Walmart Supercenter

For the most part this location is great. It's clean, well taken care of, and all around a great walmart. However, today my husband and I were waiting for over an hour in the baby section for the employees to find the keys for the baby monitor section. We had our newborn baby and toddler with us, so waiting that long was not okay. If you are going to lock things behind cases, make sure you have more than one copy of every key as well as kept better track of, seeing as an employee went on break with the only key. Other families should not have to wait this long for service, especially not in the baby section.

Great store! The clothes section was really nice and tidy, probably the cleanest I've seen anywhere. I go there for oil changes too, always a good and quick experience.

I went to Walmart to shop for school supplies that my church can donate to a public school. I found all the items that were on the list I was given so I picked up a lot during this trip. Since don't have a school-age child I saw things that I didn't know existed like flesh-colored crayons in a variety of skin tones! I also saw erasable colored pencils. I bought an assortment of supplies and when I went through checkout I was very pleased to have spent less than I expected! I was happy!

If you buy anything in store and return it unopened with receipt. They offer cash back or return funds to debit. Here's the crooked part. They don't tell you it's 7-10 business days to return the funds or longer if it doesn't match with your banks billing cycle. How many more millions does walmart make in interest holding people's money for 2 weeks. For reference Tractor Supply returned my money to my debit before I was given back the receipt at the register. NEVER AGAIN CHINAMART

Pretty quick in and out process. I'm a truck driver so eating healthy can be a bit of a challenge. Thanks to some walmarts healthy eating is a possibility. I wish walmarts promoted parking locations for truck drivers at more locations even if it's for short term shopper parking.

I'm a big DC McFarlane toy collector.yes I had a employee take me to the back.an their they were .but the box that is very distinctive with its blue tape around it. What's coming up not in the store. And there was about four or five boxes. That's the only time I ever got then on the shelfs something is going on... scalpers the store scout before even Target.

Went there to get new tires put on, already paid for on line,got there and asked to add a hihe millage oil change went and did my shopping they called me told me they couldn't do my oil change cause they didn't have my oil filter got home to find out they charged me for a oil change anyway watch your accounts. I saw to purchases from my debit card from Walmart when I only used it once to buy groceries , they charged the oil change and did not do it . Keep in mind I said tires were already paid for on line but they added the oil change to that bill .

I like shopping there because they have reasonable prices. What I don’t like is they need more electric chairs as I can’t walk to far. I have to leave the store early because I get tired just pushing the carts.

Out of Walmarts in the area, this is one of the nicer ones. Nice, clean, and organized! Walmart prices are always the cheapest, although they are non union and have a reputation of not paying or treating their employees very well. If you want support local, this is NOT your place.

I was already nervous when I went there to talk to someone about getting a cake made for a special birthday and I felt so more uncomfortable not to mention I bought a cake that I couldn't customize like I wanted to and I have to put on my own toppings for her birthday it wasn't right and they advertise the cake that I want on the website ocean blue with some sharks and I was treated wrongly and felt like I did something wrong don't know if I wanna be a Walmart member anymore

Had by far one of the most retarded Grand Theft Auto 5 Strangers & Freaks encounter 3 times at once and it was beautiful... This small skinny speed addicted Blonde woman was trying to return her Bissel Vacuum saying that someone gave her the wrong Vacuum! She was very adamant that it was the wrong Vacuum but upon giving the box to the Clerk, it was the same Vacuum on the box... but something was wrong, it was completely destroyed. Probably something close to 20 feet of rope was sucked up and all the way through the Vacuum and the power cord was completely frayed. Upon this Revelation Crack Girl looks at me for affirmation. I look back stoic, no expression. She then explains that she bought the vacuum yesterday and opened the box to find "the wrong vacuum". Again looking at me for affirmation she continues on interrupting the Clerk's explanation that Walmart does not sell open box items. To Crack Girls dismay, she realizes that this means her 40$ will not be gotten back... as she packs away her destroyed retarded Vacuum into the box and takes the walk of shame for lying.... And acting.... like a Crack Head. Who ever the employee was that handled retarded Blonde Crack Girl's Bissel Vacuum with 20 feet of rope up it. You did an awesome job.

I will never shop at Walmart again. My groceries were to be delivered between 12 and 1 today. It's now 6:22 and I still dont have them. I called to cancel my order so I could get food somewhere else. They wont refund my money for 3-5 days. Now I can buy no food until then. I am diabetic and cant go so long without eating. I've spent all Sunday on the phone trying to work this out. The whole thing now has me sick. I'll never shop there again. It is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not one customer service person was helpful. I'm done!!!

