Walmart Supercenter

Went in the hope of finding some new Hot Wheels. Seems that Mattel has either had issues having them shipped to the USA. Or workers at the stores I have been searching, have been buying all them up? The store seemed very clean. Aisles were neat and restocked. My wife even found some new ribbon that she uses to make her roses. So, the overall experience was better than I had hoped. So, if you haven't been in the store in a while, it might be time to check it out again.

went to the pharmacy twice today, and it must have been a bad day because i was treated rudely both at drop off and pick up. i was asked at one time if i had a problem, and she rolled her eyes.

BONNIE sucks. Instead of apologizing for her rudeness she will rally her own children against you. You’ll notice their fake reviews below. Jacob McElveen and Jennifer Galloway are her children. They did not have a customer service experience to review. Its pathetic that it’s clearly a blatant attack against an honest review. It’s sad when you visit this location you will be mistreated, lied to and threatened. It’s even more disgusting when a mother teaches her own children to lie and publicly attack an innocent customer. I will not patron this location until Bonnie is fired. She is not qualified to work with the public and certainly proved to be under qualified to be their “team lead!” Please promote CYNTHIA in customer service. Cynthia is polite, helpful and actually knows how to perform her job..even under the stress of Bonnie’s constant disrespect and belittling! It’s not okay to treat customers poorly or taunt them constantly in hopes of an argument.

Purchased Cheese Danish's Previously And They Were Molded(Which I Reported). This Morning(06-24-24) There Were Danish's Near The Self Check Out Dated(06-11-24). This Is Unacceptable.

All around Walmart supercenter is awesome However Walmart supercenter on South Derby in Florence South Carolina makes the exception. They are rude uncourteous and outright act like you're bothering them if you ask a question. Therefore I would say Walmart Yes Walmart in Florence South Carolina... Heck no, no way!!!

Every time I go into this walmart the people who work there are friendly and helpful.i have lived in hartsvill for almost four years and only came across one snobby cashier. I go in there at least three times a week so that is pretty good. If I can't find something if I ask for help they act like they enjoy helping. Keep up the good work. If had anything to do with it I would give you all a raise

The pharmacy is awful, if I could I give it less than a star but I can't . Called weeks in advance about a prescription never told me at no point in time that the prescription was out of date till the day it was supposed to be done , and on a Saturday at that. And for people that work a job can't just take off and go to doctors on a short notice. So now I have to wait 5 days before I can get to the doctor. If there not out of medication most of the time , the sure miss the ball on a lot. Will be looking for another pharmacy. Had enough of Wal-Mart, And it's inconsistent and rude people at the pharmacy.

Beware of the auto care center in Hartsville they are by far the worst place to take your car for a service I brought my wife’s car in for a oil change on 2/2/24 very simple service she drove it straight home and parked it . I drove it that Saturday 2/3/24 and noticed fumes in the cab , so I call the dealer to get it checked out , so Monday came around and my wife tried to go to town to pick up my son from school and it wouldn’t start so I checked under the hood and found that Walmart left my oil cap off and oil had splashed all over the engine compartment I called the manager jimmy to tell him what I had found and he told he pulled the video and Said that his tech put the cap on ,I guess oil caps just fall off needless to say he got it towed and fixed the problem and I needed a new battery , moral of the story don’t take your car to get serviced at Walmart jimmy and his staff are very dishonest and don’t need to be in the automotive industry

Some Walmarts tolerate overnight parking and some do not. This is one of the former and after a shop in the store, I spent one night here in the Sprinter van. The store is tidy and reasonably stocked. The usual items I find are out of stock at my own Walmart were also out of stock here. Menswear was tidy and the produce section was stocked. The restroom was clean and actually smelled like it was cleaned recently and with that, this was a better than average experience. [Review 19363 overall - 937 in South Carolina - 333 of 2023.]

If your calling to a department at this Walmart to see if they got it before you drive all the way there, don't hold your breath! Nobody ever answers in departments and there always short staffed

So I returned the last rotting lettuce only to give it another try... The employee had JUST put out the Organic Baby Greens with an expiration of November 7th. The date was October 29th. Planning on salad tonight and they're already slimy.

I'm always excited to go to Walmart in different cities and States.im a New Yorker and we dont have lots of Walmart where I'm from. However I expected a lot more from this Walmart in Hartsville South Carolina. I just figured that this store would have had a lot more to choose from and it really didn't you. I also observed that the prices are pretty much the same as if I was shopping in New York. The customer service was nice as usual and people always show their Southern hospitality so that did not change. The Walmart was clean and immaculate. There's not to much more I can say about it but I will be back as usual.

Sigh.... Walmart. Well we have to shop here due to many factors. There are two different greeters & one wouldn't even look us in the eye. The other was very sweet. The employees will run you over if you don't get out of their way, even when you have children. The bathroom is disgusting. Isn't Walmart supposed to keep their store clean? When you ask for help with finding an item, most employees will just say, "if you don't see it, we don't have it". Very bad customer service in this location. Walmart should not hire people that are so rude to the customers. If it continues, I will not be shopping here.

Well it's South Carolina so I found a lot of "employees" that needed attitude adjustments. Even some of the managers need a course in how to deal with customer service. A disabled person usually needs help unloading their cart. The cashiers just stand there in this store and look at you as if to say "I'm waiting"...GOOD customer service would be to have the cashier asked "can I help you unload"? They don't usually listen when you tell them something like ...I need someone to put this in the car for me...Could you pack them lightly please?...They look at you like you have asked them to move the Brooklyn Bridge. AND instead of calling for help right then in the beginning (somebody to go to the car with the items), they "wait" until they are done and have the order all packed up in bags and then they call somebody so by that time you have to stand there and wait, and wait, and wait. Usually nobody comes right away. IF the cashier would call in the beginning it would be so much easier on the customer and the people waiting behind that customer so everybody could just move right along and save time!!! HELP! Management needs to TRAIN better and be sure it's about serving the customer since without the customer they wouldn't have any business. If Sam Walton was alive, things would be changing fast. The customer is always right, and if you go to rule #2...the customer is still always right...COMMON COURTESY doesn't come natural in this store... It's lacking in MOST Walmart's just about everywhere...
