I wanted to love this place. The room I got was a fantastic and large suite with “city view”. The location is great if you don’t mind walking everywhere but it is not as centered as many other options for better price point. The rooftop pool is clearly a selling point but it was small and the bar is closed. The key card reader was not working so to get in, you had to hope someone would see you and open the door. There were no available towels and for some reason, all of the chairs were taken by people who “won’t be here until 3pm”. So the area was empty and there was nowhere to sit. The water is warm and pretty clean. The whole hotel has a playboy theme for artwork. It feels very retro throughout. The hotel lost power for an hour one morning which I’m sure was very stressful for the staff. They still did everything they could to continue normal activities. The bar staff is very friendly but seems overworked. Restaurant staff were not as friendly. Continental breakfast came with my room which was nice but nothing out of the ordinary. I wanted to like this place so much more but it is not likely a place I’d stay again.

We had a great experience at the Warwick. The rooms were super spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Special thanks to Daniela at the front desk — she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Always with a smile, she really went above and beyond. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

The staff was excellent and friendly! We asked for suggestions for meals and they were on point from things to get delivered to places to go for dinner. Our basic king size room was very spacious and clean. It was a little dated but the skyline views made up for it. There are plenty of outlets and chargers. The restaurant that is attached was delicious! Great Italian food and Happy Hour specials were awesome. The hotel has a good roof top pool and offers an outside pool bar. The hotel is centrally located and quick walking trips or uber are easy to do.

The hotel Warwick Denver is absolutely a fantastic place! |Great location, beautiful, cozy and clean place with delicious, healthy & wide range breakfast and we even received an welcoming drink.|The personal at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. |The personal at the breakfast (was ok, but not that friendly.)|There is also a use of fitness and lovely pool as well. We had a spacious room with the balcony (that could use a bit of maintenance) but we could open the windows which was great.|We had a super layover there. So happy. Thank you.

Daniella at the front desk was super friendly and made sure that all our needs were met and that our room was up to par. The staff were friendly, the location was a great plus as it’s close enough to Union Station that it makes it simple to travel via public transport and economic as well if you need to use ubber or lift. The area felt safe and having a restaurant on the premises was a plus. I would definitely recommend my closest friends, colleagues and others to stay at the Warwick Denver Hotel! Daniella was very professional, friendly and courteous at the front desk. However, nobody picked up whenever I called the room service phone number and that was very annoying.

Hotel was in a good area of Denver. Room was spacious and clean, and has been renovated. Could still use a few more updates to make it a true 4 star. Rooftop pool was fun but small. Experience was great for the price. Free drink coupons at check in were a nice touch.

Don’t stay here. The room was not super clean. There was globs of hairballs on the walls of the shower. The room does not get cold. At one point hot air was blowing out of the vents. The shower water was never hot. We took luke warm to cold showers everyday. The pool is nice but if you aren’t up there early you won’t get a spot. The pillows on the bed are horrible. I took a towel and put it in the pillow sheet to use. The front desk is super nice and friendly. Our key cards stopped working every single day - having to go down to the front desk to fix them. We had three. The breakfast is delicious. It was included though I wouldn’t pay 16$ for it. Lastly, apparently the hotel is in a sketchy area. Multiple locals told me this after I was already in the city. I didn’t seem to have a problem but I wouldn’t be walking around the area at night. I took a scooter. The hotel lost power completely one day. Apparently they don’t have a generator. They then told us we could check out at 2pm and then tried to charge us 30$ after the manager said it was ok. Overall spend the same amount of money and find a nicer hotel. Trash.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice and have had issues both times. The first time, when we went out on our balcony we noticed the balcony above us was caving down and looked like it might fall. We let the staff know and they did acknowledge our concern so it wasn’t a terrible stay. They also provided bottled water before and after leaving the hotel. The second time we stayed here, we showed up a bit early and asked to check in but the lady who was very kind let us know they could not accommodate for early check in that day. No problem, we went out and came back later. When we came back to check in, a young man was helping us check in. He tells us, our reservation was changed to a smaller room with no balcony. My boyfriend speaks up and tells him we would like what we paid for. The guy seemed frazzled and combative saying “you actually haven’t paid, just for the down deposit” and quite literally throws the check in sheet in front of us. My boyfriend asked why he was throwing things around and the guy didn’t answer. A manager then comes out and tells us we will get our original room, clicks some buttons and leaves. The guy gives us our room keys (sets them in front of us) and tells us we are all set without looking at us. He did not explain the WiFi, the pool hours, or give us waters that the other team members were giving other clients. This interaction was extremely unprofessional and the manager condoning this behavior should have had a talk with him so it doesn’t happen to others. Or simply take him out of customer service…he could not handle deescalating a situation in which he caused the frustration.

