Walmart has is clean and good customer service. Plenty of parking.

I made an order for pickup and when they said it was ready I did the check in on the app. I arrived and told them where I parked I waited an hour and saw where it said on my app I picked it up 15mins ago. I waved someone down and he took a picture of my phone and went on about his business. So then I tried to call the number on the sign and they didn’t pick up so I called the store and told them what was happening and that grocery wasn’t picking up. They directed to the grocery line that wasn’t picking up. So I flagged down someone else who told me he would go inside to inside pickup and see if it got redirected there which sometimes happens and that they will just mark them picked up. Sure enough that is what happened. It took me an hour and a half to get any help. I love the pharmacy here but I’m done this isn’t the first time this has happened but it is the last. I emailed and only got I’m sorry this happened email back. I moving my prescriptions and groceries to a different Walmart.

I waited for 30 minutes at the cosmetic station for something I needed behind the case. I even told an associate. I heard over the radio she was on her way. I am 100% sure she knows we have been waiting and is just getting some odd satisfaction about doing this. Poor customer service… I can’t imagine someone being that bad at their job. Now I can.

I was just at the store and the shelf was out of the Creamer that I like. I went up front and they called a manager over and she went in the back and grabbed some for me. She went above and beyond her normal work duties to help me. I really appreciate it. I don't know her name but she was very helpful and deserves a good review. Keep up the good work managers.

PRICE GOUGING LE BLEU WATER ON THEIR WEBSITE - BUYER BEWARE. LE BLEU HAS BEEN 10.28$ FOR LIKE THE LAST DECADE. THIS WALMART IN PARTICULAR WAS PRICE GOUGING FOR 20.44$ PER CRATE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REFUSING TO REFUND ME ON ONE OF MY ORDERS, AFTER I NOTICED THE PRICE CHANGE. LE BLEU THE COMPANY ITSELF HAS NOT CHANGED THEIR PRICING

If you need something from cosmetics that's locked up don't come here. Your better off going to customer service when you get here to have someone come open up the cabinets. So you don't have to wait an hour.

Too much to list....manager at the store needs to pay better attention as to what is needed here and the dept. Managers don't understand or comprehend anything and when you bring something to their attention they want to get argumentative....

The Auto Care Center at the Lexington, NC store#1322 is awful. My husband and I brought our truck in to have tires put one we got there at 2pm and didn't leave til after 7pm. When we went to get in the truck to leave the air pressure sensors were malfunctioning and we went back to the store and told them. They tried to say that they were on when we brought in our truck. They weren't on at all have never been on. Had to take the truck back the next day to have them fix it which only took 15 minutes at the most for them to correct the issue. No apologies were given to us. Ann who was an associate in that department screamed in my face when I asked for manager to come back and deal with the issue at hand. A few minutes later a manager comes out we explained what happened and how we were treated. We were told to bring it back if the light didn't go off the next day. Had to get a manager yet again to get anything done. I will never take anything else to that store nor will I go buy anything else from them ever again. We were screamed at, cussed at, and treated very rude. No apologies were ever made to us.

Lot of negative reviews, mainly because people love hating on Walmart. I have no shame in publicly stating I like Walmart. I like paying less for items. I concede that the produce and fresh meats are not as up to par as other stores, but Bush's Black-eyed peas are the same everywhere and I'm happy paying less for them at Walmart. Regarding this store. This is located on the south side of Lexington. There isn't a direct path here if you are coming from the north side of the Lexington. It is six miles away but can take 20 minutes to drive to get here. If you have easy access to I85 then it is a nice direct shot. This isn't Walmart's problem, just how jacked up the roads can be in Lexington. This store is clean. I like how the self checkouts are arranged, which makes it quicker to get out. I recommend.

Back to Wal mart. Not my favorite thing, but they have .. everything. This is a busy location. Davidson County. I'll give it a four star because they had Kimchi this time.

They could actually hire people to work in the departments rather than having to search the store or wait 45 minutes for an associate to unlock a case. Also, I don't work there, so self checkout?? No!!

