Dilliana was so nice at the register. I had issues with Walmart Pay. And she was so helpful. Went out of her way to help me navigate the app. They have scan and go lines for Walmart + members and it is a game changer no more waiting in line. It is so awesome. And they have a great inventory of cards on a regular basis.

I can’t believe how much abuse is in customer money. I went to the store yesterday 10/19/2025 and in the clothes clearance section I found all breast cancer t-shirts that said a higher price than the original price. Went to customer service and the woman told me that they did that because they need the money. Seriously so disrespectful. See it for yourself. Incredible

I visited this store on December 23rd, and I was very impressed by the number of cashiers they had on duty. Despite it being one of the busiest times of the year, they managed to keep the queues to a minimum. However, I did encounter an issue with communication, as my cashier did not speak English. This is something the store may want to address, as it can be a growing concern for customers. Personally, I find it challenging to learn new languages at my age. Aside from that, I had a surprisingly pleasant shopping experience. If it weren't for the language barrier, I would have happily given a 5-star rating.

A pharmacy employee (Robert), at the St Cloud Florida store tonight went above & beyond the call of duty to get a prescription transferred & filled for my special friend who has Covid. Robert is definitely an asset to your Walmart family, he went more than just an extra mile, to help us, what he did for us could very well of saved a life❣️. Thank you Robert & may God Bless you as you have blessed so many I’m sure .

⭐ Disappointing Customer Service / Confusing Return Policy On 1/13/26 around 7:30 PM, I visited Walmart store #1086 in Saint Cloud, FL to return a sleeper couch that arrived damaged. Before going to the store, I followed the return instructions on Walmart’s website, which clearly state the item can be returned to any Walmart location and that a box is not required if one is no longer available. Based on that information, I rented a truck and transported the couch to the store. Once there, Customer Service informed me they could not accept the return because it was from a third-party vendor and required a box. This limitation is not explained on the website, and I was shown an in-store policy that directly contradicted the online instructions. I asked to speak with a manager, and “Alex” assisted me. Unfortunately, there was little empathy and no real effort to resolve the situation. I was even advised to look in the furniture section for a box, which was not reasonable under the circumstances. Because of the misleading return information, I now have to purchase packaging and rent another truck, resulting in unnecessary expenses. Walmart should ensure its online return instructions are accurate and that store management handles situations like this with better customer service. Very disappointing experience overall.

I gave this store 5 stars because every time I walk in through the grocery entrance, I’m always welcomed with a smile. The team here has a great attitude, the store is always clean, and there are always helpful employees around when I need something. It really makes the shopping experience easy and pleasant. Place has everything you need. Looks like they have a theft problem, so be ready to wait for a while to get particular items to have them unlock the cabinet and make you pay for it right there. They have a eatery style kiosk through the day. Sausage,egg and cheese biscuit for $2? Yes please! Tasted pretty good.

I was looking for gas. I am handicapped. I called the phone number on the pump for help. The number rings into the store. They then have to transfer you to the station. The woman who finally awnsered said she was alone in the station and could not leave. She was going to have to call back to the store and get someone to come to the pump. After 15 minutes I called again, asked for the manager. Explained my situation. Finally someone was coming. It took me over 30 minutes to get gas. Several people were mad at me and blowing there horns. I wished just for 1 day, everyone had to live in "my shoes." See what it is like to be handicapped, in continuous pain. I do not like asking for help. I try to not be a bother. Unfortunately, there are times when I just can not do it alone and I need some help.

I Almost always am able to Find exactly what we're looking for here from car stuff, housewares and food. Clothes too!!!

We went to get my sister's hair cut here. WE didn't need an appointment add the price was reasonable. The hair dresser did a good job with my sister's hair. She was also respectful and professional. Then, we went to buy a few stuff. I was looking for a certain item and the people I approached and asked, didn't understand English. It's a big place with clothes and food items and if you're not familiar with the store...well, you get my drift.

