Google
True Disney Classic. My family enjoys it each time we go to the Magic Kingdom. It's great for escaping the Florida heat & humidity and the occasional rainstorms, if only for around 15 minutes. In my opinion, children will be fascinated by the singing birds, flowers, and the Tiki gods.

Yadiel Cruz

Google
Enchanted Tiki Room is a charming attraction full of animatronic birds and cheerful music, perfect for kids. They’ll love the colors and songs, but for adults, it might feel a bit slow and more geared toward a younger audience. While it has that nostalgic, magical touch, it doesn’t have the same excitement as the park's bigger attractions. It’s a relaxing and fun option, but not one of the main highlights. I’d give it 4 stars for its charm, though not everyone will connect with it the same way.

Richard Yu

Google
This is a cute attraction with really cool Polynesian theme design. Some objects are really well crafted and the entire show is well coordinated. My positive review ends here. Disney supplies this kind of attraction because there are demands. But I do not want to be a part of that demand. If you have grandchildren or children aged 10 or less, this attraction could be magical.

Landon Bellamy

Google
A good classic show to sit down and relax. This is one of Walt Disney’s famous attractions, and it has been preserved over the decades. This show is about singing birds, plants, and tiki spirits. The show itself has good theming and air conditioning. The animatronic birds aren’t special, but the songs are pretty good. The special effects work really well and will overall put you in a good mood. Overall, would recommend.

Thom James

Google
I do love these birds. It’s not much for the kids, though most will enjoy it. It’s a dated display but iconic nonetheless. You’ll be singing that song all day too.

Google
My daughter's absolute favorite show at Disney World!! She never gets tired of going watching it. We're APs and we do overhear people saying that's outdated but there is so much history behind it. The animatronics are so many (over 100!) but people don't realize it! Birds, flowers, Tiki statues! The songs are entertaining and building suspension little by little and fun at times throughout the show. We do wish there was a small shop for fans like us with related merchandise because it is so difficult to find it around Disney (Polynesian Resort being one).

Gabriella

Google
Let me set the scene for you. First, you usually have to wait in the heat for at least 10 minutes because of the staggered “showtimes.” Then, you sit in this crowded room while more and more strange animatronic birds since bad songs. I absolutely love Disney World and especially Magic Kingdom, so I think one should would spend their time doing something else and spare themselves the pain of enduring this attraction.

Kristen Cavaliere

Google
This is my favorite attraction at Magic Kingdom! It’s incredibly charming and sweet, and puts a jaunty little tune into your head for a while afterwards. It’s also a wonderful break away from some of the bigger crowds in some air conditioning! I make a point to go at least once every time I am there.

Yelp
I love the enchanted tiki room. It's good to get out of the heat and it's cute and it's fun. For my friend it was a nice little nap. I do wish the waiting area had seats but that's really just nitpicking.

Yelp
Talk about a classic Disney attraction and you could be talking about the Tiki Room. This is one of the original attractions on opening day at Magic Kingdom. You will need a park ticket and some tickets require a reservation to experience this attraction. It is also located in Adventureland. This is a sit down, show, located inside a cool room which does get dark when the show starts. This is one of our favorites especially in the summer when it is so hot outside. This has seen some updates and changes throughout the years, even adding in newer characters that children recognize, but it is back to the original. The only difference is they did remove the tiki God from the show as she was a tad scary to some children. The show starts with your main characters and includes lots of singing. It is such a classic show, the nostalgia is real here! They use animatronics for the show, and they are old, but they still work well. There are literally animatronics everywhere, including the walls, coming out of the ceiling and hanging above your heads. As the show moves through, the whole room is filled with singing birds, flowers and tiki statues. Is this the most thrilling or exciting show, no. A lot of people who have never visited, especially adults, usually have the "what is this face". However, this is such a classic experience that I feel everyone should visit at least once. This is also the perfect escape in the summer when it is so hot outside, and you just want some AC. But I would definitely recommend stopping in, visit with the enchanted tiki room and just see it how it is, a classic, nostalgic Walt Disney World attraction!

