Warby Parker Legacy Place

Great brand but not impressed by the staff. Came in an hour before closing time. Store was empty and the 2 sales women not busy with their elbows resting on the frame display. They were short in their explanations and asked me to scan the QR code attached to the front window to find the answers to my questions. AI bots could have done a better job.

Had the best experience at Warby Parker in Dedham. They have so many great options to pick from; I wanted at least five different pairs but could only afford 1 pair. I'll definitely be back for the other pairs when they have a sale. The staff their is patient and acknowledge about the different glasses and also give good recommendations on what shape and style looks best on you. Thanks you again to the staff at Warby Parker for such a great experience!!

Very friendly staff, first time using this store for both eye exam and purchase of glasses. Someone was there to help me when I walked in, the process of the exam was explained, everything went very smoothly. I have always loved Warby Parker on-line but never had the guts to buy without trying on so very happy not only to see a brick and mortar store but also one where I could make my appointment for my exam. When it came time to pick out glasses the person who helped me did not "yes me" and that is something I appreciate. I recommend this location, and I don't like going to Legacy Place...

The staff was so helpful and made my experience so easy. I’ve been holding off on getting new glasses for months and I wished I had known how stress free it could be. Can’t wait to get my new glasses.

Great experience this evening! Went by and tried on na few pairs, found one I liked and was greeted by Jeff. He helped wrap up the process quickly and painlessly. So easy and what a great deal! I should have come in sooner!

I’ve been a Warby customer for about 7+years. I love the trendy / seasonal eyewear. If you’re anything like me and want flashy, different, and cute glasses come check them out. There glasses are well made and last a long. Everytime time I come in the staff are always helpful and polite.

Very nice, quick service! I came in with a broken pair of glasses and Fritzar helped me! She was very pleasant, she fixed them right up fit them perfectly and cleaned them in and out in no time at all!

My mother (age 82… shhhh don’t tell anyone) was so pleased with her experience here. Every part of the experience was pleasant and comfortable. The staff is terrific, and you don’t feel like you’re just a number here. Since our family eye doctor retired some years ago, my Mom hadn’t found another eye doctor, and she just didn’t know where to go. We scheduled in a flash on-line (you can pre-register with your medical information after that). I googled the key words “eye doctors near me schedule online” on a Sunday at about 4pm, and my Mom’s exam began promptly as scheduled at 5:25pm that same day! Also, it was easy to get to. For anyone w/ mobility issues who prefers to park in the garage, we found it manageable to park near the middle set of stairs/elevators (on any floor of the garage), and down to Ground level. When you exit, take a right. Warby Parker is just a few stores away on the right.

The staff here could not have been more helpful particularly the optometrist. I ordered a new pair of WP glasses but they did not fit well at all and needed serious adjustments. The optometrist was patient and focused on a perfect fit even though my expectations were muted considering I paid $100. The new fit feels like a completely different pair of glasses. Very grateful and the staff deserves all the credit.

Great service! Straight to the point. Helped my daughter pick the right size frames. Price was way lower than buying from our ophthalmologist office! Like wayyyyy cheaper! Glasses came in 5 days. We are on our way to pick them up!

Warning- does not accept insurance for eye exams, even if you confirmed using the tool on their site and despite this location being listed as an in- network provider for exams with your vision insurance. Their optician takes No insurance of any kind. You will be told this once the exam is complete.
