A must see original Disney ride. Need to see these rides before they are all gone. An interesting look back at life I the last century. Easy access and comfortable wide seating. #ada #access #history #Disney #century #ride #tomorrowland #progress

Another magic kingdom hidden gem. Not just great AC, but a fun “ride” that takes you around in a rotating theater, bringing you through different time periods and cool animatronics. Some may say it is boring but I enjoy this every time I ride. A must-do for a first visit, at least. Located in the amazing Tomorrowland!

Have always heard about the ride but never did it until this trip. Glad I did! Very cool to see Walt Disney's motion of positivity in progress. Animatronic updates are awesome!

🔄⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wholesome, Quaint, and Surprisingly Rewarding—A Timeless Disney Classic Carousel of Progress is a beautifully nostalgic journey through the changing decades of American life, delivered with Disney’s trademark charm and heart. It’s like sitting down with your grandparents as they share stories of how the world evolved, filled with optimism, innovation, and a dash of good old-fashioned humor. The rotating theater keeps things fresh, and each scene brings thoughtful attention to the progress we’ve made—from the invention of the washing machine to the dawn of the digital age. It’s quaint, sure, but in the best way possible—like a warm, comforting blanket on a busy day. What makes this ride truly rewarding is its message of hope and resilience. It’s a gentle reminder of how far we’ve come, and that no matter the era, family and innovation keep pushing us forward. Perfect for all ages, Carousel of Progress is a charming, feel-good experience that deserves a spot on every Disney fan’s must-see list. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride through time—you won’t regret it.

Completely charming and heartwarming. Please visit this important piece of Disney history if you haven’t before! Pro tip: front and center seats afford you the best possible view of the details in this little world of innovation and progress. It’s like looking right into the imagination of Walt Disney himself. There’s a great big beautiful tomorrow!

One of the oldest attractions at Disney World. This is a 20 minute show that has a moving theater, which takes you through technology and culture to throughout the 20th Century. The show stops at six ‘stages’ which all represent a specific time period. The overall song and message is positive. However, it’s not the most exciting either. This show is known to have a lot of breakdowns and is a bit dated. However, you’ll still have fun riding. Overall, would recommend if you want a break from the heat.

The Carousel of Progress is a must-do for any Disney World visitor. Its nostalgic charm and timeless message never fail to captivate. The rotating theater, complete with animatronics and catchy tunes, transports you through the evolution of American family life. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my lumbago didn't bother me at all during the ride. The gentle, rotating motion was surprisingly comfortable. Plus, it was a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the park. If you're looking for a relaxing and heartwarming experience, the Carousel of Progress is a perfect choice.

Hands down one of our family’s favorite attractions at The Magic Kingdom! Not only has this ride been riding consistently for many years, but a brilliant design! The concept of the carousel being different time periods and the audience rotating turns this attraction into a ride/ theater experience! Lots of animatronics to tell the story of progress through the different years and seasons. A nice break from your feet and is air conditioned. Holds a good amount so not a lot of wait time. A great time!
