I had such a fantastic experience here! The entire staff was wonderful, but Jason was especially phenomenal—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I purchased both regular glasses and prescription sunglasses, and I couldn’t be happier with them. My experience was so great that I came back a month later and brought my mother to purchase her glasses as well. I cannot recommend this location enough—top-notch service and care!

The staff, selection and price at WP is fantastic. I've shopped here for years and have always had friendly, knowledgable staff. The pricing is super easy to understand and they offer ongoing eyeglass adjustments. Love the return policy on prescription glasses - I have a high prescription so I'm always nervous about what the lens will look like.

I stopped into this location, as it's very convenient to my job, for an adjustment to my Warby Parker glasses purchased at a different location. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming, and quickly assisted me with the adjustment. I appreciated being treated like a top tier customer, even though I only stopped in for an adjustment.

I had the most amazing experience at this location. Finding glasses has always been hard for me but Michelle, Jason, Joseph and Dorlisa were so knowledgeable and warm and helped me choose the perfect frame. I am delighted with my purchase and appreciate their professionalism!

I had a great experience with everyone in the store yesterday. The staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up ordering some readers on the spot, and the employees working helped me add some favorites for ordering a regular prescription pair later. I tried to return my prescription sun glasses to the Buckhead location today. The lenses have bubbled over and I was told that they were out of warranty and cannot be returned or repaired. The individual who helped me said, and I quote, "the lenses bubbled because they were in the sun." They are prescription sunglasses! Buyer beware when purchasing glasses from Warby Parker. They are very cheap and do not last long. Pay the extra money and go straight to Moscot. They have outstanding customer service!

Warby Parker, their marketing/advertising is state of the art. It is so disappointing that it is all a smoke and mirrors. Their products can not be of lower guilty. Their frames flimsy and do not keep their shape. I have been back to thier store in Buckhead 10 times during the last year to have them adjusted. I have made my concerns known to their store staff, only to get a reply " but you can keep coming back and we will adjust them.....really. I have bought reader's from the drugstore for $29. that are way better than the Warby Parker frames. And, did I say that the lens scratch easily. Never again will I buy from them. This is not a customer centric company.

Conceptually, Warby Parker is ideal but it didn't work out for me. Affordable, easy, and stylish, you can get a prescription glasses for $100+. You walk in, choose your frames, and order your glasses for delivery. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and process is easy peasy but I was recommended high index glasses and it was just the worst. I'm sure it may differ per person but I felt dizzy and nauseous wearing my new specs. Called customer service and they had recommended that I try them on for couple more days for my eyes to get accustomed but they never did. Return process was good, which is a plus, just too bad that it didn't work out.

My eye doctor recommended Warby Parker because many OTC readers don't fit my face well - I went to the Buckhead WP location which was problematic because (1) parking was very difficult (2) selections were disappointing - heavy plastic in limited color choices (3) I spent $150.00 for glasses that don't fit me any better than OTCs for a fraction of the cost! (4) WP clerk failed to mention that my health coverage might include Rx eyeglasses (5) several months later, I learned that my health insurance DOES include Rx eyeglasses but as I had already paid WP I had to go through the hassle of filing a claim for reimbursement - which I did receive. Bottom line: if you only need reading glasses, you may do as well or better buying ready-to-wear at CVS, Target, Walmart, etc.

I have share a lot of reviews on Yelp. I was super excited to share this review of the Warby Parker store in Buckhead, Atlanta. It was my second experience at this location and I was not disappointed. I was greeted warmly upon entering the store. The store frames layout was explained to me as well. (Loved this attention to detail!) I was asked if I had been in a Warby Parker store prior and my records were quickly pulled up. An image was shot of my current prescription. Now on to the fun of trying on frames! My consultant walked with me, giving me his opinion of my selections and offering up suggestions. I chose the Faye frames which will be perfect for my new job. He checked me out quickly. The job was done in less than one half hour! In. Out. Happy! I will be back to this location for sunglasses soon. Great pricing, excellent customer service in a lovely boutique "library" setting. What is not to love? Great job Warby Parker!

I came here to find glasses for my dad since he was looking to buy some new frames but left spending $150 on my own pair of new glasses, too. Oops. I usually order my glasses online these days, now that I just get my prescription through my eye doctor. Warby Parker makes it easy by allowing try-in's through the mail but EVEN BETTER is trying them on in the store! Parking is easy - park in the deck with everyone else and you can ask for parking validation from the front desk. The entire display is there! Forget picking 5 to try on via online... try on as many as you want in the store! This saved me so much time and if y'all only knew how indecisive I am... this both helped and made my decision making way worse at the same time. I ended up going with clear plastic frames, Louise. Super cute and somehow really flattering on me! They took a few measurements, took my personal information and a week later I got my glasses in the meal! Super easy and painless. While trying on different frames, we found the photo booth at the back of the store where you can take free photo booth pics! Two copies are printed automatically, which were so much fun for me and my family! Overall, Warby Parker is a great place to get more affordable glasses that give back to a great cause - for every pair you purchase, Warby Parker donates a pair! So it's definitely worth the new frames! Also, if you have vision insurance, definitely don't forget to use the benefits you pay for - Warby Parker accepts your insurance, too!

