The Walmart store at 7207 North M1 Highway is a nice clean store with friendly helpful employees. I am usually able to find the things I need there. The grocery store part carries lots of products that I like, and the other departments have a good variety of. products also. The pharmacy staff is patient with your questions and helpful even when they have a line.

If I could give this ZERO out of FIVE, I WOULD. I'm over the fact of seeing items improperly placed instead on shelves instead of where they should be. I'm tired of walking down aisles and seeing employees on what seems to be personal phone calls with air pods/headphones in. It's called a JOB, not personal phone call conversation time. Where's the professionalism?

5+ stars for Max and the amazing team in the Tire Center! Live in NKC, but work at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park. Discovered needed 4 new tires ASAP due to incoming winter storm to ensure I can make it in to care for patients. They found the tires I needed and got me in and taken care of. Fast, friendly service - cannot thank them enough! PS Even covered my back seat with plastic to haul my extra tire! Will definitely be back! 😍😍😍

I'm quite impressed with the grocery pick up service. Initially the workers were a bit rude etc. But for several months now, the workers are very polite and say "ma'am and sir" and are pleasant overall. It's a great service and now even better with the pleasant staff.

Employees are rude and condescending. Seriously, I'm not the one that works at Walmart, you don't need to treat me like I'm lesser of a person than you. Store is not that clean and it's so disorganized, trying to find a specific item is a joke. I'm sure not everyone at this store is rude but definitely the ones I have ever dealt with are. Really need to rethink their management/ manager at this location.

Ordered online for pickup 12-26 @ 7-8. The order was not ready until the next day. When I went to pick it up about 30 people were there for there's. After waiting 30 min I called and let them know I had already waited almost 24hrs and I was not waiting behind people that was picking up for 12-27 date. It's extremely terrible at this location for pick up. What is the point when a person can go in and do thr shopping themselves in less time?

I was here last week on a Friday afternoon to wait in my pick up grocery order. Unfortunately, I had to wait close to 90 minutes for it. I get it can be busy or not enough workers but I should t have to wait that long. On the bright side the employee was super chill and all my food was stored in my car correctly without damaging anything!

The personal shoppers are so rude, I had one push her cart right in front of where I trying to shop, I made her move. I had another one hit my cart due talking on her personal phone, (which you see a lot of), trying to read her order, and push the cart. Some of the isles can only accommodate one cart now and as I was checking I noticed the meat was leaking all over my food. I asked for paper towel and was completely ignored. Once the ppl in front left I had to asked for the third time, they were handed to me with heaviest sigh. No offer to get me a new meat or paper that was cover in blood, I threw put 4 rolls. I was pissed about my whole experience I couldn't ask for a manager I was afraid if u stayed one more minute I was going to get very loud. Never again, I will pay the extra to be treated with respect at Price Chopper. Grand re-opening doesn't mean grand new employees.

I have degenerative disc disease. I accidentally ran into one of the racks with an electric cart as they're remodeling. An associate got very rude and said, "Ruining the fixtures. Thanks a lot." I shop there because the store is nice and there are always carts available. I am a Customer Service Representative and would not EVER treat my customers like that! She was beyond rude.

Beware! Placed an online order at 10 am for 9 pm pick up. Order not ready and items not available. When you arrive and call the number people barely speak English. What a company from hell. Buy elsewhere.

I asked him to rotation on my tires I watched from a far they did not rotate my tires. They just put it up on the lift and then put it back down. I also got my oil changed and it was low when I checked it a week later these guys are scam artist don't take your car here.

Zero stars!! They never answer there phones. I tried all the departments and no one answered. I just called corporate because this is not the first time this has happened. An employee in that store could've answered the phone. I called the liberty walmart and they answered on the first and only call I made to them. Gladstone walmart needs to get there act together.

