I always enjoy coming here, even though there's a Walmart near my house. This Walmart always wins. The best selection! It's always clean and everything is neatly organized. There are so many things here that you can't find in other Walmarts.

Worst customer service around, showed up at 725 to get an oil change that I had an appointment for - I was the first appointment. 3 cars on the dock already getting oil changes. Guy at the front spent 5 minutes with his butt towards the counter digging in the paper shredder, made me wait until he was done with that just to say yeah man there are three people ahead of you.

Thank you John for your exceptional customer service from start (phone call) to finish ( when I entered the Auto Center). John, you were efficient, kind, and showed genuine care which made a big difference. Having unexpected car expenses can be tough, but your professionalism and the team's skill made it easier. Thank you Kyle for ensuring all four tires were on point, your passion in what you do shows. To Josh, Thanks for taking great care of me at checkout and to the techs who fixed and replaced my tires. We have always come to this Walmart because it has always been so nice and clean. This morning ( Sunday July 27) I came at 6am and the lot was dirty. There appeared to be trash all over the ground and cans over flowing. There were 4 cart corals up front filled with carts. What happened to the days when carts and lot was cleaned up at close? I would hate to see this store turn into Ft.Walton store

Come here almost every day. New hire Jacob in the Deli was very helpful and kind. Always appreciate a great associate! Thank you Jacob!

I ordered two trash cans for pick up. I got home and realized one of them had a big dent on the front. I came back to the store to exchange it. They said they don’t do exchanges but gave me a gift card to go get another one. I went to look and they’re out of stock. Went back to Customer Service and they said once it’s done it’s done. This goes without saying, but avoid Walmart at all costs if it all possible.

Tire center is horrible! 5 guys one car and 2 hours to get 2 tires mounted! 4 guys walking around like they trying to find something to do. Then they want to ask well did you have an appointment! Really if anyone else besides Walmart ran there business this way they be out of business! I guess they lucky Walmart has the money to pay them to walk around!!

Shout out to Trinity in online grocery orders! The app didn't have an option for me to select the desired cut on my deli meat. However, she came through and made sure to have the deli remake my order shaved, as requested. This level of customer service seems to have been abandoned by most, however, not by her. She went above and beyond and for that, I am so grateful 🫶🏽

your typical wide selection of items and competitive Walmart pricing. the produce sells fast, so is generally relatively fresh. They stopped the 24 hour a day hours during Covid, and never went back to that schedule unfortunately, but are still open later than most other places.

Good place to pick up items for stocking up. Most of their prices are good, for the area. I did a run to this location and it was further than local store, but wanted to shop at Aldi's also, so I did the drive. I will utilize this location for some future needs.

A huge shoutout to John, Kyle and Rick at Walmart Auto Care Center in Navarre! I had a bolt in my tire from several days ago. That tire had been changed out by roadside assistance and I had my spare on. I brought the tire to a tire chain in the area and was told they could not repair the tire because they didn't have patches that size. I was quoted $500.00 for a new tire. Thank goodness I did not make any rash decisions. I went to Walmart Auto Center today in Navarre and explained to John at the desk what was going on. He came out to look at the tire. Then he had his service guys, Kyle and Rick come out. Well these guys saved me $500.00. Kyle examined the tire and said that the bolt may not be actually in the tire but only in the tread, especially since the PSI was not going any lower. He thought outside the box and pulled the bolt and it came out. It was not even through the tire! so that tire is perfectly fine and I saved $500.00. What's more, they didn't even charge me. I was so relieved when I left there. What awesome guys they are! Kudos to the Navarre Walmart Auto Care Center. You have some valuable employees with great customer service skills and problem solving skills. Thank you so very much

No need to go grocery shopping at other stores! I got blueberries from another large shop and paid 250% more there than wallmart. Also the wine and beer selection here is better and less costly than other grocer

We ordered an online cake for our beach retreat birthday...I did not have high expectations but wow. I was blown away by the decorating detail and the cake was moist and delicious. The staff was super nice and the happy birthday was written beautifully as well! 5 stars for their bakery department!

My daughter and I go here all the time! Great prices and even better customer service! Tonight my kids and I went here after a great dinner at Samurai. While I was checking out, my wife went back to the candy aisle and got some Easter themed candy for the kids and I! While my wife was getting candy, one of the people who worked here, Ian, started to talk to us about our thoughts on Peeps! The people here and things here are amazing!