WP is located at The Shops, Buckhead Atlanta among the world's exclusive designers. ++ Eye glasses only (no contact lenses). It's a fun place to try on frames. I have a hard time finding frames that fit my face, but theirs fit me better than at most optometrists'. You can have sunglasses made from their frames as well. They have a lot of glasses here....multiple variations of few designs. WP's designs are understated, modern geek chic. +++ Service is spectacular! This WP has no optometrists on site, so you'll need to get your prescription elsewhere. Licensed opticians help you order and fit your eyewear of choice once they arrive. They are friendly, helpful and warm. I found the opticians Josh and David to be engaging, funny and VERY competent! I appreciated that they didn't waste my time. +++ Prices are simple and super reasonable! They less than using most insurance. Even less than Costco - yes, coming from a Costco Executive shopper lifer! Better value here for design, fit and quality. Frame AND lenses start at $95 for a single vision with anti-glare coating. Sure, you can get fancier with metal frames and your heart's desire to run it up above wopping $300. +++ Parking is comp'd for 3 hours at the parking lot. Ask for validation. Street parking is limited. WP is a new rarity that is socially conscious not to gouge consumers and provide vision aid to those in need. Overall, my experience with WP was very pleasant! It took 4 trips to select, order and fit/pick up. The first pair didn't fit correctly so David suggested another frame. That pair fit perfectly after he adjusted it for my face. The entire experience was painless and FUN!

Warby Parker is the best when it comes to getting prescription eyewear. Simply put, Warby Parker glasses are stylish and affordable and the company's customer service is excellent. This is a combination that cannot be beat. My fiancee and I own multiple pairs of Warby Parker prescription eyeglasses. I ordered my first pair online in July 2012, before Warby Parker started opening brick and mortar boutique stores outside of their New York City headquarters and showroom. I participated in Warby Parker's home try-on program where they ship you five frames to try on for five days for free. This successful program is still in effect today. If you live in Atlanta, there's less need for the home try-on program since you can go to one of Warby Parker's relatively new retail locations to browse and try on frames in person. Currently, there are only two retail locations in Georgia: (1) this original location at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta which opened in September 2014 and (2) this store at Westside Provisions District which opened in April 2016. Deck parking is free at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta for the first three hours with Warby Parker store validation. No purchase necessary. There are a multitude of frames to choose from, starting at $95 per frame including prescription lenses. When you compare Warby Parker's prices to those of a traditional prescription eyeglass store like LensCrafters, the savings are huge. Unless you absolutely can't find a style you like or you have a brand preference, the decision to purchase glasses from Warby Parker is a no-brainer. I purchased my Thompson glasses online in Revolver Black for $125 even (free shipping). This price consisted of the standard $95 plus an additional $30 for 1.67 high-index lenses. These prices haven't changed for several years and are still in effect today. They also now offer 1.74 "ultra" high-index lenses for an additional $130. I got these on my latest pair, the metal frame Hawthorne ($195), which worked out to a total of $325. Metal frames and high-index lenses are more expensive. There is a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy and a one-year no-scratch guarantee on the lenses. My old Thompson lenses still look flawless after seven-plus years. The employees who work at this store are welcoming, friendly, and professional. My fiancee and I stopped by this store on our way to dinner to get her Warby Parker frames adjusted. There were multiple opticians on-hand and we were seen immediately. The optician took the frames to the back a couple times to heat them up. He adjusted them and made sure they fit just right. As a Warby Parker customer, you get free adjustments for the life of the frames. The store itself looks great, like a work of art, colorful and symmetrical. Along with glasses, this store sells neat-looking cases (the triangular Geometric Case costs $15) and cute books that make good gifts.

I'm in the market for new glasses so I stopped by here to check out what they have. The customer service was outstanding; I was greeted at the door, given an overview of the store and who they are since it was my first time and they checked in with me throughout my time exploring and offered suggested frames. The store set up and decor is really nice and made me feel as if I was in the library room of a home. This location is in the "oh you got money money" shopping area of Buckhead right off Peachtree Road. There is paid street, lot and garage parking and it's reasonable. I paid $2.35 for an hour and it's best if you don't have it to download the PayByPhone Parking App. Happy Glasses Shopping!

Warby Parky f'n rocks!! Ok, so not only does this place have an amazing mission of providing glasses at low or no cost to people who wouldn't otherwise have access to them for every pair of glasses purchased, but I also had an excellent customer experience in this store this week. I know nothing about glasses. Like nothing. Nobody in my family has glasses, I never needed glasses, etc, etc. So when I shopped around to got a feel for prices and then heard about Warby Parker that was at the lower end of that price range, I popped in. The store is super clean, bright, and I was greeted immediately by a gentleman to whom I explained my quandary. He told me to just walk around and find something that speaks to me...I replied that I needed some help because I literally had no idea. He sized up the shape of my face and walked me over to a section of the wall to try some on. He was pretty close the first time! Then another customer walked in and a different employee tagged in to help me. She brought me over to a different section and encouraged me to just try on as many as I wanted. I saw that (almost) all the prices were $95, but they also had some allegedly fancier frames for cheaper...the ones that don't cover the whole lens (sorry for not knowing terminology)...those were $135 and I believe I also saw a $145 but don't quote me on that. Anyways, this made me feel much more at ease with the sales process in that I didn't have to consider this extra variable in my decision making process. The employee gave me super honest feedback (ie "I like those, but not as much as the other ones," or "Yeah no.") and was very helpful. She also put up with me laughing at myself in the mirror every time I tried on a new pair (it's funny to see yourself in glasses when you've never worn them). When I put one pair on that I thought was a hit, and looked at her, she had the EXACT feeling and said YEP THOSE ARE THEM! I asked some basic questions next about how I go about buying them, and she took care of me, walking me over to a tablet and getting my address, prescription, measuring my pupillary distance, and checking me out. Then she told me the glasses will show up at my home in 7-10 business days, shipping included...the total cost was $95 and I didn't have to pay anything extra for the "anti-reflective" or "scratch resistant" or "UV resistant" coatings that the glasses shop connected to my eye doctor tried to use to upsell me. Overall, this was such a smooth, friendly, and reassuring process throughout. I would highly recommend this place on their prices, service, and low-pressure sales team, but they become a must when you consider their business model as well. Thank you Warby Parker!!