Yelp
This is one of your original opening day attractions at Magic Kingdom, Adventureland! Magic Kingdom requires a park ticket to enter and for some tickets a reservation as well. This is an inside, air-conditioned, sit-down show. Your show starts outside when in line, there are two birds that welcome you to the Enchanted Tiki Room, and then you are moved inside the theatre. Once the show starts, it does get very dark at certain times. This is one of our favorites especially in the summer when it's 105 outside. This show has received some updates and changes throughout the years, including removing original characters and adding in newer characters, which children would recognize. But for the last few years, they have gone back to the original. The only original difference gone is they removed the tiki God from the show as she was a tad scary to some children. The show is narrated and led by your 4 main characters and includes lots of singing. It is such a classic show, the nostalgia is real here! They use animatronics for the show, and they are old, but they still work well. The animatronics are everywhere, including the walls, dropping out of the ceiling and hanging above your heads. As the show goes on, the whole room is filled with singing birds, flowers and tiki statues. Is this a thrilling attraction, not at all. A lot of people who have never visited, especially adults, usually have the "what is this face". However, this is such a classic experience that I feel everyone should visit at least once. This is also the perfect escape in the summer when it is so hot outside, and you just want some AC. I also think that children especially younger ones enjoy this show. There is so much to look at, we noticed that kids don't even know where to look. It is also an attraction that the entire family can do, even wheelchairs. This is the perfect place when your kids are overheating, and parents need a few moments to just sit. I highly recommend this! But I would definitely recommend stopping in, visit with the enchanted tiki room and just see it how it is, a classic, nostalgic Walt Disney World attraction.

Yelp
First it's one of the only attractions in the magic kingdom with air conditioning. It's also one of the Walt classics a recommend indeed.
google avatar

Maggie H.

Yelp
One of my friends really likes this attraction. If I went on it before, I've long forgotten that experience. So I did it last week. It's probably 10-15 minutes of animatronic tropical birds singing. There is a storm. That's the gist. It's fine. I mostly liked cooling off inside. I'm glad I saw the show and finally had the experience. Or had it again. And I'm pleased there was no gift shop outside because I probably would have found a souvenir. (Sometimes I think I want a Tiki item or two for decorating, but I certainly don't need anything.)
google avatar

Yelp
Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room is a beautiful ride and definitely well described by my friend Arlene in her recent review! When it's hot and humid in Orlando I somehow found this ride refreshing and relaxing! You have to go and be enchanted!
google avatar

Babette C.

Yelp
This show is always a favorite. What's not to like? They serve Dole Whips outside, you get sing along with the birds and flowers, and things get wild and pagany inside because the celebrations make the gods don't like nature to be happy. The best thing next to the music is that you're in air conditioning for 10 minutes, sitting down, and if your bench is empty, you can lie down for a bit while you watch the show. This version isn't as good as the one in Disneyland because there are some dropped lines and it's oddly shaped, while the one in Disneyland is square, which means there are lots more corners that you can recline in to rest your back.
google avatar

Brian F.

Yelp
This was a 10 minute show with birds singing from the ceiling of a little hut. It's located next to the Aladdin ride in Magic Kingdom. I didn't know what this was and was hoping this was a tiki bar and after watching the show I was pretty disappointed. It was a good time for a nap indoors in the dark and that was about it. I could've done without this.
google avatar

N W.

Yelp
Tradition with 50+ years of singing mixed with amazing families inside. Dole Whip right outside!
google avatar

Noemi S.

Yelp
We came during a storm running in the manager or person In Charge said not to run... I get it we can slip And fall but there is a way to say things and it automatically changed our experience. Everyone has been nice at every ride I don't know if she's in a bad mood because it was the last show at around 10:40pm but it be nice if she was a bit gentler with her words she talked down to us as if we were kids. Anyways I love the tiki room and hope they keep This show forever
google avatar

Janelle F.

Yelp
When in doubt check it out. Not typically a line for this show and a great little spot to rest your feet in the air conditioner for a bit. Great musical show with animatronic birds. No flash photography so I have no picture to post. It's definitely an older attraction, but I enjoyed it.
google avatar

Kimberly K.