I have been attempting collect a refund from 11/23. I did an online order that was picked up by someone else and the manager at this location (Shirley) advised I contact the 1-800 number for a refund. I called that evening, agent said refund was processed. Fast forward to today 12/5 I spoke to an agent who said in her words the agent lied to you and this has not been done. I would like to receive the refund from 11/23 that I am owed. I am attaching two different chats that show the agents assured me I would receive my refund. Please advise.

A lot of people, not a lot of parking available. However, the shelves are organized neatly and I got all the items I needed.

Very disappointed in this location. They do not sell men's denim shorts. We are in Florida where the temps hit 90 and above. Not good!!!!!

Walmart supercenter in St. Cloud Florida. This was a wasted $ 9.00 and I went to walmart for the watermelon.

Came to do a drive up pick up order that has been ready since yesterday. I arrived at 6:33pm on a Saturday (8/6) and left at 8:44pm. Other cars are being attended, and others have been leaving. The number they have on the sign is out of service so there's no way for you to contact them or let them know you've been waiting. Either they are severely understaffed or have 0 organization inside. Terrible. Employees are young and careless, don't check up on your car. I cancelled my order with Walmart.

Don't take apple pay or google pay because they want to use walmart pay only. When 1/2 of the world runs by apple pay and google pay. The Mars Corporation want everything in there pocket. This is an other reason why not to support this type of companies. That way small business that accepts this type of payment method thrive.

I've included 4 photos from my last visit to Walmart in Cottonwood Arizona, this morning. It was a Sunday morning, about 8:30 a.m. The store had only been open about an hour and a half. I'm not sure if it's due to covid-19, supply issues, or lack of help, but this store has gone downhill service-wise dramatically over the last two years. I'm a great proponent of Walmart stores, because I believe their prices are perhaps the best in the retail business. But, trying to find something there, that you have purchased in the past, and really liked, is becoming harder and harder. Again, I'm not the one to decide why that is. I just know I'm a far more dissatisfied customer now then I have been in the past.

I've looked at the other reviews and see that this Walmart got a lot of one stars for poor customer service. I come here regularly over the past several years and I haven't had the same experiences. Whenever I have needed assistance, the staff have been helpful and assisted with my needs in various departments. The store can be a madhouse, as one person stated. It is a very busy and popular Walmart. Parking can be difficult at times and the lines long, but I've found that the self checkout, as long everyone in the line has a reasonable amount of items, can help to elevate that wait time. The prices are reasonable and they usually have whatever I need when I go there: food, electronics, dishes, beauty supplies, medication and gardening supplies. Their produce is always fresh and well displayed. It's Walmart. Most people know what they can expect when you go there. It's not a high end shopping experience, in fact its at the very opposite end of the spectrum. There are Walmart's I have been to that I refuse to go back to. This is not one of them.

What kind of business doesn't have Apple Pay nowadays!? And can come someone please put a self check out in the garden section-- rather than just having an unhelpful person taking up space.

Went to the automotive side to get 2 new tiers. It was the worst service . they took 4 hrs and it was only 2 cars lol . They didn't even acknowledge that I was still waiting until I went out there to tell them those are my keys in your hand . I asked do you know what needs to be done ? His reply was I am looking for your tiers still . The worst of it is that the mechanics didn't even know what he was doing he didn't even know how to reset the tire pressure sensor.finally when I'm going to Cash out and the young girl noticed that I've been sitting there for four hours and she has the nerve to tell me can you tell me if these are your keys to the truck? I told her you see me sitting here for 4 hours. She gave me an attitude on top of that . They get 0 rating I would just buy the tires and go somewhere else to put them on.

In a society where customer service is lacking and employees don't care about their customers, I found the most wonderful lady working in this store. Perla helped me at the customer service counter to get a money order. I had just had a horrible experience at another Walmart and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. What an amazing example of how customer service should be. And not only was she helpful, but she was kind and sympathetic to how I was treated at the other store. Thank you Perla for going above and beyond!

