I went into this walmart with my grandpa and we asked a worker named “Kenneth” if he could help us look for things. He automatically was smiling and he gave us sum a warm feeling, we felt like we were talking to a friend we have known for years. Hes such a great person and I want to make this review just so he knows how much I appreciate him and have faith in him. Horrible customer experience. Eggs wouldn't ring up. Nonone knew why. Eggs went on recall after I had them in cart. Finally manager advised me while I waited for them to figure it out. So was told to go get other Eggs. Walked to back of store for Eggs again. Then they wouldn't even honor a discount for the other Eggs at the price of eggs I originally had in my cart to purchase. Basically poor attitudes and not even willing to assist a regular customer.. as if I was an inconvenience to them and their day... ...repeat customer are what ensure they have a job

This is a great store and I love the selection they have but something needs to be done about the check out process. There are several employees that are visiting with each other up front and the two women working the self checkout gossiping and being rude to customers should find something more productive to do with their time. Self checkout was all card only on both sides if you wanted to pay with cash you have to stand in a very long checkout line with only two registers open. Maybe put some of your employees that are standing around talking on registers to shorten your lines

I shopped for baby's items, one being very large. I asked for customer service help. Two young guys came to help and they were very professional and careful not to drop it. Since, I was still shopping for more they kept safe by the service center. Once we starting paying they brought our items to be checked out. Everyone was very helpful with process to go smoothly. Joshua Camacho help taken one of the biggest item to my car and also help put everything else in the car. He was very pleasant and willing to help. I'm very happy how everything came out. Pleasant shopping.

God forbid I sit at the cash register a bit longer than usual because I'm transferring funds. Worker was on top of me like a fly on crap the whole time and insisted that he checked this bag that I bought. Just saying, there's a better way to do monitor people rather than circling me like a shark and getting uncomfortably close. Did not feel safe and they should get better training on how to deal with these situations better.

Absolutely worst experience from the moment I stepped foot in the store. I visited this location despite my first mind not to. Word to the wise listen to your first mind. I parked at the end closest to where the garden items are because that is where the pet isle is. But to my disappointment the pet isle was moved clear across the store. I had to search for an associate to help me find the relocated isle. Next I stand in the self check line only to find out once it was finally my turn that all the registers were card only. I’m not sure why it was so difficult for them to place a sign advising so. Next I stand in another line to be checked out by a cashier. Fernanda was so rude she couldn’t even be bother to say hello. Finally I lam leaving the store and the greeter was at the exit by the garden did the same as when I entered. He also couldn’t be bothered to speak upon my entry nor exit. This type of experience is the reason people shop online or opt for alternatives. Not only are the prices ridiculous but it seems inconvenience and lack of courtesy is guaranteed as part of the experience!

WORST SERVICE EVER. While employees where focused on the remodeling, and Army of customers piled up with 2 regular registers being open and 3 self checkout, (when theres over 20 registers). My grocerie where thawed out by the time i got to the cashiers. What i thought a quick run to get milk and some frozen goods, turned out to he an over 25 minute excursion that was mostly caused by waiting in lines. If you want tO spend your day like your waiting ti get into a concert this walmart is for you but IF I COULD GIVE ZEROS STARS I WOULD

I just went to Walmart, store #2554, in Avondale, Arizona, I was looking for something specific for Christmas, and asked an employee where I could find it and she said, in Spanish, "you'll have to speak to me in Spanish. I don't speak English." I WAS TAKEN ABACK! So I decided to go talk to a manager. Up walks this little girl. I tell her what happened. I reminded her we live is United States, shouldn't employees speak English. And then right before she disappeared behind a door, she proceeded to tell me "that the United States does not have a language" So is this what is being taught in schools? or is this just Walmart? or just this crappy little-girl manager? ‍