Yelp
I like to call this attraction a nice air-conditioned break. The show is watching the animatronic birds and plants sing, but it does feel a bit long and like it drags on a bit.
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
My goodness this place is hilarious and borders on campiness as well, which I positively love! This is the perfect spot to get off of your feet for ~15 minutes and out of the hot sun too. It's an enclosed room, A/C going, sitting and enjoying all these hilarious birds and other animals performing and singing. What a show! Definitely a must and a need to get off your feet and for a change of pace. Shows run every 20 minutes I believe with a pre-show that gives you buffer room. Right next to Aloha Isle where you can get some Dole Whip (although I don't think you can bring it into the show), the Aladdin Magic Carpet ride, and Jungle Cruise so it's a great location and spot for a break and some entertainment!
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
A tiki room with no drinks? They definitely need to re-think that! With that being said, I think this attraction may have even been here before the rest of the park. The sound system is good and clear so no 70's Paper Woofer Pioneer's here. The robotic birds are a bit dated, but it's a cool attraction as the room comes to life with various flowers, plants, birds and even the walls singing. No drugs required! If anything, on a hot day, it's a place to sit down, take a load off and cool down a bit before heading back into the sunshine!

Yelp
The Enchanted tiki room was Walt Disney's first entry into the world of auto animatronics. It premiered at Disneyland in California and was one of the original show rides in the Magic Kingdom. While you are waiting to enter the show you stand under a roof covered walkway where a waterfall goes pours into a pond in front of you. About midway through the wait, the waterfall stops running and the enclosure opens to introduce you a preshow with two toucan birds sharing jokes. They in turn will guide you into the main attraction. Once inside you are asked not to take any pictures during the show. This is a definite change from the way it was since years ago you were permitted to take pictures at the end of the presentation when everything was lit up. The cast member wakes "Jose" who is your host parrot throughout the presentation. The familiar song "In the Tiki tiki tiki tiki room" opens the show. Eventually you see all different types of birds and singing flowers sing the original score this show was noted for. In time all the scenery, including the walls and the alligator drummers in the roof rafters begin playing a tune and then you are put into the middle of a tropical rainforest. After the 15-20 minute show ends Jose introduces a magic trick where singing to "Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho it's out the door you go!", the audience "disappears" back into the park. The ride is indeed classic Disney and its great to see the vision of the man who made this all possible. Thanks Walt!

Yelp
A lite outdated, but still really fun. You'll feel like you're in Hawaii in the 1950s surrounded by birds! Still a nice place to relax with almost no line.
google avatar

Yelp
Finally!!! After countless of visits to Disneyland in California, I had a chance to go to the Enchanted Tiki Room at Magic Kingdom with Disneyworld. Typically the wait time for the Enchanted Tiki Room at Disneyland is 30+ minutes, but at Magic Kingdom, Disney World, my family didn't have to wait in-line. We were able to hop right into the show! The Enchanted Tiki Room is a Disney classic. The entrance was pretty cool, and has a mini show, before the real show! The Enchanted Tiki Room is a show with singing animatronic birds. It looked a little bit dated, but, it was a lot of fun! The inside of the Tiki Room is AC'd, so it was a nice break from the summer heat in Florida. The Tiki song was creative and is for sure a song that will stick in your head for awhile! The flowers sing and the environment changes throughout the show with fog/lightning. It's cute and would recommend if you're looking for a break from rides!

Yelp
Classic, all the way. We love it. My husband and kids included. The birds, the singing, pre-show even... this is a must do for us every time we visit! I'm glad they cleaned it up for the 50th this year. It's was so shiny and repainted I could imagine Walt Disney sitting right next to us and laughing and singing along too. And then we get dole whip. It's a tradition I hope we continue even when our kids are old and grey.

Joyce K.

Yelp
Love the Enchanted Tiki Room. The performance is part of Walt Disney history and should remain forever for future visitors to enjoy!
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
I love this attraction, it's a show and not a ride. This is such a Disney classic! I've been to the one in Orlando and Anaheim multiple times, but there is never a crowd inside either. This ride is equally enjoyable at both parks in FL and CA. I think the entrance to the Tiki Room is a lot grander in Florida and I like that you have a show to watch while you are waiting for the doors to open. I mostly come to this because of childhood memories, but I did bring my husband and another guy friend to this attraction for their first visit and they enjoyed it. The song from the show is catchy and will be in your head. This is a wonderful spot for a break on a hot or rainy day. Plenty of comfy benches that surround the birds, I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. It's fun to watch the animatronic birds and flowers sing, the tikis drum and then see a rain storm. Definitely visit the Tiki Room while you are visiting the Magic Kingdom, but do it mid-day when the parks are insane and the wait times for other rides are bad. This is a perfect option for a park visitor who is looking to avoid thrill rides.
google avatar

Vito S.