If I could give zero stars I would. When I bought tires it has the option of life time balance and rotation. BIG MISTAKE! I have literally been waiting for 3 hours for them to balance and rotate my tires. Completely unacceptable!!!! Do not bother going to the auto center. They are not efficient enough to balance and rotate tires in an acceptable amount of time. They suck! I will never waste my time or money on box stores again. Will do business with local owners moving forward!

I came in to get a contact lense case... interesting to see they have a Claire's and McDonald's adjacent to the bakery. The staff was nice l. The customers were .....different , I saw at least 3 people without a mask .

Worst Walmart I've ever been too! I get it nobody there likes doing their jobs I understand believe me but damn people stock something once in a while don't talk down to customers and answer the damn phone when people call instead of ignoring it I watched a employee do it the other day at 6pm smh

Good stop, needed my $5.00 skull leggings! Well organized and clean store. Clean ladies restroom. Friendly staff, lots of neat items on sale. I found everything I needed quickly. Vegetables and fruit looked fresh and delicious! Only negative is the sweet cashier took like 15 minutes to scan and bag my items. Self-service would of been faster. Although at least a checkout line was open. Normally at ALL Walmart's there are 20 registers and NO cashiers to be found.

Called several time to ask if they had Turkey load in stock. Rang so long the phone disconnected. Decided to go up there and see, come to find out they had it! Find someone and they tell me they can't sell ammo after 9. It was 9:02....while walking out I happened across a manager.. told him I would've saved a trip if someone answered calls. He just shrugged his shoulders and said "Yaaa phone answering is spotty." Mind you while I was there I saw atleast 3 different employees messing around on their cell phones. Ridiculous.

This is seriously the cleanest Walmart I have ever seen. The shelves are impeccable. The team at this Walmart is on point, I was very impressed, this is the nicest and most out to Walmart I have ever been to.

Went to buy apples around 3:31 pm, the guy in the produce department was pissed off after I asked him if he tried the tasty apples. He told me he couldn't eat apples because a meth head had knocked his teeth out. I was just looking for apples and was astonished at how much he needed to prove a point about something that had nothing to do with Customer Service. This is why Amazon.com will destroy Walmart. Walmart employees need to be more concerned about making the customer happy. If a customer has an opinion you don't agree with, move the conversation in a positive direction and do the business of great customer service. You're not going to change anybody's opinion and arguing with a customer is just plain stupid.

Poor ass service they won't answer the phone for pick up and the store hangs up on you when you need to talk to someone.

A slightly more upscale Wal-Mart than some of the ghetto pits in the chain but I have heard stories about them putting out expired items on the shelves or at a minimum not moving them so check the dates on anything you buy carefully. Clean enough, large space that does have parking though you do have to watch out for the neglectful parents & scuzzier clientele. Unlike at other locations, the employees were not surly or rude. Not sure if that's a consequence of small town rural living or whether the management at this location actually treats the staff like human beings. Regardless, if you're forced to go to a Wal-Mart this one's not as bad as some locations in the area.

After looking for an item for over 20 minutes finally went to ask an employee for help not sure if I was in the right section. Online said 4 in stock. Employee gave an attitude and wouldn't even look at my boyfriend. Just a snarky remark of go look at the shelve if it's not there we're out. She didn't even walk down to the aisle 2 over to help us look.

Wow. I have been to Walmarts that I thought were bad but nothing can top this experience. Came to buy groceries for the week and some wine to celebrate. I am from out of state and the cashier wanted to check with a manager for validation. That is completely understandable. I assume that the manager would have a light or some sort of approved method to validate the license. No. For the next 15 minutes I stand there being accused of being a minor because "The ID feels funny." You must be joking. I ask if she has one of those lights to validate the ID. "No." She then accuses me of having a fake ID because the person I'm with has a cleaner looking ID and since mine is dirty it's a fake. We were both denied service at this Walmart. I have never had anything so prejudiced and biased happen to me before. I can't believe they couldn't prove our IDs were real or fake, but something "feels wrong" and that's enough to deny service. If you're from out of state, avoid this catastrophe and drive somewhere else, it'll save you time and stares.

