"Known for their baby carriers, BabyBjorn is no stranger to making ergonomic gear, and their 13-pound crib—about half as heavy as traditional portable cribs—fits the back-friendly bill. Don’t worry about a weight limit either: Since the padded mattress is on the ground, this pop-out crib supports babies of all sizes. What’s more, there’s enough room in the carrying bag (which looks something like a giant briefcase) for you to throw in some precious extras, be they stuffed animals, a crib sheet, or beloved blanket."

Door greeters must be having a bad day because even when I politely said have a nice day they just stare angrily at me and don't say a word. As a customer am I supposed to feel hated when I come to spend my hard earned money here? It's not that big of a deal but that's definitely the wrong vibe and their entire job is to greet people and they're doing the exact opposite they're making it a very unwelcoming experience.

Absolutely love shopping at the Walmart Supercenter on 1025 Sawdust Rd! Their InHome delivery service is a total game-changer—I don’t have to worry about running out of essentials or making extra trips. The associates who deliver are always friendly, efficient, and truly make my day easier. The store itself is consistently clean, well-stocked, and rarely crowded when I go, making for a peaceful shopping experience. Plus, I can find everything I need in one place, so I don’t have to drive all over town! It’s honestly more reliable than Amazon, and the store associates have always been super helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Highly recommend!

Google
My shopping experience at Walmart was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the store was clean and well-organized, and I found all the products I needed. The wait time at the checkout was minimal, and the quality of the products met my expectations. I would like to see a larger selection in the fresh produce section and more contactless payment options. I would definitely recommend Walmart to family and friends and will continue to be a regular customer.

Google
Personally, I love this Walmart. I always find what I need and/or want. Kudos to long-term employee STEVE in Automotive. A sad goodbye to another long-term, great customer service associate, David. We all miss him. Yulia in Automotive is very helpful also. The store manager, also named David, is nice and approachable. Maureen is a great cashier. As the photos show, this is a one-stop shop! There's so much more but you get the picture.

Google
I wouldn’t give this place 1 star, but looks like I have to - to leave this review. I stood in the electronic department for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to help me. I asked multiple employees for their help. None of which could help me. All I needed was a charger that just so happens to be locked up. On top of asking for help, I called the operator line who said she would get someone to help me. She did not. I tried calling again, no answer. I put my items that I did have back, and left. I will not shop at this Walmart ever again.

MANAGER OF THE VISION CENTER, CODY!!! I literally will not deal with anybody else but him when I go to the vision center at Walmart. Cody is patient, customer-centric, personable, approachable, knowledgeable, pleasant, and just all around above and beyond the expectations of what you would find at a vision center in Walmart. (No offense to Walmart.) There have been others in this vision center that have came and went, and I was glad to see them go. He was recently promoted, which tells me that the higher-ups at this location have it together. There is literally no better option that they could have outsourced or homegrown themselves. Cody is Aces!👌 I don't even want anybody else adjusting my glasses but him! 😂 I have been going here for years, and it has been his professionalism, mannerism, backed with those abilities I mentioned, that has been the reasons why. THANK YOU CODY! AND CONGRATULATIONS! 👏 👏 👏YOU HONESTLY EARNED IT! 🎉

Quick visit In to pick up from the pharmacy. I find it really helpful to plan for with the text notification service of the pharmacy enabled, so I know it's ready to grab and bag soon as I get up to the counter. Keeps my quick visits as intended and moving along with the day.

Google
Early in 2 mornings, before 8am. Easy access and when I asked for help finding an item was directed right to it. The app needs to add location of items on the item profile. This particular store still has a McDonald's inside. I made an order online and picked it up on my way out.

Yelp
I give credit to Gigi, the Walmart associate that delivered my order with a wonderful smile and attitude! This store, and others, find it difficult to keep Sam's Zero Cola in stock. Thusly, I decided to order 12 for pickup, along with similar items: pig ears and distilled water. I'm pleased to say that the other items stayed in the order as they should. Walmart took it upon themselves to substitute 4 unavailable Zero Colas with the nasty Diet Cokes I will not drink. Perhaps the Coke Zeros might work, but it should be my decision, not theirs! I made the correction on their initial confirmation, and they only delivered the Sam's Zero Colas that I love. I thought that I ordered 4 gallons of distilled water, but there were only 3 delivered and charged for. They got my pig ears perfect. There are issues with the pickup communications, but alls well that ends well! Thank you wonderful Walmart!

