have a pick up. It's a complete joke and waste of time.

Giving 5 stars, not sure what all the review bombs are for and why. I am not a regular Wal-mart shopper but I wanted to stop here to check out what supplies they had for my chickens as I had one who wasn't feeling well. Turns out they don't have much for farm supplies in store but they did have a bag of mealworms in their wild bird section for $8 which is amazing, I'll continue to shop here for those! I also grabbed some baby aspirin to have on hand for my flock if needed and was able to find their vegan meat frozen section after some looking. I stocked up on some favorites since their prices were so good. I'll definitely be back! I did self checkout and the greeter was kind when I left. Easy to find most items and this location wasn't crazy busy like others I've been to, easy to find parking and get in and out.

Worse pickup experience ever!!! Showed up on time. Tried reaching the store on posted number on designated parking space. No answer after 25 minutes of calling! Went in store to customer service and no one there! Asked an employee in produce how do I reach a manager to pickup my order. Kid says, "no managers working today", and walks way. Total of almost an hour there and I still can't get my order. Total order was $367. And it included 64 items. So when I get home I call the 800 number and ask that my funds be released back to my account so I can shop somewhere that actually might give a crap about their customers. And they tell me it will take 5-10 business days to be refunded! A refund for merchandise I never received! I will never again give Walmart my business. I don't care if I pay more somewhere else! Screw the Walton family and their horrible business practices.

I am so irritated with Walmart because they should be checking returned items to make sure they have not been used and then all the parts are included. I just got home with a Hoppe's 9 gun cleaning kit. this thing was $40 and as soon as I opened it, the little white cleaning rigs fell out completely dirty. The rags were used and thrown back in the case so this led me to believe that one of the barrel brushes was also used and yes, I was correct. all kinds of little fabrics up in the copper brush. Open up the pad and it's completely dirty. None of the oils for the kit or cleaning solution are even in the case. It was the only one left on the shelf and it does have an extra big label on it so maybe that's a return sticker? It must be because this case is used. The problem with this is the whole metropolitan area has been getting worse with crime and how do I know this kit wasn't used for some crime gun? Walmart should have looked at this when it was returned, and they should've never put it back on the shelf!!!! no I'm stuck with this crap and I better be able to return it tomorrow and I am one of them people that hate doing returns, but this ticks me off. Sloppy Work operating like a slum hole.

I don't know how this location even operates the way it does.. I don't know if it's just walmart not wanting to pay to have cashiers or if it's just poor management but I've been in this store several times and it tends to get busy and they will have all the self checkouts open and maybe 1 or two cashiers. Absolutely ridiculous .. who has time to stand in line for an hour. Do better walmart..

Walmart I'm one of your regular customers, I get all my pharmaceuticals, a long with several hundred dollars in groceries every month. I have been a loyal customer. Today I spent $300 in groceries and went to the ATM, I had to pay three dollars to get out 100. Well instead of giving me five 20's It gave me 100 Dollar bill. So I went to your money center to get change for my hundred that I just got out of your ATM. They said no we don't give a change at the money center. So I asked for a manager, She said we don't give change. Now I know she has a key for the register and she could just open it and change five 20's for the hundred, but no she can't do that. She said I have to buy something well I already did buy some thing I spent $300 on groceries just now I had 2 full carts . She got an attitude and told me to go talk to the policeman so I went and talked to the policeman he said there's nothing he could do. I'm a handicapped person and I had two helpers there with me and everybody thought it was very poor customer service so I don't think I'm gonna go to Walmart anymore I'm gonna get my groceries and my pharmaceuticals somewhere else.

I am soo disappointed in this Walmart. I am not one to make reviews but it hurts my heart to say I won't be going back to this Walmart. After waiting countless hours for them to fix a purchase for me while using a gift card it only ended with them telling me I have to wait 24 hours for the money they charged to return to my gift card, without receiving any of my things I reluctantly left not knowing if that money that was used will ever show up on my card. The manager Tammy was not reassuring at all and did NOTHING to correct her employee wrongs. Not only that but upon asking the associates for help finding my toddler a water bottle I was dismissed multiple times and told to look in the wrong direction when I was telling them it was CLEARLY not there! What a joke!

0 start will be better . Don't waste your time three cashiers and after 20 the cashier decide to go to the restroom . don't go to this store in Friedley

Their security guards at Walmart are always harassing people although most people don't notice that. This is very disrespectful. It seems to me kind of ( racist ) But other than that, it is a very good store for shopping.

Can't even answer the phone to ask a simple question i've called five separate times and all five times I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone very sad !!!!

I don't usually shop at Wal-Mart but when I do, I only get their stuff on clearance. If I could rate this place a zero i definitely would. Worst experience ever! I went to Walmart today and saw that their baby crib was on clearance. I asked one of the workers if they can help me carry it to the register and to my car because I wanted to purchase it. The guy looked super young and said to me that I can just put it in my small regular shopping cart and left to attend to something else (or so it seems). So I looked around for another worker who can possibly get me something I can put this huge box full of wood in. The guy was helpful enough to get a rolling cart from the back to help put the box on. Then the young employee came back (the one from before) and asked if we needed help and left to get another rolling cart. Clearly you can see we were getting assistance from someone else. He then asked if we needed help getting it to front. He proceeded to roll the cart to the register for me. He help scanned the item for me and left. I would assume this employee would help me get this 60 lb box into my car for me. Instead he left after scanning my item for me. I then asked one of the cashier if they could possibly have someone help me load this 60 lb box into my car. They looked at each other and had someone else help me. The person left to get "a bigger cart" and never came back. I was left at the register for 10 minutes until a fellow shopper was nice enough to ask if I needed help loading it into my car. Wal-Mart, you need better customer service! Train your employees to be better!

