9/2022 All encompassing area. Lots of shopping, eating and browsing can be done. A few new restaurants in the area which we liked. A couple restaurants from Japan also in the area which was surprising and nice to see. One happens to be the most popular in the Shibuya area of Japan. Nearby entertainment and dining for the kids too. Mice area to spend part if your day and evening like we did. Check my individual restaurant reviews for more info on where we've eaten so far in the area. ✌️

We've liked Panda Express food. Generous serving portions and tasty here ar this location. The setting is nice, surrounded by an up upscale shopping environment, movie theaters, nice apartments. Surprised you see valet parking. An indication parking at a premium as locals and tourists come here.

Google
Nice little shopping location, not at Ala Moana Center. Only three or four major department stores like Nordstrom Rack, Pier 1, and Bed, Bath and Beyond, with a bunch of little local vendors. Also some great places to eat and parking is free.

Scratch Restaurant Great food that tickles your palate. Clean, ample free parking. Located in the South Shore Market Place.

Google
Cool little area. Feels a bit upscale for me personally. Good food options but prices are a bit ridiculous because of the tourism and it being Hawaii.

I love this place. Not only is it beautiful but it also is enjoyable to just walk thru. I especially LOVE the Ward Village courtyard!! You know when times are hard and you need a family event, WVC IS THE SPOT!! So far I took my ohana to the HOKULE'A talk story event, a movie-dirty dancing & waiting on a few more events to attend. John Mizo movie/documentary & Aunty Mel for her beautiful singing w/ another group added on. But the BEST PART IS... it's FREE thru Eventbrite. You must register to get seatings. Idk if you could just pop in, BUT I'd suggest for EVERYONE TO DO SO. Believe me... it's worth it. Mahalo to WARD VILLAGE COURTYARD. He place is beautiful & the hosts are very kind too. I'm sharing the photos so the public can see the beautiful structure & contents in this place.

Plenty of shops. Parking can get busy. Need patience but the bargains are worth it.

Google
Conveniently located away from Ala Moana Center, Ward Village has three or four big name stores (Nordstrom Rack, Bed, Bath and Beyond) a bunch of boutique shops, and places to eat. It's an easy walk from Ala Moana Center and close to downtown Honolulu.

Yelp
I enjoy shopping at T.J. Maxx, Nordstrom Rack and browsering thru small local business at bottom floor. The environment and atmosphere is changing so much with rising condo towers and eat, play, and live tagline. Got some nice restaurants like Merrimen's, Rinka, Jinya ramen bar, Scratch kitchen, many other food businesses. Parking free while shopping at stores which great, but stalls are tight, 1st to 3rd floors get packed when businesses open up. I do miss Ward Warehouse, lined up of small, local mom and pop shops and boutique stores checking out before redevelopement in the past 10-12 years occurred. It still crazy how much has changed. Even with Dave busters relocating to Ala Moana next year, and Bucca di pepo closed down in the past 2 months, they need to fill thoses spaces before foot traffic lessens.

Yelp
Ward Village Shops are in a building. Not sure the exact name. Because I was dodging from a rain. I went to T.J. Maxx upstairs and I was amazed with the structure. The building has so many shops that would visit on my next trip to Honolulu.

Yelp
If you've been under a rock you'll never recognize Ward Village. Who remembers Yum Yum Tree and the OG Taco Tuesday at Compadres and of course Spaghetti Factory thankfully that's still around further down the street but Ward Warehouse and Ward Centre was home to countless unique shops and restaurants. Constantly reinventing themselves the uniqueness is still fun more than ever...first of all follow them on Instagram @wardvillage to keep up the various on going events. Once a month home to one of my favorites Art + Flea Urban Market just to name a few you'll surely find something very special and as I was strolling around South Shore Market I noticed and elf...!?! Remembering their Elf Scavenger Hunt I found it so humorous to find one, took a photo and post in hopes to win a $100 gift card. Always keeping things fresh for every crowd in the bunch from the bookworm to a movie enthusiast, Kid City to the explorer for the holiday elves take a sip at Happy Lemon and set free of the lemons in life in this cool modern vibe as this shopaholic constantly finds her happy place here! Thank you!