Sometimes, and Osceola county, it becomes necessary to shop at Walmart, because it is the only store that is open. As it is important to us to have things, I would recommend that it become unimportant to you and that you wait for other retail establishments in Osceola County to open. if you can get to Orange, Seminole or Brevard County, that would be my recommendation, however... If you simply must visit a Walmart, I would recommend that you go to Lake Nona and avoid this mismanaged, lowest rated Walmart ever. The individuals that were hired to work here either do not speak English, choose not to speak English, don't care, don't care, or don't care. My experience today was having to buy a uniform for work... Trying to get someone at the fitting rooms involve the asking of seven different people that actually stopped when I said excuse me... The ones that did told me they did not speak English or that they did not understand. There was no bell to ring or light to light up to indicate that someone needed the fitting room open. The way it's currently set up is that you have to go to the front of the store to customer service to have them ask for someone to go back to the middle of the store and deal with the fitting rooms. That individual Also does not speak English Avoid!!!

There should be a no star selection. No cashiers available at 8:45 am that can take a check. Stood in line at the customer service area for 23 minutes. Got to the front of the line to finally check out when the only person at the customer service desk turns and walks to another customer to help her. The General Manager and store manager should be fired. I ended up leaving my items and walking out. Poor customer service, like non existent. ​

Does it take this many times for an employee to not even bother or to just pick up and slam the phone down to end call? Yeah, Walmart on this side of town is a joke! I just wanted to know if they had a product in stock but I'll never know since those a holes keep hanging up on me!

Walmarts are not the best In customer service so why do we continue to purchase goods from them? they are as expensive as everyone else and you have to deal with all the rude people that shop here. they never never answer the phone not even the pharmacy! thus place is horrible! not even cleans and employees are rude!

Not my favorite Walmart. I come here as a last resort and every time I go in, I'm reminded why. It's always packed, lines take forever, the hot food station never has anything, parking lot is hectic (feels like driving in bumper cars).

I would like to say that your handykape in the store is very bad first you don't have any disabilities carts only three now st clouds Walmart is big I don't think three is good second you don't have benches for for handy kape people to wait for a cart and your people don't give a shit so I feel that you don't care about the handy cape or disability pepole people with disability can't stand or sit outside on the curb why don't you care we do buy things but we need help I shouldn't have to take a change trying to get a carríega and push it around to find a electric scooter thank you HELP

It's frustrating to have to compete for space with Walmart's online shoppers. In particular, the deli counter. They take online order in priority over actual customers standing in line. You could be waiting 20-30 minutes for a pound of meat and they're fine with that. It's not the employees' fault. They're trying to fill orders. It's the store's fault.

About a month ago I saw a live roach inside of a box of cakes that they keep near the registers. I tried to find the manager to no avail finally left disgusted.

This location is the worst. Drop off the car for tire and oil change service. They said it will be 3 hours. I came back after 4 hours and they haven't started it yet. It took another 2 hours to be done. Off course , they are so big and they don't care about regular people.

Worst employee!! the lady who works in the front entrance yelled at me because I get more than 1 dis infecting wipes she told me that they have a limit 1 wipe per person she said I don't have to wipe the cart it's wet from rain outside the virus already wash off.

The only problem about this store is the delivery service. I signed up for Walmart+ a few months ago and was expecting my order to arrive in to hours. I ordered at 1pm. It took them 8 hours to deliver my food. That and when you ask for help locating something they never help. That's why I got their app.

This location is the closest Walmart Supercenter to where I live. However, it is not one of my favorite places. It is next to impossible to speak to someone who actually speaks English. Most of the staff are not very helpful. The other day, my husband needed to buy ammo for work (security officer), and he was told that he could not be helped. I'm not sure why this Walmart seems to be ran the way that it is. They need a lesson in customer service and friendliness.

