These Historic Railcars Take You to Any Amtrak Destination in America—Here's How to Book | Condé Nast Traveler

"Time aboard this 1955-built Union Pacific railcar feels like a mid-century cocktail party on rails, with space for up to 28 passengers and a dramatic upper-deck glass-domed observation area outfitted with swiveling leather armchairs and sofas for 18 people to settle in and take in the views. The main level centers on a spacious bar and lounge where attendants can mix cocktails or pour wine, and an open viewing platform at the rear of the car ensures that you are fully immersed in the passing landscapes instead of just watching them through a small window. Dining takes place in a mahogany-paneled room where up to 12 guests can enjoy full-service gourmet meals as the scenery glides by, with an executive chef crafting seasonal menus that highlight North America’s finest ingredients, from smoked king salmon to Black Angus filet mignon. Because the car does not have sleeping rooms or berths, it is especially well suited to large groups planning lavish sightseeing day trips, but on longer journeys it is often paired with its sister railcar, the glamorous sleeper Evelyn Henry, which adds five bedrooms including a generous queen-bed suite for true overnight comfort." - Jessica Puckett

I purchased a certified used Range Rover here. Unfortunately, the Range Rover was broken all the time. Not only did I have to bring it in frequently but in more than 90% of the repairs they didn't manage to fix the original issue right away. In some cases they kept my car for one week and when I picked it up, some or all of the original issues were not fixed and I had to come back again, sometimes for a second appointment, sometimes even for a third. Furthermore, in some cases they not only didn't fix the original issues but broke new things in the car like breaking the rear window glass. Overall, it was an absolute nightmare working with Warren Henry Auto Group. My wife and I have wasted a lot of time driving there for repairs, getting Loaners and driving back to pick up the car only to see that the issues are still not fixed.

I wanted to love this dealership, but I cannot say I had an amazing experience. It has taken me a while to write this review. I purchased an Infiniti from this dealership in March 2024. At the time of purchase I was deceived in various ways. First, they told me my bank whom I was already preapproved with, denied my approval. The interest rate offered by my personal bank was 6%, however, Warren Henry coerced me into financing through Infiniti with an interest rate of 8.5%. I knew at this moment I should’ve walked out of the door but I had been there with my children for a significant amount of time and they were restless. I know that’s no excuse, but I felt pressured because my bank was closed on weekends and I would have had to wait until Monday to clear it up. (I should’ve waited) Next, I purchased this specific car because it came with two sets of keys. Do you think I received two sets of keys? No, I did not. I was given a written “I Owe You” for a second key. I came back to this dealership 3 different times for my key, and I called an innumerable amount of times directly to the salesperson (Raynbow), as well as to the sales manager and was given the run around. I have now had the car for almost one year and still no second key. I inquired with another dealership about purchasing one and guess who’d have to pay $700 for a second key that I’ve already paid for with the car purchase? They also conveniently no longer sale the Infiniti brand. There was also deception on the value of my trade in, but I’ve griped enough. Long story short, I cannot recommend this dealership in good faith. I am only giving this dealership 3 stars because of the aesthetics.

These guys are honest and very easy to deal with. I'm in NY and bought a car from them in Miami. I worked with Mario and he was excellent. Took my call like 20+ times and helped me push the deal through. They sent pictures, videos, etc with no issue. The initial description of the car was 100% accurate. They even helped me coordinate shipping. Great dealership, would HIGHLY recommend. Mario, thank you for your patience on this deal.

The loaner service is very bad. I had to take in my car for a service (due to a mechanical issue that it was under warranty). They offered a loaner car to use while they fixed the problem, and I was charged for a full tank of gas for using it for 1 day and probably less than 50 miles. When I called to ask, the lady was unhelpful and insisted that “we always state that before” which was not the case with me.

Google
Great experience. Messaged the dealership late on a Friday night asking to schedule a test drive early Saturday. Received a quick response telling me they will check the availability. Received a message at 8a Saturday asking what time I would like to schedule and they got me in for a 10am. Leo reached out and stated he would be the salesperson assisting. Arrived at 10a, checked the vehicle, took a test drive and began negotiations. The whole process was painless and hassle free. We were out the door in two hours with a new vehicle. Leo (sales) and Jack (finance) were helpful, informative and not pushy. Car buying can be a PITA but these guys and this dealership do it right. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Recently purchased a used Dodge Ram 2500 and it was just what we were looking for, solid work truck with some body damage. Annoys me when sales folks think we are uninformed or just plain stupid. Part of the sales pitch was Carfax said retail value was $33,960. The KBB research we did beforehand gave a more realistic accurate value of $22K to $26K since the body had damage. The most annoying part was the digital signing of documents. Reading them on my phone was difficult particularly the fine print. You had to agree to the prefilled form in order to move on to the next page - even if you didn't agree with what it said. Attached is an example of how we had to agree to sharing our personal information. There was an "opt out" email and a phone number. The phone number does not work in our area! So far, the email has not bounced back. No wonder car dealerships are thought of as crafty/sneaky. Most other dealerships we contacted had a $999 ad on fee. Warren Henry was $1199. The charges for the title and registration fees were also higher than the competitors. We have no regrets of the purchase, its what we wanted but did not appreciate the process.

