Great service; very knowledgeable and friendly. Doctor was knowledgeable and personable - explained everything about my eye health in a way that was easy for me to understand. Did a great job consulting on the different types of contact lens and why a particular brand fit my situation best. I originally was hesitant about buying a new pair of backup glasses but the experience convinced me to go for it.

The experience at Warby Parker was great! I came in thinking I would only get an eye exam, but ended up buying two pairs of glasses. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. If you are thinking about trying the brand I would recommend visiting a local branch. Their glasses are high quality, have both narrow and medium width options, and are very affordable with what is in the market at the moment.

I've had some vision problems for the last several years, many optometrists have shrugged it off, and either said there was nothing wrong or tested for something and claimed it wasn't an issue. The Dr. at Warby Parker finally recommended a test that revealed a relatively rare condition, which is relatively easily treatable. Very grateful that I can see with clarity now.

The customer service was 10/10. The sales rep was incredibly patient while I was being super indecisive, and the entire team pitched in to help. I really appreciated that.

Every member of the team was outstanding. From the optometrist, who took the time to understand my vision situation, to the staff that checked me in and assisted with glasses selection. Everything was digital and frictionless. Highly recommend.

Excellent value! I have a high prescription and their price is much lower than many other places. Their selection of frames is great and the glasses once ready get shipped directly to your home at no additional cost. The store is big, clean and inviting. Their COVID protocols made my shopping experience feel safe an comfortable. The sales people are very nice and not at all pushy which is a breeze. Parking is hard to come by as this is a very busy area.

I love Warby Parker and have been getting my glasses there for years - but I typically do the at-home try on and order online. Today, however, I was in desperate need of new sunglasses (no prescription), so I stopped in to try some on. We were quickly greeted, told where to find all the options, and left alone to explore and try on. When I'd narrowed it down to two options, Angel helped me decided by answering a few questions about the fit. He checked me out quickly, adjusted the glasses to fit my face/nose, and told me to always stop back in if I needed additional adjustments. Overall, this was a clean and bright location with a large selection and helpful staff!

Great experience shopping at the Warby Parker in Wynwood, Miami. Very professional yet friendly reps who helped me pick out the best frames for my face. The purchase process was super easy and efficient. We were out of there in about 30 minutes and it included measuring for the lenses. Great place!

They don't answer the phone, they were rude and that was pretty crappy. I don't mind waiting but the person who answered the phone didn't even work at the store.

I love Warby Parker's style in glasses and sunnies. But the customer service here in this store was nothing compared to what I experienced in North Carolina. It was pretty empty with 2-3 customers before us. And 3-4 employees. And no one greeted us. We were waking back and forth for a while, and no one every helped us until I approached someone who was already helping someone. And when I was waiting for her to finish someone finally asked if I needed help. It was a quick transaction. They acted like they didn't care. It was just another purchase. So I got what I needed and got out of there. We got Percy men's sunnies (sunglasses) and Nancy women's sunnies.

Just when I thought customer service was slowly depleting in Miami, Warby Parker is one of the retail establishments that got my hopes up. I read the reviews before considering this place because I normally go to the big box stores for my glasses. I'm just so happy that I decided to give them a try. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a consultant. No pressure here. He let me wander around after briefly explaining how the pricing works. Frames (with single vision lenses) start around $95 and goes up to $195 for titanium ones. If I want prescriptions sunglasses, just add an extra $100. Simple enough. I love the retro design of their frames. I spent about an hour just trying on different frames cause I just wanted the right shape from my oval face. I selected a couple, Burke and Gilbert. I asked a couple of staff for their opinion and both said go for the Gilbert for my first pair. I handed over my existing prescription, then a technician was called to measure my Pupillary Distance. He noticed that my prescription also had progressive lenses info but it's going to cost an extra $295. I just opted for single vision so the frames complete with lenses were only going to cost me $95. I ordered, paid, got an email receipt and was told my glasses will be ready 7 to 10 business days. I also was given the option to ship them at home or pick up at the store. I selected store pick up and 4 days later, they were already ready. I went to back to pick them up, tried them on and absolutely loved it! The technician also advised me that if I ever need adjustments, just come to the store anytime and they'll do it for free. Simply impressive! Big box stores should pay attention to Warby Parker's practices on how to give the best customer service! It definitely won me so I'm getting another pair as a back up :)

Of course Warby Parker always cones thru with great glasses, but I've always ordered online. This store experience was so great, everyone was so helpful, it wasn't a pushy sales environment it was just a fun trying on glasses experience, everyone working there had a great vibe and style. I wound up buying three pairs I think, including one someone grabbed for me to just see how they looked, and it was perfect for my face shape. Give them a little info about what you like and they'll pull for you or just roam around and try on what you want!! Despite the convenience of being sent pairs tkk ok try online, I'd definitely go to the actual store (and buy way more than I mean to, but they're so cheap and cute I can't help it)!!!