Finally! A place where I can find stylish eyewear for a great price! I was amazed at the selection of eyewear that Warby Parker has to offer. The store is very inviting. A lot of open space with glasses hanging on both sides of the shop. Most (if not all) of the eyewear is unisex. They offer both reading glasses and sunglasses. All of the frames in the store can be made into sunglasses as well, which is awesome. The store was pretty busy while I was in there, but they have a separate section in the back of the store that has the same glasses as the front of the store. This seemed to help alleviate some of the congestion at the front. I believe they offer eye exams, fittings, etc to make sure the pair you pick out is right for you. If you already have your prescription, you can simply bring that in with you and they will do the rest of the work. Another cool aspect is the online shopping. You can pick out 5 pairs of glasses that you like and they will send them all to you. I think you have 5-7 days to decide which ones work best for you. You then send the other 4 pairs back and you're done! All glasses come with a warranty. I was in and out of the store within 20-30 minutes. They told me it would take 7-10 business days for my new glasses to ship. I got them in 4! They come with a case and a glass rag to clean them. I will be buying all of my glasses from here. It was seamless. Great idea Warby Parker!

I've been a Warby Parker customer since the company opened. For my first pair of their glasses, I did a home try-on, and that worked really well. My prescription changed recently, and since Buckhead has a Warby Parker store, I decided to go get new glasses in person. It was in some ways better than a home try-on because all the color choices and styles are right there in person. The only benefit of the home try-on is that you can really wear the style longer and get a sense of how it looks with your wardrobe and face. My first trip to this Warby Parker store, my partner and I both went to get new glasses AKA a nerdy 4-eyed date. We both found pairs we liked and enjoyed the photo booth. The staff were helpful and not heavy on the sales pitch. His pair worked great, but when mine came in, they were significantly darker than the pair I tried on the store (they looked more black than green). They were also just too big on the bridge of my nose. I thought maybe they could be adjusted, and David (one of their optometrists) helped me adjust the frames. He told me the frame might be too broad for my nose, and I found they kept feeling like they would slip off my nose. I went through an online return process, and I got a new pair of frames. I went in a third time to get the new ones adjusted behind my ears. I mentioned to Josh (another optometrist) that I was disappointed that this frame was also a lot darker than the floor model (it was a lighter grey, these were a deep steel grey). He told me that the tortoise type models vary with their color a lot. He actually went to the back and found a pair that were in between the greys on the floor model and the one I was shipped. He replaced the lenses for me into the other pair on the spot, which was awesome. Unfortunately, they weren't quite fitted properly, so they were squeaking up a storm. I went back though a few days later for a fourth visit, and Josh fixed them again. I am impressed with Warby Parker's customer service, and the folks at this Atlanta store are very helpful. The store validates parking in the garage too. I did wish I could have done the whole glasses search in 1-2 trips, but I am happy with what I ended up with and appreciate their staff in helping me get the best product. For lenses and frames for $95 and a pair is donated to someone in need, I remain a Warby Parker fan and would return to this Buckhead location in the future.

Not sure what is going on with Warby Paker in 2020, but customer service & supply chain failures in all aspects this year. Long story short: over a period of two months, Warby Parker cut four pairs of glasses with different problems each time when I only needed a nosepad replacement for a pair of glasses & then damaged the lens the original pair when they finally replaced the nosepad. I bought a pair of Ava glasses in December 2019 & was really happy with them. In July, the left nosepad silicon pad came off the plastic base & I reached out to Warby Parker in mid August to see about getting it replaced. The initial rep stated they would ship me replacement nosepads. A month passes with no nosepads; I reach back out to Warby Parker online & was told there is an issue with them receiving the nosepads on their side & the rep offers to outright to replace the glasses. The new glasses arrive & are damaged, with ragged inside edges on both lenses and no polish with sharp edges of the lenses (photo included). Warby Parker accepts these glasses back & proceeds to make three more pairs, one with obvious damage similar to the first, & two more with incorrectly cut lenses or no polish. Keep in mind that I am waiting a week + for each of these pairs even when they overnight the glasses to me in addition to 30 minutes + customer service calls each time I need to explain what is wrong, showing the rep with photos what arrived/ the damage on the new glasses. Finally, yesterday (10/16/2020), I went to a Warby Parker store location with the original glasses & the fourth incorrect pair to try to get some assistance. Due to the pandemic, I have been avoiding making a trip to the physical location to try to resolve the issue, but after 2 months of trying to get this resolved over the phone & online via the mail, I am out of options. When I attempted to schedule an appointment online for a repair assessment, there was no availability for the foreseeable future, as though the calendar wasn't populated, so I arrived as a walk in. I explain the issue with the original pair (nosepad) & the show the rep the issues with the fourth most recent pair of glasses that arrived in the mail that morning. They let me know that there's no guarantee that any pair of glasses they request from the lab will be cut correctly, that any notes made from customer service reps for the lab are a crapshoot as to whether or not the lab will read them, much less take any feedback. This includes items that you pay extra for like lens polishing, which really should be standard with certain prescription/frame combinations. The rep offers to replace the four pair of incorrect glasses, which I decline & attempt to give these back to the rep so I wouldn't be charged for the bad replacement. The rep states they can replace the nosepad on the original pair & proceeds to do so. They came back out with the original pair tucked away in a new glasses case & did not insist that I try them on to make sure I was happy with them. The rep comps the newest bad replacement pair of glasses, stating I can keep them as a backup, which I'm not really happy with but don't see any other option other than they making another pair of glasses with no guarantee the next pair will be any different/not damaged on arrival. When I got home, I tried on the original Avas with the nosepad replacement & noticed a huge gouge in the left lens from when the rep replaced the nosepad. I have included a photo of it on the review. This is why the rep did not want me to inspect the original pair after he was done. So now I have a pair or glasses that has a damaged lens & new pair that isn't a direct replacement to the original pair of glasses I received in December with no guarantee that any new pair won't arrive damaged or incorrect. The one good thing I can say about the visit was that the rep met with me promptly outside as a walk in, was masked, & allowed me to remain outside while they replaced the nosepad & while we discussed the issues.

