Warm Window Silom

I stayed here for 4 days as a solo traveler and found the hostel very convenient in every way. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned every day, which made the stay even more comfortable. The bunk beds were spacious and cozy, with sheer curtains that offered just the right amount of privacy. Each guest also gets their own quite spacious lockable cabinet. Guests were generally respectful, it was quiet after 10 PM, and people would turn off the lights in the room so everyone could rest peacefully. There’s a bistro on the ground floor where you can order food or simply hang out and get some work done. The hostel also has a common area that’s great for working or relaxing, as well as a rooftop where you can do your laundry and iron clothes. Overall, a clean, well organized, and peaceful place to stay for solo travelers even for people with high standards of cleanliness. The hostel is located on a fairly quiet street with a few local restaurants and a 7/11 nearby. It’s also within walking distance to a BTS station and a livelier road with more cafes and restaurants. In my experience, the area felt quite safe both during the day and at night, even when walking alone.

Great Stay – Clean, Friendly, and Well-Located! I had a wonderful stay at Warm Window Silom. The location is perfect – right in the city center and close to public transport, cafes, and tourist spots. The hostel itself is very clean; rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless throughout my stay. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I also appreciated the free breakfast every morning – simple but tasty, with enough variety to start the day right. The atmosphere was welcoming and social, especially in the common areas. It was easy to meet other travelers and relax after a long day of exploring.

Due to the high demand of the hotel, I had a chance to experience both private room and dormitory. Private room is nice and the bathroom is spacious. Although it is based on high floor without elevator, yet any problems would be solved promptly. Some of the staff may speak little English, but they tried their best to assist us. The dorm is spacious as well. The curtain may be mistaken as transparence, but it is actually blackout curtain (one-way vision). Shared bathroom is divided into male and female bathroom. It is cleaned 4 times a day and it was spotless with hot and cold water supply system. It tells that the owner takes serious care for female guests' safety and convenience. Place for toilet and bath is also seperated in the bathroom so I didn't need to wait at all. Staff was abolutely nice and helpful. Excellent service. Would definitely come back.

First of all, the staff are incredible! Very welcoming and available 24/7 when you need them. We had a late flight and were able to check in as late as 1am the next day. The rooms are clean and the AC is great with a comfortable bed. You have a locker for all your belongings and can relax downstairs in the common area too. Location is fab close to a lot of sights. Free WiFi and the bathroom was equipped with shampoo and body soap!

Best place to stay in Bangkok! The neighborhood is awesome, full of restaurants, coffee places and things to do. The room is big, clean and fresh. Bathrooms are clean as well. The wifi works really well. The breakfast is delicious! It also has a beautiful terrace. Warm window is 10 out of 10!

The female front desk staff working the afternoon shift (the thinnest one) had a very poor attitude. When I entered to check in, she didn’t even greet me. Even after I sat down and placed my passport on the desk, she completely ignored me. It wasn’t until I spoke up and said I wanted to check in that she finally responded and started the conversation. It was my first time staying here and I wasn’t familiar with the process, yet she gave only a brief explanation and then tossed the key to me. When I asked about how to change towels during a multi-night stay, she told me they could only be changed every three days. I had two separate bookings for the same room type and asked her to confirm, but she insisted I had to switch rooms. Later, I checked again with the night shift staff, and she confirmed there was no need to change rooms. The morning shift staff also said that towels could be changed daily. Only the afternoon staff member was unprofessional and had a bad attitude, which almost ruined the mood of my trip.

Agoda shows that the checkout time is before 12:00 PM, but at 11:26 AM, the housekeeper woke me up, saying she needed to clean the room. No one informed me that I had to check out earlier. This was very uncomfortable.

Very nice hostel in Silom with very comfortable and private beds. There are mutliple bathrooms and showers shared by the rooms on the same floor. There’s a rooftop where you can enjoy the view and a small restaurant with a great little breakfast. The staff was very friendly and responsive.