Generally i really like shopping at walmart but the last few times there has only been one register open. Don't think it too much to ask to NOT have to bag your own groceries. Today there was only one register open and the customer service rep... using that term extremely loose. ( Absolutely zero customer service) looked miserable. I said " Hello " in a friendly and upbeat tone. She just stared at me and didn't acknowledge me. She merely asked" Got your ID?" I said yes. There was no further communication until she blurted out my total and handed my receipt and said" Here you go" Maybe customer service is not here strength Thinking warehouse that way people do not leave with an unpleasant experience in the back of their mind. If I could rate a -10 I would the theft prevention tried to accuse me of not scanning things from her office so I asked her to come down and I said clear the register and scan them yourself and you will see, I was told no it's not her job and she refused to tell me why she was harassing me. Then when I said fine I don't want any kids toys for my daughter from here and was walking out I was told by another employee who was following me that at least she doesn't dress like a whore. I'm in Jean shorts finger tip length and an America tshirt. The lost prevention lady said her name was Teresa, but they refused to give me the name of the lady who followed me out so that I could contact corporate. I am now in the middle of a huge investigation to find out her name and to make sure corporate knows what she did. I have three phone numbers and witnesses who heard and watched her Say what she did. Pic of one who followed and said at least she doesn't dress like a whore. Theft prevention at Walmart a real gem....

I love Walmart for low prices and accessibility to a wide variety of items but I have had too many of the same experiences here that feel obviously discriminatory. I get wanting to check receipts because not all people are honest. That's not the employees fault. My issue is every time I come here I notice that the white man who always seems to be the same guy at the door only makes people of color stop to check their receipts and not white people. It's awkward and uncomfortable every time. At first I wondered if I was over thinking it but I'm 110% certain now. Not to mention, I appreciate my personal space. If you're going to grab my receipt and read it, ok, but I don't need anyone getting super close to me or my child or rummaging through my stuff. Seems highly unnecessary. Management needs to figure it out with this guy.

Really thought this Walmart was starting to get it together. An Asian manager was doing a pretty good job. Now back to Shelves empty, vitamins not being refilled, animal products slim pickings, shopping carts overflowing in parking lot. I can go on and on. Then you have the personal Walmart shoppers. Why can't they pull from the back?? Walmart is losing money and they don't care. Well people Winco will be here very soon!!!

This is the 1st time I've ever written a 1-star review on Yelp or any other website, but I felt I had to share an interaction I experienced last evening while going through the self-check-out at Walmart on Estrella Pkwy in Goodyear. I had never experienced anything like this before. My wife and I were checking out our purchases ($130+) and when she scanned the potato and macaroni salad the price came up $3.82. I told her the price should be $3.32 because I saw a large price sign over the display in the dairy cooler. I went back to take a picture of the price. We called over a young man to price adjust it and he said he would take care of it. He adjusted the price for one and then walked away to speak with another employee. He told us he'd have to get a manager because the total price adjustment for the 6-items would be too high for him to adjust (total $3.00). A manager was called. After a 10-minute wait, she showed up and I showed her the picture. She said she would have to check it out herself and can't use the picture to justify the adjustment. I asked her if she was implying I changed the sign. Her response was why are you yelling at me. I may have raised my voice but I was not yelling at her (I wear hearing aids). I was frustrated it had already been over 12-minutes and we had ground turkey, salads and other cold items that were getting warm. The manager left to check out the price. 20-minutes had passed and the manager had not returned. By now I was really frustrated as 30+ minutes had passed since we requested the adjustment, so I tried to get the attention of another check-out employee who was walking nearby and I said "ma'me" a couple of times and she walked right by. I walked over to her and said are you ignoring me and she said yes. (I guess she knew I was frustrated at how long it was taking and didn't want to interact with me). I asked if she could use her radio to contact the missing in action manager to see when she was coming back. She said no, the radio was only for use of the self-check out area only. I knew this wasn't true because someone used it to call the first manager. I asked her if she could request another manager who could handle the adjustment. She said there were no other managers available at the front end. She told me I could walk back to electronics and there might be one there. I told her she was very rude and I was going to report her to the store manager and as I walked away, she yelled "go right ahead" and when I turned around, she gave me a smile and the finger. I went to customer service and explained my problem and asked if there was another manager and they pointed to one that was a short distance from the customer service area. So yes, there was another manager. By the time we got back to the self-check-out area, the other manager had returned and was talking to my wife. She explained to me she took so long because she had to stop to help clean up something and called the self-check-out area and told them to give us the adjustments. She said she never did get back to check the price. WOW, why did she make us wait for 20-minutes while she was doing something else while on her way to check our price. I truly believe she did this on purpose and the person with the radio lied because she didn't want to help us. While this was all occurring, another employee came by and said they were so sorry this was happening. I don't expect to receive the level of customer service I would get at Nordstrom's from Walmart, but I do expect employees to be respectful, helpful and not lie to customers about what they can and cannot do (i.e. radio use) because they don't know how or don't want to deal with customer issues. This whole process from the request to completion of the adjustment took over 45-minutes.