Yelp
The rooms are big, the water pressure is sick in the showers and the restaurant downstairs gattara is really good! This place is walkable to everything in capital hill. Would stay there again The heated rooftop pool is a nice plus

Yelp
I stayed at this hotel for a weekend group event 4/25-4/27 of this year. Hotel facilities were clean and pleasant, Gattara restaurant was very good in terms of food and decor. Heated rooftop pool was very nice; water pressure in shower was excellent; valet staff was on point, housekeeping was responsive to a request for a rollaway bed I made by phone. However, there were multiple issues going back to booking. Website is clunky and slow and caused me to accidentally double-book my room; no confirmation email of any kind; played phone tag with a manager for five days to resolve double booking. Front desk staff was curt and not friendly or helpful. Asked if they would text me when room was ready (I had my 13 year old son with me, we were exhausted from flying in early from the East Coast) and was informed in a snarky tone "We don't do that, just check again later." Valet was responsive and courteous but the price is outrageous. Upon entering room (Governor's Suite) right at 4:00 I found two strangers sitting in the room declaring they were there for a meeting. They were not with the group I was with; I do not know if the hotel had double booked the room for them; had no idea who they were; did not understand how they got into the room ahead of me given the room was supposedly not ready until around 3:55. Never got a chance to speak to front desk b/c I had an appoint at 4:00 and front desk staff changed shifts after. Thankfully the two random strangers cleared out and didn't cause issues but it is unacceptable to walk into a room one has booked months in advance only to find random people in there thinking they were allowed to be in it. Restaurant at breakfast on 4/26 was staffed by one waitress who did her very best but was clearly overwhelmed (food was very good). Breakfast was advertised as "hot" meaning including eggs and the like but it was continental only with a bit of charcuterie so wound up ordering off the menu, and had to pay extra. Sunday morning group event was a disaster: three employees to handle a 160 person buffet breakfast; ballroom too small to accommodate us; ballroom AC was not working so room was unreasonably hot; the group hosting the event wound up bussing tables and bringing in food and carafes of coffee and juice to help the overwhelmed staff. Sidebar: I have never stayed in a hotel of this level that didn't offer lotion, cotton swabs or cotton balls, and for whatever reason English Breakfast tea was available only in the room, but not in the restaurant or during the buffet breakfast. I do not know where service broke down here, or how, but my experience was frustrating, unpleasant, and finding two strangers in the room I had booked three months prior was unnerving, to say the least. I do not recommend this hotel.

Yelp
I spent 4 nights here and could not be more pleased with my experience. The hotel staff, those at the front desk in particular, are exceptional. I came in without a reservation and they went out of their way to help, ensuring I was able to check in to a great room. My room, a one bedroom queen suite was spacious, well appointed, spotlessly clean and had a large balcony with great views of downtown Denver. The property, although the exterior is somewhat aged, is also updated, thoughtfully designed and maintained with care and an obvious attention to detail. Lobby and public spaces are comfortable and welcoming. The rooftop pool is not huge, but is heated, well maintained and the pool deck offers plenty of space to lay out and relax. The breakfast was easily among the best I've had at any hotel. Perfectly prepared scrambled eggs, high quality, well prepared bacon and sausages, a nice pastry selection and exceptional coffee. And all of this for a more than reasonable nightly rate. I paid $145ish a night for a package that included the room, valet parking, breakfast and an evening cocktail. (The extras came from signing up for the Warwick loyalty program, which is free and well worth doing before booking), This was my first time staying here and now The Warwick is easily my favorite hotel in Denver. It absolutely exceeded all expectations. So much so that we decided to book a room at the Warwick in San Francisco for a trip we're taking there next month.

Yelp
I stayed at the Warwick hotel Denver from June 10 to 13, 2025. Checking in I was told I was getting an upgrade!! NOT! The so called Governor's Suite has old beaten up and dilapidated furniture about 50 year out of date. The draperies, upholstery and carpet are dirty. The lighting in the very outdated bathroom is very dim, the shower is small and slippery and the only "amenities" provided was one small disc of soap! No shampoo, conditioner or skin lotion. The towels are thin and not up to 4 star standards, maybe okay for Motel 6. The bottom sheet on the bed was rumpled and dirty from the previous occupant(s) and was replaced with a clean sheet. All in all a very disappointing experience. In addition the location is not close to downtown and the neighborhood is quite seedy.

Yelp
Bed bugs, WiFi sucks, housekeeping left my room ajar after partial cleaning, electricity in half the room didn't work and went unfixed all day. Big empty lot across the street. We decided to leave early. Got a full refund with no hassle. There are certainly better choices in the area.

