Walt Disney World Swan Reserve

I had a mostly wonderful stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The décor throughout the property is stunning, and the rooms are equally impressive: spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. I appreciated having a mini fridge and a Keurig machine in the room, which made the stay feel more convenient and upscale. It's very close to Epcot and has a water taxi for those who don't want to walk. Dining at Amari was a standout experience. The restaurant is not only aesthetically gorgeous, but the food and overall experience were excellent. It felt like a true highlight of the property and something I would recommend even to non-hotel guests. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by an issue after checkout. I accidentally left my medication in the mini fridge, stored inside a cooler pack. When I contacted the hotel, I was told by security that it was not there. I can’t say for certain whether the next guests took it or if it was discarded by housekeeping, but it was definitely left behind. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern or follow-up from the hotel regarding this matter. Medication is not a trivial item, and the response felt dismissive, as if the situation wasn’t taken seriously. Overall, the Swan Reserve is a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms and dining, but the handling of my lost medication left me with concerns about accountability and guest care. I truly wish this had been addressed with more empathy and urgency, as it overshadowed an otherwise lovely stay.

This hotel is amazing! David, Patrick, Eric, and Robert were the best and most friendly valet team I've ever encountered! They would make conversations, grab your stuff and cars in record time, and they remembered a lot about you! The hotel rooms itself were amazing and clean. The room service was fast and they cleaned our rooms when we were away very well. They had nice lounging areas and a short walk to the ferries and boardwalk. Overall an amazing stay and I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks to all the employees who made our trip even better!

Swan Reserve is an excellent Disney resort that is within a 15min walk of both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. It's enough out of the way so you can get some relaxation, but still get to Swan/Dolphin and the parks easily. The best part of this hotel is the service the staff provides. We had a family emergency and they were incredibly accommodating to our changing plans. That alone will make me continue to come back to this resort. The rooms were also super clean and the Greek restaurant was excellent. A bit pricey, but I guess that's Disney! Thanks again to a great hotel staff and stay. We will be back!

From being greeted by bell services to checkin process the stay was amazing. We enjoyed 1 week in a corner suite with fireworks view. The room was very clean, huge, and was full of everything necessary to enjoy your stay. Comfortable living room area 3 huge TV’s a giant dining room table, charger ports everywhere, fridge, Keurig, separate toilet with shower room with sinks in both. Extra large bedroom with very comfortable bed and temperate controls in every area robes to lounge in. Room service was had on multiple occasions and was delicious and arrived very fast. They have an onsite cafe where you can get cold brew, espresso drinks and chai. They have some ice cream options, candy, and bakery items. We didn’t do the pool, but it looked great. Wish they had an onsite laundry room, but they did have a very fast shuttle service to the other building with laundry which was massive and more food options. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff, the amenities, and convenience are top notch. My son is still talking about the “swan pastina”.

Our stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the views were breathtaking, the kind that make you pause and take it all in. The staff went above and beyond to make our babymoon truly special, ensuring every little detail was taken care of so my wife and I could relax and enjoy ourselves. A very special thank you to Miranda from the Welcome Ambassador team, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience unforgettable. She went out of her way to make us feel celebrated, and it truly meant a lot to us. The only downside was the bus transportation to the parks. The buses run every 20 to 30 minutes, but not knowing whether you’ll be waiting 5 minutes or 30 minutes can be frustrating, especially when you have time-sensitive plans or park reservations. There is currently no way to track bus locations or schedules in real time through the app, which would make a big difference. If this feature were added, the Swan Reserve would be absolutely perfect for a Disney stay. We can’t recommend the Swan Reserve enough for anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and heartfelt Disney getaway. We will definitely be back!

We originally planned to stay at the Swan but ended up booking the Swan Reserve due to more affordable pricing — and we’re so glad we did! The Swan Reserve is a beautiful, modern hotel that feels brand new. From the moment we booked, the staff went above and beyond. They called us before our arrival to confirm details, surprised us with a complimentary upgrade, and even helped us celebrate our anniversary with champagne and chocolates in our room — such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better for a Disney trip — walking distance to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, and convenient access to the Disney transportation system. If you’re a Marriott member looking to stay on Disney property, I highly recommend the Swan Reserve. You get the perfect mix of Disney magic and Marriott service. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to go to the holiday parties. Check in was great. LeeAnn is a great ambassador for this hotel. She was so pleasant and very informative. We had an Epcot view. The room was spotless. The bedding is great and the room was quiet for sleeping.|You do have to pay for parking but then you get free parking at the parks. It's very walkable to Hollywood and Epcot. |We just used the coffee shop and the barista was so friendly and nice. Awesome location being between EPCOT and Hollywood studios. The walk is quick enough, but there’s also the ferry. Able to use any of the pools from the other two hotels, the swan and dolphin across the street. Great rooms and great service. Franky took the time to talk us through a few different things that we didn’t know, even as regulars. Very knowledgeable on the area and was a great help. Helped make our stay extra special with a bottle of champagne and desert for our anniversary. Truly an amazing vacation, and this staff was a massive part of it.