Yelp
A great place to come and relax in a cooler environment to beat the heat and humidity with a fun little show that the kids will love. The animatronics are a bit dated but it's still fun regardless.

Susan J.

Yelp
How could you not see this adorable show! I have loved this since I was little and my daughter now love it. Wish they had more merch tho
google avatar

Bunny G.

Yelp
Five stars for a place where I can sit down away from the crowds and hot sun while I escape to a far away island in the Pacific! Singing birds and tikis and yes even the Birds of Paradise bolt out a few tunes! Complete with rain shower! Come get entertained for 15 minutes then order your Dole Whip on the mobile app!
google avatar

Stacy F.

Yelp
Nostalgia is key here. The show and animatronics are dated, but it's a key Disney classic thing to do so I'll still go and see it. This show hasn't really changed much over time. It has that song that gets stuck in your head and you hum for days after you leave. About day two is when you'll swear you're never gonna do it again, but you will. We hit this show when there's no line or it's in the warm side. It's an air conditioned room and has seating, so it's a great way to cool off and relax. It's also within a very short distance of some delicious dole whip! Overall: B Dated show, but a Disney classic.
google avatar

Cynthia V.

Yelp
The Tiki Room is almost like an inside joke, the Disney diehards love it and the casual Disney visitor thinks its antiquated and weird. I love the Tiki Room - I don't necessarily do it every time I go to the park (sometimes, something has to give so that you can hit all of the rides), but I always love it when I watch it. The song is so silly. The bird animatronics are loud, squeaky, and goofy. The room is air conditioned! You can basically always walk into this show; lines aren't really a thing here. Pro tip: stop by Aloha Isle next door to get a Dole Whip while you wait!
google avatar

Kristina G.

Yelp
This is Cheesy as anything but its classic. I've been popping in here for a break from the park as long as I can remember and it hasn't changed. I love the atmosphere with the tiki feel. The fire, the rain, and the birds. I love it all. Yes its outdated. I hear that every time from my husband but I don't think they're trying to wow us here. Its just a cute show with some catchy tunes and cute birds. Its a classic Disney show and I take it at face value and nothing more. Its cool inside and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Adventureland.
google avatar

Chad P.

Yelp
How can you not like this thing? It's a relic from a different time so it's definitely not a game changer but don't go in there with those expectations. Just go in there to cool down from the heat, relax, and have a good time with a lot of animatronic Birds. I kept thinking it was going to end but it kept going and it was just a lot of fun. So overall I am a fan and I love the nostalgia!
google avatar

Dianna B.

Yelp
Another classic Disney experience, the Tiki birds. This song will get stuck in your craw and drive you crazy but you'll enjoy it. Yes, it's dated, but do you really care? There's air conditioning, a place to sit and the lighting is darker than the full stop sunshine outside. It's a lovely respite from the atmosphere that rages beneath the Florida sun.
google avatar

Shelby Z.

Yelp
The Enchanted Tiki Room is that one Disney classic that I tend to forget about. It's a cute little show of singing birds and it's fun, but man is it dated. The animatronic birds could definitely be replaced with a more updated version, because it really shows. Be careful, because the Tiki song will get stuck in your head real quick! I love it. I think the idea and creativity is great, and I don't want them to get rid of it...it fits so well with the Adventureland theme. If I had the choice, I would completely revamp the show so that it is the same, just more new and improved!
google avatar

Samantha B.

Yelp
It's fun but it's kind of one of those once in a lifetime things you only really want to see once. The songs are kind of annoying, to be honest. But I do love Zazu's and Iago's portions. The original song is pretty grating so we don't go every visit but when we have time it's one I would be willing to go to again.
google avatar

G.D. S.

Yelp
Are you kidding me? Anything less than 5 stars is just proof that some folks can never be happy! It's the "Magic Kingdom",.... buck up and get in there. Enjoy!
google avatar

Brian L.

Yelp
It was a great little thing to do to take cover from a rainstorm. It might be a bit cheesy, but it was animated. That's for sure. Robot birds singing. I guess my time spent there wasn't as useless as writing things on Yelp. But it was dry and the storm moved through quick so we didn't get rained on.
google avatar

Amanda F.