Bad experience at the store. The worst experience ever had in my life. The management are bigots. Been there twice and both times I had an assistant manager who attacked me for having my service dog with me. Why? I have seen others with dogs in the store. I don't know how he just let others walk around with dogs that are not service dogs. The manger of the store must have thought I was not supposed to have dogs or something because he would not deal with my situation. I just wanted to be treated like everyone else. Do not go to this store, less you want a bad experience.

The worst customer service I've ever received, bought a maker 3 at discounted price due to the box being open I get home only to open it and it have the old model inside and all I could get was a refund never even an exchange , so basically they don't look inside when you return something! Besides that they were very rude and just brushed everything off

Four days ago I visited this store. I purchased $140 worth of groceries. I could not ring these up myself because of the volume, my age, and the fact that I have an autoimmune condition. There was only one register open, with three customers with full carts ahead of me. Fifteen minutes later I was still in the same spot because of a price check. There were now about seven customers behind me, still only this one lane open. Finally, they open a second lane. The cashier took the second person behind me to begin her line. Still three carts ahead of me, another 20 minutes in line. It was about 45 minutes total. I got home, and checking my receipt, I find I was charged $2.55 a pound for yellow peaches that should have been $2.37. No way was I going back. When I received the survey email , I filled it out honestly. A member of the management team, Vincent Oros, called and left a message for me to call him back. I tried three times. No one answers the phone. I let it ring twice for the operator, once for two minutes, the other for four solid minutes. Then I tried the HR extension for three minutes. No one really cares. They act like they do, but they don't. At least Fry's has more registers open, which is where I'll be shopping from now on.

This is Walmart employee coming out after closing time. If this is not hard work and dedication, not sure what else this new generation needs to get motivated. When our seniors either need to or want to work and feel productive. Great job Walmart for given them the opportunity that millions of young adults are unwilling to take advantage to escalate to the next level. This was one one of many I saw tonight. So proud of the older generation and their work ethic.

Walmart Delivery Is A Joke! I have to say if Walmart's longterm goal is to be the worse delivery company in existence then Goal Exceed! We've had delivery claiming to have dropped off groceries on two separate occasions, and neither time did we receive our goods. To make matters worse we live a mile from the store in a heavily populated area. Our home is too easy to find yet drivers seem to screw it up or just not make the attempt to deliver then lie about delivering, and we have outdoor security cameras so we know for a fact no one ever came. So now we go pick up the groceries only to wait an hour an 1/2 after receiving a text that it's ready. Oh I did I mention they always have to substitute items that we know are in the store, cause we've checked. The substitutions suck, and they always choose a brand we don't like with a higher price. I mean who charges a $65 for a small bag of with 7 pieces of ham. Makes no sense to us how such a huge company can't higher dedicated delivery drivers, but expect customers to deal with gig drivers who don't want to work. I'm so disappointed. Walmart & Amazon receive thousands of dollars from our family every year. It's sad to say, but that's going to Change. Amazon is where it's at, and I can't wait to go online and write as many reviews as I can about this exceptionally poor service. Walmart doesn't deserve a single star.