Definitely one of the better decisions of our Disney trip to stay here. If you're a Marriott Bonvoy member, this is an excellent choice for staying on property with most of the resort perks while earning your Marriott points. (I don't intend to come back to Disney - we're just not a Disney-every-year family.) Transportation to and from the parks was excellent -- buses to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom or a short walk over to the ferry for Hollywood Studios and Epcot (although we just walked for Hollywood Studios - not sure I'd do it again but it is dosable.) The Dolphin pools are incredible and probably the non-park highlight of my trip. There are also a ton of dining options over there (and a couple in Swan Reserve) but the Swan Reserve is much, much more quiet and secluded so you don't get the crazy, always-on, everyone-on-Disney-high of the bigger resorts. And nobody is coming over here just to browse around like you get at some of the other resorts - everyone here is a guest of Swan Reserve for the most part. Room was great, maybe a bit small comparatively - but we didn't spend a ton of time there. Customer service was good, just a little confusing with our check-in--which was less their fault and more how it was booked. If we ever come back and I'm still loyal to Marriott, we'll absolutely look at staying here again. And with only a slight increase over the prices and Swan and Dolphin, I'd happily spend a few extra dollars to have a little solace in the trip.

I decided to book the Swan Reserve for a little mini staycation for my husband's birthday and we while it was short, we had an amazing stay. This was our first time visiting this newer property that just opened in 2021 and we were really impressed by the clean, modern design that felt like a hidden oasis in the heart of Walt Disney World. It's a Marriott Bonvoy property so we were able to use points for our stay. We noticed that there were significantly less children at this hotel, so it's a great option for a couples if you're looking for a romantic getaway. I've never been even remotely interested in staying at the Swan & Dolphin Resort. It just feels very dated and a little rundown in some areas, but they do have nice pools and amenities that you can still enjoy if you're a guest at the Swan Reserve, including the swan boats, dining options, and spa. Everything is just a short walk across the street with a lit pathway. The Swan & Dolphin also connects to Disney's Boardwalk if you're looking for some nightlife action, as well as easy access to EPCOT which is about a 15 minute walk away (no busses, trams, monorails required). We arrived early before check-in so that we could enjoy the pool until our room was ready. They held our bags and we were able to explore the property and have lunch at the poolside restaurant & bar, Tangerine. The pool is on the smaller side, but it's really all you need and feels more private compared to other resort pools. They have free towels, plenty of lounge chairs, a fire pit, and poolside service from the bar. Once our room was available, they gave us a call and we headed upstairs to get settled in and freshen up before dinner at their Mediterranean restaurant, Amare. We had a lovely dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday and then spent some time walking around the Boardwalk afterwards. We even managed to catch the fireworks at EPCOT from there. The room was a standard double queen (that's all they had available) and it was very clean and cozy. Everything just feels new in this hotel. I especially loved the spacious shower and bathroom. This is definitely my new go-to hotel on Disney property and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

The hubster and I made the Swan Reserve our home away from home during our stay in Florida. This became a wonderful choice as soon as we were on their property. It's a smaller, boutique type hotel across the street from its sister properties The Swan and The Dolphin. It has ample self parking as well as valet service available. Once inside we took the escalator to the third floor to check in. A lovely gal named Sarah assisted us and explained the property inside and out. Off we went up to our room and we were not disappointed. Exceptionally clean, and what a beautiful view! We quickly unpacked and then went for a quick bite in their lounge Stir. Our server was wonderful and the nosh was delicious and satisfying. When we returned to our room we realized we could watch the fireworks at 9pm. It was a terrific display to watch in the comfort of bed. The room was very quiet, bed was excellently comfortable, and we used room service once as well and it exceeded our expectations. We did ask for daily maid service and each day when we returned the room was fresh and lovely. From the hotel, Epcot is within walking distance and because we were on property parking at the parks were free. Additionally, we had use of the pools at the sister hotels. As Marriott point holders, the Swan Reserve definitely worked in our favor and we would stay here again during our next visit. Many thanks and kudos to the staff. Well done!

The experience was crème de la crème. The bar area was quick. The probe very well and made my time feel very valuable.

Hard to describe this place. Lots of extraneous charges that are not at WDW properties owned by Disney. Breakfast is mediocre at best, but get it to go so you can get to the park.

TLDR; only stayed one night but it had amazing service, comfortable and clean room, nice shower and amazing view. We decided to do a quick girls visit (3 of us) to WDW; I decided to use points to stay one night and I'm so glad I did! This is a Disney Good Neighbor hotel and one of the few to get early park entry. We were going to EPCOT and DHS so this was a perfect location. It was over 100 degrees real feel so rather than walk we took the boat to DHS, the location of which is a short walk. My husband has Titanium Elite for life status but wasn't joining us for this trip. He called the hotel explained that I would be staying and they took care of it by gifting me the stay. Our plan was to arrive at 7 am, leave bags with the bell desk and check in later in the day. When we arrived they actually had already given us a room, and upgraded us to the EPCOT view! So we were able to freshen up in the room before heading out to the park which was great. Also great was being able to leave the park at 2 to shower and nap before returning to the park for the evening when it was cooler. They could have made us wait to check in until 3 or 4, but it's a slow time of year and the hotel was only slightly more than half full. It's nice that they went out of their way to be so accommodating. The best part was when I called late that night to ask for a late checkout they offered 4:00, and the woman on the phone told me if after we checked out we wanted to stay at the park we could leave our bags with the bell desk, come use the showers and the locker room to freshen up and change, all at no extra charge. We didn't end up needing to do this, but having the option was nice. The beds were very comfy and everything was so new and clean. The shower was pretty good for a hotel shower, and the view was fantastic. We came back from a long day and watched the fireworks at both MK and EPCOT. Pretty cool! I can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

