Nice store but be aware that they price change items. I bought an article of clothing which was a wrong size. When I returned item and replaced with the correct size the price rose 10%. This is why there are no price tags on clothing anymore. They can change prices overnight. Not the most honest practices. Unfortunate to say the least

I had trouble using the QR code to post a review. Whenever I shop there, I look at who the cashiers are. Some don't like to bag groceries, and I wish most of them would smile. But I always look for Theresa, she's pleasant and cheerful. I got her to smile after awhile. And it's good to see Kathy back again.

My son purchased two tires online, which were installed by Walmart this past Saturday. By Monday—after only one day of normal use—one of the tires developed a large lump on the sidewall. This is a well-known sign of a manufacturing defect and poses a serious safety risk. When my husband went to the store to address this issue, he was told that my son would need to purchase a new tire. That response is completely unacceptable. A tire that fails within one day is clearly defective and should be replaced immediately under warranty. Walmart installed this tire and released a vehicle back onto the road with a dangerous defect. Refusing to take responsibility for a faulty product creates a serious safety concern. If this defective tire were to cause an accident or injury, Walmart would be fully liable for knowingly failing to correct the issue. Selling a defective tire and refusing accountability after one day of use is irresponsible and unacceptable. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

I has gotten help from a fellow customer whom I had mistaken for an employee while four employees ignored my request for help. Two of them never even looked at me. This customer was so nice that she walked out of her place in line to help me. I thanked her for her service. I think employee training is needed here.

Went to pick up my order and got told to load my own order. I looked at the employee he stated “We dont do that here” and he continued to stare me down like I was crazy. I have been to plenty Walmarts in Polk county and never have been treated like that. So I thought maybe the employees are not obligated to do it so I did my research and it showed in Walmart fulfillment Pickup. Come to the store & we'll load your car. So either management did not train him correctly or he didn’t want to do his job description.

I have the store do the shopping for me. I ordered 3 cucumber. They looked like 3 perfect cucumber. I chopped up half for my son and I ate the other half and to my surprise I ate my first spoiled cucumber in my life and I'm in my 60s. I was disappointed but I'm hoping the other 2 will be ok.

This is a pretty typical Walmart. I like their coffee creamer selection, they usually have a bit more flavor options than at Publix. Typically, I will place a curbside order and do my grocery pick up. The quality is typically pretty good, although maybe every 1/6 times I have a issue with an item- ie; the chicken having been off or a pasta sauce jar already being open. They're good with refunds. The thing I do NOT understand is how they pack their bags......I kid you not, they put ONE item PER bag!!! It makes absolutely no sense to me, not economical at all.

Watched a guy with a full shopping cart, bag all the items at self checkout,without scanning any item ! No one did anything! Got home and called the store about 10 times no one answered!

I'm disabled, I don't walk so I always order online and pick it up. I would never, ever approve of paying $10 for Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread so Walmart can send it to me in Florida from Texas. I'm on a fixed budget and now I will be very careful and non trusting of WALMART. Very PO!!

Worst store I've ever dealt with. Reported to customer service the following incidents five times and each time told me they would escalate it to corporate. What a joke! 1. Curbside pick up is extremely slow. They send emails stating you've received your order but do not receive it 5-25 minutes later. Today (3/13/23), arrived @ 10:14am and 15 cars ahead of me. They have 2 people bringing our orders at a snail pace. I knew with 15 cars ahead of me, I would be sitting there for at 45 minutes and I had another appt @ 11am. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AT THIS STORE. 2. No one answers the phone at the store except for auto and pharmacy. Customer service at store told me they have no one to man the phones. 3. Curbside employees are generally not efficient and not friendly. A couple of professional and friendly employees. This store is not managed in the way a true store should be managed. The store manager must not know how to do their job or they don't care. Walmart is a billion dollar corporation and can't have efficiently run stores. This inefficiency and unprofessionalism will eventually cause major problems for Walmart.

