Wapa di Ume Ubud

The hotel is possibly one of the best places within the Ubud area. Position to town was fantastic, a number of free shuttles to the centre and return is fantastic. From the moment you step into the hotel, the friendliest staff are there to welcome you. Excellent food is served for breakfast lunch and dinners. I love the high tea served every afternoon accompanied with home made cookies. They have so many different activities such as the cooking classes, spa, and various other specials. Accommodation was fantastic and we felt special. Fantastic. Thank you Wapa di Ume.

Outstanding service - every wish answered! Couldn’t fault our stay - everyone was so warm and welcoming, we felt like part of the family. Our group of 6 friends didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back. The rooms were awesome - spacious and comfortable. The pools were amazing and the team in the spa top-notch. A great range of food - and the breakfast was outstanding. Gluten free options were great.

I had a great experience here. All the staff were beyond courteous and professional, and I would definitely stay again next time I am in Ubud. My room looked out onto a smallish copse of trees, and not even the rain could dampen the ambience. I opted to have breakfast included in my stay, and the range on offer was really good. Their spa has a wide range of services and I felt fully relaxed after my massage. The hotel also puts on a number of activities, and I chose the BBQ night with Balinese dancing. Again, the food was good, and the entire evening was memorable. Thank you for such a great stay.

Wow! What a lovely hotel, beatiful villas with private pools, lovely rice paddies views and super close to Ubud but not right on the noisy city centre. The Staff was out of this world, always so kind and attentive. Breakfast in the room everyday was also amazing! Special mention to Denny and his team, as well as the lovely Sonia from Wapa Sideman, we were not staying there sadly bu invited to see the hotel and wow! Do yourself a favour and book both properties, as the one in Sideman is incredible!

We stayed for 4 nights a group of 6 of us and have to say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff cannot do enough for you they are so attentive to your needs and really make this place special. ||We were told that this was an accessible hotel by the company we booked our holiday with which caused a little bit of confusion on arrival as we have one person in the party who struggles walking. They were able to give one of the most accessible rooms and upgraded room for no extra charge. They provided a buggy service to and from the restaurant and in and out of Ubud at no extra cost so we were all able to experience the hotel amenities to the max. ||The rooms are big and spacious and the bathrooms are pure luxury huge baths lovely cosmetics to use everything you need is provided.||The pools are not huge but not too busy either so very relaxing and very photo worthy as are infinity pools with waterfalls. ||The breakfast options are varied and everything we ate was delicious. They provide a menu but you are offered fresh juice, tea or coffee, pastries and fresh fruit on top and really delicious. ||The lunch and dinner menu also quite varied and everything we tried was delicious. The cocktails were lovely and they had my favourite a spicy marg which I had countless of. The espresso martini was also very good! ||The grounds here are stunning and perfect for photos etc. ||Overall we had a fabulous stay here and would love to come back again one day! Beautiful Balanese hotel. Fabulous swim up room. We arrived in the early hours and they made check in seamless. The breakfast was great and they catered for our gluten free and dairy allergies without a fuss. Even the evening event we attended we were catered for. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great spot and close to some great experiences, sacred monkey forest and the rice fields.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel — it was one of the best parts of our trip. The room was incredible, the service was perfect, and the staff were always super attentive and friendly. We also got to attend the barbecue night with traditional dance, which we highly recommend. If we come back to Bali, we won’t hesitate to stay here again.
