I really didnt want to write this review but I feel that I have no other choice. Its kinda hard for me to talk about so if youre reading this, please be flexible with the way I write. If you are considering Walner’s Law, do not. I cant stress it enough. Unless your case is worth thousands of dollars, do yourself a favor and block their number immediately or just do not reach out to them at all. Almost a year ago, I was struck by a car as a pedestrian. I suffered a concussion and woke up in the hospital the next day. I still cannot remember fully what happened but the police cited the driver for improper lane usage. When I woke up, I was attacked with a barrage of phone calls from this firm. Not only did they call me, they called my partner as well. Im pretty sure thats against HIPA but I assume that would be Cook County’s hospital practice who would need to be fined for that. I answered thinking that it was so “polite” and “considerate” that they wanted to reach out to me to get me some physical therapy and pursue the insurance company for the damages as I was out of work for an entire week. During this time, my lawyer had me go seek physical therapy that THEY recommended. Remember, they are shady and they have other medical providers to improve the payout from your case. After about a month of the incident, I started not hearing back at all from these people. Eventually, I found out my lawyer had left the practice and they assigned a new one to me. About four or five months go by and I am all of a sudden told that the accident was “my fault” and that there was no claim to be had. The “lawyer” reviewed my case and said the cameras indicated that I was driving and I should be lucky to be alive… I wanted to cry because I dont even own a car and this woman is lying straight to my face. I was already financially struggling so to be out of work for a week and suffer pains from the accident just made this whole experience surreal. After I recieved the news, I asked the lawyer to forward me the video. She offered and said she would. It has now been three months and I have called every week to ask about this video and they still keep giving me the run around. The only information I recieved was that my emergency room wasnt that expensive so therefore the case was closed because there was no monetary value in it from their perspective. As I write this review, I am reminded about how terrible this experience was. This law firm is not organized, they dont care about you or your well-being and they are so disturbed that they would LIE to your face. Please, I beg that you do not use this law firm. I have given them plenty of time to correct their mistakes and they have failed to do so.

This entire experience has been a nightmare, i got in an auto accident for the first time in life after i just purchased my vehicle7days ago, i was crushed i wasn't aware that it would completely turn my life upside down, i trusted Walner to defend my case and from the beginning i was sure they would until the paralegal i was working with was no longer with the company and the lawyer i barley spoke with. my life took a turn for the worst i was off work due to my injuries which left me in debt my lights were cut off, i lost my vehicle due to no payments i am in a nightmare, i was able to get 2 loans to pay rent and get my lights back on, when i requested a loan to save my vehicle the lawyer called me herself and told me she wasn't going to approve another cash advance after i explained the situation i was in have be reaching out for help and a update and still nothing, i will not and i advices anyone not to let this law firm fight for you because they fight against you, i have lost in the situation life is crazy vehicle reposited that's even more on me i really regret dealing with them please do your research

I regret hiring Walner Law. My experience with this firm has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from the very beginning. After my accident, I retained Walner Law and signed all required documents electronically on December 5, 2024. Since then, I have received little to no communication about the status of my case. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out for updates, but my inquiries have been ignored. I was never introduced to a case manager or attorney handling my file. To this day, I have no idea what progress, if any, has been made on my claim. In one of the most difficult seasons of my life—physically, emotionally, and financially—this firm added to my stress instead of helping relieve it. Clients deserve basic respect, consistent updates, and transparency, especially during a legal matter involving injury. What I received was silence, lack of accountability, and a complete absence of professionalism. I am now pursuing formal complaints through the Illinois State Bar Association and Better Business Bureau because no client should be treated like this. I have been waiting over a year and a half for resolution to my case, no one ever contacts me I always have to contact them for updates and it’s never anything informative. This is just bad customer service, had I known I would have used another law firm. Do better!