When my husband decided he needed glasses, we started shopping around. I had remembered seeing this store and I've heard great things about this brand, so we decided to drive to Wynwood and make a day out of it! For the very reasonable price of $95-$150ish (depending on the frame), it includes an eye exam with prescription given, lenses, and the new glasses of your choice. The price tag you see on each frame is the bottom line price that you pay and includes all of the above! Even at places like Costco, and other discount eye shops- the prices don't come close to being this awesome. The service here was outstanding. We had a brunette girl with braces, and I am so sorry to have forgotten her name. She was lovely, and super easy to work with. My husband knew the frames he was interested in trying on because he looked online, so she brought out those and a few others she thought he'd like. He selected his frame, and she ordered the glasses which are shipped directly to your home in about 10 biz days. Easy peasy, not only in the process, but on your wallet as well. We would definitely come back for all our eye needs!

Time has passed and the glasses are very poor quality. The screws come loose or come off and you visit the store and there is no one to help you. The girl who helped me is no longer in this store and the employees who are now there are lazy and have little or no experience. The frames that they sell are good looking but they are crap because they break in less than a year and when you come to ask for help, they tell you that they have neither a screw nor tools to fix them. And worst of all, they don't make an effort even pretending that they are interested in helping you. I bought another pair of glasses and they went wrong because the employee did not want to measure my face or the distance of the eyes because he did not feel like it and I had to spend time getting out of work early and waste time in taking them and returning them, for something so simple; to do the work as it has to be done. Honestly, I do not recommend these eyeglasses brand, unless you just need them for 6 months and to play around. The frames are such a poor quality material that is not worth paying the money for it.

After I accidentally broke my Ray Ban eyeglasses that I've had for a few years (RIP) I decided to check out Warby Parker and I'm so glad I did! They offer a huge selection of stylish glasses at a very affordable price (including the lenses)! I initially checked out their website, and many of their frames offer a try at home option, but not every style is available so I decided to stop by the store. Customer service here is excellent! Maria helped me out during my visit. I initially was looking for glasses similar to my Ray Bans, but their styles didn't look quite as good on me. Maria then started pulling frames based on my preferences and I was able to find a style I liked fairly quickly. After choosing my frames. They sat me down and began taking measurements of my head with the glasses on. Once they finished, my glasses were ordered and shipped to my home in about 2 weeks. I'm not sure if they have a one-hour wait option for some of their frames like some of the bigger eyeglass companies do, but for the price of their glasses I don't mind waiting the 2 weeks. Bonus: they're dog friendly!

Hipster meets Pearl Vision. Inexpensive, practical way to buy glasses. Why not? They take the stuffiness out of buying glasses. The store is funky and fun to hang around in. Quirky Swimming pool theme and shelves of books make this a non conventional hang out, sans coffee. Love the glasses, though they are not for everyone's face, but my daughter looked awesome in all of them. They are personable, professional and they guarantee their product. It does take 7-10 days, and hopefully they will take no longer than that as we are traveling.

This shop, in the artsy district of Miami is designed like you are in an empty swimming pool, an interesting take, in that you defiantly feel under water with the enormous selection of eye wear available. The best part of this experience was not the fact that all the staff are trained opticians, was not the fact that every pair purchased sends a pair to someone in need, was not the fact that the designs and styles are they best trending out there today, not the fact that the quality and manufacturing was superb, not the fact that the case and packaging was beyond excellent, was not the superb customer service..... The BEST part of this whole experience is that they actually tell you, on the shelf label, in plain English... "Narrow", "medium", "wide". For someone with a gigantic Dutch head, this is the MOST AMAZINGLY revelation in eye wear retail. I have been waiting my entire life for someone to finally understand that not everyone has the same size head, and that as a consumer, I have no idea what size your products are, just tell me! I purchased 3 pairs, 2 sun glasses, one for reading. The staff will fit each one for you, adjusting the temples to get a perfect fit. And even after I walked out of the store, was walking around for a bit, I felt one side just a little loose, I walked back in and they adjusted it no questions, no hassle. These guys want your business and know how to keep it. I can see myself going back and buying a new pair every month. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My husband and I buy a pair every year at this location. The employees are usually helpful. When you walk-in they ask you to sanitize your hands then place and glasses you've tried on in a tray they provide for disinfecting. We've gotten 8 pairs of eyeglasses and sunnies so far. Check out process is always quick and the shipping is fairly standard.