From entering the lobby, we were greeted with friendly and kind staff. They have multiple great restaurants for breakfast and dinner, along with a store. Rooms were very comfortable and came with a balcony too. The room itself has two sinks, one in the front and the second inside the "bathroom" with the toilet and bathtub. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room had a modern vibe. You can travel to certain parks either by bus, boat, or walking.

The manager or assistant manager Sean is just a raggedy person to begin with so let's start there. This hotel has never had their act together since before their opening while they were booking reservations with no windows up. But let's go to today. Even the bartender is telling me what a show it is to work there and how she doesn't know how they'll keep it together. We missed our show dining event because the elevators were shut down and being on the 14th floor was great. Also the soundtrack of the fire alarm could only be topped off my Sean saying he thinks everything is fine and does not carry that I'm a Bonvoy Member or Annual Passholder. Classy. UPDATE: Sean let Bonvoy know he has no interest in speaking with me. He doesn't carry if I may Bonvoy member or a Disney annual passholder.

This is a gorgeous hotel - inside and out. I came here for a work conference for 3 days then extended my stay an extra two nights to visit the parks. The staff and service is next level. They were all so friendly, attentive and accommodating. I stayed in the two queen suite with a dining area and pull out sofa. The room is beautiful and the views were amazing. I loved the floor to ceiling windows both in the living room and bedroom area. There were 3 large TVs, one in the dining room, living room and bedroom. It felt very luxurious. The dining table was large and could easily sit 4-6 people. The room came with a mini fridge and a microwave (located in the cabinet next to the fridge). I appreciate the little night light in the toilet room. And there were an abundance of outlets and storage space for clothes, etc. I really loved all the little details that made this stay so wonderful. Now there were a few cons: - The beds were very uncomfortable. They were extremely firm so unless you're solely a back sleeper, you won't get a good nights rest. My four year old daughter and I had neck pain the next few days. I was actually very surprised at how firm the mattresses were. With such a luxurious hotel, i expected a plush and softer mattress. - We had the signature Epcot view which faced Epcot and the Swan/Dolphin hotel. The view was amazing, but be prepared to hear loud fireworks every night until 10 pm. If you have little ones, i suggest bringing a white noise machine. - Minor, but the lights above the dining table were very dim so it's not an ideal place to get work done or anything like that. Also, the shower drain did not work. It was difficult to open and close it. I had to manually remove the cap in order for the water to drain. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the suite was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the new Swan Reserve. Besides the location being perfect - you can walk right to The Boardwalk and EPCOT, the amenities were also great. The entire hotel was clean, tidy, and felt very upscale. It was quiet with great views and also had great food options. While we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room because we spent most of the time away with friends or at Disney, it was cool walking around World Showcase in EPCOT and seeing our hotel from there. Definitely give it a try!

So this hotel deserves 5 stars and at first I was going to give it 3 stars because their sister hotel next door the Swan/Dolphin blasts raging loud music and inappropriate hours super early in the morning and super late at night BUT other than that we had such an excellent stay I changed it from 3 stars to 4 stars and if the hotel can tell the Swan/Dolphin to turn down their music some decibels or to play it not in the 7ams then it deserves 5 stars. However, It was not my expectation to be forced to indirectly attend a raging party that sounded like I was a s raging pool party in Las Vegas for my mornings on a family trip to DisneyWorld! First the good: The Swan Reserve is a gorgeous new hotel with a fantastic location and all the perks of staying at a Deluxe Disney property (yet it's not Disney it is Marriott) such as being able to make Genie plus and lightning lane reservations early with extended hours park entry and also free Disney transportation (bus to Animal Kingdom & Magic Kingdom & Disney Springs and you can also take the boats or walk to Hollywood Studios & Epcot. If you stay on the Epcot side you get a great view of both Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks. They offer suites with separate rooms and pull out beds with large dining tables, coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge which is perfect for families. Rooms/Hotel are very clean and the staff is super friendly and nice! Everyone had the Disney spirit and gave extraordinary service! BUT......The reason for minus stars is The Swan/Dolphin hotel next door blasts 90s music at an ear splitting volume like a Las Vegas pool party starting at 7:15am in the mornings. My family and I never got to sleep in since even after we purchased ear plugs we still could hear the crazy loud music. Because of this inconsiderate party hotel, we knew when we stayed at the parks late at night there'd be no option to relax the next morning - which put a huge damper on our trip! We stayed out late anyway to enjoy the fireworks and extended hours but after a week of that and our 7:15am wake ups we couldn't even relax in our room because the 90s party music was so deafening. We literally had to go to another park or restaurant just to find reprieve for our ears every morning! Even once we were forced awake by the loud music we couldn't even enjoy eating breakfast or relaxing in our hotel room at the nice dining area in our suite because the music is so loud and distracting. We literally had to leave the hotel early every morning just so our heads stopped pounding. It's such a shame since otherwise this would be my new favorite DisneyWorld hotel if it weren't for the inconsiderate Swan/Dolphin recreation department blaring music in BOTH super early morning AND super late at night! I hope their recreation department reads this review and decides to stop blaring music at inconsiderate hours. Or just lowers the volume so it can't be heard so loud. Or Even if they started the loud music after 8am and ended it by 10pm that would be a welcome improvement and doesn't seem too unreasonable!

