Walt Disney Imagineering Blue Sky Cellar - Temporarily Unavailable

This hidden gem, is unknown to many visiting the park and they walk right by it, leaving the crowds always small. Inside you will find displays of new attractions coming to both parks in the resort and always a fun video playing in their small theater. It's a museum dedicated to the future of Disneyland and California Adventure and definitely worth a ten minute stop by,

This replaced a very boring original DCA attraction. Sad that it is ripping of an old Disneyland attraction in the process. Exhibits sit here for too long and become irrelevant while still on display. Some cast members that act as docents (or something) have a tendency to look disinterested, lackluster in their knowledge and interactivity, and can get rude when ushering you out.

When they happen to do so, the Blue Sky Cellar is a great place to get an early bird look at what is coming up in the park. Unfortunately they haven't updated the Blue Sky Cellar since they put in Fantasy Faire in Disneyland. There are new attractions and experiences opening up at Disneyland all the time, but they aren't giving us the glimpses that they did back when they were working on Cars Land and then Fantasy Faire which helped whet our appetites for the coming attractions. i hope they update this with a glimpse ahead at Star Wars Land soon. If they do, I'll definitely increase my rating.

the blue sky cellar is often used to preview upcoming attractions/themed lands at both disney california adventure and disneyland park. other times, it is used for annual passholder-only events. either way, it's a nice little space, that i wish was open more often

There are cool displays in Blue Sky Cellar, and it is fun for major Disney fans, however it is very skippable if you are short on time.

If you are a true Disney fan and want to see the how behind your favorite attractions this is the place to go. It is also nice and cool on a hot day.

I am a big fan of any Disney product; park, movie, games, etc.... Now, the price of the park tickets have to become reasonable again.

Didn't go on the boat but enjoyed seeing it several times during our three day escapade to Disneyland. It was a nice riverboat.
