My first time coming here, I was a little anxious about how it would be for people with disabilities. To be completely honest, almost everything was wonderful: the staff was very friendly and caring, and I really appreciate how much they look after us. 🫶 My only challenge was that the accesible space is quite small, and I understand it’s a small venue, but it was a bit difficult to watch from that space while seated in a chair. I had to lift my phone to take the photo, otherwise nothing would have been visible.

Great place for concert. Location is nice but parking is $40. Across street was $20. Sound system amazing and we had a wonderful time attending Faisal Kapadia's concert.

Reasonable drink prices, amazing sound throughout. Diverse crowds and events. Huge thanks to the security officers, and special thanks to Kenneth. You all have given me and my friends a safe place to elevate and unwind. This is my new favorite darkened room.

Worst concert experience! So packed that I could not see anything in the stage! All I saw was the people in front of me. Everyone was so squished together. If there was an emergency we would have been screwed.

Catch an incredible show or concert, in a very iconic venue, located within the Midtown area, of downtown. Chill area with condos, shopping, and food establishments. At night, the surrounding area, didn't appear to be a crime infested area.

This is probably the worst venue I have ever been at for live music. The place was completely packed and I could not even see the stage. Not even a little. I don’t think it was safe. If there had been an adverse situation, we would’ve all been trampled.
The sound system was adequate. I was impressed with their ability to keep the place at a reasonable temperature despite hundreds of people and sweltering temperatures outside.

I have been to this venue many times and have seen one of my favorite bands Kings X numerous times at the Midtown location. I must say i never have seen or heard such a bad overall sound at a location before. I have been a musician for over 40 years and have played in all kinds of venues and this hands down was terrible. It had nothing to do with the band; but those running sound- especially monitor mix. I was cringing watching Doug tell the house sound team he couldnt hear and massive feedback occurred numerous times. He eventually threw his bass down in disgust as he couldn't interact with the crowd and was done- quite a shame! Please do better and run a decent sound check.
Shout out to the staff as they are always attentive and keep things safe- just please work on the sound

Yelp
The circulation is not the best during crowded shows, but that doesn't stop me from showing up when a good performer is in town. Depending on the show people can quite be rude, but overall people are chill and welcoming. They don't really sell food here, but you can definitely buy a couple drinks during your visit.

Yelp
Place was clean and staff was nice. Bar staff was efficient and professional. Only complaint I had was the place was freezing close 32F. The climate control was set for a packed energetic concert going event and the event I went was smaller and was far from warming up the place to the point the a/c had to work so hard
