I love this store. The staff are always so helpful and the store is packed with beautiful things. They have the best Byredo selection in town and they seem to get all of the Acne Studios stuff before anyone else. Everything in the store is polished and perfect. No dust, no clutter and no attitudes. Easily the best shop in South Granville.

Very disappointed. I walked by and got excited about their products but walked in and my girl friend and I were completely ignored for the 20 mins in the store. She tried on a backpack that we loved and we literally had no one come up to offer help, give us the price (as there was no tag), or even offer a hello. There's absolutely no need for that. Extremely rude. My girlfriend is a gorgeous blonde, I'm a physician, and I was wearing $400 sneakers..so not really sure what you have to be to get any service in this store. So Vancouver of you. So I let them know we'll be buying the backpack elsewhere. I guess we should have been from a certain other country to get a hello, given this is Vancouver.