Yelp
A cute small shopping mall with local small businesses and artists. Great choice if you're looking for something local to bring back to the mainland. But there were very few shops and shopping was pretty pricey.

Yelp
It was a good small shopping place. I shopped at Mahina and Mori. Such good shops. We also had coffee at Ali's coffee.

Yelp
I came here to visit the Ward Center that used to be here. I was very sad to see that's all gone. This little unique set of shops (not really a mall, but some diverse shops connected by an enclosed walk), it's actually very pleasant and peaceful (it's very under utilized). I was a little frustrated at how hard it is to find access, but at the same time the limited access seems to cut down on the derelicts and homeless. This is the best part of the larger Ward Village area.

Yelp
Mario is the best security guard. He made me feel so safe even walked me to my Uber and he didn't have to but he insisted. Thank you so much Mario and Sars would come to ward Village Center again thanks Mario!!

Yelp
This is a cute little spot that reminds me of Town and Country Village in the South Bay. It is a throwback type of place with lots of little shops tucked in among lots of empty spaces. I went to a place where chocolates are sold and the guy in there was really nice. There were some places to eat, but they didn't seem to have seating, so it seemed like a take it and run spot. There was a hair salon and some clothing spots, but walking through was charming. It wasn't crowded, which is good. But the walk through was just what I was looking for and I don't regret coming to see what they had.

Yelp
Parked in Ward Centre last weekend and almost couldn't leave when I wanted to. Check out attached photos. My car is the Acura and notice how I'm evenly spaced between the lines? When I parked the spaces beside me were open but these kooks decided to sandwich me in. Thing is there were quite a few spots open a half floor up. My daughter had to squeeze in through passenger door and climb over to pull the car out so we could get in. Even after that I had to do the Austin Powers forward/reverse thing to leave. Management should seriously think about re-striping the parking lot.

Yelp
A wonderful experience! If you have some time to walk through the area, you'll find unique boutiques and eating places that hint on the new trends and comfort foods found in Asia and here in our own Hawai'i. I have seen the Ward area change from an area concept design of the 80's as a shopping mecca called Ward Warehouse with awesome restaurants featuring the fresh catches off the fishing boats in Kewalo Basin such as Orson's, Chowder House, Horacio's, Monterrey Bay Canners. They also had spaces that featured art (Nohea Gallery) and up and coming local designers (Cinnamon Girl, Mamo) Now in the new dawn area of 2023...the new concept returning to an urban street with walk ability from high rise million dollar condos (investors from Korea, Japan, China) is intriguing. Maile''s Bistro is a great place to stop, rest, eat, drink! Everyone' will find something they'll like. Shops. Food. Entertainment. Take a walk through the urban metropolitan area. I enjoyed it. Reminiscent of old...yet urbanized for the new! Lots of construction. Not many locals...but I did come across some friends from Kailua and Kaneohe ... and we all agreed that it's a great way to leisurely spend a drizzly Aloha Friday!

Yelp
When my family and I walked in we were not treated with hospitality and felt like we were not welcomed even after checking in.

Yelp
So many great offerings! We love coming here to play games at Dave & Busters, watch a movie in the awesome loungers at Consolidated, grab a bite at Buca's, or and pick up some groceries at Whole Foods. There's also lots to do in addition to the tradition shops. I always keep my eye out for events on Facebook, like free yoga at Victoria Ward Park on Thursday's at 5:30. They've also had food truck events on the weekends and more! The parking under Dave & Busters is hit or miss so I always head over the Whole Foods for parking.