We had a wonderful 9 day stay at The Swan Reserve! The hotel is new, modern and clean. Love the convenience to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The other parks are a bus ride away. The bus and boat service were great. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a signature suite with a view of Epcot. I had hurt my knee prior to the trip, so I appreciated being able to rest my foot on the couch. The room was clean and well appointed. I like how the water closet has its own room with a sink! Bella was so helpful and lovely with all my questions leading up to our stay! We were lucky to check in and check out with Sarah who is a real gem! All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. We did have a small hiccup with housekeeping. During our 9 day stay, they only came 3 times and 2 of them were by request as they seemed to skip our room every day. They did bring supplies when needed though. I did mention it to the team several times but we kept being skipped for some reason. Stay here! You won't regret it!

Stayed at Swan Reserve using my Marriott points. the location is fantastic. I enjoy the opportunity to enter the parks early everything about it was very nice it's just overpriced. I would opt to stay at the Swan or the dolphin instead based on cost.

First time here at this new spot. Scored a cheap' reservation by Swan standard. Check in was easy and parking is pretty close. Very nice hotel. Room was large and clean. But then it is new. The view from our floor was really nice. We could watch the Epcot fireworks and add a YouTube video of them for the music makes for a cool experience. We hung out by the pool for a while and liked that. Plenty of chairs and the pool guy was really nice and gave us lots of towels. We splurged for this stay and prices are pretty high right now so not sure when will be able to come back but it, like the Swan or Dolphin the best spots if you are heady to Epcot or HS.

I seldom write yelp reviews (Thanks South Park) anymore but I'm determined to blanket the net with my opinion of this hotel. Quite simply, this hotel is doing it better than any of the Disney owned resorts and they deserve some recognition for that. While this hotel is indeed on property, it remains a Marriott resort. My wife and I have spent countless vacations at Disney resorts and the magic has been on decline for years. The employees just don't care anymore. That said, I'm pleased to report that customer service is alive and well at this hotel! What a pleasure to just say, well done! From the front desk (Go LeeAnn) to the wait staff. The rooms are actually clean and not wanting for any maintenance and everyone is accommodating. Imagine that! There was once a time when one would stay at Disney resorts and you knew you'd be pampered. What used to be the norm has now become a novelty! Great customer service just isn't common place anymore; we've all somehow made peace with paying more for less. Bottom line, I'm glad to know one hotel is still trying to earn my business. Looking forward to our next stay. Love the location, a more adult vibe...not the constant stampede of kid's feet and slamming doors you find at the other hotels. Well done Team Reserve!

We stayed here for a week during our trip to Disney world. We have stayed in the dolphin and swan hotel in the past but were pleased with our experience here. The staff here were very accommodating and kind. Our room was clean and very nice. It was a perfect size since we weren't spending a lot of time in there. The restaurants were great and super tasty. My daughter has an allergy and they were very friendly and helpful. They also always had an alternative choice for her in the mornings and at night. The pool was small but still nice. We were also able to use the pools at the dolphin and swan which were very large and there were multiple of them. One huge perk was that we could walk over the boardwalk and get to Epcot right from our hotel. We also never had to worry about breakfast because they had a grab n go plus a buffet. Overall we would 100% stay here again with our experience.

In the past my family and I have always stayed at the Dolphin hotel since we are loyal Marriott Bonvoy members. We were excited to hear that Marriott was building a new Autograph collection hotel on Disney property and decided to give it a try. I'm a little puzzled by the poor reviews because this is our second time staying at the Swan Reserve hotel and both of our visits were fantastic. Our first visit was a four night stay in January in a gorgeous suite and our second stay was this past weekend was in a regular king bed room. Obviously we preferred the suite, especially since it overlooked Epcot so we were able to watch the fireworks from our bed every night. The suite also provided us with an extra living space where we were able to dine at a full size table and had plenty of room for our crib. The king size room is large enough to accommodate our crib, but I do wish we were on the side overlooking Epcot instead of Hollywood Studios since we don't stay at the park late enough to see the fireworks. Everything at the hotel is modern and new. The bathrooms are huge and the walk-in showers are great, although the floors in the bathroom and shower are a little slippery so proceed with caution with toddlers! The beds are extremely comfortable, but my one complaint is that the comforters are as thin as the sheets and provide no warmth so you will need to crank up the thermostat. I remembered to bring long sleeve pajamas on this visit because I was so cold on the last visit. There is a small selection of good dining options available at the hotel. We enjoyed dinner at Amare and coffee and hot breakfast sandwiches at the quick service bar. The breakfast buffet was very overpriced in my opinion so unless you eat a huge breakfast in the morning I would suggest skipping the buffet, although the biscuits and gravy were good. We didn't utilize the pool on either of our stays since we visited in January and February. The pool is pretty basic so if you want the nicer pool you can walk across the street to the Dolphin hotel and use the grotto pool instead. There is also a playground and lawn games at the Dolphin for the kids. Epcot and Hollywood Studios are within walking distance, but if your feet are tired you can just walk across the street to the Dolphin and Swan and take the ferry. For Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom you will need to take the bus. The bus area is just past the valet and arrives every 15 minutes. Unfortunately there are no screens indicating if you just missed the bus, but rest assured they do eventually arrive! Will definitely be staying at the Swan Reserve again next time we visit Disney.