Yelp
I had a similar experience to the people's reviews. Come on $10 dollars for these plants please don't make me laugh. I got an exotic plant but it had a broken leaf, frost damage and I was like it won't hurt to ask for a mark down. She rudely responded and said "Do you work for walmart?" I just smiled and yes actually I did a while back. (When I was studying in college) That was a horrible interaction. Thankfully I got the plant and just left.

Yelp
Do NOT buy your vehicle battery at this Walmart! I went to try and replace my car battery according to its 3-year warranty and they would not honor it. Apparently, you have to go to a Walmart that has an automotive center to replace your battery. The manager was of no help whatsoever and couldn't even verify with the other Walmart with an automotive store that I would actually be able to replace my warrantied battery. WHY even sell a product with a warranty if you are not going to honor it!

Douglas D.

Yelp
Only one cashier... every time I come here it's the same.. 9 of us in line...why...self checkout isn't always an option..

Yelp
A wuaooo experience. Wholesale All in one place. Today, social media marketing has gained attention, leaving aside the quality of service with human warmth, answering questions and, of course, creating brand ambassadors. You can see great advertising campaigns with huge budgets. There is an important Question where is the happiness of each customer? I explain this because of an unfortunate situation yraves of the web site greenhouse.com I purchased a ticket which i wanted to pay with cash and in the web site shows the alliance with Walmart, when I arrived at the store I was pretty tired and the first uniformed person I asked if she spoke Spanish, with a resounding NO and without any option. answered the girl. I talk at customer service and explained the payment I had to make and whoever was in charge did not know, asked to call the manager, 10 minutes later in view that no one's did not show up I figured that the manager was the person who answered me at the beginning. I had to walk through her When I approached her, I consulted her in English and she told me that it was 10:50pm the system was closed and she could not do anything about it, to go another day. The next day the person who attended me at another Walmart location could not make the transaction because they do not have the application. Two days of logistics. Explaining several times The.right thing is that the focus on service is very striking. The approach to service is a gift with which one is born or trained ????? Nowadays is very important to have the potential to talk several languages, no even know how to find a right solution

Yelp
I much prefer this Walmart than the ones close to my house. It's totally out of my way, so we'll see how often I actually come here. From the road, you feel like it's kind of hidden behind the trees, it's a nice entrance. It's probably just me but their parking lot seemed to be a lot bigger/spread out than other locations. They even had an electric charge station! Inside, everything looked to be super organized in all the aisles and even their aisles seemed wide and spacious. The employees we encountered were friendly/helpful which I feel like is not typically the case when I go to a Walmart. We went to the phone section for a couple of SIM cards and (I wish I remembered his name) the sales associate was SUPER HELPFUL. Really nice guy - from start to finish, he was there to follow through.

Denise D.

Yelp
Every time I have had to return an item, the workers are very very rude!!! Everyone that I have encountered has been rude and act like they are doing you a favor!! Also in the self checkout lanes the workers who stand there to help are no help!! One time one women who works there had such a bad attitude, I was scared she was going to hit me!! Won't be going back!

Yelp
24 hours? I got to the garden center at 9:42pm. I'm out of town a lot and this was the only free time I had. I needed Christmas lights. They locked the garden center doors as soon as walked up. The reasoning was that they're setting up for the Black Friday event. It's Tuesday. I'm glad I wasted this trip.

Flora B.

Yelp
We travel the country coast to coast in a bus .. I've never been to such a poorly managed Wal Mart ANYWHERE.. The very, very few checkers they provide are so rude & poorly trained. The lines for checkout or returns are always long. Is there any management here ?

Yelp
Today, I purchased a Covid home test from Walmart. At first glance, it didn't appear tampered but when I got it home and started to open the box, that's when I clearly saw the seal was slit. I took it back to get a new whole test but when I talked to the customer service rep, she said they couldn't take the test back and no refund could be given. I said I didn't want a refund, I wanted a new test. She talked to another rep, that rep talked to another rep who finally came out and repeated the same thing I had already been told. I asked for another test, she said they were out (without looking). So I asked her if she could have someone check the back. She got on the radio and asked someone and the response came back there wasn't any more in stock. I'm frustrated I purchased a kit that someone stole from. I'm angry someone stole and got away with it but I paid the price. There has got to be better protocols in place for your team members on how to handle the issues with Covid test purchases, above all and most importantly, your team members need customer service skills training. Because they deal with all walks of life, I understand that, but it's exactly why they need training. Learn how to be professional.