Yelp
We stayed here for four nights recently and found the Warwick a very good value for the money. We paid for a room upgrade and felt it was worth it to have a lot more space with a separate bedroom. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location worked well for us because my husband's friends live a little bit closer to that side of the town. The staff were hard-working, efficient, and friendly. Our room rate included breakfast and it was probably the best breakfast buffet we've had in the States! Fresh fruit, smoked salmon, bagels, eggs, crispy potatoes, smoothies, and much more! We also liked the rooftop pool and their workout room! When we first checked in, I noticed the interesting artwork throughout the hotel right away and saw references to Playboy bunnies. We looked up the Warwick's history and it turns out that the building was known for hosting the only Playboy Club in Colorado between 1967 and 1977.

Yelp
Had the best time staying here! The receptionists were very nice and welcoming. The location is perfect. I love the restaurant attached and the free drink tickets I got for each night I stayed. The rooms are spacious with balcony's and nice bathrooms. Love the history of this place too! Can't wait to stay here the next time I come to Denver!

Yelp
Run down hotel , one elevator doesn't work, hallways smell like pot. Never staying here again.

Yelp
I'm not sure why this place doesn't have at least a solid 4.5 stars, the rooms are great, lots of room for activities! Having a balcony is so clutch when it's nice outside! It's conveniently located around great eateries. The only way this place isn't 4.5 starts is either someone couldn't afford it, or the person they were with sucked because this place is poppin.... @King_Budz

Yelp
My door was literally axed open at 5 am. I needed to stay here after driving 12 hours and a day of flying. I was sleep deprived and just needed a safe place to stay. Apparently someone's room was leaking water, they assumed it was my room. I did not receive a phone call to the room desk phone, they did try to call my cell phone, but who does not have their phone on do not disturb when they are sleep deprived and need rest? They did not knock on my door that I know of. Four firemen took one look at my bathroom and confirmed that I was not the source of the leak. They used an axe to break open my room to confirm that I was not causing the leak. They allowed the fire department to break open my door with an axe. Can you imagine how loud this was? It gave me a panic attack. I have never had an experience like this at a hotel in my life and will never stay at a Warwick ever again. Shame on you for allowing them to threaten my safety this way. I didn't know if it was an intruder or what was even going on because I was awoken from my sleep by axe banging on my door. Y'all should be embarrassed. Incompetent clowns!!!!!

Yelp
Loved this hotel and the view we had. The room was very clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff were great and kept our room nice and clean everyday. Hotel staff were awesome. We even received drink vouchers for our stay.

Yelp
I've stayed here many times and this experience is always consistent. Check in was great, and received a complimentary adult beverage. Was starving when I landed and Thaddeus at the bar was incredible. Great food recommendations (I decided on wagyu burger...well...fries and tomato jam). He was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant. Will be back for sure!

Yelp
The price makes you think you're going to get some big value, you don't. The bed was slanted and hard. The restaurant kept sending our call to voicemail and we had to go down and order & down to pick up, why claim to have room service? The ONE elevator door that was working took forever to open/close which feels unsafe. No matter where you are roomed you hear doors slamming all day/night. The 1st room they put us in the toilet water kept running non-stop. The 3rd room they put us in the coffee machine was broken. The places need serious TLC. Y'all are charging like it's a 5 star, but obviously are NOT putting any of the profits into the place. The ONLY saving grace was the staff. From the bartender to the valet they were GREAT. 5/10 wouldn't recommend for this price.

Lindsey K.

Yelp
Pros: warm rooftop pool with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs & umbrellas, spacious rooms with cozy beds, and beautiful decor. 1 free drink ticket/night of stay. Staff is moderately friendly. Hotel is quiet and good climate control. Yummy cucumber water in lobby. Cons: not in the best area of town, across the street from construction/a dirt lot, lukewarm water which takes 10 minutes to warm up, no conditioner or lotion, valet is $45/night (!), super expensive food, took 30 minutes to get linens for pull out couch (very uncomfortable).

Lourlie B.

Yelp
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was pretty nice but once we got to the bedroom as another reviewer had left here it you can't really change the temperature of the room. We had to go downstairs and they sent someone to "fix" it but they did not totally fixed it the once too hot room became too cold. Then after the check out, 10 hours after the checkout they sent me an invoice of our stay and they charged us for the whole bar! They were trying to charge us $51 for one fiji water and two diet, that is insane and when we called they already knew that this charge is insane. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Try a different hotel where it wouldn't scam you out of your money.

