Walmart Supercenter

Came in to get prescription, pharmacy was great. While waiting on prescription I went to the makeup section to browse. Waited in line for 5 minutes after people before me waited 10. Lady was slow, didn’t greet, she looked like she shouldn’t be at a register. Then went to deli to get something to eat. Got a wrap that’s already overpriced just to open it to find a hair! Looked more like an animal hair. Attached is a picture and the day it was packaged, please hold your people accountable.

I tell you what, it's utterly ridiculous that this Walmart claims that the home office doesn't allow truck parking,but Walmart trucks can park here!!

My general experience has been that the further you get from the Walmart Home Office, the worse the stores tend to be. This one is against type as it is not at all far from Bentonville and yet it seems rather average. Items were well stocked in some departments and not as well in others. The restroom was mostly clean but out of paper towels. The cart corrals in the parking lot were in the process of being cleared out but still rather full. Three stars, this was an OK visit.

I woulda gave it a zero but that’s not an option. This Walmart store is outta control. The place is always filthy. Full of non compliant customers. You will get run over in this store if you don’t pay attention to your surroundings. In my opinion it could be twice the average size n still not accommodate the public. Also without hassles from employees pushing around big carts filling orders. This should be done at night. . Theres loose hair from hair cut place by main corridor every were by exits.I will never visit this store again. So over crowded from how u say difficult people not from the from this area? Very disrespectful. Like this store is only for them. And we owe em. They won’t move even blocking isles at times. This store needs security. And not plain clothes man. Need to be a police officer to monitor these things. There’s been so many fights in this store. I can’t count how many times I seen a fight here. Ya would think Walmart would have an outstanding store to show examples since this is there homeland Were it all started. It I’m done. If you shop here please take care be aware of your surroundings.

Just a PSA, Walmart doesn’t do price matching anymore so I ended spending an EXTRA $35 on a stupid keyboard. It is what it is, don’t get me wrong. It’s just beyond stupid. And it was either spend the extra $35 or wait 3 hours to pick it up when ordering online…for one single item by the way. Ridiculous.

Had 2 guys help me out with softener salt. Found a cart (none on the garden center side) and helped me load into cart. Great attitude also

No truck parking anymore. Lucky there's a truckstop next door. Dang, this place was a must-stop until this change. We are actively hated in our own country, drivers. Even by the one business that used to give a darn about us. I don't even know what else to say.

I am a paying Walmart+ customer who frequently uses the Scan & Go feature for convenience. Unfortunately, nearly every time I shop, I’m treated with suspicion and made to feel like a thief by store associates. One associate in particular Susan constantly stages her comments in a way that’s clearly intended to make me feel guilty for simply using a service I pay for. I have absolutely no problem with the random spot checks — I understand security protocols. What I do have a problem with is being harassed and talked down to every time I try to check out. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way, especially as a loyal customer. If Walmart is going to offer a feature like Scan & Go, their associates need to be trained to treat customers with respect — not like criminals.

The blonde - I feel awful I forgot her name- at self checkout, long blonde hair in a low pony was incredibly kind. She came right up and struck up a conversation with us. Such a delight! The store was a smaller one but easily able to locate everything and they had a large selection. The store was very clean.

S T I N K Y Employee! Absolutely GOD AWFUL! There's an older woman on your morning shift who does the online shopping orders and holy cow does she STINK. I'm not normally one to judge about body odor but this is downright OFFENSIVE. I have to move 3+ aisles away from her to escape the stench! I work night shift up in Joplin so mornings are the only times I get to do my shopping which is unfortunate because I have to play a constant running game just to not throw up in my cart!

Shopping at a garbage can would be more productive! Out of stock on half the store. Staff rude like the rest of the Walmart's in America. Total trash.

If you have five hours to kill, the Walmart Auto Care Center in Neosho would be a great place to have your oil changed and to buy four new tires. Plus they throw in a snooty attitude for good measure. When I needed to know how much cash to withdraw for the tires, they couldn't provide a firm total that included sales tax and fees. I started figuring it myself but no one could tell me what the sales tax rate was in Neosho MO. They looked at each other like I was being some kind of smart ass asking them. I had to walk across the store to the Arvest Bank to withdraw the funds and it was like: 'Well, when you get back we'll take care of you then so long as nobody else comes in the meantime.' And so the waiting began. As if I am lucky to spend my $400 plus here instead of the countless oil and tire retailers that are all over the place. In 60,000 miles I will make sure to buy my next set of tires anywhere but the Neosho Walmart Auto Care Center.

Do not take your car to the tire center. Waited 5 hours to get the tires installed and they still didn't do it. Then I went to get the tires rotated when it was time. I waited 2.5 hours and they still didn't get it done. Came back the next day and they said it would be a 5 hour wait. Went to Firestone. Paided for it myself didn't even wait a whole hour.

Lost our car keys in the store today. The managers and employees treated us as a joke. So here we are, no keys. They need to improve on customer service for sure. Would recommend going anywhere else in town.

Been through most departments at this Walmart and most employees could care less about doing their jobs....have also had some run ins with managment to the point where I had to call the district manger to get them to follow THEIR OWN policies....the one exception is Michelle the pharmacy manager....she goes out of her way to try and take care of people.....

Got all the items I needed w/o a hassle. Lines were short and fast. Workers were polite and helpful.

Their electronics department is usually always stocked but they may sell more if their employees were willing to actually get things for the customers. I can check the app before driving out to Walmart to make sure items are on stock. I'll ask for them and more often than not am told they are not in stock. When o say the app says they are they will usually go get it. This last time she argued and refused to even look at the app until we got a manager.

i ordered some stuff online and did not get all my order. I contacted them they said it was lost .. How can u lose a box of pioneer woman dishes .Will not order from them again !!!
