Walmart Supercenter

I absolutely love Madison Walmart it's one of their cleaner store. I only shop at this one because it's always had everything I need, they have very friendly service, and their is always an employee near by if you need help. They have a lot of self checkout register if you prefer them or a there is cashier's working also. They have plenty of parking. They have online ordering for pick up or delivery.

Walmart Madison, OH- Store-03608 I had a wonderful experience at the Madison, Ohio, store. It was organized with clear aisles, and I found everything I needed plus some great bargains. The staff really made the difference. The store greeter was very welcoming. In the refrigeration section, a worker went above and beyond to check the back for cashew milk; he let me know exactly when the next delivery was expected. I also picked up some Great Value Large Brown Eggs — the price and quality were excellent! My Grandson was with me, and we found a NO Boundaries hockey jersey shirt and a jacket on clearance that he loves. To finish it off, our cashier was social and friendly, making checkout a breeze. Truly a 5-star team!

I personally love Walmart. They almost always have what I need and the employees are very kind. I always go once a month for groceries and the employees are very helpful and friendly. I accidentally broke a product and they kindly cleaned it up and I did choose to pay them back for the damages. Overall, Walmart is a great store in my opinion.

Greeter accused me of stealing because I didn’t bag my items in plastic today. That tells me he would have given me trouble over items I PAID for if I didn’t have a receipt to show him! I rather go to Ashtabula Walmart now..

Won't ever order here again. Ordered new meta glasses ai ray bans for $304 for them to tell me it's out of stock the next day and hold the money from my account. When I go in person they deem it out of stock because the vision center is closed! At least wait until it opens to say its out of stock!!!! I could of had my glasses today had they really been in stock. Now I have to go in person not once but twice to see if they are in stock. So done!!!

Never had an issue with this store besides a few creeps. Today, I decided to compliment an employee on their hair and then the employee turned to their friend and mocked my voice. Honestly, its upsetting since they work in customer service, I gave them a compliment, and then they mocked me… my bad for saying something I thought was nice :( Hope they’re happy and a good laugh at my expense

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Walmart Review I really appreciate that Walmart is a part of my community and love that they’re here to serve — it’s a convenient store with great prices and a wide variety of products. That said, there are a few areas that really need tightening up. The staff who push the large carts for online orders can be a bit abrasive or careless, often rushing through aisles and making it hard for regular shoppers to move around. Product organization can also be hit or miss — things are often listed as being in one place but end up somewhere else, and the milk section is frequently understocked. The clothing department often has missing or mismatched prices, which gets frustrating quickly. Customer service is another weak spot. It’s often very slow, and calling the store rarely helps since they almost never answer the phone — which is pretty wild in today’s world. Overall, I’m still glad Walmart is part of the community, but I really hope they tighten things up to match the level of service their customers deserve.

Well, I came in this morning to get a money order.And their machine wasn't working, and the lady was trying to tell me that i'm gonna have to wait 3 to 4 days to get my money back and I said, well, I really need that, and that was last of what I had to pay for this money order.And i'm going to have a really bad day.And the manager blair, who came up to take care of it.Because the lady at the counter couldn't handle.It was very rude and told me that I was being disrespectful because it wasn't their fault.I was going to have a bad day.It was the system's fault.I said it was walmart's fault and i'm not looking for an argument.This person was nothing but confrontational from the gecko, not friendly, and all I said was that i'm gonna have a bad day if this doesn't go through because you're kind of screwing me over. BLAIRE THE MANAGER "IF SHE EVEN IS ONE " WED NOV 13TH YOU ARE A CRAPPY PERSON AND SHOULDNT DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS

Was a nice store. But since remodeling there are items everywhere. No method to the madness. Wine is by the diapers and pull ups. Pet items in the back of the store now. Kids clothes seem intermingled together. I asked an employee where the little boys jeans were and she stated " nobody can find anything in this store anymore!" If employees do not know where items are, how are the shoppers supposed to know? And of course 2 registers open and backed up so you can use their scan and go machines. It's just a mess. Shame it's going like this. Won't matter though. They will keep making the money because a few won't return. Doesn't hurt the company.

Worst auto center I've ever used. I bought 2 tires from them and asked for a install and after 3 hours they call me and tell me they can't install them and my tires broke the tire machine. By the time they get ahold of me everyone else was closed and I had to drive home with 2 bald tires and 400 worth of tires in my back seat and on a Saturday so now I have to wait until monday to find someone to put on a set of tires. While I was standing in line a guy came in for his 3 time because Wal-Mart can't get lug nuts off and he took his truck to another place to loosen them and came back and they still couldn't get them off. They told me that had a hard time getting my lugs off and that id need to replace my lug bolts which were brand new all 4 hubs have been replaced idiots all of them there.