I had a minor traffic accident. It took almost two years for them to finally settle the case. However I wasn't told until after a year later that my the injury to my car wasn't included in the claim. I was told that I had to go after the guys insurance myself. I went to the hospital to get the medical records because they were too lazy to call. They misplaced my paperwork and I had to go back to the hospital again to pick up the paperwork. Then once I received my final paperwork there was a $300 dollar dedication for office work. When I asked what the deduction covered I was told "we had to call the hospital for the paperwork". I'm confused they're the attorney shouldn't they make calls on the case? After I went to the hospital twice for the paperwork and they claimed that they called for the paperwork they never included the hospital charges in the claim. I received a almost $1800 hospital bill on April 1, 2025. I've been calling to talk to the attorney who handled my case (which the office has such a large turnover of attorney's that I had 3 on my one case because attorney's kept leaving the law office). I have left repeated messages and as of now I still haven't received a call back. I would suggest anyone use this company. If you don't have a million dollar case you're not important to them at all. Good luck to those with minor accidents you're in for a wild ŕide. I was told to call to discuss the issues. I have been calling and leaving messages since April 1, 2025. They keep saying the attorney will get back to me. It's been over a week and I haven't heard from them ad of yet. I finally spoke to Mr Walner the owner of the firm. He was VERY RUDE. He over talked me. He repeatedly sighed. He told me that I was lying about my husband going to the hospital to get the bill twice. I would never recommend this firm to anyone. My husband spoke to Mr Walner himself also ( because I refuse to talk to an adult age person who acts like a three year old when conducting business over the phone) They told him that they are willing to refund the additional money taken from the settlement that they should have never taken from the settlement. My husband went to the hospital to get the paperwork twice, and they misplaced it twice. They charged almost $400 to make a call to request the lost paperwork. He's paying them 1/3 of his settlement why are they charging to make calls pertaining to the case? They so my husband they will cut a check mail it out over a week ago and of course he hasn't heard anything from them. Please be advised this ISN'T THE COMPANY to deal with in crucial times. I hope this post saves others from making the same mistake my husband did by hiring this law firm. It has been 2 months since all of this took place. The date today is May 3rd 2025 and they haven't refunded the money as they told me they would. They also haven't sent me copies of all of the paperwork involved. Mark Andrews told had told me 2 things that were false. First was about where and how i'd get physical therapy. He also told me i'd get a grand after 8 visits. Now my attorney Robert is telling me I might not even get paid or something. Those 2 things Mark Andrews said were for sure and the main reasons I chose Walnur. He said he was my Blackxican brother and kept telling me fun facts about Mexico. He would call me daily before signing. After he stopped and would forget my name when I called him. He said with Walnur he would be by my side personally throughout the case. Was I being deceived? I was already going through physical pain but him telling me that i'd get paid and he was reassuring. I felt a false sense of relief and hope. I'm really disappointed and depressed. My bike cost 600 and it got ruined over a month ago from this accident. I haven't received anything and that was my way of making money. I had other attorneys guaranteeing payments the next day. I regret signing with Walnur. In a car accident the insurance pays within weeks why is it taking months? I was left injured and jobless. It's already been over a month and I'm stressed with debt. P

They Slow. i wish they settle that little meatball accident they represent me on. I should had been had that little money in my bank.

Terrible customer service, very professional and a waste of your valuable time. I don't believe these people get business as rude as they are when you call.

I was lied to by attorney Kristin Kladis. Told Mr. Walner he refuse to send me my documents. Mr. Walner SEND ME MY DOCUMENTS.

I got this law firm by one of their so called associate's which I'll just call a ambulance chasers came to my house rt after my accident and promised all of this bullshit, and the way i found out about my case was through my doctor, I have to have surgery and they wouldn't be able to do it because my case was being settled with out my consent or knowing, the office don't return calls inform you about your case. I've been off work since July 2019 and they told me don't worry your get your pain and suffering and Lost wages the settlement they offering me I should have represented my own self.the money i spent own bills and everyday living so I get nothing, and this is Jan 2020 and still haven't got any response. the LAW FIRM is full of I will not recommend them for a DOG bite. and I still need surgery on my back have to go get another LAWYER. I suggest you search around before you get this FIRM.

Biggest mistake was going with this law firm. They are very slow and unorganized. They had been waiting for 1 xray for 8 months that they never still got. I was in a car accident and received an concussion. They could only offer me less than $1000 after their fees and medical bills. PLEASE don't waste your time. Mr. Walner offered to pay me out of his own pocket because it was a year that we had been waiting for this case. And ended up telling us... a offer that wasn't worth our time or energy. They are mean and very unprofessional. My case got passed around to so many different people. There was no consistency.