Yelp
So I booked my reservation after I had a death in my family for tonight just so I could have a time away they took my money off my credit card when I got there they said they did not take my card any further so I said okay can I get my money back because you already charged my card I got the confirmation on the email they escorted me out I'm calling the manager she keeps forwarding my calls to her voicemail it is going to take until March 25th to even see if I can have a refund I called again and they say we already have you checked in I'm not there I had to come back home this was my favorite place in the whole city I just don't understand

Yelp
Disappointing start to finish. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night. Checked in Thursday. We had booked this hotel a few months in advance. We had an earlier flight so we called ahead to see if they do early check in and they said to call back at 2pm for availability but that standard check in was 4pm. They said at 2pm that we could stop by, but we ended up being busy so we went to check in at the standard time around 4:10pm. The lady at the front desk said the room wasn't ready and rooms are "first come first serve and to come back in an hour" 4pm is already late for a check in compared to most hotels and I could understand if early check in was first come first serve, but there shouldn't be a reason that the room is that delayed. They said they could hold on to our bags so we have them our suitcase and two backpacks. They put a tag on it and left it out. We sat in the lobby to rearrange our plans as we had made reservations for food and activities that needed to be adjusted. We were there for maybe 10-15minutes and noticed they left our luggage out in the open. It was to the side of the desk like 10ft away and staff left the counter frequently meaning anyone could just take the luggage. They could have at least kept it behind the counter or in their back room. My boyfriend went up to the desk when a different guy was there and told him we didn't feel comfortable with leaving our stuff out like that as we hadn't signed any damage or loss protection. The guy asked what our reservation name was and said our room was ready. This was at about 4:20pm so I'm not sure why it wasn't ready earlier or why they didn't say anything as we were waiting in the lobby. We grabbed our bags and walked to the elevator. As we walked we heard the guy talk to the original girl and told her we were annoyed... We get to the room and dropped our bags off. At a quick glance the room was fine. Had some scuffs on the walls and wasn't as nice as we hoped based on their advertised photos. We didn't look over it too in depth as we had to get to our reservations. We came back later at night and I went to plug in my phone charger next to the bed and on the upper left corner on the edge of the bed I saw a speck of color on the white sheets. I looked closer and it started to move. It looked like a maggot and was crawling on the bed. We immediately went downstairs and showed the video of the maggot to the guy at the front desk. He was the only helpful person that day. He was pleasant and quickly moved our reservation to a different room, the Governors Suite. We grabbed our luggage and moved rooms. On the surface the room looked great, but after the maggot issue in the other room I made sure to look over the bed thoroughly and the linens before showering and getting into bed. Thankfully no bugs were found in this room, but there was a long black hair in the pillow case, a short black hair on one towel and a yellow stain on another towel. At this point we were so tired and had to get sleep before leaving at 6am for our early flight. We put the pillow with hair on the chair and used the remaining pillows and towels hoping that they were clean enough since they didn't have any noticeable issues. In the morning, there was no front desk attendant. We tried calling out and knocking on the door so we could check out and bring up these other issues, but no one came out and we couldn't wait long due to our flight. It's crazy we had to wait so long for it to be clean and ready but both rooms were dirty and had issues

Rich F.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL The temperature in the room was terrible. No matter what setting I placed it on, it was impossible to control. I eventually had to run the temperature on Auto at 78 degrees. Every hour, it would either be too cold or too hot. The bed was too hard, and the pillows were tiny and lumpy. I was constantly waking up and got very little sleep. The coffee maker had to be held closed. When I showered, the water would get hot for 2-3 minutes and then gets lukewarm. I also had to change rooms when I first arrived because the safe was broken in my first room. The worst part is their policy of taking $75 daily for security, which amounted to $375 for my stay. They say they will release the security deposit at check out, and refunding the credit card takes 3-5 business days. Today is 7 days, and still no refund. I email them, and they don't reply. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Kalea K.

Yelp
The suites is definitely nice, food is superb. The buffet is only fruit, cereal, yogurt and bagels. Oliver was very sympathetic, to my request though she couldn't help! Location is really quiet,no attraction near. On the good note it's only $9 bucks to get you to civilization
google avatar

Timmie G.

Yelp
When we first got there, their whole computer system was down and had apparently been so for 8 days. We had to manually do everything and things like my credit card number were written down on paper. It seemed like everyone working behind the counter was a trainee as well. Not sure if they have a high turnover rate with employees, but if it looks like a duck Then came time to check into our room. We paid for a king bed with a pullout couch. The first room we checked into was indeed that, but it had not been cleaned yet. The bed was unmade, and there was trash in it. We called and got a new room; however the second room was not what we paid for. It was a queen size bed with no pullout couch. We had to get Hall and get two rollaway beds for the kids to sleep. Housekeeping gave us a little pushback because they only allow one pull out bed per room, but eventually once I pointed out this is not what I paid for and the kids both needed somewhere to sleep, they relented and brought the second bed. The pool is not all that great. For it to be rated the best rooftop pool in Denver, it must be the only rooftop pool at a hotel in Denver. The pictures make it look much larger than it actually is. Also, I grew up in Denver. It's sad to see how dirty that area has become. I remember it being so beautiful. It really made me sad.