If there was a way I could give them zero stars, I would. After waiting for my grocery pickup order for 2 hours, I'm finally home, groceries in hand. I was told that the employee hours were cut and that they were understaffed and that was the cause. I was also told that they think they gave my order away to someone else. This is the second time I've had issues with this Walmart, and I will not be doing grocery pickups there ever again. They need to do better. This was an awful experience and I'm extremely upset that I waited for 2 hours for these groceries. Not to mention the gas I wasted just sitting there. I talked to 4 people at Walmart, one of which a manager. The manager didn't even come back out to talk to me to give me a status of my order which I find extremely disrespectful. Awful customer service. If you're thinking about doing a grocery pickup from this Walmart, don't do it.

My experience was awful using the money center they refused me service. My wife prefers to speak Spanish and I'm trying to send money to our family in mexico. Margarita at the money center tells my wife she can not help her. I'm asking why she tells me that I can't have my wife provide the info for me. Which made absolutely no sense. I tried to talk to a manager and was told that they are not going talk with me. And that they are asking to leave the store because I'm asking where there policy is and that they are just making up bs rules which I have never experienced before ever. I end up going to another Walmart and didn't end having any issues there at all. I believe margarita was discriminating against my wife because she came here over on plane and doesn't look or speak like the typical Mexican. Nevertheless I will never use this Walmart ever again and will let all of are friends and family know. As no one should be treated like that.

I ordered item on-line from this store. One item was unavaliable and they offered no substitution item. Item was never delivered but they charged me for it anyway. So my debit card balance was reduced for the full order amount and they said it would adjust after 5-7 days later. it corrected itself after 3 days but now they have charged me for the item that they never delivered again. Don't shop at Walmart. They don't care if they take money they are not owed.

This Walmart does not even have a sacks to put your groceries in after you buy them you have to take it out in the grocery cart and unload each item into your car which sucks and cannot even get a hold of a manager of the store will not answer the phone and there's no way to leave a message poor management running this Walmart

Pickup at this location is ridiculous. I am currently sitting in the parking lot with 20 other cars at 8:30 am and not one person has come out in 30 minutes. No one is answering the door, no one is answering the phones- not even the main Walmart line. The last time I shopped in person they were completely out of carts. I asked one of the greeters (Laura) if I could find one to put my kids in while shopping and she rudely said "I don't know", I'm just here". This was my last chance and I'm officially done- both in person and pickup. Horrible everything.

Though I appreciate the low prices and convenience of Walmart, I would not recommend their delivery service. I have had several issues with the delivery system. I placed two orders and they had to split them into 4 different deliveries. One order was placed with the express option of 2 hours and two days later I'm still waiting for it. Another part of an order was delivered to the wrong house and though I have a picture of the porch it was delivered to, I don't have the address so I can't get the items. I was just informed another part of my order is going to be delayed. So at this time I have not had anything from these two orders successfully delivered. I will say that the customer support is responsive and has provided a refund of my express delivery charge as well as a refund for the items that were delivered to the wrong house.

Visiting my parents for a couple of weeks and went to this Walmart to grab a case for my cell phone. Wen to electronics the male clerk was helping someone else but acknowledged me, helped the other customer as he was helping them another family walked up, he then turned around looked at me and proceeded to help the family that walked up I asked did you not see me here waiting before them he lies and says he didn't know I needed help...HOW DID HE NOT when he acknowledged me before they walked up. I went and talked to the manager explained what happened and the store manager said " maybe he didn't see you" you mean he didn't see me after acknowledging I was standing there, the manager then says " perhaps he thought you were giving up your turn" ....perhaps he saw a African American woman standing there and decided to help the two caucasian families instead! I of course didn't purchase what I came to get because I don't give my money to people who treat me like crap! Horrible customer service, electronics employee and manager!

Overall clean store, pretty fast checkout which I enjoyed. Parking area is busy but lots of spots near and far. Carts are ready and picked up often. The only reason I took a star is because some of the main Items I usually purchase were no where to be found. I really enjoyed the fast check out and carts that were available.

