This place is well located on one of the main roads in Ubud centre but is still relatively quiet. If you are looking for budget accommodation it’s perfect; you get what you pay for. It could do with a lick of paint and some new pillows (I bought a new one for 75k). The staff are helpful and kindly got me a phone charger when I needed a new one. The pool is a great size and most of the sun beds are ok. I would definitely stay here again if travelling on a budget!

Very old building. Breakfast is quite nice. The swimming pool is also nice andjust like a private. The location is excellent, close to everything. In the evening, you can hear small lizards moving around, running on the walls. Just like a zoo.

Fantastic location, clean swimming pool, working AC, and a very comfortable bed. However, the room had a lot of ants and no amenities besides toilet paper were provided. Overall, it's perfect for a short stay. There was almost never anybody at the front desk.

Worst Stay Ever – I Checked Out Immediately. Avoid at All Costs! This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, moldy, and smelled terrible, clearly not cleaned in a long time. The toilet was in an absolutely disgusting state, with visible stains and no proper sanitation. Basic amenities were completely missing—no bath towels, no toiletries, no water, and not even a TV or any form of entertainment. It felt like a forgotten, abandoned space rather than a place meant for guests. The condition of the room was unacceptable—broken tiles, a cracked toilet bowl, and zero effort in maintenance. To make matters worse, the photos used online were completely fake and misleading. The actual state of the property was nowhere near what was advertised. Because of all these issues, I decided to check out immediately and move to another hotel. I couldn’t imagine spending even a night in such an unhygienic and misrepresented place. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I strongly urge others to avoid this property at all costs.

I had an amazing time staying at Warsa’s Garden! The location is just perfect, close to everything you need: supermarkets, local markets, the Art Market, and of course, the Monkey Forest. Having the monkeys visit almost every day was such a magical touch. Just a tip: keep your things close and don’t scare or threaten them, they’re not harmful, and if you respect their space, you’ll really enjoy their presence. The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely. Anytime I needed something, they were super helpful and kind. The place is clean and well kept yes, there are ants, lizards, and monkeys around, but hey, that’s Bali nature for you! It was never an issue for me.Breakfast was good, not a huge variety, but definitely enough to start the day. Just remember, this is a 3-star hotel, and it’s exactly what you’d expect from one, comfortable, chill, and perfect for resting after a long day exploring. More than enough for a great stay in Ubud!

This was by far the worst stay I've ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting — the toilet was broken, the walls were mouldy and cracked, and the entire place reeked like a sewage drain. It was completely uninhabitable. I ended up checking out just 3 hours after checking in because I simply couldn't bear to stay any longer. To make matters worse, when I raised a complaint, the manager (or whoever was attending) just brushed it off like it was normal. No apology, no help — just complete indifference. The photos on Agoda are totally misleading and do not match the reality. This is false advertising, and someone seriously needs to take action. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. It’s not worth a single cent.

Our stay was disappointing, leading us to check out after just one night instead of the two we had booked. We encountered several issues, including a lack of water in the washroom, an unclean environment with spider webs, and an infestation of mosquitoes and ants inside the room. Additionally, there was a musty, moldy odor that was quite off-putting. The most alarming issue was the air conditioning unit, which began to leak water in the middle of the night. Overall, it was not the relaxing getaway we had hoped for.