Yelp
The Warwick is an older hotel in uptown Denver. It is pleasant and distinguished. The check-in was pleasant and quick. The room is spacious with a beautiful veranda & view. A walk-in closet I wish I had at home. It is older and needs some love and attention, especially the bathroom. The restaurant is good enough I had lunch one day, the club sandwich was pretty good, the fries supreme, wish they had pickles. Our server Nick was great. I then had the greasy calamari and the too salty lasagna bolognese the following couple of days and that wasn't worth the money and a bit disappointing.

Yelp
Visiting a good friend in Denver. Decided to stay here, since it's close to where he stays. I checked in by Zoe, who was amazing. Extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfy. Quality towels and clean bathroom. There was an issue with the hot water, but i think it's because it's cold out, so it kept coming and going. Chris at the restaurant downstairs was extremely helpful. I even forgot my card, he quickly called my room before i left. At checkout, Katie was extremely friendly as well. Sent me my invoice asap. Overall, great stay. I'll be returning.

Yelp
We stayed at The Warwick recently when we were getting our floors redone. A bit of a staycation. We got a suite. It was clean and felt cozy almost like an apartment. Fully stocked with mini bar options. Gattara was great. We had a lovely waitress named Amanda. And the pool was also wonderful! Clean and not overcrowded. We will definitely go back for a staycation and recommend to friends visiting.

Yelp
An ok hotel with a nice lobby, free bottled water from reception, an attached Italian restaurant, rooftop pool/bar, nice walkout balcony. But it all comes down to the details, right? Fan in bathroom - broken. Lighted mirror - broken. Drain in bathtub - clogged with hair. Toilet seat - unattached on one side. Floor of room - sticky (we could see the gunk). Pillows on bed - they were super small (16" x 16") and felt like someone cut up a mattress topper and put the pieces inside a pillow. It's also been mentioned in other reviews that they pre-charge $75 for the snacks/drinks in your room and then refund the money if you haven't used any...ridiculous! Our rate (AAA) included free parking, but they don't tell you until you get there that the parking is valet-only, meaning you leave the keys with the hotel and only they can drive your car into and out of their lot. Very inconvenient, requiring planning and phone calls just to leave, not to mention having to tip the valet. If you do end up paying $36/day for their parking, just know that immediately next door is a public parking garage that allows overnight parking for half the price. Plus the hotel's parking lot is wide open...no fences, with pylons and chains that could easily be rolled out of the way. Oh, and the kicker? $16 per day "Urban Retreat Fee", not listed on your email confirmation when you book. This is not a city or state fee. It is a Warwick fee. What does it cover? A bunch of "amenities" that honestly should be part of the room fee. Warwick is purposely making the room price seem lower when, in fact, it is really $16/day more expensive. Devious!

Yelp
We stayed at the Warwick Chicago many times and are always treated so well. On a recent trip to Denver we stayed at the Warwick Hotel Denver. It was amazing. Our rooms was fresh and clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. Our balcony was overlooking downtown Denver. I so much enjoyed coffee on the balcony. Roof top pool was great too. Ezra was so friendly. Kris the manager was also incredibly accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.

Yelp
This hotel is a great. We stayed for 4 nights and the staff was great. Jeremy found my phone outside and saved my day. All my credit cards and ID was in my phone. So glad Jeremy saved the day!

Yelp
We Came in town for a concert at Red Rocks. There are a ton of hotels in the area. We had a great experience at Warwick. The staff was next level. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. From the front desk to the staff we ran into in the hallways and the elevators. We asked for new towels a couple of times and they brought them right up. The rooms are not only nice but have a huge balcony. The cons: We didn't rent a car since there is absolutely no place to park anywhere downtown. The hotel has absolutely nothing around as far as food. There was a 7-Eleven and a subway within walking distance. That's it. There is a nice restaurant/bar in the hotel but nothing like fast food to grab a quick bite. The only other thing is the air. You turn the air conditioner on when you go to bed and when it reaches the temperature you set it for. The heater kicks in and blows hot air. So you are getting up a couple times a night too turn the air back on because it's so hot! **Top of you are going to Red Rocks** If you Uber to the Thirsty Lion you can shuttle up to Red Rocks and back. Not sure of the shuttle service and it's not through the restaurant. It's $50 a person and you get a free appetizer from the restaurant and 100% worth it. You don't deal with traffic and parking! I would definitely recommend!