I don't wear prescription glasses or anything like that, so take my review with a grain of salt. However, I purchased someone glasses from Warby as a gift and saved a crap ton of $$$. That individual is more than satisfied and will never know I spent less than $150. The lenses still had all the fancy technology and the customer service was superb. Other eye glass boutiques​ would easily hit you up for 4 or 500 bucks just for frames with no relief or lenses which could be another 200+ depending on the severity of your vision and options you choose. If you're just as concerned about your vision as much as your money AND you still want style and comfort along with excellent service, beat feet to Warby. And if you aren't, well you should let me spend your money for you since you obviously don't care about it. Show 'em that 4-eye spirit!

I visited Warby Parker today in search of a new pair of frames and lenses. Upon arrival, Ian Riley immediately greeted us and took me under his wing. He help answered every single question, let me try on as many as I want, popped me in the photo for an epic fail of 1 of 3 pictures, and connected with us on a personal level. What once was a stressful experience, a reason I haven't purchased new ones in 8 years, became enjoyable and fun. The store is sleek and clean with unisex glasses, children's options, and sunglasses. They will measure your pupillary distance (PD) for you for free. They personalize your visit and give you a reason to come back. I had to get ultra high index lenses so many of the styles wouldn't be a good fit with my prescription and they helped style me in every way possible. Located in the Shoppes of Buckhead, they validate your parking if you park in the garage. Would absolutely recommend the brand, the store, and the customer experience experts in this store. The last time I got new glasses was in 2012, so needless to say I was long overdue. I decided to give Warby Parker a try and I could not have been happier. I stopped in on a random weekday and Kale greeted me. He asked what type of frame I was looking for and left me to browse. Perfect mix of good customer service without being too intrusive. After trying on nearly every frame in the store, I made my selection and he took down my info to order. Everything was done via iPad and they were able to look up my vision insurance. Checkout took like 2 minutes and they were able to ship my frames to me at no charge! I was going back home to FL a few days later and then out of country, so I kind of wanted my new glasses before then, but they quoted 7 to 10 business days. I had my glasses shipped to my parent's house in FL since I would be going there eventually and they were delivered 3 days later, before I even arrived! WP delivered wayyyy before the quoted 7 to 10 business days, which is always a nice surprise! I visited again recently to have my frames sized/adjusted since I have a tiny head. An optician (I forgot her name, but she was so sweet!) greeted me upon entering and went to work carefully adjusting my frames. I was in and out in 10 minutes tops and she did a great job and they are a much better fit now. I highly recommend this location if you are shopping for new glasses and are looking to make the experience as pleasant as possible! They do validate parking if you self-park in the Shops at Buckhead parking garage.

I've always had great experiences with Warby Parker. As an out of town visitor, I came to try some glasses in store to replace my damaged lens. The rep told me she could just replace my glass lens and use the same frames. It would save a lot of money and they could ship it back home for me. She even gave me a parking voucher which was free if you stayed at the lot less three hours. The online customer service got to me a couple of hours after my purchase. Overall great experience and out of the world customer service!! Oh, they also have a photo booth in the corner if you want some free Polaroid pictures!

Love, love, love this place! In the market for a pair of new glasses, my girlfriends and I decided to visit their new Buckhead location to try our luck. I arrived early, around 10am on a Saturday and luckily, the store was pretty empty. I was greeted by an enthusiastic staff member right away who guided me through the layout of the store and encouraged me to touch, feel, and try on their frames. Shortly after perusing frames by myself, I was greeted by another staff member who helped me pick out some styles that fit the look I was seeking. She gave me guidance and expertise, suggested a style from their new line, and encouraged me to take my time, which made my final selection very easy! Everyone here is very nice and friendly and I love the casual, relaxed feel of the store. There's no pressure to buy, but at prices starting at $99, who wouldn't buy?! I ended up paying $125 for my frames, thin lenses, tax, and shipping--about half the price of a usual pair of glasses for me. The best part? Warby Parker donates a pair when you purchase a pair. Excellent business model! What else is there to love? I could go on and on, but here's a hint: check out their photo booth (yes, photo booth) at the back corner of their store!

Taking all of the hastle out of finding new glasses! The price is unbeatable- $95 (with no tax and free shipping) for frames and lenses. Not only are glasses affordable now, but they're better looking than most of the frames at commercial eye doctors offices. The brand itsef is reputable and well established! Love them and wouldn't buy glasses from anywhere else!

I had an amazing experience here and will definitely be back!!! I needed new glasses to substitute for my contacts and had been looking for a few months. I was told check Warby Parker out and am glad I did! The staff is super friendly and knowledgable about fit and the different styles. After two visits I finally decided on the frames I wanted (The Northcote!) and they placed the order for me! Shipping was fast and free! When I got the glasses they still needed to be adjusted, so I took them there after work. I forgot to bring my contact case and saline as I was wearing my contacts that day. They were already prepared for that issue had saline and contact cases ready for me! The optician was wonderful and patient with me as she worked to get the fit and shape just right. For the style, the price and the service, this has been a great win for me and I will definitely be back!!!!!