Be careful if you use online grocery order & pickup. I ordered a clothing rack with my grocery items. Got it home, it was broken. Took it back to the same store WITH receipt, and was told the local store cannot process online grocery order returns. Call this number they said. You won't be put on hold they said. Haha! Right from the store I called the number. Was of course put on hold. Then was accidentally disconnected. Twice. When I finally got to talk to someone, I was told the local store had given me the wrong number. So I called the second number. Keep in mind I'm IN this Walmart. Guess what? When someone finally came on the line, they processed my refund AND TOLD ME I HAD TO TAKE THE BROKEN ITEM BACK TO THE STORE I WAS ALREADY AT. WALMART!!!!! Get your act together!!!!

This might be my first one star review ever given. If you're reading this don't be discouraged right away it's not as bad as it looks. However, if you are planning on going to the deli please turn around IMMEDIATELY and go to Kroger or another place you'll save your precious time. Today I waited 37 minutes at the deli with only 2 customers in front of me. The lone man behind the counter was working hard. I tried to put myself in his shoes and said, "man short handed today, huh?". He responded by saying management only schedules one employee behind the deli counter on the weekend. For that Walmart you lost a customer when it comes to deli meats. I will gladly go to Kroger instead.

I love this Walmart. The staff is nice, stock is always filled and they have more stuff.

Although this location did not win any kind of award for fastest service in the deli it was a decent wal mart. It seemed clean and it was set up nicely. Also I wasn't very impressed with the produce. I buy tomatoes everytime I go to the grocery store and I literally couldn't find a single tomato that wasn't already rotting.

So me girlfriend and i bought a 43" vizio smart tv and when we got home and tried to put the feet on it so we could stand it up the feet wouldnt fit. So we put it straight back in the box and took it back. They try to get the feet on and couldnt either so they check the serial number to return it and tell us the serial numbers on the tv and box are different. Thats not even the tv we were supposed to get n since the serial numbers on the box and tv are different they cant return or exchange it. All we did was buy a tv off the shelf and somehow its our fault they didnt have the right tv in the box. I guess we should have opened it up in the store to make sure the right tv is in there, but who does that. Very frustrated and extremally disappointed in walmart. I feel like we just got robbed out of $230. Its unbelievable that walmart can do some false advertising like that and the box on the shelve might not have the product on the box inside!

Bakery staff of 3 people was no help at all . Everyone had a attitude . My cake was ugly ,sprinkles just dumped covering cake and I had no time to order a new one .I will never order from bakery again this is second time this happened. I called management he couldn't do anything for me because I didn't have receipt . When clearly there is a record somewhere of me ordering from tablet that worker used or receipts they keep .Never again! Zero stars ! Dec 1-19

I went in today for a fishing license. There was no one working in the hunting and fishing department when we got there, so we had to call for someone. Anthony came very quickly to help us out. There was some trouble with the licensing (I made a mistake), and I was quite rude with Anthony. He managed to fix the mistake and get me a new license, and though it took a while and I was being impatient, he remained polite and friendly through the process. I learned after that he is the assistant manager of grocery. I really want to commend his customer service, he went above and beyond. Thank you, Anthony! Also, the store is clean and easy to navigate, so it's a win for me!

Every checkout line, every time I go, has at least 6 people ahead of me. Every time. Employees look overworked and unhappy. Walmart certainly isnt Costco, but they really could really up the bar.

I usually don't complain about much, but I am really getting irritated at the cashiers . At least 2-3 times in the past I have been charged for things I did not get. I am a homebound elderly person and have to rely on others to do my grocery shopping for me. I never did anything before as far as getting refunds on the overcharges because it was always less then $2.00., and I didn't want to have to send the person who did my shopping back to get the refund. But today, I was charged for 3 items when I only got one of that item. This amounted to over $12.00. I live on a very limited income and have to watch every penny I spend. So now I had to send this person back to get a refund. He said he had to tell the cashier on two others items she rang up more than once that he caught, but didn't on these last two. I always go over my receipts for this reason. I wonder how many people don't and get charged for things that didn't get. The cashier was complaining that she had to use the bathroom and that there was no one to relieve her. Couldn't she have called a manager or someone to relieve her,instead of being rude and over charging , not paying attention to what she was ringing up ? This Wal-Mart was good when it first opened but in the last couple of years or so it seems to be going down hill. This is the Navarre Ave. Store in Oregon.

I tried to buy fabric in the craft department. No one was there so I used the bell provided and waited. In all I waited about 20 minutes but no one came. I went to the next department and the associate paged someone but still no one responded. Finally I left frustrated.
