From the moment we started working with April and the Wandering Table Catering team, we knew we were in great hands. April was extremely communicative, helpful and friendly throughout the entire planning process. The food was amazing – our guests truly enjoyed the plated dinner service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our guests had everything they needed. April and her team are amazing, and we are so glad we booked them to cater our wedding. The service was impeccable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience on our special day. April even coordinated our rentals which was a huge help and made it so easy to execute my vision.

There are not enough words in the world for us to describe how much we loved working with April and her team at Wandering Table! They catered our wedding and everything about our experience was excellent. First of all, the food is amazing. We received SO many comments from our friends/family about how much they loved the food, and multiple people told us it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! Second, April is an incredible communicator. Anytime we had a question, felt nervous about guest allergies, or needed to work through a kink, she was there with a calm answer and a quick solution. This was so comforting as we were going through the stressful process of planning our big wedding at a DIY venue. She was especially thoughtful and helpful with accommodating allergies and devising good substitutions - we are so grateful that everyone got to enjoy her amazing food! Seriously, run, don’t walk to work with Wandering Table -- we would work with them again in a heartbeat!

April and her team at Wandering Table were truly amazing from start to finish. April was always responsive, accommodating with any edits we wanted to make to the menu, and just such a fun, easygoing vendor to work with. We had a special request for an Asian-inspired cutting cake, and she absolutely delivered—offering us four creative and delicious options! (We chose the jasmine white tea cake with Swiss meringue buttercream and it was incredible.) One of our favorite parts of the day was the custom ice jelly bar we envisioned, and April went above and beyond to make it happen—she picked up the ice jelly from a local restaurant and prepared all the toppings herself. On top of all that, she also coordinated our rentals and bar service, which made planning so much easier. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the whole experience was a 10/10.

We just had our wedding this past weekend and the food was exceptional! We needed an entirely gluten free menu and April worked with me from start to finish to ensure everything would be safe! The whole team did amazing to have dinner running smoothly and efficient! Could not rave enough about wandering table! The best catering we could have asked for!

April and her team recently catered our wedding and we couldn’t be happier! We met April last year for our tasting and we knew immediately this was going to be the best wedding food we’ve ever eaten. Over the course of the year she worked so well communicating with me and my planner which truly set my mind at ease. On the day of the event the timeline had to be shuffled a bit due to rain (of course) and they handled it all so professionally. The bartenders were fun and energetic, the service team was polite and the food was AMAZING. I’ve received so many compliments on this food during and after the wedding, I was so thankful. Everyone loved the freshness and variety of food. We even had mini desserts from Wandering Table because we are not big fans of cake. If you are searching for catering for any type of event, Wandering Table is the best. We truly cannot recommend them enough.

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with April and the entire Wandering Table team! From our first meeting at the tasting, we were hooked. April was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. When we realized we’d forgotten a crucial bottle of liquor for the bride's dad’s favorite drink, April and her team went above and beyond, visiting five different stores to ensure we had it. Look no further, Wandering Table Catering is the best! My husband and I hired April and her wonderful team for our August 2024 wedding. She was referred to us by a friend after we were at the end of our rope searching for (& failing) to find a caterer that we really loved. Then, upon our first meeting and tasting, we knew immediately WT was the one and it almost felt too good to be true! Our first experience with April was when we joined up with our besties for their wedding tasting. April was super flexible and kind enough to do the tasting at our friend's house!!! This was something we had never been offered before by any other caterer. The overall experience of this evening already set the tone of how our future of working together would be. After that, we knew we wanted to work with them, but wanted to try our own menu picks. So we had a repeat of our last tasting but with new menu items. Everything was 10/10. The plating, the flavor, the options and customizations, etc. Later, when it was time for the beverage tasting, April had us over to her kitchen and even included a mini charcuterie board for us to enjoy alongside our beverages. She had come up with her own delicious recipes and even tried out some of our own that we were considering. April was proactive in communicating with us throughout our entire planning process. Her services go beyond food catering. She supplied help & connections with rentals, reception set-up & clean-up, bartenders and beverage service, our wedding cake, buffet signage, and was very responsive via email communication. The wedding day also turned out amazingly. I was so lucky to have such a fantastic, helpful team. It took so much stress off of me knowing that I had an amazing team working my wedding! After walking down the aisle, as we exited our ceremony to go hide away and sign our marriage license, we were greeted with our signature cocktails and a tray with our appetizers on them! Then for dinner (we did buffet service), they came to our sweetheart table and served us our own plated dish so we wouldn't have to get up! The attention that they took in making sure the bride & groom were well-taken care of was sooo appreciated and did not go unnoticed! April goes above and beyond. She far exceeded what we were looking for. Thank you soooo much to the Wandering Table family for playing such a huge role in the best day of our lives!!!!