Yelp
This show is one of the classic attractions from when the Magic Kingdom first opened. It is full of animatronic birds, flowers, and tiki statues that sing Polynesian songs. It is a dark show with air conditioning, and a great break when the park gets too hot or crowded. If you haven't been to the park for a while and have only seen the Under New Management version you need to see it again. It was restored to it's original form in 2011.
google avatar

Allie R.

Yelp
I loved this, so why only three stars? Wellllll, this show is dated. And, it could be really cool with just some minor updating. I feel like part of the charm is that it IS dated, but the bird's animatronics are incredibly loud and you can hear them instead of focusing on the music itself which is sad because the show itself - the four or five songs are SO DARN cute. But, left you to feel underwhelmed. But, for a show that was built in the early Disney days, it's got a cute kitschy vibe and I will probably check it out again... and cross my fingers that they update it a bit.
google avatar

Bonnie B.

Yelp
Best tikki room in the world! Amazing singing birds. It's like you're in the rain forest. My favorite is Jose he's always sleeping when I arrive and we have to wake him up. Once Jose is awake oh baby the show is amazing.Great fun for the whole family. Don't forget about the preshow. And on the way out grab a dole whip! A splash of pineapple and ice cream softserve in a dish yummy yummy yummy. You can even get an amazing Tiki room cup. This Hawaiian themed attraction is not to be missed. So say aloha to fun at the tiki room.
google avatar

Peter M.

Yelp
I read that this attraction began in 1963 in Disneyland and was the first to feature audio animatronics and air conditioning, but I have only been to the version that opened much later at Walt Disney World. It is sort of a tropical version of the Country Bear Jamboree show elsewhere in the park. Nothing too memorable - unless you include the song virus you may hear in your head for a while - but it is harmless entertainment in a cool environment.
google avatar

Cynthia R.

Yelp
where the birds begin to give a musical show and one is transported to nature in the middle of the jungle while you are in a Disney park is chevere this place and the music. tiki rom I love
google avatar

Joseph B.

Yelp
Known as one of the original 1971 legacy attractions in the Magic Kingdom, the Enchanted Tiki Room gets 4 stars for these reasons: -Animatronic characters still operate largely flawlessly surviving the test of time -One of my mothers faves back in the day -Ice cold air conditioning and no lines -It is a cute, funny 20 minute show

Jim P.

Yelp
My family and I were excited to go in this tiki hut but we were very disappointed to find a lame waterfall. And when we went inside, the talking birds were very unexciting, and all there was in the tiki hut was a waterfall, some talking electric birds, and some lame smoke effect. It was very boring and I do not recommend going there.
google avatar

Andrea S.

Yelp
My absolute favorite attraction a multiple visit can't miss. Just love the birds and flowers. Music is great. Tiki drums rock.
google avatar

Jacqueline S.

Yelp
Im not sure why this "show" is still open at Disney. Its weird, the effects are lame...and I have no idea how it is "Disney". The only good thing about this show yesterday was that it was air conditioned, so we were able to get our of the heat for a little while. I won't be going back again and I wouldnt recommend ever waiting in a line for this show.
google avatar

Kwanita S.

Yelp
I used the reviews to decide whether to view the show.... Now, the truth in a nutshell: no plans to watch again. The idea is cute but the execution is sooo dated. I appreciate the past, but the constant sound of the flapping animatronics (especially the "singing flowers") overpowered the sound of the music. My kids are too old to overlook it as well. I'd recommend kids 4 and under for sure. The songs are alright. As long as you enter with open eyes and adjusted expectations, it can be for you. Sadly, it is not for us; however, the other park attractions are great.
google avatar

Lauri A.

Yelp
This, one of the original park attractions, is full of stereotypes and songs that stick in your head. Yet it offers a spot to sit and escape the heat. Not a must do every trip, but worth the occasional visit.

Danielle B.

Yelp
I've been going to WDW for 20 years. The Tiki room used to be way cooler. It used to be more interactive and a better story line. Now it's worth going to if your at your wits end because the heat or crowds are too bad. It's worth seeing once, but anything after that you will bored and it will become a time filler.

Emal B.

Yelp
wow super out dated as is the majority of majic kingdom. it's a puppet show if talking flamingos. even the little ones weren't impressed