Stopped off at the liquor dept and grabbed some brewski's before I went over to curbside pick-up. Knew it would be a minute,(lol), so I came prepared. I saw that there was a lot of people waiting for stuff and things seemed a little bit slow. So I rolled one up and torched it up in the parking lot .Why not? Gonna be here awhile anyways. What the heck. So I just chilled out and turned on some music. After a little while the guy came over to the car and I rolled down the window. The look I got was kinda funny because I guess I had forgot to roll it down after lighting up, lol. Anyways, it turned out that I had forgotten to let them know I was there for a pick-up. My fault. So I just told the guy it was cool and I would just come back later. He was so cool about it. So I went down the street to Hungry Howie's and got me some pizza

I tried calling the automotive section several times and got no answer. So I called the general operator to find out if there was a problem at automotive and also got no answer. Walmart...answer your phone! This is a basic business practice that every business I was involved in pounded into employees. Love your location, but customer service really, really needs work.

I tried calling this store for about two hours. The auto department it rang than they would pick up and hang it up try calling the operator and it just rang. This place is horrible

they are starving my children!!! I ordered grocery this evening to be delivered to my house. However, the driver couldn't find my house But they did not communicate in any form. They returned it to the store. Now I'm being told that the order was cancelled and it will take 10-14 days for the money to go back to my bank. I explained to walmart I have no groceries for my 4 children and no more money for two more weeks!! they did nothing to resolve this issuee!!

I love the guy Matt behind the deli. He is so helpful. But here's what I can't stand in any store is self checkout out. I refuse to use one. I mean seriously if I'm ringing up my own groceries etc why am I not getting paid or a discount? Next those people shopping for pick up. They run into you and don't even apologize or two of them will stop in the aisle and talk not caring for customers. One more complaint, the person at the door checking your receipt. I walk right by. If they try to stop I tell them to call Loss Prevention immediately. It is illegal for Loss Prevention or any other to stop unless they (Loss Prevention) personally sees you

My favorite Walmart So glad it's right by my house! Everyone is always helpful and hard working.

Horrible store pick up! Waited at my designated time over an hour then they forgot $94.00 of my groceries and I now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund. What an inconvenience! I had to go to another store to get my remaining items. It made me so stressed. WALMART, YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER AND I WILL SHARE EVERYONE MY STORY NOT TO SHOP THERE!!!

Walmart is the main place to shop in Zephyrhills. This is indeed a superstore but has just about everything you need. But some time it cat overwhelming. Left side of building is a nice spot the sunset.

My 20 year old daughter who lives in Tampa but drives to the Pasco County Police Academy had a leak in one of her fairly new Walmart tires. She called to make a appointment but they said they were really busy. After explaining her situation, the Lady said to bring it in & they would sneak her in the schedule. They did not find a nail or screw but they did remount the tire & make sure the bead seal was good. I don't remember the Lady's name back in Auto but she deserves a pat on the back for this.

This specific Walmart is sooooooooo sooo sooo SLOW in curbside. All these cars waiting for 30 mins passed the time we are supposed to deliver to customers. They fckin up our delivery times. I don't understand. Being patient is 10 min or 15 but 30 minutes is ridiculous!

I've been calling this Walmart for the past couple of hours and I've been left on hold for almost 20 minutes and then they just hang up the call. Worst customer service ever! Do not recommend at all.

Out of things all the time. Pharmacy is a nightmare. And I have to use 34 words for this! Awful, awful, awful. Yuck, yuck, yuck!