Hell on earth. I forget or am occasionally forced in for something. The organization of the store seems random. A maze designed to trap you forever. I can never find anything I'm looking for. No matter where you go, you're surrounded by the sounds of children screaming or wailing. Half the items have no pricing anywhere on or near them. There are never enough cashiers and mostly the self-service lanes are broken. There was also only on person, a new person, working the entire deli section, which was not nearly enough. Now I'm safe from going in for another few years, or hopefully, forever.

This Walmart location is a very busy one. The overall store is well kept and clean, the shelfs are somewhat empty in the food sections as is always full. The electronics department is one of the cleanest ones i have seen in any Walmart and is organized :)) employees do try to help if you have a question or need to find an item. At the check out they have self check out which in my experience is 10 times better since no human interaction is ever required and you are in and out quick. They do have regular registers with cashiers and the lines are small to mid size. Overall is a quiet nice store in Gladstone.

This Walmart is wrong than most Walmart. You have employees who treat everyone as a suspected shoplifter because you are buying items they can't afford and while they are busy watching you, shoplifters brazenly walk out knowing employees can't do them nothing. One manager resigned and I don't blame him, now all they have is manager Chris who canceled a veterans order 2 days after it was awaiting pickup claiming a "pricing error". Walmart fixed this by immediately shipping the order for free to the Veteran Charity that Chris stole from. You have a guy with bushy side burns who will watch you check out and act like he's security or something then grab your receipt saying "I need to check that".... then you're asked for the receipt at the door again! This almost lead to Side Burns getting a work related injury due to invading personal space and having people look at me like I was doing something wrong. The bearded guy in electronics steals by letting his friends buy clearance items and telling you they don't have any, even when you are looking at the item behind him while being so overly fake, acting like he's polite. The old lady in automotive with white hair said they don't have tires based on the price, even though quantity showed 8 in store available and the store just done their inventory. I had to drive 45 mins to a good Walmart to buy the tires for the same price, which amazingly they showed 8 and had 8. On a positive note- Mr John the nighttime door greater is about the best Walmart employee ever and should be employee of the year, maybe even CEO of VP OF Customer Relations. Send that guy on a vacation or something because he's the only reason many people choose to shop here at night!

Called at 520 on my way there from work asking how long of a wait it would be for an crew pit oil change. Guy said get you right in and right out. Wham bam thank you ma'am. PERF. Be there in 5 minutes. Got there, told him car info. Employee said it would be 45-1h, IF. NOT. LESS. Ugh. That's not in and out but whatever, I'll walk the store while I wait. After an hour I went back and car had JUST been pulled into bay. Sat for 10 minutes. I'm sure I looked impatient cause employer asked if I want to know how much longer. YES. PLEASE. THANK YOU. Come back to waiting area and spits out- at least another 25 minutes ma'am. I would of had my husband do it and sipped wine while I enjoyed the view. BUT NOPE. If you need me, I'm STILL at Walmart waiting on a 20 minute oil change.

This is for the auto center. Firstly the women that run the front desk are GREAT (especially Kaela). But I bought four new tires for my conversion van. After they brought the van into the bay it took them an hour to tell me they don't have the equipment to lift my van. For fun I went to another Walmart and they did it with no problem and laughed "they can lift it they just didn't want to. That store is notoriously lazy". Also so many people came in to change their and they would say yea to some people and no to others but the bays were empty and workers just standing around.

the shittiest service i've ever received. i am normally the type to be very patient, and understanding to customer service associates, but these sad examples of customer service deserve this. i was cut off in mid speech by both employees followed with the rudest look and tone from the both of them. all i asked was to do an exchange or refund the item, and they could've simply explained that they closed the system for that. this is the very first negative review i have ever written, and i feel this is well deserved. two overweight old farts that hate their life, and then project it onto another person should not be "customer service associates".

