From the moment we started working with April and the Wandering Table Catering team, we knew we were in great hands. April was extremely communicative, helpful and friendly throughout the entire planning process. The food was amazing – our guests truly enjoyed the plated dinner service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our guests had everything they needed. April and her team are amazing, and we are so glad we booked them to cater our wedding. The service was impeccable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience on our special day. April even coordinated our rentals which was a huge help and made it so easy to execute my vision.

We had our wedding in September'25 with Wandering Table Catering (April). When we did our initial tastings, April presented an outstanding variety of appetizers, entrées, and sides to choose from. All of it tasted amazing which made narrowing down our menu difficult but fun! Such a great experience. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, April was extremely responsive, flexible, not to mention kind. We were so happy to have found her. Her day-of team was super professional and accommodating during our wedding. Set-up and take-down were flawlessy executed and all of our guests raved about the food, especially the short ribs. All the food was labeled and she was able to provide substitutes for any allergies (nuts/gluten). Overall, we highly recommend April and her team! They made our day truly special.

April and the Wandering Table Catering was an amazing fit for us and our wedding. We wanted something very niche and specific and they made it come to life for us. There are not enough words in the world for us to describe how much we loved working with April and her team at Wandering Table! They catered our wedding and everything about our experience was excellent. First of all, the food is amazing. We received SO many comments from our friends/family about how much they loved the food, and multiple people told us it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! Second, April is an incredible communicator. Anytime we had a question, felt nervous about guest allergies, or needed to work through a kink, she was there with a calm answer and a quick solution. This was so comforting as we were going through the stressful process of planning our big wedding at a DIY venue. She was especially thoughtful and helpful with accommodating allergies and devising good substitutions - we are so grateful that everyone got to enjoy her amazing food! Seriously, run, don’t walk to work with Wandering Table -- we would work with them again in a heartbeat!

April and her crew prepare the food with care and really let the ingredients do the talking; one of the major reasons we chose her was the quality of food. The salmon was cooked decadently, the braised short rib is fork tender, and the veggies are cooked to perfection. April was quick to provide feedback, and was very helpful with using services (website and quotes) to provide transparent quantities, prices, and planning tools. On the day of the wedding, the bar staff and service was fantastic, upbeat, and constantly supportive. Mid-price range, was worth paying up for in what was otherwise a budget wedding. P.S. they have incredible punches and mixers! Reach out about including a drink sampler with your tasting!!!

April and her team at Wandering Table were truly amazing from start to finish. April was always responsive, accommodating with any edits we wanted to make to the menu, and just such a fun, easygoing vendor to work with. We had a special request for an Asian-inspired cutting cake, and she absolutely delivered—offering us four creative and delicious options! (We chose the jasmine white tea cake with Swiss meringue buttercream and it was incredible.) One of our favorite parts of the day was the custom ice jelly bar we envisioned, and April went above and beyond to make it happen—she picked up the ice jelly from a local restaurant and prepared all the toppings herself. On top of all that, she also coordinated our rentals and bar service, which made planning so much easier. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the whole experience was a 10/10.

We just had our wedding this past weekend and the food was exceptional! We needed an entirely gluten free menu and April worked with me from start to finish to ensure everything would be safe! The whole team did amazing to have dinner running smoothly and efficient! Could not rave enough about wandering table! The best catering we could have asked for!