This store is really fun. You get to go in and try on a ton of glasses, and nobody bothers you, but plenty of staff is there to help. While I'm not sure if they have literally every single variation of every single model (I heard a worker talking about a particular color of a model they didn't have in the store) they do have a LOT of frames & variations. And the best part is: they're so inexpensive if you end up buying them! I found a frame I liked, and ordered them, and 6 days later I had a new, stylish pair of glasses in my possession for a grand total of NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS. (Including tax, frame, lenses...everything.) I'm definitely gonna order a second pair (maybe something in blue?). At this price it's like buying another pair of sneakers! (Or even cheaper!) And if my prescription changes the website says I can update the lenses for $50. My one complaint about the store: they have a free photo booth where you can take pics with the glasses on, but the color of the pics is kind of faded so it's not that helpful. If you're even remotely considering new glasses go here! If nothing else you'll have fun.

I drove all the way down to Atlanta to try WP frames on..for those of you who can't do that, WP has a try-on program but not for all their styles (bummer) and it is limited to 5 pairs at a time (reasonable). I have a wide face so finding comfortable but stylish frames is a nightmare and I can't measure my PD to save my life so I thought making the trip would be worth it. The store itself is beautiful, spacious...featured most of the patterns of all their frames, although certain frames didn't come in black which I think is a classic color that should always be available. Got frustrated every time I would start trying on a wide-labeled frame only to find that they couldn't even make it onto my face lol. And the ones that did fit came in cute but impractical patterns. I found an associate to help me after fumbling with the final four, and she ended up picking out a solid frame (that was not among my choices) that fit perfectly. We compromised on my desire for black..she found a nice dark whiskey tortoise pattern instead. I was appeased if not totally satisfied. The Jennings frame cost $100-something after tax ($95 before) which included standard shipping and my single-vision prescription. Will update the review once I get the frame in the mail!

I recently joined the "I need glasses" club. After 4 years of staring at a computer screen all day every day, my eyes are tired and strained. Parking - Make sure to park at the Flywheel Deck. Why? WP validates. They do NOT validate for the other deck. I made that mistake and wasted 5 bucks :( Service - 5/5. Outstanding. As soon as I walked in, someone helped me. I'm pretty indecisive with glasses... since these are my first pair. I don't plan on buying glasses often since I only will use them only for work. As soon as I found my pair, the girl used some mobile eye machine to take a picture of my pupils? Not sure. I have no idea. She then put my info down and I paid via iPad. I should note: she was extremely nice and patient. I think I wore like 10 different pairs. After a few days, I was notified my glasses came in. Again, as soon as I stepped in, someone helped me. I got my pair.... they were slightly off. As in - one of the lenses was thicker than usual. She immediately saw it when I wore there model pair versus my pair. She let me take my pair home and then reordered new lenses/frame. Maybe like 2 days later, I got another email my new frame/lenses came in -- I would maybe avoid coming on the weekend. They were SLAMMED. When someone was able to get to me (I waited maybe 10 mins before he actually got to me - I sat on the couch), the new pairs were adjusted and felt great. The guy let me take home my original pair box too. Space - I think it's a good decent size. I have not really stepped in a glasses store, so tough for me to compare. The glasses I now own were only 95 bucks total (frame and lenses). The same pair + lense would have cost me probably cost me around 200 at other places. WP is affordable and trendy!

Such a great experience, the staff was the most friendly, they helped me finding a frame and even suggested products that they thought they liked! The store was probably one of the cleanest I seen. I bought a pair of glasses and I could not be happier!

I can't say enough about how awesome this place is! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable,fast and efficient. The selection is awesome and stylish. Best of all the prices are reasonable!!! I will never go to those other places again! Don't change Warby Parker, unless you just want to get better .

It seems I'm, once again, giving 1 star because zero stars are not an option. I worked for a company that treated its employees terribly so I am a bit fanatical about it. I don't want anything to do with a company that discriminates (for any reason) and treats loyal, reliable employees like less than. A couple of months ago my regular Warby Parker was closed for renovations. I was disappointed because my favorite Warby employee was the manager at that location. When I found out he was going to work, temporarily, at the Buckhead location I knew I was going to go where he went. I have never been treated with such courtesy and respect as I was by this gentleman. I doubt he would want me to use his name because he has a lot more class then Warby Parker has proven themselves to have. (I used to call him a better looking version of Tiger Woods) He probably would not want me to write this less then flattering review because, again, he has class. I was both surprised and broken hearted to find he'd been let go. When I said I couldn't imagine why one of the employees pulled me aside and said they were also upset. This was a man who always conducted himself professionally, was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The individual that pulled me aside at the Buckhead location said everyone was surprised because he was the only manager that repeatedly came in on his day off if someone called off and help was needed. He also made the schedules for everyone at his store and made sure everyone was treated fairly when he could have given himself the best days off. Based on what this person told me they are advertising for management positions! I can't help but wonder if he was let go because, in addition to being African American he was also gay. Shame on you Warby Parker! I'll never go there again and will tell any and everyone that'll listen NOT to spend their $ at a business that discriminates!!!!

The glasses themselves are fine, but the customer service experience leaves a lot to be desired. I had FSA money to use quickly so my husband and I decided to get new glasses - mine were prescription and my husband's were readers. The optician/customer service person assured us the orders would be placed and my FSA debit card would be charged in time. Two weeks later I was contacted because they couldn't verify my prescription. Fine, fair enough. But what about the reading glasses we ordered?? Those don't require a prescription. Why wasn't that order processed immediately??? Three weeks after the order was placed, I received emails requesting a new payment method because the original card was declined. Well, of course it was! I told them there was a limited time to charge the card. I ended up canceling the order for the readers but paid with another method for the prescription glasses, since the cost was mostly covered by insurance. So now I'm out hundreds of dollars that would have been spent on glasses. If I had known how long the process would take, I would have spent my money elsewhere. The representative at the 800 number when I called seemed like she could have cared less about my situation and only wanted to know if I was going to pay for the glasses or cancel the order. Very unhappy with this company. Doubtful that I will ever return.

