Do not order anything on line for pick up at this location! I had confirmation that my product had been received at the store, so I went to go pick it up. Spent the first half hour explaining that my product is in fact at the store, for some reason they refused to believe the tracking info was correct. Once they finally came to their sences, they said "okay it is here, we just don't know where it is. " now just so it is clear my order.. was a TREADMILL! Easy enough to find. I took a seat and waited for them to find it. Another half hour rolls around, and the ill English speaking service manager said they found it, but it's behind a bunch of other stuff. (I had called 8 hours prior to arriving at the store letting them know I was coming by to pick this up.) So I told the service manager well you guys can just ship it to my house, since I already been there for over an hour. She absolutely refused to ship it. So I took a seat again, about 15 mins later, I was asked to pull around to the back of the store, because they couldn't clear a path to go out the front. Pulled up, and they still were not ready to roll this box of mine out. The solution was quite simple, but simple is also a good word to describe this service manager. She literally is now moving pallets that didn't even need to get moved in order to get my box out.... there were two guys just standing there, don't nothing, so I told one of them to lift the other side of the box and help me get it in my box of my truck. I had to carry my own product out of the back of Wal-Mart's messed up idiotic loading system, had to deal with a service manager who was about as service orientated as a dmv employee, and wound up spending just under two hours at this Wal-Mart... moral of the story... go to TARGET!