Just spent a 4 night stay here and couldn't have been more satisfied! Used the mobile check in through the Marriott app, entered that we would arrive at 1pm and received a notification that the room was ready around 230pm, not bad at all! The room was so bright and fresh. There are floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows that allow so much sunlight in, it definitely helps the room seem bigger than it is. We had a Hollywood Studios view and it was amazing! Other pluses include daily housekeeping, a great lobby bar and a quick service with delicious breakfast sandwiches! Not to mention that this hotel is in walking distance to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the Boardwalk Resort area. The pool area looked nice. We did not take advantage of it on this trip but will try to block out time next trip. This is probably going to be my new go to resort at Disney!

Overall, we would absolutely stay at Swan Reserve again. Our biggest annoyance was that this hotel's shipping address is so new Amazon doesn't identify it as a legal address, so while you can ship to Swan and Dolphin, you currently can't ship to Swan Reserve via Amazon. After check in we loved that Amare (the hotel restaurant) was open until 2am (they are amazing), which gave us a great option for a late night dinner. Additionally, it was a short walk to Epcot (which was why we chose Swan Reserve) and would have been a very easy commute to Hollywood Studios had we been staying longer. The room was also very clean and comfortable and we had a view of the fireworks on our final day. Our two biggest letdowns were that unfortunately late check out was not available when we requested it and Swan Reserve's continental breakfast buffet lacked any protein. It was essentially fruit and cereal with a few muffins and croissants. While the continental breakfast was free with Elite status, the rest of the buffet was lackluster with basic hot food and protein for purchase. My advice would be if you're going to Magic Kingdom, you're better off making a reservation at Disney's Contemporary Resort for Mickey's (epic) Breakfast so you can walk from the resort to MK, or if you're going to Epcot, plan to eat during the Food and Wine Festival. We paid with points (140k a night) in November and would do so again.

We stayed at the Swan Reserve first week it opened and it was very nice. The employees from the valet to the house keepers were all very friendly and seemed very happy to see us. When you would walk by an employee they go out of there way to say hello and not have their heads down. A couple of cons I see with this hotel. The lack of drawer space in the rooms shocked me. For being a destination where people stay more for more than 2 or 3 days people want to unpack and their suitcase. Granted they had closets but very few hangers. If you call for new hangers they will deliver them , but expect a wait. The other con is they only have one sit down restaurant. They have a huge event space upstairs that could be a great place for a nice bar or another restaurant where you can watch the fireworks from Epcot, but they're saving it for private functions. This hotel is not cheap , so if you're looking for a property on the Disney Grounds, but not owned by Disney I would suggest looking at the Dolphin or Swan first. If money is no object the Swan Reserve will be the way to go for you.

This is a top notch hotel right in the middle of the fun of Walt Disney World. The staff and service here are amazing! The hotel is clean, comfortable and gorgeous! We have been to Disney World every year since 2009 and this by far has been our best hotel stay! It exceeded our expectations in every way and we can not wait to come back. Thank you to all the staff who made my husband's birthday week the best ever!

After staying in a hotel within walking distance of Epcot last year, we wanted to make sure we did that again because we are spoiled now. Walking to Epcot is the best! RJ booked this knowing it would be a little further but still walkable. Wow, what a great choice. We loved it so much! Our room was on the first floor which opened right out to the pool. Our only negative was that those doors didn't lock if you went outside. We didn't want to go out that way to the pool and just leave our room unsecured. But other than that, we loved everything, the bed, the robes, the shower, the 3 tvs which seemed crazy, the staff, the service, the bar, the restaurant. The pool was nice and quiet except for between 4-5 pm when it seems parents checked in and then took their kids right to the pool. But once dinner time arrived they were gone and it was so peaceful, and we could get our drinks delivered right to us. We were able to use the pools over at the Swan and Dophin if we wanted but there were kids over there! I saw other reviews saying it was too loud, but we never heard a sound outside our room. We had no idea that it was storming with thunder and lightening. Our room was completely quiet. We really loved this hotel.

Excellent location, next to the action but not jammed in it. Great walking and transportation options. The room and public spaces are well-designed and nicely appointed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved grabbing coffee early at Grounds.