Yelp
During my 2 night stay in Denver I can say this hotel is convenient for its location. It seems like many business women/men stay at this hotel. Pros: Location is so close to everything downtown, 15-20 min walk to all the breweries (LoDo), 5 Min walk to Capitol Hill Rooms are clean, spacious, and have a balcony There is a restaurant open from breakfast - dinner Unlimited free water bottles (stay hydrated!!) They offer early check in, at a cost of $50 Valet was offered - $30/night The lobby restroom was clean and had a code to get in Cons: The website contains false advertisement - the website stated complimentary drink each day of stay, but when I asked it was only for "Gold Members." - The pool was unavailable during time of stay (the website really pushes on advertising the rooftop pool and bar) The gym located on the 15th floor was creepy - no lights on that floor at all!! No room service offered for that short stay Pricey per night Staff could come off rude, Ms. Cece had the weirdest vibes during check-in/stay there. She only began to start being nicer after she realized we were visiting from another state. The thermostat in the room was not working at all. It was always TOO HOT. I recommend this hotel for a short term stay if you want to roam around downtown Denver. If you are looking for amenities during your stay, this is not the best hotel to choose.

Yelp
We stayed here Friday night in a deluxe king room. It was decent. We reserved a double room for Sat. Night b/c our kids are coming along for the night. We were told at check in on Friday that we could upgrade to a suite for Sat. Night when we checked out Sat. Morning. They were overbooked when we checked out so we were not able to upgrade. They then told us we could do early check in so we were here with luggage and kids at 3:15. Check is normally is at 4. We have been told 20 more minutes about 3 times now as we sit in the lobby. They also said we have to keep checking, they will not walk over to us and tell us that our room is ready. It is now 4:17, and no room.

Yelp
Great Hotel, close to downtown, but far enough away it's quiet. Big rooms, feels a little empty with the size. Some of our amenities did not work well, hair dryer and iron. Would stay again, staff was friendly and great.

Yelp
I've stayed with the Warwick Denver before and i've had no problems at all. This trip was very disappointing, we went to the Nuggets game last night, just needed a hotel for the night, price was right, service was great. We come back from the game and walk into our room to see there's a utility closet and it sounds like water is dripping and then it sounds like metal on metal scraping against each other. We had to keep the tv on volume 45 to not be able to hear that sound. Around 6am after I couldn't sleep due to the sounds, I turned the tv off and that's when the utility closet started going insane and it was over, we couldn't sleep, we were pissed. Thinking why would anyone pay money for this room? We finally were able to get some sleep at 9:30, when we woke back up it was 10:30 and we had to rush to meet checkout time at 11am. We went down to checkout and the lady who helped us didn't even want to hear what we had to say about our room, she just said "yea I can only give you a 15% discount" and proceeded to not even give us the 15% discount. I will never book here again and If you ever get room 1014 just know you won't be able to sleep and the hotel doesn't care and they are aware of the problem but continue to book people for that room.

Yelp
Was looking for a hotel close to Franklin/kaiser. Rated 4 star and good reviews and it delivered. Also the restaurant located inside I believe El gratro Italian restaurant ( the cat lady) , the Italian restaurant is amazing and got to meet the Italian Chief! Also service was exceptional! Will be returning.

Yelp
This was our first stay at the Warwick. On first impression it's lovely. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are stylish and clean. I'm did not see the same uncleanliness the other reviewers saw. The room has an accessible sink, shower, and peep hole in the door. Unfortunately the staff was not so friendly with the exception of the valet. Speaking of the valet, there is no parking for this hotel unless you valet, find a meter, or drive around for a lot where you will also pay and is not very close when loading/unloading luggage. The valet fee per day is $35 a day. I highly suggest using the parking lot diagonally across the street for $15 a day. The rooftop pool was nice for my kids. It is pretty small (not a complaint) and the view is beautiful. Some of the tiles were chipping off the pool but didn't bother my kids. We did bring our dog. There is another fee you have to pay when you get there if you bring a pet. It's a $50 non refundable deposit. FYI. We did not try out the restaurant but they do give you free drink tickets when you check in. In the morning they have free hot coffee downstairs. Finally, the beds are small. We got two queen sized beds. We have two small kids and we are average sized adults and we were squished! There are a few kids channels on the tv but no Nick jr. or Disney jr. Overall we would probably stay here again but there were definitely aspects that were lacking.