Warby parker is one of the few eyeglass companies that sells affordable glasses! For $150 you get frames and your lenses. In the USA you can order up to 5 frames at home to try on so you can chose the one you like. In Canada we don't have that option so anytime we are visiting the USA we try on glasses in store and then order on Warby Parker's Canadian website. Even though sales representatives know we won't buy in store since we are Canadian they always give us excellent service, which we really appreciate. I really liked the layout of this Warby Parker in Wynwood, it was spacious and the glasses were laid out in an orderly fashion. Metal frames were placed together and plastic frames in another area. Wide frames were always the top rows, followed by medium in the middle and narrow being the last 2 rows. Beautiful store, excellent service and affordable eyewear!

I got new views for the new year! I have known about Warby Parker for years before they had a stand alone store. And I completely failed to remember it this time around when hubby was offering to buy me some new pairs. I have insurance so I usually do it through them and the known partners. This time was different, when his manager was wearing some "cool and hip" glasses and we were wondering where from. Before he could spit it out when he got home from work, I actually beat him to the punch and screamed WARBY PARKER! He laughed and asked how I knew... We took a stroll to wynwood and checked them out. After some time with a few great options and awesome help from my rep, we decided. It costs a whopping $95 with shipping and prescriptions included. I'm so happy with my purchase and so excited to come back and get a second pair, sooner than later since well... $95 is a perfect budget gift for myself!

What a dope spot. Absolutely loved my experience here. I was struggling to find a cute pair of new prescription glasses. I went to two different prescription glasses stores prior to checking this place out. Boy do I wish this wouldve been the first place I walked into. When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by a sales person who quickly explained how they work. She told me that although their online website selection is seperated by men's and women's their in store collection is considered unisex. After she explained this to me she let me browse the store without being bothered. The store itself is very cool. It's themed to appear that you are in a swimming pool! All the glasses are on a wall in the back and seperated by sunglasses and regular glasses. After trying on all the cute ones I saw (which must've been half of their glasses) I finally decided to go with the Dahl frames. I presented the sales associate with my prescription and my frame selection and she quickly checked me out. My glasses are going to be shipped straight to my house! Their selection was very affordable, the Dahl frames that I chose were under $100 included my prescription lenses! That's interested of! Although they didn't accept insurance there, the associate informed me that I can submit my receipt to my insurance and they might compensate me for some of it depending what insurance I have. Overall an amazing experience absolutely loved the selection they have. There were so many cute and affordable frames. Would absolutely recommend to anyone struggling to find a nice pair of glasses.

Every time I'm in Miami I stop by this warby Parker while visiting the wynwood walls. The employees are just so friendly and helpful every time I have walked in. I feel great about my glasses decision every time and feel like they were so patient as I can be indecisive.

So my awesome friend Angelo R was sporting these cool eye glasses and I was like "Hey Angelo, where did you get those cool a$$ frames?" and he was like "Yo, literary right over there" as he pointed to Warby Parker. I was like "cool, cool, I'm going to bookmark them right now on my Yelp app". Fast forward 3 days later, I check out their website and take their little survey about the type of frames they recommend for me. About 4 days later I get a box with 5 different frames to try at home and literary, when I put on the last pair both my wife and I were like "these are it!" Next day I walk in with my box of frames to the physical Warby Parker store and ordered my very own pair of glasses. I got my email today that they will be arriving in a couple of days! Solid shop. Stopped in here bc i had an insurance gift card of $200 to redeem. The store was really nicely laid out, people greeted me and were really friendly to get me to give insurance imformation to apply to purchases. I didn't stick around too long, i felt a touch pressured by the sales team but overall a clean store and great relaxed vibe. I could go back here again.