I looked online to buy a couple of TVs at the Gladstone Walmart. I found what I wanted there and instead of arranging a pickup time I went to the store personally. I didn't see any on the shelf. I asked an employee what I wanted. I was told that I can just get them from the shelf. I informed them that there wasn't any on the shelf and asked them to go in back to get them for me. I was informed that if the product is not on the shelf they more than likely don't have any available. The Internet informed me that they were available at the Gladstone Walmart. I was informed that more than likely they have been stolen from the store an that is why there is none available. I replied that I thought that security checked better what was going out the front door. The response was, "well some one walked out with a 72 inch screen TV the other day." If Walmart cannot control items leaving the store and hire enough security for their inventory they just as well close the store. It's pretty pathetic it's easier to steal a TV at the Gladstone Walmart than it is to purchase one with money! I went over to the Liberty Walmart and got what I wanted. I asked the clerk where I pay at and was informed any register in the store. Gladstone don't let you leave the TV area without paying for them there. C'mon Gladstone Walmart get it together!

Worst Experience ever. My wife has been sitting at the store waiting for the grocery delivery for an hour and 30 minutes as we speak they keep telling her they are getting her soon and have passed her several times with people that have only been here 5-10 minutes. We have tried calling in the store and keep getting disconnected at one point I was on hold for over 25 minutes and no one answered the phone. We only ordered the grocery pickup because we had a lot of errands to run tonight and she still has places she has to go and she has our 4 month old with her. They continue to walk past us with other people's groceries as I write this review. I cannot go in and complain because I have a broken foot and am stuck in a wheelchair right now so it is too much hassle. They have offered no apology or explanation. I am beyond disappointed and am going to call tomorrow to talk to the store manager.

Unfortunately I can only give this location two stars. I've been to this location multiple times, because it is close to me. Unfortunately it is just like every Walmart out there and they never man enough registers. With that being said that is not the only reason I'm giving it only two stars. On a recent trip to this location I waited and sporting goods close to 30 minutes for help. Someone was paged three times and they never came.

Josh was fast and furious at the checkout counter. Fast and accurate in his work, and furiously chomping his gum. I was about to make a snarky remark to him about it, then I realized that Josh had already finished the two massive line-sucking shoppers in front of me, had tallied mine, and was waiting for ME to finish the transaction. If Wal-mart hired more spit-fires like THIS young man, it would have more 5-star ratings. This kid is getting it DONE!

Too bad they cannot be rated negatively. On the 7th of April, 2018, while using the self check-out, the employee in that area decided he would watch me ring up 39 items to make sure I was not stealing. It was not like I could not tell what he was going to do as soon as I entered the self check-out area, as I have decades of experience in the resource and asset protecting field. It was insulting and degrading, will be letting my Veteran friends know not to go to that location, there are two others in close proximity for the things that only walmart carries. Talked to the 'store manager' who said she was going to talk to the employee in question but would not give me a call back to let me know anything, lame excuse. Told her to pull the video so she could see what he did.

I use to love this Walmart, but as of the last year or so, the shelves are never stocked, it's a mess, all the fish are usually dead and the general atmosphere will suck your soul right out of your body. Here is what I went to get. Bike chain, Maybelline eyeliner, thread, rat bedding, my husbands favorite breakfast sandwiches. I have purchased all of these things there before and most I purchase monthly. NONE where in stock, my eyeliner was empty the last 3times and the rat bedding was out the last 2 times.. Up yours Wally world. Glad your sales are down. I see why.

I got here at 10 minutes to seven, I was third in line for an oil change, it's now ten minutes after eight and they haven't got my car in. The workers are late making me late. I thought Thursday would be a good day for an oil change, I guess no day is a good day at wal mart.

Paid almost $9.00 for a container of watermelon chunks - and it was all RIND, TOUGH, and DRY. When I called to give my feedback and ask about a refund, the manager was too busy to answer the phone and Customer Service did not answer their phone for about 20 minutes, only after picking up the line at one point and hanging it up. When I did talk to Customer Service the guy couldn't have cared any less. Poorly managed store - I do not recommend it if you have an aversion to incompetency and being duped into purchasing sub par produce that is intenionally overpriced and sold to the consumer.