Yelp
I love Ward Village they offer something for everyone. Plenty of parking with easy access and so many shops to explore. Parking is free which is a huge plus . Many specialty shops that offer a huge selection of unique merchandise. Then you have your favorites like T.J. Max and Nordstrom. If you are looking for something special for someone special Ward Villages is your answer.

Yelp
Ward Village shops is the newer part of the Ward Village. It includes some restaurants like Scratch kitchen, larger discount stores like Nordstrom racks, TJ Maxx, but also some small local businesses. It's a nice mix of shops. It's got its own parking complex with free parking which is a huge plus in Hawaii. It's always fun taking a look here to see what unique items they have.

Yelp
REVIEW written because somehow, the Ward Village Shops page was merged with Ward Village. The Shops are just PART of this Ward Village Community. During my lifetime as a resident of Honolulu, there are neighborhoods that I've seen flourish as generations change and then there are some neighborhoods that seem to have been neglected or abandoned. One such burgeoning and flourishing community is The Howard Hughes 60-acre parcel known as "Ward Village". Oh, it's not as if Ward Village suddenly came about but it was an acquisition that occurred several years ago (2010) by The Howard Hughes Corporation. Prior to the acquisition, this 60-acre land parcel was owned by the Victoria Ward Estate. Even during the time when the Victoria Ward Estate owned this area, this neighborhood had been studied and planned for redevelopment. But, it wasn't until 2013 when The Howard Hughes Corporation presented and submitted plans for urban development. And what a grand development it will be! The projected plan is to build over 20 condominiums, a community park with outdoor gathering places, walkable pathways, entertainment centers, retail stores and restaurants, in essence, this will be its own community. Phase 1 has already started with 5 new condominiums being built (Anaha, Waiea, Ke Kilohana, Ae'o and Gateway Towers). Sure, to many locals, the prices of the units seem out of reach but, given the current price for a single-family home in urban Honolulu, these prices are comparable. Already existing WITHIN Ward Village are the Ward Village Shops and Restaurants, Ward Village Courtyard and Ward Village Entertainment Center. What I like about this planned (sustainable and energy efficient) community, is their commitment to embracing the local Hawaiian culture. Ward Village is becoming a community for appreciating the island-lifestyle mixed with urban living. I can't wait to see how either living, playing or working in Ward Village will impact our lives. It shows great promise to what understanding urban planning can do to improve our island. It's not going to be another overcrowded Waikīkī skyline. See you there, soon!

Yelp
I'm a grandma and only care about shopping for my grand babies. My kids got everything and are all grown. I'm so glad that taj Clubhouse stay (moved to different location) stayed. There use to be a toy store and other stores for children. It changes ever year. My favorite jewelry closed their shop. But it's bittersweet. Glad they have Hopscotch! Love that store.

Yelp
I used to enjoy visiting old Ward Warehouse area. Parking was meh. Eateries and shops were pretty good. I even worked as a photographer at a photo studio there back in the day. So I have lots of memories of the area. Now that the old "warehouse" shops are no longer there, in its place is basically open park and parking lot... So moving over to the new side has been a bit of a transition for me. I still visit Dave and Buster and the theater side. The other side with Goma Tei and Piggy Smalls, I don't frequent for some reason. TJ Maxx and Nordstrom Rack are definitely go to shops. The parking garage is good. I don't care for the turning narrow ramps, but luckily I don't have a huge vehicles so maneuvers are just fine. Today was my first time going into the South Shore Market. No idea why I never took a look. I had no idea it was a variety of smaller businesses inside. I ran into the Lucy's Lab Creamery which I've had bookmarked forever. Discovered there's a Coffee Bean. Overall a cutesy, modern, hipster vibe. Too cool and probably too expensive for me lol. I mean, I'll be back to pick up some things. Even though it'll hurt my wallet. I'll update as I expand my adventures around this area!