Yelp
When we booked our first visit to Denver, the Warwick seemed great based on their site. I tend to take reviews with a grain of salt, but we probably should have taken the Yelp reviews into more consideration and stayed elsewhere. We knew our flight would arrive early, so I had called ahead to see if we could either arrange early check in or leave our luggage safely at the front desk. The man on the phone who I spoke with was very curt and said they don't offer those options, but we could see when we arrive if staff could assist. Luckily, when we arrived, there was a room ready so we didn't have to chance leaving out stuff. Rooms were subpar -- carpets were dirty, walls were scuffed, ventilation was loud, AC seemed to be off from what the thermostat showed, no toiletries were provided apart from hand soap and TP. We understand many hotels do not have housekeeping routinely, but when I asked for someone to change our trash bin on our 4th day, the front desk woman said I needed to have requested it before 11am. James (I think his name was) suggested placing the trash bag in the hall outside of our room and then offered to go up and take our trash out. When we returned, there was no liner/bag replacing the removed trash, so we had to request this. We didn't take advantage of the free drink vouchers or other amenities while there. Location is good, but just didn't meet expectations based on advertising.

Yelp
Good experience but like many things, flawed. Prices are not worth what you get. For the basic room being $320/night, you do not get an extra blanket or even the basic bathroom items like pump soap and skin moisturizer. Bathroom also has the dreaded shampoo-conditioner 2-in-1 and incredibly cheap thin toilet paper. I would re-rate this room to $200 a night if possible for what I received. Great location central to the city. Great blackout curtains. Just not 4-5 star hotel like proposed; use and provide quality items if this is the quality hotel you claim to be. 7.8/10, would return if cheaper knowing what I know.

Yelp
Do not be Fooled by the images on all those online Sites trying to sell this place. It's dirty. The people are nice who work there but the owners do not care at all about the appearance or cleanliness. These images below say enough. Not to mention all the trash and homeless people all around this location.

Yelp
I paid over $200 a night for a room with a balcony that was unusable because of the noise of the obnoxious air conditioning. I asked to be moved to another room which they said they would do and we packed up all our belongings and put them in storage and then when we tried to check into said room they said nothing was available, so back to the original noisy room. DO NOT STAY HERE.... I have stayed in hostels better than this.

Yelp
I had the opportunity to stay here during my visit to Denver right before the pandemic and was very impressed with my stay. Everything was delightful from the friendly staff to the delicious restaurant to the spacious conference rooms to the beautiful decor. It truly exceeded expectations and was also conveniently located nearby many sites that I wanted to visit in Denver. Unfortunately, Randolph's no longer exists - which was one of my favorite hotel restaurants with excellent food at very reasonable prices, however I'll be sure to try Gattara on my next visit to this hotel. The room I stayed at was very clean and extremely spacious. I liked the all the tiny details they put into making the room feel more upscale and making my stay more comfortable. The spacious balcony was also a great feature, giving plenty of space to enjoy fresh air. Overall, excellent hotel and I'd definitely stay here again.

Yelp
I stayed here for about a week and enjoyed my experience. While checking in, Hanica at the front desk gave me two options: option 1 was to be placed in a room with a balcony (which I requested) on a floor that was filled or, knowing that I am a light sleeper, option 2 was to be moved to a room without a balcony on one of the emptier floors with the ability to move to a room with a balcony a few days later. I opted for option 2 because lord knows I needed sleep. A few minutes after I got to my room, I heard a knock on my door, a bottle of champagne was sent to my room as an early birthday gift. Talk about customer service! It seems like some of the previous feedback shared here were implemented. Since I had eight days' worth of experience, I'll just cut to the chase and share my pros and cons. COVID precautionary measures: - masks are required throughout the hotel - rooms are sanitized in between visitors - no daily housekeeping - social distancing in effect in the lobby and restaurant - no more than 4 persons allowed in the elevator - sanitizing stations set up in the lobby and in the elevators Pros: - Spacious rooms - Beautiful views - Friendly maintenance and hotel staff (special shoutout to Hanica) - Huge, comfortable bed - Standalone shower and tub - Gattara restaurant and staff - Lots of nearby restaurants and bars - Mimosas - Nice location Cons: - Urban retreat fee and urban retreat fee taxes - while I am not opposed to the hotel charging a daily fee of $18 - which covers a host of amenities (see list taken from their website) - perhaps they should have a list of these items posted in the rooms (I didn't know that there's a complimentary drink coupon to Randolph's bar (no idea where this bar is) or that it covered access to the rooftop pool - I tried to get to the rooftop bar but my card didn't grant me access). - After 11 a.m., you have to resort to drinking coffee from your room's keurig. I drink coffee all day every day so I resorted to daily walks to the 711 to get my caffeine fix. - Very minor but no seasonal coffee flavors :( Urban Retreat fee covers: Complimentary Standard Wi-Fi Throughout the Hotel Complimentary Access to the Newly Renovated Rooftop Pool and Sundeck (towels are provided) Complimentary Access to the Fitness Centre Complimentary Use of the Lobby Computer Complimentary Bottled Water Available at Front Desk Complimentary Drink Each Day in Randolph's Bar, Coupons Redeemable From 5:00 to 7:00 pm, one Coupon Per Adult Guest Per Day Complimentary Coffee and Tea in Our Lobby From 5:00 am to 10:30 am Daily Complimentary Bikes (subject to availability)