Yelp
This Wal Mart has gone down hill. I've been shopping here since it opened and for a long time I loved it. Moved for three years, came back and now it seems sub par. The layout makes no sense with all that baby stuff right up front. The ladies department has a very limited selection of cut things but seems WAY over stocked on underwear and workout clothes. Is a man ordering your selections? The cashiers, some of them; are just not very bright. I had to tell the kid tonight twice that I wanted all my stuff in one bag. They serious will put two things in a bag. Then when he gave me my change he said he didn't have Enough and rounded in his favor. It wasn't much but still, come on! You always round in the customers favor. That's a no brainer. Anyway. It's close so I'll still be here but damn guys. Get it together.

Joshua M.

Yelp
Decent Walmart and kept pretty clean. Nothing overly exciting, but I will say I prefer this location versus the location in Conroe. Even though I live closer to the Conroe location I would rather take the extra time to come to this location. The people are a bit nicer and the layout is very nice and not as cramped. Nice location over all!

Yelp
BAKERY REVIEW: Needed a birthday cake for a family member, and read that Pillsbury now provides the cake to WalMart, in their bakeries. Prices listed seemed expensive, and I thought it was due to supply cost, but I ordered a swirl (choc/vanilla) 1/4 sheet cake. Specified royal blue trim, and Happy Birthday on it, with my son's name, as well. I got a text receipt for the cake, and then got a text on the day it was due to be ready, and they let me know it was ready, 2 hours early. I was pleasantly surprised that the cake comes in a craft paper style bakery box, and the writing was professional and perfect. The cake was really tasty; cake was moist and the buttercream frosting was fresh, and not too thick. This was a true improvement from the cakes I have gotten at local grocery stores! Not only that, it was only $15.00,and the signs seemed to indicate it would be more like $22.00. This was a great experience, and the employees at the bakery were kind and helpful. I'm sold on WalMart cakes for all of my bakery needs!

Yelp
This review is specific to the deli lunches. I stopped in for a plate lunch while shopping. On the pro side--it's cheap, like a lot of Walmart goods. $4.48 for a meat and two sides, you can hardly make it yourself for that price. And quite generous--I ordered fried dark meat chicken with potato wedges and corn. Got a good size serving of wedges and a full ice cream scoop of corn, that would be most of a can. And it was indeed no. 10 can corn, though I do not mind that. As for the chicken--well, the menu indicates a wing and a thigh with the lunch, but I think the person helping me had a hard time telling the difference and ended up giving me six legs and a wing. Not complaining, but you might have a bit of a hard time getting what your order. But the food wasn't really worth it. Wedges are not my favorite anyway, but these were pretty bland. The chicken was kind of tough rather than crispy. Service was polite, if not accurate. Definitely eat before going if you can, between the deli and the McDonalds on site it's not worth it.

Judy S.

Yelp
I don't know why I continue to shop here! Since shopping inside the store is not conducive to a productive shopping experience, I thought I'd try curbside pick up. Ordered everything, got My confirmation on my pickup time, showed up within my time slot and 55 min later finally got my groceries! I clearly stated on the app no substitutions. I got several substitutions of things that I do not need and do not want. I think they deliberately do this so that you won't take them back to the store! Delivery people were more than nice and apologetic about the time wait. However, this just goes to show that the store has overall bad management! Let me repeat, it starts at the top, bad management!

Lashona H.

Yelp
I had a negative experience with a manager named Kerra. She was unprofessional and very nasty with her attitude. I was simply trying to show her a quoted price online for a child's bike and she insisted that she wasn't honoring the price because it was from a third party vendor. I explained customers should not be responsible for knowing if products are from Walmart or third party vendors especially if you look something up and it comes underneath Walmart. No customer service at all just arrogance.

Bailey W.

Yelp
Went in to get a new shower head, Henry in the hardware (?) department was so nice and helpful! That dude knows his stuff.

Leanne P.

Yelp
It's a smaller Walmart, and they normally aren't too bad on the nerves. I shop here a lot because it's easy to find parking and isn't the typical Walmart experience. Here is what prompted this review. I came here in the middle of the night to pick up a couple of things. The girl stocking the cereal isle was on her cell phone, having an inappropriate conversation. Also the employees doing inventory in the soap isle were dropping "f" bombs and several other choice words loud enough to be heard 3 isles over. And the self checkouts... Why do we only have one that accepts cash?

Christine A.

Yelp
The store it's self is great; but horrible customer service. The lady at the register was being lazy I asked to buy stamps and she said there was no stamps. I had to go to another employee who got them for me. Then that same lady at the register started arguing with me saying that Walmart doesn't allow price matches. That's another lie. If she's so miserable working there she needs to find a new job.

Liz G.

Yelp
Great experience with my online grocery order. Great customer service at this location always. I drive out of my way to come here because the service is always great!

Carmen B.

Yelp
Curbside pickup is a dream at this Walmart. The staff are so nice and I really wish Walmart would allow up to tip the people working the pick up area. They are seriously that good.