I understand there is a pandemic, but it's alittle overzealous and ridiculous to limit to 4. I had a mask and would have made two purchases. Instead I was turned away. On top of it the feckless greeter couldn't count how many people kept leaving. Don't bother going to the locations as the customer service as others mentioned sucks. I guess I can see how they make thier glasses affordable, no customer service.

You need glasses. You don't want to spend $300+ on them. You are a normal person. If these things apply to you, you need to go to Warby Parker. Yes you can do it all online which is awesome, but this location is so great. I bought probably 5 pairs from this location over the course of 2 years and I have no regrets. My 5 pairs cost less than 1 pair from a "typical" glasses place just down the road. I still love the pairs I bought and get compliments on them. The customer service is seriously outstanding here and they will help you find your perfect pair until you are satisfied. In store, you can also get sized and adjusted so your glasses fit perfectly after they arrive. The wait is never too long even though it is a busy place. The parking is super simple - underground and well lit. I believe you can still get 2 hours free parking with validation from the store. Then you just have to walk up and around the corner to get in. There is also street parking if you get lucky and can parallel park well enough :) The selection of frames are on point and trendy and I have always found something I love. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I recommend Warby Parker to everyone and they are so pleasantly surprised to hear how little I paid for my glasses. Highly highly recommend! I'd give this place 6 stars if I could.

Heard great things about Warby Parker and I also love their styles. Stopped to see what's what. I was warmly greeted and explained the process. I love it! Straight into the point, upfront pricing and timeframe. What more could anyone ask for? What you must know is that they do not have an optometrist on site. You have to come with your prescription. I also learned that you can order the frames online. All you need to do is upload your prescription, which I'm still waiting for from LensCrafters via email. Glasses usually take about a week to 10 days for single vision. ($95). for progressives, it's ($295) and it may take a little longer.

This is my 2nd attempt at trying WP glasses and my 2nd time returning them. Glasses have a ridiculous amount of distortion, even with the "high-index" lenses. "Optician told me distortion is normal with larger lenses. FALSE. I stacked the WP glasses over my existing glasses. Lens size was nearly identical. WP has potential though. Frames are trendy and functional for some. The idea of having a low cost option for glasses is great. However, vision is one of things you shouldn't skimp on. Their staff is mostly made up of sales associates, not actual opticians. Not to discredit them, but they most likely aren't going to fully understand the specific needs of someone with a strong prescription or has a bad astigmatism. At the end of the day they are sales folks. A great example of this is that the first time I tried WP the sales person actually performed the pupillary distance measuring (put dots on lenses to ensure prescription is at the optical center). The second time I did not get that treatment. A standard procedure should be in place to ensure the client can see optimally. I am convinced that WP glasses won't ever fit my needs. My prescription isn't even that bad, just high astigmatism. If your eyes aren't that bad or don't mind compromising some clarity for a trendy pair of glasses, WP isn't bad. The concept is actually quite innovative. But before you pull the trigger on WP, I suggest trying ZenniOptical or Coastal as much cheaper options with similar quality.

The optician who helped me wasn't qualified to be on the floor. Didn't know anything about the online ordering system or about the different types of prescription lenses. I've visited this store a few times, and my experience varies largely depending on which employee helps me.

I have always struggled with buying the right pair of glasses- I've tried everything from America's best to Zenni Optical. My face is so narrow around my eyes (plus my brow bone sticks out- weird combo) that every pair I try on usually doesn't fit well to my face and the kid's pairs are way too small- I've tried everything I possibly could! I came to Warby Parker and expressed my concerns and the person helping me was so understanding! He started asking me questions of what kinds of pairs I might like, what colors I do and don't like and more. He picked out a few pairs of glasses and after I narrowed it down to two, he emailed me the details about both pairs and I ended up purchasing the Casey style (burnt lemon tortoise). I couldn't be more satisfied. Also, if you compare WP to other companies that sell glasses, you'll see that these are very moderately priced. I would say they range from 90-200 (with prescription, excluding special requests). My Casey's were $95. WP also has sunglasses- you can get their glasses and sunglasses with or without prescription lens. I am buying another pair over the weekend, this time in Arizona! -2 Hour Parking Validation (ask staff) -Located in the Buckhead shopping center

I come from the land of Warby Parker and where it all started - New York City. Alas, Atlanta (my hometown) has it's own branch of Warby Parker! During a trip to the great ol' ATL this past weekend, I needed to do a return on some glasses I got, thinking I had lost my other pair. Warby Parker has an excellent no-questions-asked return policy within 30 days. Since that 30 day period would be closing as I was visiting, I took my glasses on my trip with me and returned them with zero hassle whatsoever at the Buckhead Village location. Literally easiest return ever. The staff here were warm, friendly, and even funny. They have a restroom here, but you must be escorted since it's in the back. Since I had no glasses/contacts on with a prescription of -6.00, they gladly told me to "follow the blue blob" back to the restroom. All while they were cleaning my pair of Finch's, which were sparkling clean and readjusted so they wouldn't slide off my head. Excellent, excellent service, Warby Parker - hats off to you. I would not hesitate buying another pair of glasses from this company.

