The last time I visited the Magic Kingdom it was a good experience. The train has always been a favorite attraction of mine from my childhood. The train has been updated to reflect the new style of today’s world. It’s a fun family ride to go do for young families and those with elderly parents who can’t get around well. It has plenty of space for families to enjoy a classic ride.

Nice train station. Very detailed and large. Trains can take some time to arrive. The train ride itself is nice and smooth. The ride from Main Street Station to the Frontierland Station is about 10 minutes. You also go through Tiana’s Bayou adventure (you don’t see anything though), which is pretty cool.

Love riding the Disney train so happy it’s back up and running. I added a video of the new Tron tunnel. The staff at the train are always so nice and helpful. Can’t wait to take my granddaughter on it.

Such a relaxed ride while touring Magic Kingdom. You get to view part of the inside street level and the outskirt. The whole ride is less than 10 mins. Great for little ones who adore trains!

It's probably the most classic ride in Disney. A good way to avoid the crowds is to ride the train to the far end of the park and then work your way back towards the entrance.

Why did you guys shorten the train to only one stop?? The Disney railroad train in Disneyland goes all the way around the park and also has a very cool storyline. Epic failure.

Magic Kingdom Train ride is open again! The Magic Kingdom originally had a train that would take visitors around the outer edges of the park. It closed on December 3, 2018, to allow for the new Tron Ride Construction. It reopened on Dec 7, 2022. The train is beautiful and immaculate. It is about a 20 min total ride if you get on and off at the same stop and travel around the park. The train stops at 3 stations on its travel around the park. Entering the park and at the south end of Main street, the first stop leaves from the entrance of the park. The next stop is in Frontierland and the last stop is in fantasyland before returning you to the entrance. There are about 7 minutes between a train leaving and the next train arriving. You wait in line and are guided to seats on the train. There are at least 3 trains at any one time on the track. Each train has about 8 cars with each car having about 8 benches for seating. There are no doors so parents please supervise your children as this is an open-air ride. When we took the ride, every cast member waved to us as we passed by. The cars were clean, the staff was pleasant and the ride was invigorating. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the park.

The Walt Disney World RR sits at the front of the park and one you can easily miss if you don't think about it. Dedicated to Walt Disney and his love for trains the train makes a complete circuit around the Magic Kingdom with stops in Frontierland and Fantasyland. You can disembark at any of these stations or ride all the way around. I find a complete circuit is the way to go. Recorded narration tells the story of the train and the different lands as you ride through them. In Frontierland you can see bits and pieces of a Native American Village and in Tomorrowland you are "screened" by Tron to make sure you aren't an intruder. It's all part of the fun and a good way to get off your feet. Safety is a key issue when riding the train and they make sure you cannot board or disembark until given the all clear. The ride is pleasant and relaxing and a great way to get off your feet after all that park walking. The Main St station itself has some historical paraphenalia to take in including that of Walt and his wife Lillian. Check it out if you have the time. The front of the train is one of the most photographed areas of the Magic Kingdom since it sits directly behind and above the main entrance. No visit to the Magic Kingdom would be complete without a ride on the train.