Alan S.

Yelp
Still a WalMart, but surprisingly clean feeling with a friendly check out person. I ran in to find some black shoes (don't ask) and for $20 found a pair in my size (14)... so I can't complain! Kind of a pain as far as being so far off the highway since I was needed to make a quick stop, but oh well.

Nina H.

Yelp
The thing i love about this walmart is the deli/bakery section. The hot and ready food plates are so good and at a decent price...under $5. Me and my friend got super full. Theres a woman named Dora....real nice and humble woman. Great personality! She put such a big smile to our faces with her generous hospitality. She was so hulpful while i was being so indecisive about what i wanted to eat ...it all looked so good. I will definitely be coming back to order my food there and i hope to see Dora as well. Great woman... God bless her such a nice lady. If walmart receives sight on this review please let her know we very much enjoyed her service. People like her make your company succeed. Thank you.

Bianca G.

Yelp
I absolutely love going to Walmart on Sawdust! They are always well stocked and very friendly!

Stephen R.

Yelp
This place charged my card once again for a cake that I had placed a month ago. But it seems like one of the employees decided to use my information to buy themselves a cake. I have called four times and left on hold for 20 minutes each time then not even connected to anybody they just hung up on me. I had to call from a different phone and the manager answered IMMEDIATELY. So I know the enployees we're trying not to show my complaint to the manager until they knew it was not me. This is unacceptable they took my money and I can't even talk to anyone about it.

Ashley H.

Yelp
Recently moved to the area and this location is hands down the cleanest Walmart I've ever been to. Recently got all my Christmas shopping done there and was surprised to see how organized the shelves/isles were and how helpful the staff was in directing me in the right direction. Will definitely be getting all my grocery shopping done here as well!

Angelina M.

Yelp
This place is just awful. I don't know why they think it's a good idea to block off areas of the store with carts. And the employees are just plain rude.

A D.

Yelp
Huge selection, great prices and friendly staff. Whoever gives it a 1 star is probably some snobby nut job expecting them to serve them and bend over backwards! ITS A FREAKING WALMART! They open late, have plenty of parking and have always been nice. Lines are never long and I've always been able to find what I need.

Bella M.

Yelp
I just went to this store and am incredibly uncomfortable. It was 8:30 at night and a black man approached my car window and asked for money. I pretended to ignore him and he aggressively says "you ain't worth going to jail over. Just give me money." I refuse to support a store that allows this to happen in their parking lot. This is not the first unsettling experience I have had at this store.

Anon Y.

Yelp
I used to work at this Walmart, and let me tell you it was HORRIBLE! I worked here for a year at a young age and I was one of the youngest in my department. However, I was treated with such scrutiny. My supervisor always made sure to tear me down every single shift without fail, even made a scene one day in front of all my coworkers which led to me crying and quitting after that. I was also considered a "part time" associate but I would be scheduled 40 hr weeks! So I do all the work and get NO benefits??? Yeah that's how Walmart is! PLUS this time I was scheduled for 8 days in a row with not one single day break and I tried to take it up with the managers because that's not okay at all, I was so exhausted from this draining job, but instead they got mad at me for even bringing it up!!! I could go on forever about how bad this place is, but basically don't ever work here, you'll hate it. Finally, this store should be reported for its poor treatment to it's staff! If I could go back and take them to court I would!!! This store treated me worse than any other job I have ever had!!!

David B.

Yelp
I love coming to this Walmart. It is huge inside here and they have very friendly staff working at this location. It is a bit out of my way to go here, but well worth the extra effort. The store is always clean, and it does not seem as cramped and crowded as some of the other ones. I enjoy coming here as opposed to the one closer to my house. I will make the extra drive to come here because I receive better service and have a better overall experience.

April R.

Yelp
Photo center to pick up photos they have a sign to pick up photos at electronics, electronics is short staffed so the cashier who has no knowledge of photos had to help. He couldn't find my photos which were supposed to be ready at 10am and it's 5pm when I went to pick them up. After some shopping I energy to checkout at self service and all the machines went down it seems as though they were short staffed the day after Christmas but I do give props to the store manager who went straight to a cashier to start checking out people. That's the only reason why I added a third star.

Hannah W.

Yelp
It's the least ghetto walmart around. The management isn't amazing but most of the employees are nice.

Linda H.