Unfortunately this is the closest Walmart to where I live. I do not make it a secret that I am not a big fan of the chain, but I do come here when I have to. Despite my reservations for the corporation, my feedback is based on other Walmarts that I have been to. This is a "Supercenter" that includes groceries and an automotive center. This location is only 5.6 miles from the smaller Dade City location on the same road. Despite this location being much larger, it seems they cannot keep essential items in stock quick enoughm I find myself running to the Dade City location where items are stocked to fill the gap. Prepare for long lines just about all the time. Most of the the checkouts are self scan and go, the two or three with cashiers might have one on duty. Getting near the checkout is similar to herding cattle. Even in a non covid Era they need to radically change the checkout process here. If you have any anxiety issues, avoid this location.

This WalMart is perpetually out of things. Many popular items are habitually out of stock.Their Yard/Outdoor, Automotive and Hardware Departments are severely lacking. Waaay too much "seasonal" action. Gutting whole parts of the store for Christmas starting in September!!! Never enough Cashiers! I don't want to check myself out!!! Maybe worst of all....the online shopper people clog the aisles with their carts, cut off regular shoppers and are rude. Store stockers are not much better. Get with it WalMart. Availability, Price and Customer Service must be paramount at all times!!!!!

I know nobody likes Walmart. But this one is well run. Clean, fast checkout and well stocked. Getting into and out of the parking lot can be challenging, but that isn't the store's fault

Ordered two tires online and set up an install appointment. Arrived at the store a week later when the tires arrived and the appointment was scheduled. I was the last appointment of the day and when I got there was told that the service department was behind so I would be waiting a while. I told them no problem as the gym I use is next door and I could just go there until the truck was ready. After 30 minutes I was told that they would not be able to install the tires on my truck as they were not the oem tire size. I said that I did not want them then , well they were unable to return them for anything but store credit because I closed the account I used when ordered the tires. I didn't want 300 dollars in store credit . So now I am stuck with two tires that I can't get put on my truck and will have to order new tires through another business. The auto manager didn't seem to care and neither did the employees. The entire thing was a massive waste of my time and money . As the only Walmart with a auto center is not even near my home . I personally felt that because I was the last appointment of the day and that they were behind, that they made up an excuse for why they could not do the install. That way they would have one less vehicle to do and could get out on time. This was a $300 dollar mistake I won't make again. Now that is 6pm on a Friday, I will have to go the entire weekend to wait for Monday so I can order tires elsewhere and schedule a appointment to get them installed. And I have two tires I can do nothing with as most shops will not install tires not ordered through them due to liability issues.

We go here often when we are here for the winter. It has not changed except I used to try to stay away on the weekend but, now it's busy anytime. We went today on a Wed. afternoon and it was packed, not much parking and shelves empty. I've lowered my rating to 3 stars and we're going to look for another location.

I've only ever used their drive up service and it has been perfect every time. Employees are polite, they've all observed Covid safety measures, they are quick and accurate with bringing out my order, and have always loaded it safely in my suv. They have convenient hours and have always been on time or early. Previously, I've avoided Walmart because I don't care for the experience of shopping in the stores, but the order app and pick up service is unbeatable, and now this is my main grocery store.

If you purchase for pickup make sure that BEFORE you leave all of your items are in your vehicle or refunded! I ordered 5 containers...after waiting for half an hour they told me they only had 2 . I was told that I would automatically receive a refund. it's been 4 days and still no refund.

You can tell the type of business model... Customer centric (successful) or staff centric (failure) quite easily. A staff centric business blames it's problems on being too busy or too rushed to do the job right in the first place or the customer for having the audacity to notice and actually say something. And of course, staff or Manager's response should always be... Perhaps you should take your business elsewhere. That solve all the problems. The business is a little less busy and there is one less customer to complain about a problem staff member.

The employees are unaware of how to wear masks. Maybe one in 5 actually doing it right. Very busy store with little to no social distancing especially by the employees

The parking lot is disgusting. It is always so dirty with trash every place. This is a big turn off. I have been to many walmarts in many states and have never seen a parking lot so gross as this one. The associates are not that friendly. Many times I have gone in for certain items and they are out of it. The store needs to be zoned more often. It looks a mess alot of time that I have gone in it. I am very disappointed in this store and do not like going in it. Please get that parking lot cleaned up.