One of the worst Walmart's I have ever been. Everything was very disorganized and not stocked. I understand that Walmart stores are busy and affordable so a lot more people go but they should definitely hire more people to stock and keep the store clean. I will stay away from this supermarket on weekends.

Going to Walmart on a Sunday is a challenge at best, but I decided to bite the bullet and go pick up a few things. There was 1 gentleman working in the deli and there was a line forming behind me. Another employee "Julie" came out chatting to the guy who was helping me. Then Julie assisted the young lady behind me. The customer asked a question and Julie loudly snapped back with "What? You know we're not Publix right." My jaw dropped! I went directly to the customer service to speak with a manager about Julie. With employees like that, you know why Walmart has such a bad customer service rating! It took over 20 minutes to get 2 pounds of sliced meat, and endure the audacity of Julie's choice of words and attitude! HORRIBLE DELI EMPLOYEE Julie!

I wish I could give 0 stars, this place is now run down, and has roaches, we don't buy any food here anymore, and only buy things for the house every once in a while. Went in today with my husband and my son. We went in to pick up some beer for a friend's BBQ. When we got to the counter the lady asked for both of our ID's, I thought that was weird, I had left my wallet in the car, and since I have a broken toe I didn't want to walk to the car and my husband didn't know where it was. She wouldn't sell it to us. That doesn't make any sense, I have a child who doesn't have ID, should that keep me from buying alcohol. If I went in with a 17 year old child would they not sell it to me? That doesn't make any sense. I hate places that have stupid policies. Don't waste your time, shop at Aldi, which was just remodeled and it beautiful. Or Publix is always a good option!

Worst grocery pickup service around! I stopped shopping here after having multiple experiences of having to wait in excess of 30 minutes to pick up my order and two different occasions waiting over 40 minutes just to find out they had given my order to someone else. I will never do an order with them and would recommend you avoid them unless you enjoy long waits and don't mind sometimes not getting your order.

39/100 in 2016 challenge I like this Walmart. The shelves are well stocked and the aisle and clean and organized. I like that they removed a good amount of the things that cluttered up the heads of the aisle. At times you couldn't get by the other customers with your cart because of all the nonsense stuff. Good variety of fresh looking produce and meats. Prices are well below some stores in the area. I find certain items here that I can't find in other Walmart's or store for that matter. I have even used there automotive section on several occasions and have been satisfied with their service. Of course with most Walmart's in my experience is that they do not open enough registers EVER. The place is always packed in the evening and on Saturdays but I have found if you go there early on Sunday mornings before say 11:00 you can believe it or not get in and out quickly. I have actually walked right up to an open register. They also have a separate liquor store at this location. Good size parking lot. The lot also has a chick-fil-la in it. And of course a gas station. Their biggest and I mean their biggest downfall is their bathrooms. They are truly DISGUSTING. And are filthy. All the time. The carts need to be repaired. Because of these two items, they are only getting 4 stars.

They have a million self checkout lines but none are open at night. I guess staff doesn't want to count the drawers, I walked away from $500 worth of groceries in my cart and went to Publix the next day. I'm sick of this place.

Probably one of the dirtiest walmarts I have seen but like all walmarts prices are excellent and the lines aren't too bad. Excellent selection of toys and and bicycles for the kids. they also have a gardening department and automotive repair section where you can get tires oil changes and basic services for your vehicle.

This place is awful. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will not honor advertised prices either. Shopping anywhere but here is better.

Horrible customer service, just plan horrible. And, I went last week around 8 A.M. and we couldn't try on any clothes because the dressing rooms do not open until 10:00 A.M. Why? Walmart doesn't want to pay someone to watch the dressing rooms before 10:00 so they lock the doors. No one cared they lost a sale either, not even the manager, she could have cared less how frustrating this policy was for my family. I only needed five minutes and the manager would have made my day by helping us out. Why can't I just go anytime of the day a try on an item, very silly rule.

