Walmart Supercenter

I shop a lot at Walmart and have had some good experiences and some bad. Today was bad. Needed a battery for my watch that I bought there and have had battery replaced before. Had to BEG for someone to come to jewelry - took about 20 minutes and I wasn't the only one waiting. Then the lady who came wasn't able to change the battery so had to wait some more for someone who could. First words out of her mouth "you didn't buy this here so I can't change the battery". The exact same watch is still being sold there!!! I pointed that out to her in a perhaps somewhat frustrated voice (did not "yell"). She then told me not to yell at her!!!! She did -finally- change the battery. The register in jewelry was down and she reluctantly took me to another register to check me out. Altogether an unpleasant experience.

I love Walmart delivery but the fee is high and if you don't unclick the tip box it'll automatically charge a 10% tip, which doesn't sound like a lot until you get $300 in food and charged an extra $30

I stopped by recently for a few items. The store seems to prefer people rely on self-checkout as only a couple of employee checkout lanes are open at a time. The 3 employees that helped me were all terrible at basic customer service interaction.

Just pulled out of Walmart where a $40 oil change cost $70 due to hidden fees they don't tell you about until you go to get your car. And you can complain all you want they don't care they just hold your keys hostage. They are so worried about theft and we are the ones that should be worried about them stealing from us

DO NOT buy a specialty cakes at the Kirksville Walmart bakery. They don't care what it looks like. They ruined my grandsons 16th birthday cake. First picture is what we got, 3rd pic is what it was supposed to look like, with blue shading along the bottom. 2nd is what I did to try and fix it. And she was proud. of her work, ridiculous!

Decently sized store. Shelves can sometimes be overcrowded. They rely too much on self- check out. Catching an employee can be difficult sometimes. Went to pick up some frozen meals for a friend and the shelf was packed so full product was falling off when trying to get a box put.

Tired of the rising cost of things that are necessity and having to choose between food and bills. Stop screwing over the people who actually fund your company

It's a giant place but a fairly decent place to shop

The Kirksville Walmart bakery isNOT the place to order a specialty cake. Ordered a license plate themed cake for my grandsons 16th birthday. Gave the bakery 2 pictures to go by and specific instructions. What I got was an incoherent sad excuse of a cake. You couldn't tell it was for a birthday let alone the theme. Never go to the Kirksville Walmart for a specialty cake.

Great selection, Maddie at the electronics section was a great help with finding what i needed

I am voicing a complaint about the store in KIrksville, Mssouri, 63501. I have been in your stores from coast to coast and in some have been very happy with the building cleanliness and my shopping experience. One of the worst however, is in my own vicinity. The cleanliness in the store on a whole is below a C average, much of it a failing grade. The entry way is always cluttered with garbage, the check out stations that are manned are uncleanly, the belts are not wiped periodically nor is the carousel that the bags are on. Today , the check out person kept putting boughten items on top in a pool of leaked milk. When brought to her attention, she was astounded it was there. The vegetable/ fruit section of the store is always sub standard. We also never have the selection of merchandise I have found in other Walmarts, especially those in Florida. Why? This needs looked into. I tried to find the manager's contact in our store and couldn't so here it is. Would be nice to see it remedied, but at least it gave me a vent! Vicki Garzanelli

Some how or another, this Walmart has become my coffee mecca. Big Sis and I visiting Little Sis in July. Working all the options. Coffee -- Great Value: mocha and crème brulee Folgers Simply Gourmet: natural caramel and natural chocolate Cameron's: toasted pecan, French vanilla and almond, caramel cream, chocolate caramel brownie Not flavors I've found in St. Louis of these brands for these prices. I was happy enough with that until I found Diet Squirt . . . got four twelve-packs for home. When you're visiting, you've got to shop local. P.S. I still have (and use daily) the Rival 12-cup coffeemaker I got here for $8.96 in mid-September 2012.

Brought my truck to get the tires checked. They suggested two new front tires so I went ahead and had that done. Three days later the truck started shaking so I took it back in thinking they messed up the installation. This time they said the front tires were fine but the back tires needed to be replaced (this wasn't the case a few days ago?). So I swapped those out as well. The next day I'm driving down the highway, feel a pull and my front left tire goes flying off into the ditch. Needless to say the tire and everything holding it on has to be replaced now. Thank goodness I didn't lose control of the truck but they've put my life at risk and ripped me off for services that didn't even need to be done.

This is Walmart. The service is friendly, because this is Kirksville. Compared to a lot of Walmarts, it's actually pretty clean and neat (except the bathrooms which are gross). Walmart is open 24/7, which is great. Students always make middle-of-the-night trips to Walmart for random things. During the night hours, there are people working there re-stocking the shelves and cleaning, and sometimes it's a little less organized than during the day, but what can you expect? They have to do all that sometime, and since they never close, late night/early morning is that time. Anyway; if you don't want to go to this Walmart, you'll probably have a hard time living in Kirksville.

You know... Wal-Mart is amazing.. but parking stinks and I can't stand the crowdedness.