Yelp
I'm a regular here. It's a nice entertainment hub in Kakaako, the next one being SALT. I mean you get a lot in this two block radius, shopping events, movies, Lots of restaurants, Dave and Busters, and whole foods. It's pretty easy to kill time. I was here last Friday for the new Holiday light garden installation, an ocean of hundreds of sound synced lights and Also New Wave Fridays at the south shore market. Always a musical performance, great vendors. Usually once a month. The IBM regularly has art installations as well. Fun area. Lots of parking.

Yelp
I haven't been here since covid started. Lots has changed since then. You can actually find parking now, usually it's hard to find parking in the covered parking lot so I had to park next door at Whole Foods. All the places on auahi st. From big city diner to Starbucks is sadly gone. I'm not to sure why even big companies like pandas and Starbucks is gone but if you turn the corner l&l's is still there. Hopefully a tenant is going to occupy the space otherwise it's just sad to see. Hopefully things will get better in the future.

Yelp
What a wonderful spot! I think the parking can be a little confusing, but once you realize that there is a parking garage and lots of parking you will be fine! I love Nordstrom rack! I also as very happy with the way this way this place was laid out! Located right by the Ala Moana beach park! Parking is plentiful and the deal are out there! I will definitely be frequenting this place as long as I am on this Island.

Yelp
I heard about the South Shore Market grand opening and decided to hit it up on the second day. Had a hard time finding it, as it is on the backside of TJ Maxx, hidden. The building was clean and beautiful, wood paneling and a plant wall. A lot of the shops were similar to those further up Auahi Street near the cinema. There were a lot of cool mini events going on just for this grand opening including a pup-up, where they had dog grooming, toys, and dog treats. They had live music--while I was there it was a guy playing an ukulele. They had an area where you could decorate a free tote that had the WV logo. I also saw a shave ice stand selling $3 cones. Inside I got to taste some cold pressed juice and even broke down at got a bottle of Detox juice which was totally worth the $9. I feel better already! I roamed throughout every single shop and they had some pretty awesome clothes, jewelry, knick-knacks, foods (champagne ice cream, what?!), and even a shop that sold cat and dog "things." Definitely a more hip version of the old Ward Village/restaurant row. I think all they need now are restaurants or a bar to fill it out.

Yelp
This is a poorly designed shopping center in a prime location between Kakaako and Ala Moana. There is the south shore market on the better side of Ward Center and then there are some nice shops sprinkled in with some random shops in the older section of this indoor mall. Crossing the street here is a pain so make sure to consult the physical mall directory or one on your phone before you wander around trying to find a particular store!
google avatar

Kimberly J.

Yelp
We enjoyed walking around the Ward Centers. Since this was our first time here, parking was difficult for us to find because we didn't know there were so many parts to this place. After walking around we realized it's not just one big mall, it's made up of different sections. There are plenty of parking spots spread throughout the Ward Centers. They have a large variety of stores and restaurants. There is a movie theatre here as well.
google avatar

Nadine C.

Yelp
This is a very happening place! There are many types of shops, restaurants, and movie theater! It's like the entertainment center of Honolulu! Victoria Ward Centers continues to expand and change. Nordstrom Rack has moved to the newer building with TJ Maxx and Pier 1. It has its own covered parking garage! There used to be an open parking lot, but now it's under construction and will be another parking garage! We sure could use more parking spaces!

Yelp
Ward Village consists of Ward Centre, Ward Village Shops, Ward Entertainment Center, Ward Gateway, and the Ward Warehouse. A person can find over 130 shops to spend their hard earned money. Small boutique stores, clothing shops, specialty stores, and merchandises for the home. Enjoy watching Koa Nights or HIFF movies at the Ward Village Courtyard. Who knows there might be another Winter Wonderland Ice Skating Rink at the Ward Village Courtyard. Catch a movie at the Consolidated Ward Theaters or play some video games at Dave & Buster's. There are a lot of food establishments to choose from whether it be plate lunches, poke bowls, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and even sushi. There's the dessert shops like Dairy Queen and Menchie's at the Ward Warehouse or Ben & Jerry's at the Ward Entertainment Center. There's bound to be something for everyone to shop at in the vicinity of Ward Village. 140/200