Stood in line for 45 minutes because they have such a poor management. Only three lanes open and lines going out the door on a Sunday afternoon. If it wasn't for me traveling 3 1/2 hours to help my son move and purchase over $600 worth of items, I would've chosen another store. These people in management just don't give a damn!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Website says they have a particular bike in stock. Great I'll go pick it up. Didn't see by the other bikes. Look for an employee but no one around. Looked everywhere. Finally sporting goods employee calls a Coach (some kind of worthless manager) for me. Now been waiting 20 minutes. Finally shows up. Explained to her that website says they have the bike but none on shelf. She says we'll if it's not out we don't have any. Website must be wrong. Then she walks away.

This walmart is always packed and they only have 1 to 2 cashier lines open. They need to open up more lines because it's frustrating. Especially if you go to self checkout and then have issues with your card. Walmart please do better, especially with all the holiday traffic inside. Also, if you put in a pick up order you will be waiting forever and you will get emails saying order has been delayed a few times. We placed an order and they said they weren't able to find the items. I went in the same day and found everything on list that I ordered, terrible service!

I just came to pick up an item at the pick up tower. Instead it was out of order so I stood in line for customer service and was told by one of the service women she would get me a manager. She was extremely nice despite having to deal with another customer who was rude so I did try to return that same kindness. However the manager met me with rudeness and made me feel like an inconvenience. He made me feel dumb and had me walk back up to the pick up tower to be met with another manager who could help me. I waited there and no one met me. So once again I went to someone nearby ,who was also nice, and he was kind enough to give me direction. By the time I got to the line another manager met me and basically said that there's nothing that could be done so I cancelled my order just so I can go buy it since I was already in the store. When I went to pick up this product it was a different price online than it was in store so once again I had to jump back in line and was still met with rudeness. It is a huge slap in the face to try to be respectful only to be met with unkindness. I do hope their days feel better but I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Every time going into Walmart is a nightmare. The employees have pallets out on the floor which makes it harder to move around. There is no one ever around to find for help when needed. If you do find employees they are out in the parking lot talking and/or smoking. When it's time to check out there is only one register open and you have to use self check out. If they want their customers do their own check out then pay us to do their jobs. At least when you go to fry's Safeway or other grocery stores they have more then one open and even times they call for help. The self check out lines at Walmart are long and can be there for a long time. I can honestly say Walmart is the worst place to shop.

This store refuses to follow its own return policy or its customer satisfaction policy. I purchased an air mattress due to having guests staying with me. I gave them my bed and slept on the air mattress. I slept only about 6 hours because the air mattress was 1/3 or more deflated by then. This was a queen-size mattress I paid $172.99 and was suppose to be nice. I tried to return it the next morning because it did not hold air for even the first night of use. The manager refused to take the item back and told me the only thing I could do is exchange it for the exact same item. THE ITEM THAT DOES NOT WORK. I would give this store a zero-star rating if that was an option. Do not shop at this store it has terrible customer service and does not honor their written posted policies. Patty

Having a 60-70 yr old tire tech running the counter isn't very convenient when you come in with a warranty repair and he's not listening when you come up and say you've purchased the tires from Walmart in the beginning. Now he's got to start all over and with a repair ticket because he didn't ask the right questions the first time. ‍‍‍

I would put zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a Polaroid camera online for next day pick up. I got a message that my order was ready and went inside to pick it up. I asked an employee, the greeter, where to go and she sarcastically replied, "the LARGE orange tower that says PICK UP". Thanks lady for making me feel like a complete idiot when I was simply asking for direction. So I get to the pick up tower and there's already a line of angry customers waiting for assistance. I wait in line and scan my order and only received the film for the camera. After waiting 20 minutes for an associate to come by, I was told the camera was out of stock so they canceled the order. I told him I no longer want the film considering they don't have the camera I ordered so this film is useless and he says let me get a manager. After waiting another 20 minutes, he says there's nothing that he can do here so I have to go wait in line at customer service. After spending another 20 minutes in line at customer service, they refunded me for the film but were not able to produce a receipt for the canceled order. I checked my credit card and it still has not been refunded. I foresee being on hold for hours with customer service in order to get this refund as I do not plan to entering this establishment ever again. PSA: don't waste your time ordering from here! A fun gift to myself ended up being a complete headache and waste of time! I left the store empty handed without a complete refund!