I stopped by this store after a recommendation from a friend. They have very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Their frames are modern looking and come in 2-4 different colors. I really feel anybody would find a frame here that they would like. Most of their frames are $95 which includes glare and scratch resistant, with a few exceptions (I think new collections) which are $145. If you have a strong prescription, the thinner lenses are an extra $30. I would recommend looking on their website to narrow down which ones you like, and then going to the store to try them on. Or, you can order 5 demo frames which they will ship to you free of charge, that you can either ship back for free or return in store. Overall a very great experience, would definitely recommend to other people!! edit: timeline of my experience: 9/25 - Orders Home Trial 9/29 - Home Trial Delivered 10/1 - Went to Buckhead store and emailed prescription after hours 10/3 - Processed order and got confirmation email 10/14 - Received Glasses in mail Very happy with the build and quality of my glasses. It comes with a hard case as well as a microfiber soft case. The only (minor) problem that I have is that the hard case is slightly too small for my glasses, so they rest on the inside rim and not placed all the way inside--although I can still close it easily so not too big of a problem.

I've been into this Warby Parker store multiple times. Every time the staff is very kind, welcoming, and friendly. Elizabeth was super helpful two times I visited. Ordering glasses and trying everything on was easy and there's even a photo-booth where you can see how you look. The reason I give it four stars instead of five is because when I received my glasses, something wasn't quite right and I couldn't focus/see out of them. I took them in and the Warby Parker employee told me my prescription must be wrong. I went back to the eye doctor who told me that the prescription was correct and that they had measured where the glasses should sit incorrectly. I then went back again, and this time the Warby Parker employee checked my glasses and said, yes they did have the wrong measurements, but that the original order was written correctly but not made correctly. Long story short, they manufactured my glasses incorrectly. The first employee should have caught this rather than sending me to the eye doctor (which the second employee even stated). So between screwing up the manufacturing of the glasses and having someone not do their job correctly, I knocked it down a star. I would've rated it three if their frames weren't so great and everyone wasn't so nice and helpful, besides the one guy. All that being said, you get what you pay for. There is a 30 day return policy, no questions asked, which is great. I would still order from Warby Parker, it was just inconvenient to have to go through such a back and forth when I just want my new glasses.

So we stopped in the store based on a quick Google search when trying to find a glasses store near where we were. When we first arrived I was very nervous because it was in the heart of Buckhead and I just knew in my heart that the glasses were going to be hundreds if not thousands of dollars per pair. Boy was I surprised when one of the representatives came up and told us how this place works. I can't believe that the stylish glasses in this place are only $95 or $145 I believe for frames and lenses. This is so genius! I don't wear glasses anymore, (since I had lasik fine art TLC a couple years ago) but he does, and the experience was really awesome. They even have a selfie Booth where you can take pictures of yourself in the glasses that you are considering purchasing. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I'm pretty sure they don't actually give you your eye exam here but if you provide your prescription, they'll ship your new glasses to you within 7 to 10 business days. I asked the guy how they're able to charge such a low price and he explained that other glasses companies buy the rights to frames from distributors and this place is able to just eliminate the middleman by selling the glasses directly from the same person who makes them or something like that. Pretty darn cool!

Clean store with a wide selection of trendy frames. The employees are super helpful and can help with any request you might have. It took me 2 visits to pick out frames that I liked, they just have so many! Finally I was helped by Lauren to make my selection. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The glasses were shipped straight to my home and are a perfect fit! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their glasses. (Oh and they validate parking)

Always friendly service. I would take away half a star, if I could, only because the times I picked up my glasses and returned to get them adjusted, I was put on a wait list to talk to an optician. I only waited less than 5 minutes, but why tell someone they're being wait listed when you're pretty much the only person waiting. Just say "just give us one minute to get someone to help you!" Other than that, the staff on the floor is super nice and helpful - sometimes a little too much. Sometimes, you just want to have fun and browse spectacles without being bothered. Nonetheless, this place will be my go-to for glasses!

This service is great excellent. They are efficient and accurate. If you need your glasses adjusted these folks know how. AND their frames are not outrageously priced. I would guess that you save at least $100 and probably more the fancier you get. By all means, give them a try.

I went online to check them out because a friend had recommended them, then discovered that they now have a store in Atlanta. I went in on a Thursday afternoon just before 5pm and the store was fairly quiet with only 2 other customers. I was greeted quickly and gave the employee my list of frames I had researched online. She was super nice, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful while I narrowed down my selection. The biggest selling point was that the glasses were very affordable (since I already used my insurance towards contacts) - $95 for everything (frames, lenses, and scratch protection)! If all turns out well in the next 7 to 10 days, they will have a new loyal customer.

I've been dealing with WP on line. My expert was been wonderful. Very responsive and great customer service. They have a great product at a great price. They stand behind their product.

I ordered glasses on line almost a month ago. I called after 3 weeks to get a status. I was told there were questions about my prescription. At no time was I contacted it notified. The excuse was they wee behind on sending emails. It is difficult to get through to customer service via phone and I was continually directed back to the web site which did not have the information I needed. After providing the additional information I tried calling and emailing several times to ensure there were no additional problems. I finally received an email response that said "as a curtesy" they would expedite my order. How is it a curtesy when the order was already delayed. Still no glasses so I will be going elsewhere. I can't rate the glasses because I don't have them! The 2 stars are for the price and website.

Warby Parker, Buckhead is a top-notch business with great staff. After my doctor made an error on my reading prescription, Warby Parker honored the warranty (one-month standard) and made me another pair of glasses with the prescription corrected, without charge. Oliver in the Buckhead location was helpful, efficient, and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about the quality of their glasses and their care for their customers.