I am SO loyal to Warby Parker. I started off with their free trial of 5 pairs, I ended up choosing one, they sent it to me within 3 days! The only location is the Wynwood location but that is alright because the customer service is SO good! I came to the Wynwood location to get my glasses tightened. I walked right in, they grabbed my glasses, got my information and within 5 minutes I was out the door. It was perfect. I was in a rush and didn't get to try on other cool pairs but I will definitely be getting a second pair!

I just bought my third pair of glasses at Warby Parker. So impressed with their customer service, style, quality, and value. Most glasses are $95 including lenses, frames, anti glare and anti scratch coating. If you have a strong prescription, it's an extra $30 for high index (thinner) lenses. This store is fun to try on all sorts of frames and has a no pressure laid back customer service presence. If you want help, their team will happily advise which frames compliment your face the best and stick with you, 50 frames later. (trust me!) The glasses are then shipped to you within about a week. The space is cool in the heart of Wynwood. There is a yellow plastic chair that has a camera to take a pic of yourself and sends it to your email. It's fun for poses with your Panther coffee cup and your Zak the Baker bread bag! Live it up, enjoy the street art too!

Warby is by far the best place to buy your glasses. For only $95. If you have a strong prescription than it will $30 more, and that is a bargain my friends! I came last month in need of some new glasses, my old one was just falling apart. I came to the store and was greeted by Alex. He was so helpful. I love the vibe of the place, it's so perfect in the wynwood area especially by the art wall. Definitely coming here again to buy another one!

Such a great experience coming here! There are so many options to choose from. Although Warby Parker does have the "Try on 5 pairs for free" program, I decided to bite the bullet and come into their Wynwood location. With great help from their staff, I was happily out of the store in 30 minutes and picked out the Percey frames. I just got them shipped to my house, and I love them! For $95 you just can't beat the price or the quality!

I wish I discovered Warby Parker far sooner. I ordered the sample box of frames online to be delivered to my house where I could then try on 5 pairs of glasses. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any favorites, so I decided to go to the store in Wynwood since there are so many more options in-store. I didn't just find an awesome new frame for my glasses, I also got new spiffy sunglasses. The service is really friendly, and the glasses are all lined up on the wall, free for you try on any pair that you like. All of the frames for glasses (with prescription) and sunglasses (without prescription) are $95. The sunglasses cost a little more money to get prescriptions in them. The lenses are polycarbonate lenses (a good standard), but if your prescription is a bit stronger than the average bear, they have 1.67 and 1.74 high index lenses which is really great quality. The lenses are also scratch-resistant, and anti-reflective, and all of their sunglasses are polarized. I ordered my prescription glasses online, sent a picture of my prescription with it and they arrived in the mail about 10 days later. I love them and if I get any scratches on them within the first year, they send you a new pair!

For those who need glasses, readers or full prescription: I went to the Warby Parker store in Coral Gables. The staff could not have been more pleasant, professional or helpful. The cost is outrageously good! Lens And frames-$95.00! If you need transition lenses for the sun, that is an additional $100. Great frames. Great deal. Great service! Best Part: For every pair of glasses purchased, a pair is distributed to someone in need! Yay!

Oh Warby, I can't begin to describe how happy I am that I no longer have to order home try-ons and can now stop by your shop whenever I want to satisfy my need to see my face in new frames. I actually went in recently to get a pair of prescription sunglasses because, why not? It's Miami and sunny. And I finally feel "adult" enough to rock sunglasses without looking silly. They have quite a variety of shades to pick from and I landed on a pair that I liked but was not totally sold on. The sales associate who was helping me reminded me of WP's great return policy which basically goes like this...order a pair (prescription and all) and if you don't love them when you receive them, return them for a full refund no questions asked. After that reminder there was absolutely no reason for me not to get them, so I did. A few weeks later I received the frames in the mail and, unfortunately, I was not in love. I took them back to the store and like the sales associate said, there was no hassle to return them and get a full refund. This is just another reason to ADORE Warby Parker! I will never buy from another brand ever again. Okay so this place is phenomenal. I've been wearing glasses for at least 15 years and have never bought a sturdier, least expensive pair than this. On top of that, they donate a pair for someone in need for every pair that is bought. How great is that? Their service is exceptional in person as well as online. I decided to purchase a second pair of really cute glasses and because of a small inconvenience they made on their end, they expedited my shipping for free. I didn't even ask or expect it, but the gesture was very much appreciated. They came in the mail this morning! I'm so excited that I'm gonna get my mom a warby gift card for xmas. Happy Holidays!

