Warung Nia Balinese Food & Pork Ribs

Myself, boyfriend and parents attended the cooking class at Warung Nia and what a great experience it was - couldn’t recommend enough! The whole process was so interesting and a lot of fun. The class flowed seamlessly and has definitely been one of the highlights from our Bali trip. Our instructor Made was fantastic at engaging everyone, while informing us about the Balinese dishes we were making. As a group with mixed cooking abilities, we were all able to get completely stuck in and were guided through the process by the lovely and funny staff, making our experience even better. We made 9 dishes and it was fantastic to sit down at the end of it and enjoy an absolute feast from the food we made. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious - we couldn’t pick a favourite. We even got a recipe book to take home so we can recreate these fantastic dishes. 10/10 experience - highly recommend to anyone on a trip to Bali.

Tried Warung Nia for the first time and wow, the pork ribs were so good! Super tender and flavorful. And also the satay, very well seasoned & grilled. The waiter was really nice too, and even though it was super crowded, our food came out really fast. Totally worth it — I’d come back for sure!

Warung Nia – A Must-Try in Bali! I ordered the pork satay and fried rice for lunch, and both were absolutely delicious — flavorful, well-cooked, and perfectly seasoned. The service was excellent too. My waitress, Nanda, was very kind, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the dining experience even better. The restaurant has an open-air setup, so you might occasionally notice a few flies around, which is pretty normal in this kind of environment. But the food is clean, freshly prepared, and totally worth it. So if you’re sensitive to that kind of setting, it’s best not to judge the place unfairly — because the quality and taste here are genuinely great! Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and tasty local food in a relaxed Bali atmosphere.

Amazing food experience! Putra was a great waiter with extraordinary character. Really elevates the whole experience! The crispy baby duck was so good! So crispy and not dry inside, has no smell and tasty! The mix indonesian dessert come with a good variety, really enjoyed it all. Definitely gonna come back and recommend it to our beloved ones!

Had lunch at Warung Nia Balinese restaurant and it was such a great experience! We ordered pork satay, pork ribs, and ikan bakar to share. Every dish was delicious — the pork satay was tender, the ribs were juicy and flavorful, and the grilled fish was perfectly cooked with tasty sambal. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the cozy Balinese atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Did the cooking course with my daughter. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I googled it prior to booking and took heed of not eating breakfast! So much food it was insane! Big shout out to Nade, brilliant host and brought great energy and enthusiasm. Big thanks to all the staff who were ultra professional and efficient.

Must TRY! Service was excellent with friendly staff. We went during dinner time, so it was a bit crowded. The ribs were sweet, tender, and tasty, while the lobster was average but still taste good. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so there’s something for everyone to try. Definitely will be my go to place in Bali.

We were most impressed with Warung Nia. Our first visit and not disappointed. The service was natural and friendly, the atmosphere very local and energetic. The place was pumping!! The food? Superb!!! This will be a big recommendation for our villa guests.