I am so blessed and so thankful to the young gentleman at Walmart here in Madison Ohio in the auto department. They not only assisted me in purchasing a tarp for my new truck, they even help me put it on in the cold freezing rain here tonight. I'm so grateful so to any single women out there who are having issues with the car come to Walmart in Madison Ohio, they will happily assist you.

This is my favorite Walmart'. It is clean, organized, and has large spacious isles. They have a good selection of items and their inventory is relatively consistent. This place is light years better than the crappy Mentor store and way more organized than Chardon. I wish they would improve their produce and I would give them 5 stars. This Walmart is definitely more affordable than Target or giant Eagle.

This is the worst store ever the acting management suck I do doordash and because of weather conditions had to return the items to the store doordash needed the manager to say that I returned the items he refused so I went up to the front to find another person to help me he was the only person there as an acting manager told me I had to have doordash call them in order for them to get this situation straightened out when it was their customer stuck on my app because they would not do their job properly I thought I lost my keys in the store after the manager told me to leave where he was having me thrown out so I had to call the police to go in and get my keys I was so upset they fell on the floor and when the officer returned he brought out a piece of paper for no trespassing so I'm banned not only from this Walmart but all Walmarts I tried to call their customer service to get someone higher up to straighten this situation out and all I got was a foreign person that could barely understand English so you see this store lacks customer service the store and itself lacks customer service they do not help the customer at all I also forgot to mention that it was a double order for doordash and when I returned the items one of the orders they had given out to another person so they had no clue where it was at even though one of their employees told me exactly where he put the items when he took them back in but one of the orders was nowhere to be found so this store does not help the customer at all and I don't miss going there

I would rate this a zero if I could. Placed pick up order, chose pick up 6-7. It was t ready until 7:40. They want you to check in on their app. It kept telling me there was a problem on their end, try later. Never did get through. Pulled into a designated spot and called the number. Recording came on they were too busy to answer. Box was full, couldn't leave a message. Called the main number twice and 2 different depts. and no answer. Finally stopped a worker and explained. They took my information. We waited over an hour to get our order. As we waited we talked to others that said they had been there over 2 hours. Finally got our order. There were items unavailable. I still got charged for them. NEVER AGAIN.

Sad to say, but the ASSociates back in the electronics department and especially in the mobile phone area, are just about as useless as they can be. They do not even want to try to help you!

I used to like this Walmart, but their online grocery has been awful lately. I'm writing this as I wait (currently one hour and forty minutes) for my groceries. The lot is full, no orders are coming out and I can't get word one out of anyone. I tried calling the store to talk with a store manager or assistant manager and I get transferred and then immediately disconnected. Very poor customer service. Last time I come here.

went grocery shopping walmart madison last thursday.2 cashiers taking their time,no sense of urgency,lines were 10 to 15 people long.they finally opened 2 more registers after customers complained.i realize they want you to utilize the self checkout, so they can make more money,by paying less people,but myself and the other 30 plus customers werent buying it.that is why i quit going to giant eagle. look like ill go to iga.

Well I'm 45 years old and my beautiful wife is 39 we bought over $200 in groceries but unfortunately we ended up in line with a young cashier who couldn't have been any nicer but she couldn't ring up our beer and bottle of wine we bought so we waited for almost 15 minutes for a manager to show up and ring us out even though she walked by twice when she finally makes the effort she won't sell us our alcohol because my 39 year old wife doesn't look 40 but left her purse at home but I have my Id ready to go she was rude and embarrassed us I guess I'll go to Marc's Aldis and Giant Eagle not like I don't have plenty of options. This is the best Walmart I have ever been to. It has the most variety of items, it's clean and organized, and the staff are quick and knowledgeable. I thought all Walmarts were this good until I went to one in CA and it was so disappointing so this is probably the best Walmart around. Also it has the cheapest milk I've ever seen for 98 cents a gallon. I will miss this Walmart when I move because I really did like going to this one.

One of the better in the area. I would literally drive outta my way to here instead of the one closest to me.

This walmart always has stuff I need. They are friendly and they have self checkout. They are always clean and just a nice place to shop.

went to photo center to print photos for my incarcerated son of a female friend (selfie in underwear, sports bra and panties). Both parties well over 18. Moe the co-manager( female deemed them to be inappropriate. Kept pictures, refused to sell them to me. Went to Walgreens and female laughed, had no issues. Walmart has sold me pictures of same for my son in past. This is absurd. A male associate from electronics was manning photo counter and he was the weirdo that refused to sell and went to ask Moe.

It's really hit or miss on whether or not they are going to have what you need in stock.