I came in here and there were three sales associates free and ready to help me. They complimented my shirt and asked me where I got it. I don't know if it was a sales tactic or what, but I'll take a compliment. And besides, I've already been a customer for years. I planned on buying anyway, even if it was the same pair I already had in a different color. The first time around, it was via mail order before they had a location here in Miami. Now I just pop in whenever I get tired of my current pair of frames and want something new. It's nice that you're not beholden to just 6 or however many frames you can pick for home try on, you can try on everything they've got. I was happy for the sales associate's assistance because I get option fatigue. I'll try on two glasses and look at two more and can't tell: "Do I like these? Are these good? Do these look good on me? I don't know." So I told the guy to just pick a few things he thought would look good on me, and I liked most of them. Sometimes I would try on something and say I didn't like it and he would disagree, but I would also try on a pair, say I like it, and he would say, "Those are too small for your face," so I felt like I was getting an honest opinion. He was also a friendly guy. I did bring my mom with me and we narrowed down the choices to two. I tried on both, and I found my pair!! The Hadley frames in opal tortoiseshell. For the quality and style, I think the prices are very good. I've gotten sunglasses ON SALE from big retailers and paid very reasonable prices, but then I get sticker shock when I go to my eye doctor to get prescription lenses which often cost over $200. They have all plastic (or acetate?) frames for $95 which includes prescription lenses. The ones with metal cost $145. I have a very strong prescription, so I pay a little extra ($30) for thinner lenses. If I went to any eyeglasses store in a mall, I could easily pay $200 for frames and another $200 for prescription lenses. I walked out of the store not feeling bad about how much I spent. And checkout was easy too. The sales associate helped me out with an iPad mini so there was no waiting in line (it was moderately busy at the time too, maybe about 8-10 people trying on glasses). PS we walked into probably a dozen stores, and this is the only one where the employees actually complimented me AND offered me help. Everyone else assumed I was poor? Not that there's anything wrong with that. Maybe you need to carry a Birkin in some Wynwood stores to garner a little respect from the staff. Fortunately, that wasn't the case here.

I'm a huge fan of Warby's try-at-home program and, on a recent visit home to Miami, I had the opportunity to visit an actual store! Trying to contain my excitement, I walked into the WP Annex in Wynwood. The location looks likes like a swimming pool and is absolutely gorgeous! Walls full of frames sang my praises (not really..but that's how I felt)! Not surprisingly, the customer service was top-notch: staff was really helpful and I ended up choosing a pair of prescription sunnies in a frame that I wouldn't have given a second look to. They fit beautifully! I can't wait to receive my sunglasses...and I'm definitely considering getting even more frames from Warby!

Quick, easy and practical. This is how I can describe coming to this place. It was an in and out thing and I was completely pleased. If you are one of my kind, we spent thousand of dollars yearly on contact lenses and glasses of course and if you don't have vision insurance the nightmare is even worse. I have two different prescriptions on my eyes one is -6.50 and -6.00 usually is a complete nightmare to get anything cheap and most of the time have to spend double the money, however today was the exception I spent only $175 on the most expensive frames without insurance with the thicker lens!!! $175!!! I'm in heaven I will get as many pairs of glasees as I want at this price, you can get cheaper frames usually starting at $95 and they have many many styles. As far as for their staff they are great this company are doing things right, once I walked it I got immediately greeted and their employee went over how he process goes as far as pricing, gave her my prescription, chose my frame then proceeded to fitting and I was out!! Was a great experience!!

Great staff, great selection and great prices! I was helped out very quickly. Usually trips to get eyeglasses take very long. This place is hassle free and I was in and out of the door in no time. They also offer warranty on your glasses in case they get scratched within one year at no cost to you. They also have a lifetime warranty for glasses that are bent out of shape/ wonky. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome awesome awesome, I went in two week prior from when I wanted my glasses delivered. The employees there were very sweet and had tons of patience while I tried on almost every pair. Once I found the ones I loved they let me know they would be contacting my eye doctor which was great. My eye doctor actually is with Bascon Palmer which can be a huge pain to get information from. Warby was not able too...being professional they contacted me via email. I was able to send my measurements, I was worried I wouldn't receive my glasses on time for my trip. ON A SATURDAY they have someone you can call to speak about your order. Again very professional and great costumer service and reassured with the shipping I'd get my glasses before leaving. To my surprised Tuesday I got them in the mail ! Very fast, reliable, and professional... not to mention they have great trendy picks !!