Such a beautiful resort. As much as we've loved the Swan in the past, the Reserve is truly a step above. As soon as our Uber pulled into the drive, the staff was at our beck and call. They weren't pushy, just there and incredibly kind and helpful. Tip them well. Loved the flavored water while my husband checked in and we were thrilled that our room was ready five hours before check in. We had a low floor room, but with the view of the pool and the Tower of Terror, it couldn't have been better! The room was very comfortable and clean. We unfortunately did not get to spend as much time here as we meant to as we ended up leaving early the next day. It's a little further walk from Epcot and DHS, but we felt it was way with the cost.

It is the new addition to the famous Disney's Swan and Dolphin hotels. The hotel layout and room amenities are much more modern and functional. Our room has a view of the two said hotels and with Epcot in the background, at night we can enjoy the fireworks from Epcot. The hotel staff are friendly, always smiling and helpful. The transportation logistics to the various Disney destinations are simple and directions are clearly posted with signage everywhere. Highly recommended and early reservations is a must. Enjoy.

This was our first time at the Swan Reserve, but not our first time at the Marriott facilities at Disney World. We usually stay at the Dolphin because of the proximity to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. This time we decided to try the Swan Reserve, partly because the room rate for a 1 bedroom suite was the same as a standard room at the regular Swan. Location-wise, the Swan Reserve is located across the street from the Swan and Dolphin, next to the Fantasia Mini Golf. Parking is available either valet or self park and because of the relative small size of this hotel, the self-parking lot is located right next to the building, so unless you really have mobility issues, you really don't need to valet. The lobby of the hotel is located up the escalator in what would be the third floor or the main floor of the hotel. The hotel bar, which backs up to the pool bar, the quick service coffee bar and the hotel restaurant are all located on this floor. (Note: your charge for parking also includes parking at all the parks, if you plan on driving, but as previously noted Epcot and Hollywood Studio are walking distance as well as the Skyliner and Disney buses). Service was quite good as we arrived at 8am and had requested an early arrival. Luckily they were able to check us in and had a room at our category available. The 1 bedroom suite with the Epcot view was quite large, easily able to fit a family of four comfortably. The main bedroom has a king bed and the common living area has what I assumed to be a sofa bed and a full size dining table. The room was at the very end of the hall which can be difficult for those that struggle with mobility, but the views were amazing with windows on two sides of the room. At night, you are able to see both the fireworks show at Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. Because we were only staying one night, we did not have any service done to the room but it was nice to see amenities that weren't the refillable bottles attached to the wall. The room and building itself was quite new and beautiful. There was an elegance to it that one wouldn't expect to see at Disney World, so it was refreshing and unique. The one thing that I would question is how well the facility will upkeep as more families move through each week. On the bathroom door, there were already signs of wear which was unexpected for a hotel that's less than a year old. However, this was still a great stay. I will reiterate that the Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve is a nice alternative to the Disney properties around Crescent Lake, while still allowing for the same access and similar facilities as the Yacht and Beach Club and Boardwalk Inn.

This is a new Marriott property on the Disney Resort. This means you get to participate in Magic Hours. It's across the street from the Swan and Dolphin, so you can easily take water transport and get to the Boardwalk. The Swan Reserve itself was a pretty mediocre experience however. We've stayed at the Swan before and loved it. The upside at the Reserve is that the staff was very friendly and there is a Disney bus stop around the corner. It's pretty much just a business hotel that could be located anywhere in the world, devoid of personality or Disney signage. There may be financial or copyrighting reasons for this, but it's odd being at Disney World, but not feeling like it. The moment we got to our room we noticed three huge brown stains on the carpet that made the pile rigid. Following a sniff test they seemed to be coffee. Very odd as they are in the middle of the carpet in full view from the door. Why they would rent the room out prior to cleaning is a mystery to me. When we asked slightly complex Disney questions the staff were stumped and the vacation planning desk was not staffed for the entirety of our stay. They did try calling over to the Swan, but they were unable to resolve our Disney Cruise transfer issue. My takeaway here is if you have questions beyond asking where to stand for a bus, figure all logistics out prior to arrival as the staff here is not yet fully trained or equipped to help. My last pet peeve was that we left the do not disturb sign out. We stayed three nights and didn't really expect to want to have house keeping. Despite this they came in. While I know that after a certain stay duration that they come in to make sure the guest and room are ok if they haven't entered in a while. What I did not expect was that if they made the effort to enter, why not actually provide full housekeeping services? They changed the towels and made the bed. They did not address the stain on the floor, nor did they empty the trash cans in the bedroom or bathroom, and lastly they didn't replenish coffee cups/pods. There was even a child's frozen chew toy in the mini fridge left from the previous guest. The negative stuff is all small, but it adds up to a general lack of attention to detail, something that is important and noticed. Sloppy execution that hopefully will improve. I know that if I can help it, I won't return. The experience was not special or good enough for either Disney or Marriott.

