I am a backpacker who's visited 40+ countries and hundreds of hostels so far. I made a list of my best and worst hostel experiences. This hostel ranks 4th in the top 5 worst hostels I visited. 1. My room was terrible. No ventilation or fresh air so it was moldy. The space is crammed and the lockers are small so they just take space. Guests with bigger backpacks end up leaving them outside making the space even more crammed. The bunkbeds are flimsy and every movement makes them squeak. I was awoken up twice at night by outside noise because there is no soundproofing. I couldn't sleep well here :< 2. The toilets are NEGLECTED. It was quite dirty and they didn't clean them or refill the soup. The shower and drain made me wanna throw up. I complained about the toilet and was told to go to another corridor which was even worse. 3. The staff is clearly unhappy with their job so I don't blame them for providing bad service. I guess they also got tired of people complaining so they put up a defensive attitude. I can live with that, but I don't like the AGGRESSIVE attitude. It's one thing that you can't help or don't care to help, but it's another to become rude and disrespectful. To be fair, they did apologise after I contested their disrespectful behaviour. 4- No place to socialise so if this is your thing, there are much better hostels in the same area that offer fun activities too. 5- Not a major disadvantage but the lights in the rooms and toilets are so dim!! I guess they use cheap low watt LEDs to save on energy? Gave a dark vibe to the place (but the reception area was well lit...) 6- The price might seem affordable for the location, but they have so many other additional costs that you actually end up spending more here than in other hostels that provide things like towels and breakfast for free. On the bright side, I didn't get beg bugs.

Stayed here with my class on a school trip and it was horrendus, the rooms were small, 2 beds were broken, you could hear everything since the rooms are barely isolated. Someone in the room next to us was slamming the door a whole night. The toilets were dirty had ants and smelled, the urinals was never cleaned and the mens room smelled of urine. You have almost no privacy in the showers. One of our tags did not work on the front door and you only got 1 tag for 4 people if you didint ask for another.

I paid just 15 euros for a night . Everything was in really good conditions and very clean and organised . You can have a coffee at the reception , the toilets are clean and theres a big space , you can have a shower too and the bedroom for this price are shared , but you have space for yourself and a locker to keep your things secured . Very nice place in a good location ( close to the main centre ) and affordable . I will be back , and the staff is polite and willing to help you out. I mean , its just 15 euros , obviously if you want to experience something bigger spend your money , but for this price THIS IS THE PLACE

If I could rate this Hostel a 0, I would. I have stayed at plenty of quaint hostels and stays before. They all at least have had usable facilities and comfortable sleeping quarters. ||The private room had no ventilation or window, it got stuffy and hot in there even with a fan provided on full. The bed was the most uncomfortable, metal spring frame with a mattress that thinned into nothing. Any movement and the squeaking was loud enough to wake you from your sleep. ||The shared bathrooms and showers were left absolutely disgusting. They smelled like sewage with water leaking on the floors and mould growing at every angle.||I booked a stay of 3 nights and couldn't stand another moment after the first night. I booked other accommodation the morning after and left ASAP. If the room had corresponded in price of what was presented, I would understand. Except for the amount I spent for the room which was not far from an actual hotel is outlandish. My mistake for not researching it enough. I would say AVOID AT ALL COST, you can find better anywhere else. I regret booking this Hostel and hope I can save anyone else from it.

I came back the following weekend, but I didn’t get a lock for my cage . No worries. I tried to check-out but no was at the desk. I saw her outside and I let her know I checked out and she kinda waved her hand. Fan in the room wasn’t working . Good location . Near the huge clock tower museum

It's an okay place.||Pros: The room including the bed was good enough. The toilet was quite fresh and clean for a shared one. The facilities were just what we needed. Good location.||Cons: There was a creepy male guest who kept using the female toilet. We reported it to the staff several times; the staff claimed to have spoken to the creepy guest, but the creepy guest kept coming to the female toilet. We even tried to talk to that creepy guest once, but he claimed the men's toilet didn't have toilet paper. But come on, he obviously has a mouth and the ability to speak and can ask the staff for toilet paper. He didn't have to wave his private part around at the women's toilet (he peed with an open door and showed his private part). We also noticed that the creepy guest kept coming to the female toilet whenever there was only one female guest in there. Coincidence much?? We are disappointed that, despite reporting this several times to the staff, nothing changed. It doesn't feel safe to have someone with that kind of perverted behaviour. Although the behaviour of other guests is not directly the responsibility of the place, we would of course appreciate that the place/staff could help create a safe environment for everyone.

The location is great, about a fifteen minute walk, with luggage, from the Central Train Station in Warsaw. The only aspect that is a bit awkward is the toilets. They are like small closets, no room to stand up without hitting the door and almost falling. Other than that the rooms are immaculate and the staff works hard to make sure everything functions smoothly and precisely.

The location is is really good, short walk from the central station and the palace of the culture, however the rooms could use a lot of improvements. The beds have a metal frame and they creak super loud everytime someone climbs up or sits up/down. Which made sleeping really difficult, since guests were arriving or leaving all night. Also the lamp above my bed did not have a bulb. The bathrooms were okay, but not very clean.