Faith is a wonderful young lady! What a great personality for the store! She ever so kindly came to my assistance as soon as she could, we had a very nice conversation and she escorted me all the way to the register! I was starting to really hate Walmart, but she kind of turned me around on that she had such a great perky personality and had manners and communication skills of a God! Went in for battery replacement and waited over two hours while someone tried to get the computer to work (said they HAD to register the battery and print a receipt before I could leave). Finally just left cash and demanded my keys back. Only Manager in the department took a long lunch after being told I was waiting for computer to be fixed. Older guy at the counter tried to get help and paged other managers for 30 minutes with no reply. He said he deals with that often and I feel for him.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. I have a torn meniscus and can't walk well right now. It's incredibly painful. I entered this store with my cane and the only electric cart had a bag over it, clearly broken. I asked an associate if he had any more and he said "probably not. If we do they are at the other entrance or out in the field" I said "can you help me please? I can't walk..." he walked away and didn't return. My husband went to look when he got there and every electric cart was clearly broken with a bag indicating it couldn't be used. I literally had to leave the store because all of the scooters are broken. It's disgusting that this associate wouldn't help me and that they can't accommodate hurt and disabled people. Will never ever return and I hope this employee tears his meniscus and is forced to walk through a Walmart.

I'm not usually super excited to go to Walmart because they're so busy, but upon having to go today I was all turned around after just moving to this state and this kind lady who works here named Delores noticed I was looking lost and asked me if I needed anything and took me around the store showing me things I was looking for. Thank you so much!!

I drive past other Walmart's to come to this one, why? This is the one out of the closet ones to me that is always stocked and cleaned ALL of the time. Everything grocery wise we can find here every trip and the other house essentials are always kept stocked. always cleaned isles and restroom shoot been walking past the McDonald's looks clean. Parking lot is kept up nice and neat no carts left in parking spaces.

Shopped in this store this morning. Used the self checkout, and noticed that the price of one item was rung up as double what it was marked on the shelf. This is not the first time I've experienced being overcharged in this store. It happens most frequently when items have been marked down, but the scanner still charges the full price. Am writing this up as a warning to other shoppers, so that they may be aware and avoid over charges. I don't think it is a plot by the store to knowingly bilk the public, but the management needs to assure that price changes are updated into the store computer.

This store was good a few years ago. Go here only when I need to. Have had better luck with going to Buckeye store. Avondale store is better than this one. Store was consecutively out of stock on cheese at the deli for well over a month. Now the store no longer price matches I've been getting the deals at other stores. Management is pretty useless at this location. You could train gorillas to run the store better.

Normally I would not bother to write a review for Wal-Mart as they won't care. However, I was so annoyed figured it's my Yelp duty. I went there last night to exchange my son's bicycle we purchased that was defective. They didn't have another identical model on the racks. I asked if they could check their inventory to see if they have one in the back. The lady at customer service said she didn't have access, she needed to ask a manager to come down. Sure, no problem I'll wait. It was 8pm on 7/19. 5 minutes or so later a male manager shows up. Didn't catch his name. He asked me how he could help and I told him. I asked if he could check inventory. He stated if it's not on the rack, they don't have one. (Which is a lie) I asked if he could find out if a nearby Wal-Mart has one so I can go there. He looked at me, paused, and said "um, I could call the Dysart location but it will be at least 30 minutes since I'm the only one" . Really? You can call right now! So I said fine, can you get me the number and tell me exactly what I'm asking for? His response "you can pull it up on Google." I couldn't believe how lazy he was being. I just said fine I'll handle it all myself. He said ok and immediately ran off. What a joke of a manager, I can only imagine how horrible he is as a leader of people. I know it's Wal-Mart and we shouldn't expect much, but that guy sucked.