Yelp
Ward Center. One of the four shopping complexes that make up the Victoria Ward Centers in Honolulu. Although not as large as Ward Warehouse, nor does it have movie theatres like Ward Entertainment, or a Starbucks like Ward Gateway, Ward Center has a good mix of shops and restaurants that will keep you occupied until it's time for your movie to start at the Ward Theatres. One of the best things about Ward Center is that it has a good selection of eateries to choose from such as Kakaako Kitchen, Genki Sushi, Ryan's Bar and Grill, and Goma Tei Ramen to name a few. Although there's no starbucks, there is Seattle's Best coffee located in Border's or Mocha Java Cafe on the ground level near the Famous Footwear shoe store. Also, parking is available either valet ($5 fee) or in their parking garage.

Yelp
Ward Village (as it is now known) is owned and operated by the Howard Hughes Corporation, the largest land owner in Kaka'ako. Sitting on the outskirts of popular Oahu destinations, such as Waikiki and the Ala Moana Shopping Center, it is currently in the midst of a projected 15-year revitalizion and transformation of the area into a local-as-well-as-tourist-friendly neighborhood. The redevelopment has caused the construction of more high-rise condominiums being built and the arrival of more national retailers to open here in the islands. However, with the mix of original tenants comprised of local small bussiness owners and their specialty boutique shops, Ward Village offers a unique and authentic shopping experience slightly reminiscent of the old-style International Marketplace.

Yelp
Taste Tea is now open for business!!!! One of 3 locations located where the old Mocha Java was. I can always crave a cold brew or my fave bubba milk tea!!!!

Yelp
Although some spaces are empty, there are a variety of stores. The mall didn't feel crowded.

Yelp
Looking for a more quiet and sprawling shopping experience than the adjacent Ala Moana Center? Ward Centers is your place to explore, eat, and shop! This is one of my favorite areas in Honolulu, from its large chain stores, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the movie theater, there is always something to do! Located between Kaka'ako and Ala Moana Center, Ward is right in the center of the city. It's easily accessible by many buses and has ample parking at all of its various areas. Ward consists of the Gateway Center, Ward Warehouse, Ward Centre, the Villages at Ward, and other areas. There is a Sports Authority, Ross, TJ Maxx, Consolidated Theatres, Dave & Busters, Big City Diner, Spaghetti Factory, CorePower Yoga, Tango Cafe, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Office Depot, and so many other places! (Please check out my specific reviews!) The area itself is pleasant and warm. Right across the street are both Ala Moana Beach Park and Kewalo Basin. One can easily park anywhere and walk to all the shopping locations. There are many restaurants for a full meal or small cafes for a drink to take a break. The landscaping is well done and grants a very fresh aesthetic to the entire area. Construction is ongoing, but the proposed expansions will add so much for the community. Ward has a monthly brunch. They also have a monthly movie night called Courtyard Cinema in conjunction with HIFF (free popcorn and nice seats while watching a movie outside)! There is also free yoga sponsored by CorePower outside in the playground area near Auahi street. For tourists visiting the city, have a fun day just walking around and seeing all the things there are to see and do!

Yelp
Parking garage design sucks!! Whoever designed it should be fired! Took us 20-30 minutes to get from the 6th floor to the 5th floor!