Yelp
Worst experience ever..cashier Minerva rude, stupid when she continually made mistakes entering the $20 over purchase and refused to call for help and blamed me. When lead Tyquanda came over she was also rude and degraded me and did not enter my $20 over so my check was only for purchase. They did it on purpose I bet. Manager Renee Jones could not help cuz check already printed wrong. SO in frustration I returned the merchandise and got my money back. Manager Renee said store is green not red now in satisfaction but when I called corporate there is no policy or procedure for redgreen ratings. What a total mess loose cannon walmart is..stay away and do not buy stocks.

Keith M.

Yelp
My wife was at the store and went to buy a video game for our child and she asked the associate at the Electronic's Dept checkout if they would honor the Walmart online price. The associate said NO! The associate said my wife that she would have to order on line for in store pick up to get the online price. So being that Walmart has crappy WiFi service in all their stores, she had to call me. I ordered the video online for and chose in store pick up. Then my wife told the associate that I had just ordered and paid for it online and then the associate said that my wife would have to wait for confirmation that the video game was ready to be picked up. So my wife had the product in her hand and she was told she would have to put the product back on the shelf, leave the store and wait for and come back when she received confirmation. Eight hours later we were notified that the product was ready for pick up. You mean to tell me that the associate couldn't of brought that video game to the Internet desk in the back of the store and sped up the process? This is complete crap. It takes 8 hours for the associate working the Internet desk to get the alert , pull the product and bring it back to the Internet desk? Shame on you Walmart. Your ship to store concept delivers poor customer service. Second of all, you should honor your online price and not do that to your loyal customers. Very disappointed!

Honest R.

Yelp
I would give this craphole negative 5 stars if I could!!!!! They don't believe in the concept of customer service here nor do they subscribe to the notion that "the customer is always right!" We were there to purchase an SD card and the price was approximately $40. I scanned the item with my Amazon app and it showed that the price was $18. On their corporate website they clearly state that "The prices on Walmart.com and online retailers* will be matched." The asterisks refers to the retailers- on the list is Amazon!!! So naturally, I didn't think there would be a problem since they are nearly double the price!!! We got to the register and there is an inept, uneducated, inarticulate individual who has the title of "monitor," named Betty! We came to find out that is another word for manager. In any case when the price match guarantee was requested, she began fumbling and mumbling for words and stated that they cannot price match. She proceeded to tell me that's the policy that they don't match outside retailers and I said, "it's Amazon!" It's clearly stated on your corporate website that you honor it. I asked her to show me the policy so she goes to customer service and leaves us for more than 15 min!!! Another service representative walks up and we explained to her that we are waiting on someone to show us a written policy that states they do not price match against Amazon. She texted another "manager" and approximately 5 minutes later he is walking up to us in a very menacing way, quite obviously pissed off that we took him away from his "important" duties and the other idiot "monitor" empowered now by her "goon" is walking beside him. He approaches us already with his formed opinion probably filled with the bullshit that Betty filled his head with and proceeds to tell us he will not honor the price match guarantee stated on their site! His name is "Nidal!" He failed to show me a policy to the contrary of what I already had read on their site! I tried to show him the blurb that states he was supposed to honor it, but he continued saying "no- it doesn't apply here!" He was curt, disrespectful, rude and condescending!!! The items I had that I had not paid for- I tossed on the nearest register and walked out. The person who was with me, attempted again to explain further but he refused to listen and proceeded to walk away! As he is walking away and the party I was with was continuing to speak to him, he kept walking away holding up his hand making a gesture like "keep talking" to my back because I'm not trying to hear you!!!! Wtf!!!! The person I was with had already purchased her items! We left and then she went back and returned every single item she bought on general principle!!! When she went back the two idiots were standing at another register looking at her as though she was going to start something! We are customers in an establishment!!! This isn't high school!!! Like seriously!!! Act like a professional and be courteous!!! Never again will I come back to this location!!! Walmart- yah we know you hire cheap labor, but u get what u pay for- incoherent, ignorant, uneducated, inarticulate morons like good ole "Betty" Boop and miserable/pathetic Nidal, who don't know the first thing about customer service!!!! Treat your employees better so they don't turn into overworked, underpaid assholes!! That's "customer service 101!!!!!!" As a consumer, I have choices and I have now exercised my choice to shop elsewhere!!!! Walmart can suck it!!!!!

Cee G.

Yelp
I just went to the Walmart on woodlands parkway (I could not find it listed on here) and we will not be going back. A lady named Mickie at 'customer service' was extremely rude to my husband and I. I have no clue why, as we were making a birthday outing and were in good moods ourselves. I guess she was having a bad day, but that is no reason to take it out on a customer, especially when you are supposed to be a 'customer service' representative for Walmart. I Guess I shouldn't be surprised - she is an older woman working at Walmart - her life can't be that good. Nonetheless, I do not recommend it to anyone else.
