I had a horrible experience with Walner Law. I had a rear end accident in June of 2023 and the next day they call. I gave them all my information including the fact that I had a torn retina from this accident a month later that still affects me. I informed it to Mr Chris Hoffman. Needless to say I got the runaround apparently Chris didn’t have any paperwork and when I had my case come up my new attorney wasn’t aware of this. From then on the new attorney did what he could without any paperwork, I feel this Law firm didn’t do it’s best in providing me the professional services they promised and I feel like I been cheated. I will NEVER refer this law firm to no one. I gave it one star because the new Attorney did what he could without any paperwork and the information he had. The case got settled in late in 2025 and I’m ashamed to say how much. I had no choice but to take it if not it would have been a longer wait… a hit from the back that wasn’t proven not my fault….Wow never again

Walner Law whatever you do please don't use this law office. The owner of the company call me about a case we had going with them. Mr Walner was very unprofessional. He tried over talking me and he was repeatedly sighing as if he didn't want to be bothered. I have never had a owner of a company call me and act like a three year old. They misplaced the medical records twice and then charged almost $300 office fees. We were told because they had to call for the medical records. If they're being paid one third of the settlement why are we being charged almost $300 for medical records that they replaced? The law off has such a huge turn over. The case was seen by 3 different attorney's because they kept leaving the firm. It literally took over a year and a half for a minor traffic accident because they can't keep attorney's. They didn't even pay the hospital bill that we went to get twice and they charged us almost $300 to get a third copy. On top of it all Mr Walner said I should have called him before leaving a one star Google review. I have been calling them since April 1, 2025 when we received a $1722 hospital bill, that should have been paid from the settlement. Mr Walner I have nothing but time. I promise you I will post this daily on every platform until you learn how to conduct yourself and your business professionally. I will make sure to tag you every time I post.

They Slow. i wish they settle that little meatball accident they represent me on. I should had been had that little money in my bank.

I was lied to by attorney Kristin Kladis. Told Mr. Walner he refuse to send me my documents. Mr. Walner SEND ME MY DOCUMENTS.

Biggest mistake was going with this law firm. They are very slow and unorganized. They had been waiting for 1 xray for 8 months that they never still got. I was in a car accident and received an concussion. They could only offer me less than $1000 after their fees and medical bills. PLEASE don't waste your time. Mr. Walner offered to pay me out of his own pocket because it was a year that we had been waiting for this case. And ended up telling us... a offer that wasn't worth our time or energy. They are mean and very unprofessional. My case got passed around to so many different people. There was no consistency.

I got this law firm by one of their so called associate's which I'll just call a ambulance chasers came to my house rt after my accident and promised all of this bullshit, and the way i found out about my case was through my doctor, I have to have surgery and they wouldn't be able to do it because my case was being settled with out my consent or knowing, the office don't return calls inform you about your case. I've been off work since July 2019 and they told me don't worry your get your pain and suffering and Lost wages the settlement they offering me I should have represented my own self.the money i spent own bills and everyday living so I get nothing, and this is Jan 2020 and still haven't got any response. the LAW FIRM is full of I will not recommend them for a DOG bite. and I still need surgery on my back have to go get another LAWYER. I suggest you search around before you get this FIRM.
