My experience at the walmart of Rhineheart in sanford, when my 80 year old dad gets an oil change and immediately driving of the car shuts down twice, my dad calls me as i live 3 blocks away, when I arrive I see the Shop Supervisor Jennifer Malller in a street character voice practically yelling saying this has nothing to do with the oil change, tells 2 of her techs to not touch car and leave my dad there as Inwas walking to them, did not realise I was his son, I immediately told her not to speak to my dad like that and if she was a mechanic, she sucks her teeth as she is from the projects rolls her eyes onky thing missing was 2 snaps and a twist, no she didnt, I read her her rights and demanded a manager, this so called employee does not have customer service skills, people skills and has no clue how to engage, she miss management 101, i am sure walmart does not engage in its employees sour interaction, I will be contacting corporate, will post here on facebook, yelp, trip advisor and alp social media, thats one employee that should be working behind scene maybe with just boxes and zero public interactions. She should take notes from ASM Hector who did everything right, apologetic, professional, sincere caring and kept on tract. Kudos to him, as for Jennifer she needs to go, POOR REPRESENTATION FOR WALMART, HOPE THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BEHAVIOR
