I don’t know why people are saying this shop has bad customer service. If you want something, ask for it. It’s really that simple… the quality of the denim is great!

I came in with low expectations because of the other recent reviews, but I knew what I wanted, a good pair of Japanese denim. One attendant was helpful but with limited English vocabulary (which is totally fine), he pointed out the latest models and I immediately tried them on and expressed my intent to purchase. He then passed me to another attendant, he was very attentive and make sure that communication was smooth. As long as you know what you want, and don’t need a whole storytelling experience (which is me), they do great. The products are great too! One day I’ll be back with a budget for the denim jackets.😉

They were mostly out of my size but the employee was very nice to me and helpful. My favorite quality shirts and pricing is good.

Still don’t understand the bad service after reflection… If you are from oversea, go to Hankyu Man’s, premier service and tax-free ahead. WORST experience of whole trip.