Don't bother with the produce it's always rotten or almost rotten. It's frustrating to buy fresh produce and when you open it up most of its rotten.

The Auto Center is great!! Was taking my granddaughter to swim class when the low tire pressure went on. Since Walmart was on the way, immediately stopped in and thankfully it was only a nail in the tire that could be fixed instead of having to replace the tire. Mark and his technicians provided great customer service and the price was very reasonable at $10 plus tax--other locations around the area charge around $20 to fix a tire. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes!

I LOVE this Walmart. I have never even liked a Walmart but this one I lOVE!!! It's super clean, well stocked & organized. Tons of beach gear, even paddle boards!!! It has a awesome organic produce section. They have white sweet potatoes! Fresh never frozen fish! Fresh baked sprouted wheat bread!!! A whole section of Paleo frozen foods just FYI. Containers of Organic baby spinach & Kale and Organic arugula & baby spinach, both my faves. And AND, they carry Blue Plate mayo & Dukes mayo HELL YEAH! It also has a McDonald's inside & wait for it wait for it wait for it!!! A super clean, very professional nail salon inside that gives great pedicures! Woot! Highly recommend :)

Has everything you need in a clean atmosphere. Well organized. Employees are polite. Easy in and out of parking lot.

I don't go to Walmart often. It's always a last resort for me; I always choose Target or Kroger or if in Indiana, Market District or Earth Fare. But, in Navarre, we don't have any other choice. So here is my review for Navarre Walmart. The only thing that bothers me was when the employees (which were in practically every isle we were in) could tell we were stumped trying to find a certain type of pepper. The lady helped us, which was nice, but, in the other isle when we were trying to find cleaner, the employee guy had his earbuds in when we were clearly lost trying to find something. What I am saying, is that no employee except for one had even an effort to help us find something. Though we have been to this Walmart two times, it is still hard to find things here. So, we would appreciate if more than one employees if they could see us would help. Another thing that happened was there was a sign that said there was an item on sale. At checkout, it was its regular price. Our cashier was very understanding though while we went and got the sign to show the cashier and another employee who I assume was the manager because he had a yellow vest and like 20 badges. They marked the price as it was as the sale. Our cashier also bagged our items good, too. Overall, partially good experience here at Walmart. Thank you for reading.

Clean store. Staff treats me like I'm a ghost. My wife and I LITERALLY stood at the aquariums, with me YELLING thast I wanted to buy a fish to attract an associate for help. Guess you don't want my business. I'll be moving on elsewhere. I'd rather pay extra for the customer service.

It's a Walmart like ever other Walmart. Like most men. I go get what I want. Stand in line to pay and go home. Anytime I've ever had to ask for something the people have been very helpful.

I love all Walmart locations and after several visits to this location, this one stands above most locations. What do I mean by that? The parking lot and the store were clean and all of the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful, not like my local Walmart experiences. This particular Wally World is a super center and was almost directly across the street from the exit from the campground that I stayed at for a week. There's a Murphy's Oil in the parking lot area. They seemed to have the cheapest prices on gasoline, so stop in there after you shop. There is a Netflix machine at the entrance, so we took advantage to that a few times while we were in the area. They even had a clearance section where I found a few extra items that I didn't really need. Isn't that what clearances and most sales are about? There really isn't a single thing to complain about.

Walmart 9360 Navarre Parkway Navarre, FL 32566 September 5,2019 Dear Sir, I would like to acknowledge the exemplary service I was provided yesterday September 4th around 3:10 in the afternoon. I went to the store earlier that afternoon, and purchased a few items, so found out when I got home, about 25 minutes later, my Walmart bag was not in my car. I had however, my receipt in my wallet, which was proof of purchase. So I returned back to Walmart went to the Customer Service to see if someone had returned my bag with the purchases I made. I was asked to get all the items from the receipt and bring it back to them. As I started my hunt I went first to get the Birthday Card for my husband, and then proceeded searching for the remaining items, that's when I encountered Mr. Francis, the Co Manager, I mentioned I was looking for these items and described what had happened. Without any hesitation Mr. Francis took my Walmart receipt and asked me to sit down by McDonalds, (inside the store,) and wait for him. In a matter of a few minutes he returned with a bag containing all the items. I want to highlight his excellent customer service, and wish to express my most sincere gratitude for his assistance. Walked in during COVID 19 the greeters only greet certain customers. I am happy we were just in the area for an event. Horrible customer service. I guess that;s why we prefer Publix

This is the most poorly stocked, yet touristy Walmart I've ever been in. Isle after isle of beach related crap and very short on many things a person actually needs from Walmart.