I have many complaints about this Walmart. The shopping carts are like huge tanks that usually have bad wheels. They supposedly repaired only half of the fleet a couple of years ago. Really? Most of the carts still suck! Their associates ( most of them) avoid shoppers. Under staffed at the registers any time of day! Their deli food is terrible! I go in for a few things and out! Shame they have a monopoly in St Cloud. Some politician must be getting paid off. I wish a Costco would come to St. Cloud!~ I would gladly pay the membership!

Love this Walmart. I used to come to the Walmart a lot when I lived in the are. Now that I'm in Miami every time in come back to this area and a come back to this Walmart I see how well organized and clean it is compered to any Walmart In Miami. And the staff is so much more friendly. And always stocked up and open.

I have been going there for years because they usually have everything I need, and are close to home. I don't have any major complaints.

I understand that due to recent events that the pharmacy may be shorter staffed, but to pick up the phone and then not answer is wrong. For more than 4 minutes I listened to a pharmacy tech and customer talk about the customer's meds. I finally hung up. That was the 12th time I had called in about an hour and the phone had either rung till it was cut off or someone picked up and immediately hung up. So disappointed in the service, this is an essential service and they are failures.

Went here today shopping trolley locked in first row of car park And would not move . Went and got another trolley nearly reached my car before it locked up. I was at least 20yards from end of car park. What a joke.

Love the prices and the fact that everything is all in one store. This particular store has the self checkout line that makes checking out a breeze. Do yourself a favor and come during odd hours or you'll be stuck in long lines. They also have an Axiom bank branch located inside as well as a hairstylist nail salon and tax preparation services. They just added a churro mania and they also have a Subway sandwich shop if you get hungry. Bakery department has a wide selection of bread and cakes etc...

This is, by far, the WORST Walmart! It's filthy, unorganized and loaded with odd people. I don't understand how a charming little town can have such a bad Walmart. All the buggies are wobbly and hard to push. The parking lot is filled with buggies. We went inside and there was not one available! They were all over the parking lot. They are building a Neighborhood Walmart grocery store in St. Cloud... hopefully that will be better.

Never get tires put on at 4400 Saint Cloud Florida Walmart Supercenter. Every time I go in there for a part somebody is waiting to make a complaint. The last time I was in there I talked to a person waiting 40 minutes just like me for a manager that was called twice on the intercom and never showed up, I'm guessing that person was hiding because they didn't want to face another complaint. I got tires put on last year 1/23/2020 and I barely drive the car less than 3000 miles on it, when I brought the car to a mechanic he saw the tires in the back are bald and says it was because someone over filled them with air or the tires are defective. Since I've never filled them with their and the PS I only fluctuate about 5 degrees in different weather conditions I know for a fact that when Walmart put the tire on the rim they forgot to take out the extra air. Every tire place has to overfill the tires 15 to 20 pounds more than the recommended PSI to pop the tire onto the rim so since they forgot to take out the air, the middle of the tire gets worn out before the edges. I told the guy in the tire place what happened but he tried to make every excuse he could not to put new or used tires on the car. I still have a 15 thousand mile warranty left so I will soon be putting them in the BBB.

Avoid the automotive department . My wife went in to get 2 new tires as the 2 rear tires were not great, she also asked that the new tires be put on the front and was told it was against policy to do that unless she signed a waiver releasing Walmart of all responsibility in the event of an accident claiming lesser tires on the rear would result in a 360 spin out. WTF. Good price , terrible customer service. Never again

Place is always dirty, I went in to purchase glasses, avoiding the nasty store. 4 employees were there, but none of them would help me. A Spanish speaking person came in and got served, but not me. Well this is the same store that a black employee refused service to a white police officer, so I shouldn't be surprised. Left and true story, almost got robbed in the parking lot. Spent the next hour with the police. Spend a little more and go somewhere safe and clean.

New to the area this Walmart is just ok very basic nothing special looks old, hard to find parking, I will only go if I have to and will try to avoid it by going to alternative stores.