They told me it would take an hour for an oil change and two new tires after waiting 3 hours all they did was replace two tires. Service technicians were friendly but apparently drained some poor guys transmission fluid instead of oil then tried to move his car. The guy was waiting there for over 2 hours for an update. He had to get a tow truck to come out to get his car. Would not recommend.

Been waiting in check out for 30 minutes. It cant be hard to see that one register is not enough. If you only have an item or two and do self service, okay, but there are employees everywhere around but no one on the register.

My family has gone to Walmart since childhood I'm 40 now. Today walmart in Lexington, Thomasville have so called greeters that constantly ask for receipt while that's aggregating enough as if all of us customers are thrives. Tonight it went further, in Lexington nc, Walmart Supercenter. I gave the greeters my receipt to show I purchased products. Purchased meaning its paid for thus my property. As I went to walk out the store the greeters stopped me for my receipt and I gave them the receipt. They then asked to search the purchased items more specifically to open a plastic crate which had its lid on it when I placed it in the buggy from its center isle. I told the greeters no you can't search it call the cops if you feel I'm stealing. The one of the greeters physically held my buggy with my purchased items keeping me from leaving and then forcefully opened and searched the crate found nothing in it. As I asked the customer representative that came to me and not the manager as I requested she claimed at first they were following policy. I asked then so can they search a woman's purse or customers pockets and clothes. No! So how can they search items purchased that now is our property.. I told her if it's in policy they can do such then the policy is illegal. I said only law enforcement has the right to search after they get a warrant or have our permission and I denied permission to them and told them callthe cops if they think I'm stealing its embarrassing, dehumanizing, belittling, and illegal. They are wrong to have an attitude if you refuse to show a receipt as it is your rights to refuse. But, even worse when they illegally seize your property and search it without your consent. Their use of physical force was unjustified and threatening as well creates a violently hostel environment. 8/29/2021

Customer service is horrible. I asked for help from three different employees and none of them could get me service at layaway. They were rude and one of the girls continued to eat her cookie while walking by to find someone else to help me out. Super ridiculous

The main reason people shop in Walmart is for convenience, not for customer service. I wanted to buy a mini sd card reader and I couldn't find one, so I asked an associate in the department, she said that she didn't even know what that was. She informed me that she didn't even work in electronics department, then began working again. I asked her who would know then she pointed out another associate that I had to run down. Once I caught up to the associate there was 5 employees talking about a reset, so I asked the associate in electronics, they didn't know so they had to ask their manager where they were. After 3 associates I finally found what I was looking for. This is definitely not Sam Waltons company anymore.

They really need to stay out of an in store shoppers way with their shop from home carts . If their going to offer this service they need to do it at night or at least have the manners to get out of the way long enough for a customer to get what they need to purchase and then continue their task . Wouldn't hurt them to teach some customer service and etiquette lesson also .

DONT ORDER FOR PICKUP UNLESS YOU DONT NEED YOUR ITEMS ANTYTIME SOON i ordered one item for pick up and it said to give them one hour..its been 5 hours since my payment was accepted 5 hours? really walmart?. its only one item..called 4 different times and put on hold everytime for 30 minutes before hanging up...so now im going to the store to see if i cant hurry this up..never again. if i was to take their items off the shelf and decide to not pay them for 5 hours, they would be calling the cops...just saying ....

We all know we don't won't to come here to walmart but we end up here, to get what we forgot or because I'm feeling to lazy that day to go to pet smart in Salisbury nc . Dont buy fish at walmart cause their dead the next day. and the people at walmart are rude , make you understand why I'm not as lazy as I used to be and make a list and I don't have to stop there anymore

the customer service here is terrible, management not much better. called with complaint, i'll check into. god forbid you need a customer service person, it takes 20 mins for them to come and help you! rude, rude, rude...would be the customer service person name celeste, not only did she cost me my entire lunch hour, she put my cart back and i left without my items. piss pour people!!
