We visited here for the King of Country concert. The venue staff were some of the nicest staff we have ever encountered. Everyone was helpful, pleasant, respectful, efficient, and kind. Parking was slightly difficult but perhaps we were uninformed about our options. The concert was amazing. Beautiful venue, great for family fun, special events, friends night out etc. Will definitely return in the future.

We had an amazing time watching the Lion King @ Walt Disney Center. They offer valet parking which we opted not to take as it would take way to long to get to our car at the end of the show. Around the corner, there was a parking lot that charged $20 and that worked out well. Everything was organized from the time we entered the building until we left. The staff were all pleasant and the patrons looked happy, dressed nicely and were giving great vibes. The restrooms were clean and spacious with multiple stalls and I never had to wait in line. There was someone present to clean and restock. They had a drink/bar with themed cocktails, but be prepared for the costs. You can also purchase your drinks in advance for intermission instead of waiting in line. They had the merch section as well. Both lines were long, but the staff moved efficiently and effectively. Anyway the show was great!

I came here for the first time to see The Lion King with my 3 year old daughter and it was fabulous. We took an Uber to avoid having to figure out parking. The Uber was able to drop off right in front. Getting in was easy and fast. No lines. Lots of staff to make the transition inside with tickets, fast and efficient. The place is gorgeous. The show was fantastic. There are booster seats available upon request. The bar was great and the drinks were special! I loved the entire experience here. My daughter, even at the age of 3, also Loved her experience here. I’m looking for the next show to return back here! I think it will be Gabby’s Dollhouse in October!

Just left The Light of Christmas event at the Disney Theatre. While the performance itself was very good, it was marred by continual distraction of a camera boom moving all around in front of us blocking our view. Absolutely unacceptable - there has to be a leas intrusive way to capture whatever video they needed. Very disappointing. Word to the wise: avoid right side of theater when facing stage.

Outstanding venue, friendly informative staff. The outdoor terraces are a great place to relax before the show, during the intermission and after.

The staff at the Walt Disney Theater at Dr Phillips Center goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. They exceed expectations for guests needing ADA assistance. The Theater is beautiful, the sound perfect and the shows are Broadway shows in the heart of Orlando. The talent of the actors, orchestra and supporting staff is second to none.

So perfectly Disney. Gorgeous theater. Not a bad seat. Good snacks for $4. PERFECT ACOUSTICS. Saw Evan Hansen which is really dialogue heavy and could hear every word. Valet parking was $27. But sort of worth it because there was very little/no street parking. Well worth it to see beautiful modern theater.b