I know it is not all too exciting, but hey they got everything here including auto services at a decent price like oil changes, new tires & new car batteries. Blah, blah blah! it is boring, but we all need it, so fine, go here. This Walmart is one of those places where you can gather up pics for those interesting Walmart emails. It is true. If you want true entertainment while you are bored getting your tires done, I'm pretty sure you will find it here.

If I could give a one tenth of a star, it would still be way over rated! higher prices, rude clerks and the customers need to be restrained I only go there when I can not get the item (one) anywhere close by. I would never shop for food or for clothing here, prices are much better elsewhere. When you need assistance the two answers are 1 Dumb Look. 2 I don't think we carry it. Poor Sam must be rolling.

Well went for oil change I could tell short staffed! The issue was the waiting room it was felty! The chairs from a thrift store had tennis balls on the feet? They had two of those a bench from a bus stop yes a bus stop! The floors nasty and hadn't been cleaned god only knows how long? The TV setting on a fireplace yes a cheap fireplace no doubt a return I mean in Florida! The TV was broke and a trash can stunk so bad I moved it away!

The customer service at this Walmart is horrific. I am currently on hold with them trying to find my misplaced license and they have transferred to customer service 6 times where no one answers the call. I have had issues in the past with customer service, where they misplaced my Christmas lay away. Also, I bought a door knob there once which the key that it came with didn't work. When I tried to return it they gave me such a difficult time. You guys seriously need to train your customer service people better. They were rude and didn't know anything that was asked to them.

My experience today was AWFUL!!!! Standing in line for 30 minutes because there was only one cashier doing her work while 6 other cashiers were standing around in the front with the manager. Yes there were 13 self check out available but I never applied for a job at Walmart. Apparently if you go after 8pm, you not only shop and pay for your groceries but you'll have to do a cashiers job by going to the self checkout without getting paid or a discount. I asked the manager (VERONICA) to open another line but she refused and stood behind policy instead of trying to make a line of customers (roughly 10 people in line with their grocery carts full) happy?????!!! PLEASE stay away from WALMART in ZEPHYRHILLS UNLESS YOUR READY TO DO THEIR JOB OR STAND IN LINE FOR 30+ MINUTES. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE POLICY AND MANAGER (VERONICA) WHOM WOULD RATHER HAVE EMPLOYEES STAND AROUND THAN TO HELP CUSTOMERS GET THEIR FOOD HOME!!! GO TO SAVE A LOT, PUBLIX, WINN DIXIE INSTEAD.

You guys suck. I tried calling to see if you had Advent Wreath kits. I called five times to speak to customer service, held for five minutes each time and the phone just hung up. I realize people want to get TVs, and the like, but I'm a new Catholic, my first Advent, and I believe that's more important. Thx for the hangups!!!

We came here around 11pm one night to check out the merchandise and the crowd that shops in there at that time. It was very interesting. The place is open 24 hours!!! Talk about maximizing their profits. They sold guns here which was scary coming from the Bay Area where I don't think my local Target sells guns and rifles. Must be demographic marketing at it's best. I tried not to look at the others shopping there but some I couldn't take my eyes off of, I was so fascinated. There was the family with 2 kids under 5 shopping around, shouldn't these kids be sleeping by now? There was the couple in the check out line which had like 10 huge rolls of ground beef or the ones that had like a whole shopping cart full of random items like motor oil, shampoo, etc, it filled up like 20 Walmart bags, at least. There were the mullet men, I could go on but I will digress. They kind of carry everything at a Walmart, which is scary. My friend says that if they don't have it at Walmart, you probably don't need it then. I could see how that was true since you could get stuff for your car, you could redecorate your living room including repainting it, set up an entertainment center, and even then go buy some meat, fresh produce and baked goods to make a dinner before you walk out of that place. They even had live fish in the pet center area, you could even shut up your kid who wants to leave before you make your way through the whole store by getting them a live little pet fish friend to hold OR for the girl, a Carol Burnett limited edition Barbie Doll which we saw in the clearance aisle, while you take your sweet time walking through the megastore. The peaches were on sale for a $1 a pound, that is pretty freaking good no matter where you are buying fruit and the red seedless grapes we got were sweeter than the ones I get at Safeway back home now. Maybe Walmart isn't as horrible as I once thought. But I'm probably more just a sellout and have just given in into the Man and am happy to take my $12 Danskin black workout pants with me out of the store and feel content with my bargain I just picked up. Sigh.