I have used Walmart grocery delivery service for the past year. About six months ago the store fulfilling the order was switched to the Fridley Walmart. Ever since then, the deliveries have been screwed up, especially in the last month. The last two orders I had to chase down. Two orders ago the system said the order was delivered, when the driver never even pick the groceries up from the store. I had to spend an hour on the phone trying to get them to provide another driver. This order the tracking information says the driver was at my door, and when I clicked on the map it showed him at the store. The store is 3 miles away. The driver showed up 40 minutes later, way past the delivery window. I called the store, and they just put me on hold forever. Unacceptable

I went to the Walmart today in Fridley at 6pm I wanted a simple refund on a Onn tablet I bought. It worked but couldn't connect to my wifi at home. The lady at customer service tried to give me an attitude and raising her voice I simply told her do you have any manners? I told her to stop raising her voice at me. My dog at home acts better than you. I understand your job is stressful but in this COVID-19 pandemic but it doesnt mean you have to be pissy with customers. The customer service manager wasn't any help she wasn't doing her job and was talking to her coworkers ignoring customers. The tablet wasn't out of warranty I bought it two days ago I walked out not satisfied a horrible experience.

I waited outside for 20 minutes for my pickup order to be brought out to my vehicle. There were no other vehicles in the reserved spots. I even use the online app and put in my parking spot and still had to call them. They acted surprised that I was here. What is the check-in feature on the app for if I still have to call to get my groceries brought out to me?

12/11/16 around 6-7pm.. Found a metal detector. Asked a worker for help, 30 mins later guy never return. Saw him just sitting at cashier like nothing happen, asked another worker, again the guy just took off and never return. FINALLY, saw a worker at the electronic and he helped. THREE TIMES!! Over an hour of waiting! What a POS store.. Won't be going there anymore!!

I shop here because it's convenient and affordable...it's very busy and the employees do their best to keep up. I have more problems with the other customers than I do with any of the staff members. Sadly it's turned into a very ghetto place, and now just walking in puts me in a horrible mood. The last time I went here an employee asked my boyfriend for a cigarette, it was very unprofessional. Lately I have been trying to avoid Walmart by going to one of the other grocery/ department stores nearby. I would rather spend more money to have a better shopping experience.

I bought Blue Coral wash & Wax 100 ounces today at Walmart in Fridley. Big sign says: $3.88 ROLLBACK $2.88. I think good deal. I buy it and it rings up $3.88. I wait in line at customer service today 8/30/2020 around 3 PM for price correction. Customer service rep, I am sure Walmart knows who it is (only 1 working) refuses to adjust price to the sale price of $2.88. Really? Insists there is a "smaller" size for $2.88. Insists there is a upc number on the shelf to verify one that is $2.88. Insists I have to return it or pay $3.88! So I return it. I walk all the way back to the far back corner of the store and carrying my other purchases and: The sign still says $2.88. There are no other sizes than the 100 ounce size. There is no upc numbers on the shelves anywhere. So I asked Tommy in that department to verify the sign, the product and the price. He says the employees "made a mistake" but will gladly honor the advertised price. So I go wait in line to buy it again. The cashier believes me and recommends I take a picture of sale prices. I was not carrying a camera. How to spend an extra 30 minutes at Walmart and buy 1 product with 3 receipts.

Had the rudest cashier she must have been in her 70s. First I was trying to get a divider from her and she grabbed it from me and slammed a different on the conveyer. Then she got mad at me because my card was not working right in their dumb machine. just completely RUDE and NASTY! I am calling her boss today!

do not buy anything from Walmart. Even if it is a exclusive brand item their warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. I bought a jumper box air compressor it crapped out on the third tire I put it on. I took it back and wanted to exchange it for one that worked. The dolt told me too bad so sad. I have to send it to the manufacturer. It says Walmart on the box. I will never shop at Walmart again. Poor quality products, poorer service. Bad value. I bought a replacement on Amazon for 10 bucks less and a real warranty. Close the store, I am done.

Pretty nice as far as Walmarts go. Super Walmart has a grocery store and Subway inside. Remodeled in 2012.

The service center staff are very rude at times. I attempted to refund a money order I had purchased and instead of informing me that I would need to contact money gram she acted like I stole it and then just said I can't cash it. I then went to another Walmart center and the kind woman informed me of the money gram policy. She even said the north town location is ran by brain dead people. I will never frequent that location again.

Very good clean store. The service they provide is very good and at the service counter they went above and beyond to help me with my return. Greeters always seem very happy to see me when I come in the store. The only down part right now is the construction has made the store a little disorganized inside for the time being and the parking a little limited.

When are you going to enforce no parking in the fire lane in front of store. Unbelievable how this problem keeps getting worse. At least I don't see and trucks unloading merchandise after my last review.