I moved to Goodyear, AZ. In November of 2020. I came from Omaha NE and had a Walmart supercenter near my home as my primary grocery store for many years with minimal problems. This store location in Goodyear has steadily "gone downhill" with cleanliness, cluttered aisles and empty shelves. My comments via their survey system to their management was met with "We'll do better". This last Friday (12/24/2021) was the worst I've seen it. Their front-line workers tried their best to help me find the products I needed but to no avail. The excuse/explanation I received was that, "It's close to the holidays and people have shopped heavily in the store". I get it but the fact that the store has had the same problem for 3 months leading up to holidays doesn't "hold water". My latest comment on their survey has told their management if things do not improve by the end of January 2022, I will do the majority of my weekly grocery shopping at another local store. I received a call back from "Nickie" later in the day but I was gone. The message she left me was to call back before 7 PM that day. I tried calling at 6:30 PM and received no answer at the store.

This place is ridiculous. Sells me a defective chair and refuses to refturn my money. Manager is a total dumbass that can't follow her own store policy. I am filing complaints with every agency I can find including the attorney general fraud department.

Always a good selection. Fresh produce not greatest. HATE HATE that there is NEVER enough registers open. How can it be a good customer policy to be kept waiting in a checkout line?

Today I tried to return a pair of shoes, tags on them, in a Walmart bag with a receipt. Instead of being empathetic to what is happening right now and instead of listen to your guest, I was met with a hostile front end supervisor or front end manager. She treated me with zero respect as if I was the problem. Your return policy that no one seems to be aware of is the problem, especially shoes. I have called the store 11 times. I have been hung up on three times. I have yet to speak to a manager. Is it worth losing a customer and someone who has a Walmart credit card over $39. Never shop here. I called on my 11th call and asked for the Store Managers name, Irma and the Front End Managers name Noreen. I am sure I was lied too. Spend a bit more and shop somewhere else. I will be telling everyone I know here in Goodyear and around the country. Shame on you Walmart, all over $39. UPDATE: I finally was able to speak to an assistant manager Chris. Thank you Chris for your patience and for your help. Great customer care Chris! I will not shop here again but I appreciated your attempt to help me.

I live down the street from this Walmart. There is an older woman with white hair who works at the self-check out. Every time I see her, she stops what she is doing to come over and stand next to me and stare at us as we check out. I don't want to make assumptions because she's white and we are not but she acts like we're stealing. There were at least three other people checking out at the same time as us, and when one asked for help she yelled across the store to the other customer instead of walking away from us. I don't steal. She did not leave standing next to us until we finished scanning every item. This makes me incredibly uncomfortable. When I looked up at her to see why she was watching me, she turned around and turned her back to me. Am I not supposed to notice you staring from two feet away? This is ridiculous and uncomfortable. Highly unprofessional and feels racist.

Big Improvement of how the appearance looks! As of this current week. It recently updated to how it is on the app so you can pick up your online grocery order. Where its near the left side of the store right across from the McDonalds(That should be updated as well). They added new signs and designs so it looks more clean and high end to match up to its competitor *cough cough* Target. This new update is nice to the store so it feels like it's all brand new even if it's been there for a couple years. This Walmart is not my go-to for Grocceries or clothing. It has all your departments for all your needs pharmacy(they are always so kind), grocery, clothes, patio, Beauty and health, McDonalds, and so on. There could be a lot more employees around in the slower parts in the store for help. It would help a great deal.

The customer service here is lacking and there seems to be no effort to try and correct it. I've had nothing but issues with their online service and their in store prices. Better to just go to Target or shop on Amazon instead. Or if Walmart is a must, then go to another store or have them deliver. Whatever you do, stay away from this store.

This is by far one of the nicest Walmart's I have ever been too in the valley! The employees here are very nice and helpful! But I won't be coming here to purchase my grocery's anymore I purchased a good amount of food here and a lot of my meat products were spoiled and even some frozen items I purchased were freezer burnt and individual bag chips were stale and this is after immediately opening! I don't know if there not selling enough but restock your products nobody wants to buy bad groceries!