As much as I never thought I'd say something good about walmart, I am. I was in the store late last night/early this morning looking despirately for a specific type of pizza. When it was not in the freezer, an employee volunteered (without my asking) to get exactly what I needed from the back of the store. She did not have to do that and was not asked to do that. Sometimes you can still find good people out there.

It's near where I work. I am pleased with organic produce offerings as it is difficult for me to find organic kale, but not here. This location currently has a postal store, nail salon, and other services one might expect at a Wal-Martl

My blood pressure rises as I pull into the parking lot. This Walmart services a HUGE snowbird population that arrives in October and departs in April. During that time frame, it's impossible to find a parking spot in this enormous parking lot. The store is packed, the shelves are partially empty and stockers are always scrambling to restock during peak shopping hours. The check out lines are ridiculously long compounded by the shortage of open check out lanes. Customer service is non-existent. In fact, I think the employees intentionally look the other way so as to not make eye contact in hopes you will not ask them a question! The only saving grace is that from May - September it's only the locals that shop at this Walmart; as the snowbirds have returned to their homes up north. You stand a chance of finding a parking spot and the lines inside will be shorter. Keeping the inventory on the shelves is ALWAYS a problem regardless of the size of the shopping population. And we're not talking unusual specialty items......let's use Great Value Light Cool Whip or Popsicles as an example! Almost always out! If the demand is there......ORDER MORE! Even I can figure that out. Makes the drive to the Lakeland Walmart seem shorter...... Take your happy pill and whistle a happy tune.........

This store's Auto center is terrible. I purchased my oil and filter and went to have them change my oil. After being stared at by 4-5 Tech's I went inside to inquire. The last in there told me to go outside again, she yelled through the window asking for someone to assist me. One man just kept walking mumbling something as he walked by. We went out there and stood there with her while she asked 2 more times for help. Totally ridiculous and bad customer service. I finally told her that we would go elsewhere and her response was "Well, sorry then". One of the service guys made some kind of comment as we walked off toward my wife after she stated it was ridiculous....REALLY! The sad thing was that there was no customers at all, they we're all standing around talking, except one. He was in the customer lounge eating and watching TV. I did speak to the Assistant Store Manager who was speechless (her words), she said she would take care of the problem and apologized. I believe she will take care of it, but I will never darken their doorstep with my shadow again. That's about $1000.00 per month that I spent there, not a lot to Walmart, but would be to a local business.

I came here for the grocery pick up. It is a fast, easy way to get errands done without having to leave your car. Today, we had a kids' birthday party to go to so we enjoyed that event while Walmart was getting my groceries for me. As soon as we arrived, they were ready to load up our car. Love this service.

No matter what, this place is NEVER stocked. This was a fact before the COVID shortages and it is a fact now that things are starting to normalize. I run errands for my elderly parents regularly using the Wesley Chapel, Hwy 54 location and never run into any ridiculous problems attaining needed items. I also shop for my place of business often and am seldom disappointed by the availability at the Bruce B Downs store in New Tampa. Why is it that every single week, without fail, I leave the Gall Blvd location without at least one item on my list?! Horrendous...I'd give No stars if I could. Get your act together Zephyrhills, it's entirely doable...