Yelp
Yelp Challenge 365 #201/365 There are so many places and things I've taken for granted. Ward Centre is one of them. I've frequented this center for its food, boutique shops, and entertainment and didn't think to write a review of this place. Over the years, the merchants (retailers and restauranteurs alike) have come and gone. If I had to name one place, it would be Compadres Restaurant. While no longer there, Compadres was one of the first restaurants to open at the Ward Centre. It WAS an icon as other restaurants came and left for one reason or the other. Compadres will be missed by me for their Caddy Maggie pitchers, happy hour appetizers and deck seating. Great place to be at the end of the day, have a Maggie and watch the sun set. They were one of the frontiers and frequent winner of the Chili contest. They have had clubs who have come and gone. Most recent addition is Vice. AND for those who don't know, Inferno's Pizza is located in Vice. Boutique stores have come and gone as well. Today, the Rainbowtique is the first place that comes to mind followed by Honolulu Chocolate Company.... Kakaako Kitchen, Kua Aina Burger, Famous Footwear, Brookstone, are a few other eateries and retailers. Best part for me???? PARKING.... The parking deck will accommodate many vehicles but...they have valet parking too. And if you are there during the day and plan to spend some time there, get your car wash and polished or even detailed. The Valet company (Mark-owner) added this service to enhance your visit to the Centre. A place to visit if you're hungry or...if you simply want to browse...
google avatar

Li Y.

Yelp
Parking is a little tight but shopping and eating here is always easy. Now that Bed Bath and Beyond has opened up a location at this center, makes coming to this spot always fun. And the options of eateries here st Ward Centre are great...doesn't matter if you want to eat sushi...or ramen...or hot pot...or crepes...or burgers...pizza...or just good ole healthy home cooking @ Kaka'ako Kitchen. This is the place we are eating tonite. Additional perk, KK honors an iDcard discount...Doesn't get much better than that! Now, if only there were a good dessert shoppe to round this eating mecca out...just sayin ! ;-)

Yelp
Ward Village Shops CONSTSTUCTION!!!!! Growing! Growing! Growing! Growing! It is great to see some new shops with more and more options to visit at the mall. More and more local shops seem to be jumping open too recently. I am super happy to see more and more small fashion boutiques popping up for a better verities instead of Gap type clothing stores. Sad to see some places closing like the ukulele shop and upscale wine shop - hoping they find better locations for their businesses soon. Kinda shows a trend that Ward is more and more catering to higher end tourists along with the local crowd.