After tons of research, I decided to give WP a try and I'm so glad I did. I never knew buying glasses could be both fun and easy. I love the way this store is laid out. It reminds me of a library, where I spent so much time as a kid, so I felt right at home. Another thing that helped was that while the chain is branded as "hipster," I saw a variety of races and ages in the store. I was immediately greeted by one of the super friendly sales associates, and after chatting a bit about what I was looking for, she gave me a starting point. (By the way, I saw someone imply that the people who worked here are just "sales associates," but one of the associates confirmed that many of them used to work at the "big box" glasses retailers, so they do have some training. That was one thing that made me nervous and I'm glad I cleared it up.) I was able to try on different frames in peace, but if I had a question, someone was always available (my favorite way to shop). Every frame is sorted by style and by size, making comparing them side by side a breeze. I did the free at-home try on program a couple of years ago and couldn't find anything I liked at the time, but now I know why - I was choosing the wrong size for my face (I was looking at Wide frames when I should have been looking at Medium). I don't think I would have known this had I not paid them a visit, so there is still something to be said for physical stores. The arrangement of the store and the helpful associates allowed me to quickly narrow things down, and after snapping a photo of myself in the photo booth to confirm (good times!), I settled on a pair of Finch frames. I had to be sure, though - it was WAY too easy and I am a creature of habit - so I also paid a visit to a LensCrafters nearby. It took me about five minutes to realize what a value I was getting at WP and I came right back. :) With a prescription in hand, I checked out and was on my way. I promise that it took me longer to get to the store and back than it did to pick out a frame and complete my transaction. My glasses arrived at my home about a week later in a sturdy package, and after returning to the store for a quick adjustment, they are perfect. I LOVE my glasses and have gotten so many compliments. My total all inclusive price was $95, including the frames, lenses, and anti-reflective/UV/scratch resistant coating. I believe that the quality is just as good as the $200+ glasses (after insurance) I purchased from a private intown practice a little over two years ago. (Side note: the intown practice gave me a distorted lens the first time - it happens at the expensive stores, too!). The prescription is perfect and I have not had any issues cleaning them (I stick to a lens cloth and it works just fine). I also love knowing that if I want to switch up my style, I can do it without breaking the bank. Overall, I'm super happy and they probably have a customer in me as long as they stay in business. I'll be back soon and I'm bringing my parents, who are way overdue for some new frames.

Awesome experience from the time i walked in until the time i left! Made my decision in less then an hour, did expedited shipping and couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommend!

I ordered my glasses on line. They are stylish at a good price but if you depend on your glasses I would recommend you stick with your eye doctor. I have worn progressive lenses for many year without any adjustment problems. The first day I worn my Warby Parker glasses, I was dizzy, nauseated and battling a headache. These effects dissipated within a day or two but were totally unexpected given my past experience with progressive lenses. They also do not fit well. They fall off every time I lean forward. Again, if you just want fashion they are probably OK.

I don't know what I can say that the other reviews haven't already said, but this place deserves another 5 star rating. The glasses are cool, yes. The options are bountiful, indeed. But where WP really succeeds is their customer service. I'm a complicated woman, and it took me two visits, an exchange, and multiple informal employee voting sessions (lol) to be completely sure of my purchases. As if that weren't enough to deal with, my doctor printed out my prescription with an error; not until my glasses arrived did I realize this. I took them back into the store immediately, and Connor and his team had the entire situation fixed within about three minutes. He even had the new pairs expedited without me asking. Tell me that's not the most thoughtful thing ever. Thanks WP!!

Had a great experience picking out my pair of glasses here, and I will update this review once I receive them. Bit of background on myself: I have a shockingly high glasses prescription. As in, -10.75 for my left and -11.25 for my right. Yes, I know. I have worn glasses since the age of 7. Obviously, I was going to be stuck with very thick lenses no matter what I did. I typically wear contacts on a daily basis, but will wear glasses at night just before bed. I have been sporting the same glasses for the last 10 years, so I decided it was time for an update. I had heard of Warby Parker the eyeglasses site, but was surprised to hear they'd opened a store in Atlanta. So I had to come check it out. We went yesterday, a Sunday. The store was fairly empty, so I pretty much had free range to look at all the frames without being disturbed. I was greeted fairly soon after coming in, and given a quick rundown on the layout of the store. It goes something like this: Front left: Sunglasses Front right: Frames starting from the back are narrow, then medium, then wide at the front part of the store. Back left: A repeat of the front right, starting with wide frames closer to the front and narrow at the back. Back right: a PHOTO BOOTH! Back: Reference desk. It was nice that the frames were arranged like that, though I did not realize it at the time. I have a big ol' head and should have just stuck in the wide area, but I ended up browsing the medium too. I spoke at length with one associate, his name might have been Chad. I told him about my super high Rx and asked what kind of glasses would be best for what were sure to be thick lenses. He first explained that they have three grades of lenses -- polycarbonate, which comes free with the glasses (which are $95 each for the most part, with some pairs at $145). The next level up is 1.67 high-index, which are meant for strong prescriptions and still have 100% UV-protection like the polycarbonate ($30 extra), and then 1.74 high-index, which are meant for the strongest prescriptions and are not listed as 100% UV-protection, I believe ($130). I went for the 1.74 high-index. All the lenses are anti-scratch and anti-glare. He also suggested that I should stick to the acetate frames with a smaller lenses to off-set the thickness of the lenses. I finally narrowed it down to the Mitchell (wide frame, rectangular) and Daisy (medium frame, cat-eye). While I felt the Daisy looked better on me, I ultimately went with the Mitchell because it fit better on my face and the lenses were not as large as those on the Daisy. Oh yes, and I made use of the photo booth for both frames. They give you two printouts and send it to your email as well (you will be asked for your email address). One important thing, they do not deal with vision insurance directly, so it will be up to you to submit a claim to get reimbursed. You can ask for an itemized receipt from the reference desk or contact their customer service department by phone or email. In the end, I was in the store for probably half an hour. Short and sweet. I'm excited to get my new glasses!