Best state of the art facility to get your car repaired and service. The also provide the redcap valet service where they deliver your car and pick up your car to get it service. The new dealer ship looks amazing.

Yelp
So I bought a car about six weeks ago a Lincoln Kosair from Curtis at Warren Henry Lincoln dealership in North Miami the second day I had it. It started having problems. It went to the service department. They said nothing was wrong. It was there three or four days I got it back it started having more problems with the sensors Took it back. They said there were problems. It was in the shop for over four weeks. It's been one thing after another with this car when it was in the shop, they scratch the hood. They scratch the leather on the backseat and they said they were been treated disrespectful by the service manager, but the general manager his name is ismet he called and said they were so so sorry. Wanted me to come in. I went in Wednesday. Stayed there four hours. They had a car for me like we wanna upgrade you. We want to give you a better deal then they call me the next day and tell me they want $6000 more or we can't do the deal and then on Friday he tells me you know what I can't really take your car. The value has decreased. I said I've only really driven the car four days but he said I'm sorry the value has decreased whatever you do stay far far away from Lincoln Mercury Warren Henry in North Miami, especially the general manager he talks out of both sides of his mouth. The service manager is a rude, rude, unprofessional person so if you want to avoid yourself headache and being treated like you're nobody stay away from Warren Henry , Lincoln and North Miami not a good experience so now I'm gonna call Lincoln corporate to talk to them about the car but how did my car decrease in value so much? I only drove four days and it was in their garage for almost 5 weeks and they did some damage to my car while it was in there, but the general manager again his name is ISMET he doesn't wanna do anything about it, so I'm just telling you nobody should have to go through this so nobody really deserves to be treated this way when they buy anything at any business there are plenty of dealerships in Miami North Miami Fort Lauderdale that you can get a lot better customer service but it's just unfortunate that they don't wanna take responsibility for not only selling me a car that I believe probably had problems before they sold it to me and they're not disclosing that plus they damage the hood and damage the interior and they don't wanna do anything about itplease share this comment on the review and tell other your friends or whoever you know that might be shopping for car stay away from Warren Henry dealership yeah I love how they say. They disagree with my review because the general manager knows exactly what he said as long as I was willing to spend 6000 more dollars they wanted to get me into another car but when I said no, let's just get me into another car without spending a lot of money. He told me the car had lost value. Those were his exactly words so they can say what they want, but that's the exact truth and the also truth is when my car was in the service department. They scratch the hood and they scratch the leather in the backseat, and when I asked about having it repaired, I was told by the gentle manager that his detailed department took care of everything they can do. They can't do anymore. They should've had to make sure the backseat and the hood were correct and fixed cause it wasn't that way when I bought it it happened in their service department, but it's OK. I am talking to Lincoln now Corporate. They are being amazing very accommodating and I would never step foot into Warren Henry again.

Yelp
I own a 2 009 Jaguar XK with just 35k miles which I bought NEW from WH. The battery went dead, I called WH service, gave them the car details and problem. They told me to have it towed to them. I engaged a towing serice, Three hours later they called to tell me that they didn't work on cars older than 10 years and to have it towed out of there. I explained that I would not have sent it there if they had told me that at first. No mercy shown. WH could care less, I had it towed out and I will never work with or visit WH again.

Yelp
I had insurance for a replacement key. Since August I have been getting a run around. Still no key, parts says service has to order it, service says no it's parts, no return phone calls, I have one key and if that is lost who only knows the costs. The key is $800. The chat once again promised a follow up call...nothing. Left numerous messages, when my car was serviced shock only oil change was covered. Yes I have a full warranty. I had a second opinion and all the "unwarranty" items were never mentioned. I will NEVER recommend or do future business with Warren Henry. I have a Jaguar always drove Infiniti's. This dealership gives used car salesman a bad name.

Yelp
Needed my coolant topped off, they said bring it in any time, you'll be out in 20 minutes. Came in the next morning as I told my service agent I would do. After waiting more than 30 minutes in the lobby, just to see my service agent (they hadn't even taken my car in yet), I finally grew frustrated and asked for my car back. I've had nothing but unreliable service here since day 1. Buying the car here was great but I don't think I ever want to come back here for poor and unresponsive service again...

Yelp
Impeccable service!! And in the middle of a pandemic! I drove into the Land Rover Express Service area without an appointment because a warning light came on about my tires .. I have no clue about these things but I will drive straight to the dealership if I see a light. I was warmly welcomed, assisted, provided a safely prepared beverage, and checked on even though it took only minutes for them to do whatever needed to be done. This service was probably the first service in Miami that topped Brahman BMW in Miami. And the representative was fully attentive to me until I actually pulled off. I asked him if I could tip him and of course he graciously declined. I was that impressed & trust me, I'm pretty seasoned regarding what warrants "excellence" in service. I am so happy I have this experience now knowing if I ever have a problem with my Velar, getting help here will be painless and quite enjoyable. Thank you, Warren Henry Land Rover!!

Yelp
Thanks to Claudio, Miguel and the staff at the Jaguar service center for all your help. No wait and efficient service! Highly recommend.

Yelp
I recently had a great experience with Warren Henry's Landrover North Dade and Rory Larkin (Service Consultant) in particular. Aside from being extremely professional and responsive, Rory could not have been more accommodating and helpful. His communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, and he went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure my satisfaction.