Amazing optical store. Found this store in Georgetown in DC. The place was packed. I tried the 5 pair try on. The glasses was delivered quickly. I ordered 3 pairs on a Sunday and they were delivered in 5 days (Friday). I came to the Wynwood store and the optician and sales associates were amazing. The optician adjusted my glasses perfectly. I'm sold on Warby Parker!!!!!!!!

I didn't know this place existed until I googled eyeglasses store near me. I was looking for frames since I need to get new glasses and I was getting tired having the same frames for two years already . This place has the most cutest eye glasses and sun glasses ! My bf and I were greeted immediately and made us feel comfortable right away. The sales associate were friendly and helpful picking the right frames for me. They explained what is included in the price (anti-scratch , prescription, anti-glare , etc...) which I was shocked because some other place they charge you extra. The price is affordable . This is the first time I don't spend over $500 on a pair of glasses with everything included . I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for affordable glasses without breaking the bank :) I will come back next time to get sunglasses

My dog sat on my boyfriend's brand new Ray Bans and popped out a lens and bent the frame. He wasn't happy with me. A friendly associate at Warby Parker fixed them within a minute. Thanks for excellent customer service and for saving my relationship.

I cannot stop talking about this company. Not only do they offer really cool glasses and sunglasses for a great price but what has really amazed me is their customer service. The store in Wynwood is really cool and feels like you're in a swimming pool. I love the staff there. I have now purchased 2 sunglasses and 1 Rx glasses and my experience has always been great. My first pair was lost while on vacation at Coney Island in NY and I was totally bummed. That same day, I walked into the Warby Parker store in front of the High Line (Washington St/ Gansevoort St.). When the staff member heard of what had happened to me earlier that day, he took care of me and gave me a discount. There was no need for them to do that and yet they did and, it totally made my day! Great product and great service... what more can I ask for?!?!

I've heard so many great things about Warby Parker, I just had to check them out for myself. All done online. From beginning to end it was a fantastic experience! I got a pair of Rx sunglasses and regular Rx glasses for less than what I usually pay for one pair! I'm going to be ordering two more when I'm done with this review! It's nice that they send you five frames to try on and they arrived quick too. Great selection. Just sent in my new Rx w/PD on it and done! Placed my order on 07/28/2015 and received on 08/03/2015!!! FAST! I was worried something would go wrong. It seemed to good to be true! It is true! They are amazing!! I also like the fact that for every pair you purchase they give a pair to someone in need. That alone is a great reason to purchase from them... Again, amazing!! Thank you Warby Parker!!!!!!

I've never heard of this glasses brand before but thought what the hay, I need better glasses so we stopped by. Initially I was a little disappointed bc no one came to greet us/ask us if we were looking for anything in particular. Ya know, some good ole customer service. After trying on several pairs of glasses and let's say 15mins later someone finally greeted us and asked if we needed help. What I really loved about this store was that the prices were very affordable and if you buy a pair, a pair will be sent to someone in need. I was sold as soon as the rep told me that! Unfortunately, I didn't find anything I really loved(I'm extremely picky!) But I'll def be back to keep searching for the perfect glasses.

My first time even hearing about Warby Parker and I loved it! There are plenty of shades and frames to choose from for your glasses. The staff was extremely friendly and the location was easy and had a lot of parking. I left with a great pair of shades that were only $95! Love the concept. I have a prescription for my glasses at home and I can place the order and call in later with the prescription details. Super convenient and great style! Look forward to coming again soon.

Had the best glasses buying experience! Always have the hardest time finding what I want, so I figured I'd give them a try and it was honestly the most seamless stress less glasses buying experience. Ordered the glasses online and they sent 5 to try on so I could see other styles too. When I picked the ones I wanted, it was very easy to send them my prescription and place my order. I got the classes in a timely manner and came to this establishment in Miami to size them. All of the employees in the store were knowledgeable and friendly. The store was easy to shop and find what you're looking for. The glasses are organized by style and have the prices visibly marked. The store was also themed like a swimming pool, which was super cool too. Would recommend buying any and all types of glasses from them.