Yelp
If you're coming here, you gotta be clear on which center (boasts over 135 restaurants & shops), because there are several different centers (five), spread out, still close if you're driving, but quite a walk when you're not relying on a bus or trolley. Saturdays- Farmer's Market- 8 am-12 noon According to the Directory, #1- Queen St.- cross street Restaurants: California Beach, McDonald's Express, Ba-Le Sandwich & Bakery (yummy and reasonable), Real- gastropub, Wahoo's Fish Taco (meh), Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Summer's LavaDogs Stores: Ross (hit or miss), The Sports Authority, Marukai Marketplace (changed but still worth checking out), Patagonia #2- Queen St./Kamake'e St./Auahi St.- cross streets Restaurants: L & L (we've got a few where we live), Starbucks, Panda Express, Big City Diner (yummy and reasonable- would love to dine here again), Buca Di Beppo (good, but we've got a couple where we live), Dave & Busters (good, but we visit the one in Southern Cali) Stores: Office Depot, Men's Warehouse, Ralz Salon, Bose Entertainment Center, Ward 16 Theatres #3- Queen St./Kamake'e St.- cross streets Stores: Nordstrom Rack (I really like this store; it's a must-visit), Pier 1 Imports, TJ Maxx (selection is pretty small but the elevator is large and impressive!) #4- Ward Ave./Ala Moana Blvd. (this is the long stretch) Restaurants: Subway, Sushi at Ward, Brian's Hawaiian Kitchen, Mr. Egg Roll, Korean BBQ Express, Snacks: Honolulu Cookie Cafe, Menchie's Frozen Yogurt (got samples once, fairly good), Dairy Queen- opposite end: Pa'ina Cafe, The Patisserie, Diem Cafe, Sumo Ramen & Curry Stores: Native Books, Bobby & Guy Beauty Supply, Salon Bobbi & Guy, Taj Clubhouse, Island Slipper, Merle Norman Cosmetics, Ultimate Foot Store, Liquor Collection, Local Fever (reasonable priced clothing), Tiare Teiti, Crafts Way, Happy Haleiwa, Downtown Gifthings, Ocean Queen, Hakubundo, The Gold Guys, Loco Boutique, CaraMia, T & C Surf Designs, Chelsea, Flags Flying, InSpecs Eyewear, Island Gold Collection, As Seen On TV, Cookies Clothing Co., Island Soaps & Candle Works, Chai Studio, C. June Shoes, Calista, Rix Island Wear, Nail Tek, Novel-T World, Eden in Love The Wedding Cafe, Sunglass Hut, Cinnamon Girl (local designs, cute stuff), Nohea Gallery, Pictures Plus, THEFACESHOP, Quiksilver, Clay Cafe #5- Kamake'e St./Auahi St.- cross streets (this center's partly inside & there is a parking garage- narrow inside- can't back into spaces- with elevator access) Restaurants: Kaka'ako Kitchen (alright), Kua'Aina (yummy & reasonable), Pearl's Korean BBQ (had it in Maui, really good), ZPizza, Ninja Sushi, Mocha Java Cafe, Genki Sushi (alright), Goma Tei Ramen, (2nd floor) - Ryan's Grill, Grand Leyenda Cantina Stores: Martin & MacArthur, Famous Footwear (good sized store, with aisles (but it's not narrow inside, and also many good selections), Manoa Hawaii Boutique, KenMore Gift Shop, MisFortune Hawaii, The Watch & Jewelry Company, The Gallery at Ward Centre, Jewel Flair, Rainbowtique UH Hawaii (hubby's purchased many items over the years), Noa Noa, Brookstone, Jams World, Paul Brown Salon & Day Spa, Island Olive Oil Company, Sedona, Dolce, New York Lux, (2nd floor) Bed Bath & Beyond We've been to all five centers many times over the years since 2005. Each one has something different to offer, not counting the two starbucks locations, of course. There is a bathroom conveniently located in #5, near the cafe (located inside). If you're headed there on foot, bring your most comfortable pair of walking shoes, because it's all spread out.

Yelp
With all the construction and new shops coming up they still don't have enough parking. Whole Foods just opened so parking is worst. Yes we're here on a Saturday night watching a awesome but poor planning on doing the construction at the same time eliminating 100's of parking spaces. They should have planned more parking spaces when they built the building where TJ Max and other shops are located. This is our favorite place to shop and watch a movie. Maybe we gotta either go somewhere else!!!!!! When you go into the theater parking structure their is construction all around, so many road blocks. Taxi dropping off passengers and making upturns so they don't get stuck!!!! At least there people directing the traffic. Hope this get fixed soon!!!!!!!

Yelp
I shopped at four different retailers during the Ward Village holiday promotion and none of them informed me of the promotion or the dates that it ended. I went into downtown gift things to inquire about redemption and the store associate was very rude. I asked her where the mall management office was because I wanted to complain and she rudely told me that she didn't know. You would think that with multiple businesses closing at this shopping center that theywould want to run a promotion to encourage shopping here. It's apparent that they don't care about keeping customers coming back to these stores. I'm updating my review because after I left a complaint at the mall management office, Heidi called me back right away on a Saturday afternoon. She was very nice and listened to me vent about my experience. She apologized about the rude behavior that I received from one of the stores and understood mu frustration. She offered to redeem my receipts and either mail them to me or have me pick them up at my convenience. When I picked up the envelope, she had left her card for me with her name and number so I could contact her if I had any other issues. I was very happy with how she handled the situation.

Yelp
Ward Village is a modern day shopping & dining place. I walked from Ward Warehouse to newly renovated Ward Village and it was such a nice walk. I love all the stores. They're fresh and clean. I do miss Borders and other stores that used to be there. But you gotta move with time, right? Construction is still going on in the area but you can hardly tell because you don't hear too much noise. It's amazing to see how quickly things are being built. I got to try Zpizza today. I'm looking forward to trying other eateries near future.