A few days ago I ordered groceries for delivery, and they were out of 4 of my items and didn't substitute. I tried calling the store to see if I could get a replacement before my order went out. I called 3 times, got transferred, no one answered and then the call hung up on me. I called corporate twice, same problem. I waited on the line 20 minutes the second time only to get disconnected. Needless to say I was angry at the poor customer service. So I left a review to that affect. A few days later I received a phone call from the manager of my local Walmart, and he apologized and said a $25 gift card would be waiting for me at the front help center. That was a pleasant surprise. They could've just ignored me, and they didn't. So, I went in today to get it and sure enough no one knew what the heck I was talking about. There was no gift card waiting for me. After waiting 45 minutes for someone to figure this out and help me they FINALLY gave me my gift card. The irony of being made to wait 45 minutes to receive a gift card given to me because of the poor customer service I had to deal with lol. Anyway, I wasn't happy that it took so long to get my card. In my mind, after something like the poor customer service I experienced one would think it would've been right there waiting for me, and I would've been in and out. BUT credit where credit is due. A company as large as Walmart didn't have to acknowledge my grievances. The $25 gift card was greatly appreciated and more than made up for my dissatisfaction with their customer service.

Customer service at this store is horrible. The two stars based merely on customer service. I gave it three because the store is always clean and can usually find what it is that I need. No one that works here that I encountered acts like a representative of the company.

The worst walmart I have ever been too! they never have stuff in stock, the store is always disorganized ,and they never answer the phones and if they do answer they put you on hold for ever.STAY AWAY FROM THIS WALMART!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am constantly dissapointed in this walmart but unfortunatly when it comes to late night options in Z-hills, this is it. The produce section here is not good- even for a walmart. Their oranges have mold, the apples are soft and once they were completely out of bananas! This is a 24hr super center with a McDonalds so I guess it redeems itself in a way with that.

I love this store when the snowbirds go home. It is a nightmare when they all flock in. It seems many of them don't like it because it is too busy. I suggest you stay home and everyone will be happy!

Walmart has to either expand this place including parking or build another close by. Come October thru April you can not find a place to park. I've even tried getting there by 7 am n lot is full. I do need a handicap parking spot n just forget even trying. Those months I just don't even bother trying any more.

I can't afford to go to Publix and dread every single second I am at this Walmart! Shelves are always empty and they stock during the busiest times of the day and block the isles! Customer service never answer the phone! Why do they even give us an option to talk to a representative when you call the store? The Walton brothers really would not care regarding any of the stores and the presentations because they are too busy collecting our money and not paying taxes!

I shop this Walmart and have all my meds filled there. It is always a friendly place to shop, except when the snowbirds ard down, and then I try to avoid the place. Now, I know that cannot be helped, but here us my pet peeve. Plople bringing in their pets because they cannot leave them home! I have two small dogs, and I love them very much, but I leave them at the house to go to the store. Service dogs are a different matter all together. The other day a woman came in with her Bearded Dragon on her shoulder! Enough is enough! This needs to stop.

I hate wal mart period. However, in a town or city that has been built up, this sure is an attraction! Just look at the brochure at the Microtel that shares a parking lot! So on a recent trip with a friend, we needed wal mart a few times and it was so convenient and open 24 hours which makes staying in Zhills a little better since everything closes early. The prices are what you expect at walmart and the people are just as fun to look at.

I have shopped here at Walmart for 14 years. The last couple of years it has not been good. We always shop on Sunday mornings and that is at 10am.......Why do the stocking clerks have to be in every aisle that time of morning? They take up a good portion of the aisle and don't move when you are trying to get something off the shelve and never do they say, can I help you with something. Before the snowbirds get back, they have to rearrange everything especially the frozen food aisles and you can't find anything. We who are your best year round customers get to know where everything is and then....bam it is all changed until spring. No wonder some folks are going elsewhere to shop. This past Sunday I could not find some popular brands of items and will shop elsewhere for them..