The Swan Reserve takes the cake for its friendly and professional staff, who are responsive and welcoming in all areas of the resort, all the time. Unfortunately, I can also say they are exceptionally good at being friendly while saying "no" to almost every request. Can we switch to a king bed (since they are available for sale on the website)? No. Can we get a hairbrush for Mrs. C since she accidentally left hers behind? No. It's a little odd that they do so much right and won't find a way to say yes to the little things. And unlike, for example, the Signia Bonnet Creek, they also don't upgrade folks even when rooms are available. I wouldn't have minded except for soundproofing not being that good, so I got multiple wake-up calls from the screaming kid through the connecting door. Not worth whatever premium you pay for the location in my opinion. Beds are actually a little uncomfortable too (too firm). They have a few really engaged employees who really went above and beyond to fix these issues, and I really considered increasing my rating...but we encountered many more employees who were less so. The daytime front desk, oddly, is the weakest link in the place...Sarah overnight was fantastic and Bella took a true interest in helping fix these issues. Other front desk employees not so much. Three stars all the way, and I will dock a star for frequent maintenance issues - broken shower knob, broken thermostat...today the TV in the room just suddenly turned itself on, which was a hell of a wake-up call. Also seem to be insufficiently staffed, as I often have trouble getting someone to answer the phone when I called the front desk. So stay here if you prioritize an excellent location, the cheapest price for "deluxe" category stays at Disney (except for the sister properties under Swan and Dolphin), and extremely friendly staff. Avoid if you prioritize a quiet room, elite recognition, and no maintenance issues.

I have nothing but love for the Swan Reserve. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The location for WDW activities is perfect. We were on the tenth floor with a floor to ceiling view of The Swan and Dolphin and Epcot. We could even see the castle at The Magic Kingdom in the distance. We weren't in the room during the fireworks, but I imagine you can see them. As part of the $40 resort fee we took the Swan paddle boats out for a spin, (Just across the street at The Swan.). Self-parking was $32 per night. On select nights (included during our stay) they had a tropical Santa and Mrs. Claus, cookie decorating and cotton candy. Our daughter stuffed a reindeer (think Build A Bear) $25 and we took pics in a room set up with a variety of Christmas backdrops. These activities took place across the street at The Swan Hotel and pool side at The Swan Hotel. You can get the Disney Boat from the Dolphin Hotel, also across the street and even walk to Epcot via Boardwalk or Caribbean Beach- a 15 minute or so walk from The Dolphin. We did not eat at the Reserve. So, I can't speak to that but I would NOT recommend the Dolphin Fountain. Terrible food and terrible service and we are talking about a place that charges $7.50 for a soft drink.

The absolute best experience! This hotel is so nice and intimate. Love all the modern touches and being included in all the fun with Swan and Dolphin. Every staff member was more than accommodating. Especially Bella at the front desk. She made our trip even more memorable. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family and be back!

The staff here is amazing, the location is perfect and the rooms are clean. I would have to say, the only complaint is at this level and price there should be two king beds in the rooms. Would definitely book another stay here.

Hotel was wonderful, Haley the concierge was so sweet and attentive. It was a great experience!

Simply put, this hotel should not be open to the public. I stayed from Monday to Friday and was moved 3 times in those 5 days. The first room had a broken AC unit, it sounded like a generator. The second room was fine until I woke up to water dripping from the ceiling onto the dining table. Like a constant drip. A LOT of water. Coming from the light fixture. They didn't offer any compensation but upgraded me to a chairman's suite. The air conditioner in this room is also faulty and there's paper towels wedged under the sink leg, because apparently it's not level. The escalator has broken and it doesn't seem like anybody is actually happy working here. Honestly, it needs to close so guests don't have to deal with this, and have a grand reopening once it has its situations contained. And no, I wasn't refunded. But I won't be staying here again. At all.

As a Lifetime Platinum Elite Marriott reward member I try and find there properties when traveling. This one cannot recommend. Booked a two bedroom suite tried to check in in at 2:30, room not ready....at 4:00 still not ready. When will it be ready? We can't give you a time sir. What about the 4:00 guaranteed check in, we don't have that here. Overall very disappointed! Food at the lobby area very average. People were extremely friendly but will never come back!

Reserved a room for 2 nights. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Room service was also fast and on point! However, we had to cut our trip short and go home. The front desk mentioned that there was a fee for an early departure. We understood. However, we noticed the "fee" was the amount of the nights stay plus taxes and fees. What a joke. The front desk was not accommodating and unapologetic. Very rude and short. When we asked to speak to a manager, they gave us her card and said we could call her. Isn't this supposed to be the happiest place on earth? Not returning.

A great hotel stay. Easy to get to all the parks. Great bartender and bar. Pool looked great didn't get to hang though. Would completely recommend. Restaurants looked awesome.

Just eat at the hotel. The Swan is too cold but this hotel is amazing. If you get the idea, hotel rooms are vary big. You have like 5 square feet of space. That's alot

The free lemon water and go-karts really make this hotel. The escalator is a good way to occupy children for a few hours as well. But whatever you do DONT go down the stairs, it will look like you have no clipped out of the map and that you're in the back rooms.

An excellent property for business travelers or a vacation. The place is gorgeous. Check in was fairly quick and the rooms are outstanding. Great staff inside and also poolside. A couple bars inside and out make The evening entertaining. A nice and easy walk to the boats for the parks. A definite stay for us again.