Yelp
Simply put...you can find anything at the Ward! Seriously! They have such a wide variety of stores and restaurants its amazing! Plus, there is a new Ben & Jerry's...woot! The most important thing is that there is more than ample parking all over the Ward.

Yelp
This place is a great find! It has so many things to offer. I love coming to their events that they have because they are so much fun! My family and I recently went to the New Wave event for the first time and really enjoyed it. It was a great way to find new small businesses in the area. I loved going to the Ohana Hale Marketplace tent because they gave out free samples and served my favorite ice teas from Island Tingz (opening up in Ohana Hale Marketplace in mid August). They were really helpful and taught me about how they have space for almost 200 local, small shop businesses and local restaurants. The staff was super friendly there too! It's always fun going around and finding new things.

Yelp
Great place for shopping and dining! Lots of parking now since they built that new structure too! Yelp 365 Challenge #328/365

Yelp
Why is Diamond Parking Service tagging cars in garage and suggesting of imposing parking fees to shoppers? We parked at 9:30a, shopped at TJ Maxx & Nordstrom Rack while waiting for a 10:30 movie, ate lunch locally afterwards before finishing up shopping at TJ Maxx and ending at 2:15p. I was referred by Ward Village Customer Service to Robert Sugiyama, Assoc Gen Mgr & Dir of Operations. Disappointed he hasn't responded to my email, but maybe he's out of office. Hopefully, I'll get some answers to my questions soon.

Yelp
I like ward centers because of the variety, nowhere else in hawaii can you see a movie, go to Dave And busters, get a Starbucks and shop at Nordstrom rack, all in the same trip. I also really love big city diner. :) I especially like the "center" part of the Victoria ward complexes because it looks so new and exciting. I like the new rack/pier 1/tj maxx area(and parking lot!!), but I'm not quite sure if it counts as ward centers. Since the rack moved, the parking lot behind the theaters is a lot less crowded. This means you can be even later to movies because you don't have to circle around searching for parking. Also, you can get $2 popcorn and $1 hotdogs on Tuesdays with their free rewards program! Score! If movies don't tickle your fancy, there's always Dave and busters, especially fun on Wednesday nights lol but you need to be over 21.

Yelp
As I have mentioned in the Ward Entertainment review, this place has been around for a long time. Of course shops have changed over the years, but it is still a place to go for shopping and dining before or after watching a movie.

Yelp
I used to frequent ward village shops when I was a kid. Back when chowder house used to be here(those were the days). Pa'ina cafe is currently in the chowder house location. They have good poke bowls. Eden in love used to be located here but moved to south shore market. They have super soft clothes and quirky trinkets. There's even a The face shop for your mask sheet needs! Hakabundo has the cutest stuffed animals and stationary.

Yelp
I like to explore this area. It offered many things especially if you're souvenir shopping for family and friends. There is a variety of stores. I didn't purchase anything, but it's a cute little shop plaza. The restrooms aren't the cleanest place, but it's doable especially when it's outdoors. There are even snack shops to munch on while you're browsing around. It's a pretty convenient village for getting some shopping done or just wasting time throughout the day.

Yelp
This review is only based on the service I received when I called the management office. I called from my work on a Friday morning to inform them that one of their company cars were ready for pick up. Of course, I'm not sure how their company works, and I'm aware that they have many vehicles but I provided the only information I had. The lady's response was "Do you know how big are company is? How does that help me?" .. I was a bit shocked from that response. She put me on hold and at that I just hung up. At my work, I can relate to how she must have felt but I'm pretty sure there is a better way of responding than that. I love Ward Village but I'm not too fond of the service I received. There is always a better response. I just wanted to bring this to your attention.

Yelp
Parking at this mall is awful!! Terrible design! Someone needs to fix it. Totally makes me dread going there!!!