This is really the only Walmart my husband and I like going to when shopping for supplies or groceries. The layout makes sense and for the most part has everything we need in one stop and under one roof. Convenient for our family. We get confused at Luther Walmart's bearcats their layout makes zero sense. JBond ;.)

Visited Gulf Breeze WM at 8:45pm on Saturday night. Only 2-3 registers open along with self checkouts. Visited Navarre WM around noon on Sunday. Only 2 GM registers open and several grocery registers open, all backed up with no one responding to the problem. Seems to be a pattern of poor customer service at these stores.

Run of the Mill super center. Lots of beach items, souvenirs, and a whole aisle of sunscreen! Would like it if there was more organic produce.

The Navarre Supercenter in particular has let me down considerably lately. They seem to have enough staff (for a change), but they cannot seem to get product onto the shelves. There have been times when I have gone in there for only a few items and left without half of them because they were simply out-of-stock. I don't know if other Wal-Marts are suffering the same issue, but Winn-Dixie has been getting more of my dollars recently.

Traveled out here for vacation and on our last day down here, battery light came on in our minivan. Being unfamiliar with the area, we came to the nearest Walmart for help. We explained the situation and how desperate we were for help and they said they couldn't get us in for 3 hours. Being short notice we understand, but the van now would not even turn on. We went in to buy a battery and then proceed to ask the men working if we could borrow some supplies to put said battery in, once again no help. Just simply couldn't care less. After buying the battery, gloves, and tools to work on it, spent about $200 at least and 2 hours in the Walmart parking lot trying to put the battery in, safe to say none of us were professional and we were all getting upset. While the employees couldn't care less, watching us struggle and laughing. I have never felt so much rage go through my body. How could people be that rude. I usually don't write these and I'm not a mean person, but I would love to see the same situation happen to them and see if they are laughing then.

The other day was my first trip to this Walmart. My family and I just moved here from Hawaii and our stuff won't be here for another month, so I had to buy a LOT of stuff. We were in the store for about 2 hours and while invests busy, it was very well organized. The associates were very helpful as well and the store for the most part was clean.

This is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been in. The staff is friendly, but they never have anything I need. I go almost on a daily basis and it never fails they're always out of what I need. Crazy things like lemons, lettuce, ext. things you just shouldn't run out of as a grocery store.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I finally can give a good Walmart review! The tire center of this store is the best of any tire center ANYWHERE! Kristen was very courteous and friendly. And Frederick in the shop was extremely helpful. He really helped me out when I was trying to get home from vacation. Short story...I had bought a new tire and was going to have to install it myself (no big deal)or wait 2 hrs for the shop techs to do it. After a short conversation with 1 tech in the shop, they told me to pull to the bay. Frederick was super helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. He had my tire installed in 5 minutes. I was surprised by his willingness to help me out when I was kinda in a bind on a busy Sunday. I had initially mentioned to his coworker that I would be willing to tip $10 as a sign of appreciation. So when the job was done, I was very persistent in my attempts to tip Frederick. He refused to take the tip, and wished me a nice day! And bid me and my family safe travel on our way home. What a good dude this guy was! Overall, my headache of a morning turned into a great day thanks to this place!!!

The Walmart is amazing! Except for some of the people that work there. An employee refused to sell my husband beer (he showed her his ID) because I didn't have my ID. I am 27 years old and look every bit of it. It's kind of stupid to ask for both of our IDs. If it's Walmart policy they need to be more consistent and all of the employees should ask to see all the IDs, not just one. Very displeased. Should parents have to show their 16 and 17 year olds IDs? Very dumb!

Get your groceries for the beach. Get your beach toys for the kids. Get your adult beverages and get ready for the beach.

i get my fruit here so that's cool. i live down the road from one so it's easy to get to. people are nice here, they help and try their best to get exactly what i need

This is an amazing Wal-mart.. great products @ a great price!! What more could you ask for on the beach!!