We booked the Swan Reserve for a quick Birthday Celebration for my son. I contacted the hotel about a month or so in advance to prepay the resort fees and advise them that it is his Birthday. I am a titanium elite member and I was hoping that they would acknowledge my sons birthday in some fashion. Fast forward to our arrival - we arrive at the hotel. We check in. No acknowledgment whatsoever. We have friends that are staying with us in the room. No problem. The mom proceeds to tell me a day later that her son (6 years old) went to the front desk and told them that he didn't have a key to the room. He was without an adult. Wasn't wearing any shoes. Without any verification or any attempt to get a hold of me, just gave him another key to my room. Breach of security would you say??? I wasn't even in the building at the time!! I was at Magic Kingdom!! All of my belongings could have been gone by the time I arrived back in the room because someone at the front desk decided to give a key to a 6 year old!!! Next, we were notified that our flight was being delayed. We called the desk and asked for a later check out instead of 11am. Considering we are titanium elite we thought the courtesy would be extended. Wrong again!!! Noon was the absolute best! Yup, one hour! What to do now with two kids and a flight that doesn't leave for another 6 hours?? Now it's time to check out- and guess what?? You guessed it- that resort fee I prepaid?? They double dipped and charged me again for it. Moral of this review - don't prepay your resort fee. Double check your bill. Don't anticipate getting late check out and make sure no one was in your room. Oh and also don't think that they will mention or even acknowledge your kids birthday or do anything special like any other hotel or resort! Book elsewhere!!

I have the opportunity while staying at the dolphin to rent a daybed cabana by the swan reserve pool. Keep in mind this review is only about at the cabanas, not the hotel as I stayed at the dolphin. The daybed option is a fraction of the cost compared to a full cabana over at Swan, which can run you $425 for the day, this cabana was $200 for the day you got your standard amenities, ice water, tower bowl of fruit use of one float etc. the service was severely lacking. The person who was assigned to us the only rented cabana I might say was very inattentive. We were constantly left with trash. Nothing was cleared away. She completely disappeared at the end of the day, so I need to go to the bar and pay myself save the money get a cabana at the swan.

Nightmare stay. We've been staying here since they opened. We've requested an upgrade every time and never got one. We got an email before our arrival this time saying we were upgraded. Got to our room- no upgrade. Front desk said they were oversold. We will never come back to this hotel. The management had nothing to offer. Not even a free valet, a dinner at Amare, breakfast...nothing. I spent several minutes with the manager Brie Price and she did nothing but offer her business card and an apology. With nearly a million Bonvoy points, this is completely UNSAT. We've stayed dozens of nights at Dolphin, Swan, and reserve. There are too many options in the area. Best advice is to stay at Waldorf or other Hilton property. Unimaginable disappointment and nothing but an apology from management.

To start it off, the room was clean and had a welcoming feel to it. The people are also very nice. Ashley was so kind and knew every way around the park, as well as being a great story teller! Overall, awesome.

WOW doesn't even begin to cover it. I am a long time Marriott titanium member and I expect a lot out of Marriott properties so I came in a little skeptical based off of the reviews I read. Honestly I have never been more impressed with a property. Every single staff member I met was top notch. Incredibly kind and helpful. They all genuinely seemed to be happy to be at their job and enjoy what they did. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. So clean and modern. Drew at the pool bar was quick and accommodating. Room service was prompt, the valet was fast. I honestly can't say more good things here. Honestly I didn't want to review because selfishly I dont want people to clog it up.

The room and general feel of the hotel is quite fine. The cast members are great and the pool and lobby are amazing. Why I give this a 4 and not a 5 is that they don't have buses, no quick boat access, not much to do around the hotel either.

Let's look at the plus sides of this hotel: 1. It's quiet and has a low crowd level. 2. The lobbies, hotel interiors, and rooms are gorgeous, sleek, and modern. 3. The front desk is nice and helpful. 4. Magic hours for the park. 5. Great shuttle system (way better than other hotels further away) and easy access to the boats. 6. Walking distance to the parks. 7. Close to the boardwalk The negatives: 1. House keeping is awful. They never refilled our shampoo, conditioner, or lotion supply. Instead they took empty bottles from the shower and put them back by the sink. On our first day, they didn't even stock our complimentary toiletries correctly. There was no lotion, two shampoos, and one conditioner. That could have been an honest mistake but as the days went on this was not corrected. But we would always get giant bars of soap? We used the robes and then housekeeping took one away. We had to complain to the front desk so we would not be charged for it. We also used the sofa sleeper and housekeeping took away the blanket and linens used for it. We found that strange and annoying as we were using them to sleep! Again, we had to complain to the front desk so we would not be charged. Note that a robe, blanket, and linens were not replenished. This was uncomfortable since we were using the sofa sleeper and it was cold at night! 2. The bathroom is very dim. 3. The bathroom has a poor design and the water from the shower is not contained to the shower area. We always needed a towel to create a barrier to the rest of the bathroom and then we had to sop up all the water that spilled over from the shower. 4. It took awhile (weeks) for our money to be credited. This was from a mistake they had made on our bill. For the price we paid per night, I expected better. I liked the proximity to the parks and shuttle service as well as access to magic hours. But in terms of comfort and service, I'd stay elsewhere.
