Good things: Big room and there was a wide selection of food in the buffet. Bad things: We got a non-working key, there were 2 beds in a room for three people and we had to ask for bed linen to sleep on the open sofa. When we got bed linen we had to put the pillow in the pillowcase and the blanket in the duvet cover ourselves. In addition, there were metal bars on the sofa that could be felt through the bed. The tap was missing a screen and the shower cubicle did not hold the water.

I recently stayed at Hotel Warmiński , and my overall experience was good but with room for improvement. Based on my stay, I would rate it 3.5/5. One of the strongest aspects of the hotel is cleanliness. The bedding was fresh and clean, the towels were spotless and in good condition, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff at the reception were polite, helpful, and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. The breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of fresh bread, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, juices, and delicious pastries. The service was efficient and discreet and the dining area was clean and well-organized, with neatly prepared dishes and cutlery. This was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, there are areas that need attention, particularly in the room amenities and facilities. While the room had a fridge, it was only stocked with two bottles of water, and the selection of tea (4 bags) and instant coffee (2 sachets) was quite minimal. The bathroom toiletries were disappointing—both the body wash and shampoo were very diluted and of poor quality. Additionally, there were no slippers, bathrobes, ironing board, toothpaste, or toothbrushes, which are small but essential details that improve guest comfort. The showerhead sprayed water in all directions and wobbling , making it inconvenient, and the bathtub was quite small. The TV selection was mostly German channels, which may not be ideal for all guests. The furnishings and room decor feel outdated stained seats, cracks and dents on the furniture and would benefit from renovation, making the space feel more modern and inviting. The hotel has a spacious parking area, but it is not fenced off from the sidewalk. There are two or three charging stations for electric vehicles, which is a good addition. One of the biggest advantages is the great location. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, the Planetarium, the Puppet Theatre, and the Philharmonic, making it convenient for both tourists and business travelers. Overall, Hotel Warmiński offers a clean and comfortable stay with excellent food and a great location, but improvements in room amenities, furnishings, and bathroom facilities would make it a much better experience. The price is reasonable for what is offered, but small adjustments could elevate the hotel to a higher standard. Overall Rating: 3.5/5

Great location, rooms spotless, furniture's required update. Excellent breakfast buffet. Location in the middle of the city . Old Town 5 minutes walk, Train station 10 minutes walk.

The unattractive exterior of this hotel is a reminder of communist rule, long before Poland became a democracy.||I used tram route 2 for two stops from the railway station.||The hotel lacked a ramped entrance, so my suitcase was lugged up about seven steps.||Checkin was fast. The lady spoke excellent English.||The room was generously sized and largely lit by lamps. There was a good desk and chair plus an armchair.||The Samsung heating/aircon and Smart TV were probably less than a decade old.||The Queen bed had a doona/duvet that covered the entire bed.||Two bedside tables plus a large wardrobe completed the bedroom.||The renovated bathroom had a clean shower over bath with glass shower screens. An anti-slip mat was not provided, but hair and body wash were. This is my least preferred bathroom arrangement. A walk-in shower would be better. Hot water was copious.||The ground floor restaurant Nowoceszna was excellent.||WiFi worked well.||There were no noise issues and good blackout curtains.

Accessible to old town and all other needed facilities. Old charming hotel very well kept and homely. Bouncing castles and a playroom available for the kids to play. Food at the restaurant was delicious, and the wine measurements were very perfect for the price. Highly recommend.

I stayed here last June whilst I was visiting Olsztyn. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The Hotel was clean and average room, but overall not bad for the price. Personally I found the breakfast expensive. I would stay here again as it wasn't bad value

I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it. I was out of the hotel most of the day anyways seeing family and friends in the area, but my time spent there was nice. The rooms are a little dated but not necessarily in a bad way. They're spacious with quite a bit of storage in the room. Compared to the bedroom, the bathroom in my room was very modern with a great shower and some included cosmetics which were full size. The Wi-Fi was good. When I spoke to the woman at the front desk asking for a taxi she was polite and made small talk. Some small things, like plug sockets near the bed and close to the city centre was nice. Overall, a great stay for a great price.

We got a very large and clean two rooms. Service is very friendly and it's only 15 minutes walk from the city center. Breakfast is very good! The place operates also spa and sauna. Parking outside the hotel is available and free during weekdays between 16:00-08:00 the morning after and completely free during weekends.