Yelp
Update: Chris the manager reached out to us to rectify the situation. He offered us a $70 credit for food. So we ate at the Gattara downstairs and decided it's not for us. The gnocchi trifoliate and the chicken Marsala are the exact same sauce and it's gross. We happened to accidentally leave $100 in shampoo and razors. When calling them they didn't have our things but later returned our call that our shampoo and conditioner was found. The other female manager assured me they would refund me the $25 it cost to replace my razor. We later decided to call to see if instead of cash we could use the pool Mon/Tues. I'm which they turned us down. We ended up having to get into. Hotel again and decided to go to Warwick because they took care is us the first time. Well, second stay we have had the same issues. Keys not working, no blankets... decided to reach back out to Chris about the $25 we were to get back. I left a voicemail to return my call and I've yet to hear back. Luckily the egg I've out drink tickets for your stay so we spent most the time in the bar. The bartenders are pretty rad and the pool is great. Have to give a shout-out to Alex the pool pee tester. My boys loved Alex and seeing him daily to hug and high five. He was about the best part of our stay. Always joking and playing around w the boys and joking about pee in the pool. We really enjoyed him and think he made our stay bearable .

Yelp
The Warwick hotel in downtown Denver is a decent hotel when it's all said and done. Pros: Location, Price, Clean rooms, Rooms with balconies, The rooms are on the larger side, Consistent availability, Older hotel (the property has character), Restaurant on site (which I didn't try) Cons: The lobby smells bad (it has a moldy smell that doesn't seem to get resolved), The noise level which I believe is caused by neighboring tenants closing their doors, Paid parking at roughly $30 per night As previously mentioned, Warwick hotel in downtown Denver is a decent hotel when it's all said and done. If you're not sensitive to bad smells and you're looking for a decent option downtown, Warwick is a decent, reliable option.

Yelp
Jan' 2024 \\ We did a mystery weekend getaway and this is where we were sent. We didn't know until a week before our arrival date. Threw a dart at the board and the dart landed at the Warwick in Denver. My girlfriends & I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and provided many suggestions for things to do around downtown. They even provided complimentary bottles of water to help avoid the $6 ones that are in your hotel room. The ac/heater in our room was not working properly - the one in the living room worked fine but the one in the bedroom stayed on heat and would not stop blowing hot air; we had to keep the window and balcony door cracked (at 27°F) so that we wouldn't roast. The bed and sofa couch were comfortable. The room itself was fine. The bathroom was big & spacious. The water in the shower would shift between hot/warm/cold - it was not consistent, kinda like the ac/heat unit.... so we had to rush to get our showers taken. The roof top pool is warm & the views of the skyline and the buildings showing their one-of-a-kind architecture is stunning. The hotel is not exactly convenient to Union Station, about a mile walk away - so if we were to stay in Denver again, I don't know if we'd stay at the hotel again - due to location, not due to the hotel. The Warwick was just fine.

Yelp
Centrally located in the heart of Denver, the Warwick boasts a rooftop pool, lobby restaurant and bar, and welcoming staff. We have been coming here for years and this hotel gets better with age. The Gattara restaurant is perfect for families and couples alike. The staff has met our every need over our 12 day stay. It truly is a reflection of the Warwick group!

Yelp
Not amazing - not completely terrible. The place is trying, it seems. The cons - There were multiple items/amenities that were advertised when booking and on their website that we were told were unavailable. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between staff members on policies, schedules, etc. They only have 1 valet at a time (and they also service the attached restaurant). We lost our dinner reservation for our anniversary due to having to wait on the valet (that we called 15 minutes before leaving our room). Multiple areas of our room seemed worn and broken (see photos of bedspread, fire detector, stains, droopy balcony). Speaking of the balcony - our view overlooked the valet parking lot behind the hotel and the street on the other side was packed with unhoused folks. They didn't bother us, but we saw some scenes play out that aren't the best for little ones. The pros - We ended up requesting a few items (more than 2 regular-sized feather pillows for our king size bed, for instance), and the staff was quick to accommodate where they could. The restaurant, Gattara, was delicious. A little pricey but definitely worth it. You get a drink ticket per day you're there for a well drink or beer/house wine. The location isn't bad if you're getting out and driving each day. The valet isn't expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Summary - Wouldn't stay again, especially at the price, unless more renovations are done + amenities are on par. It currently has a "nice Best Western" feel to it.

Yelp
This place is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at especially for a staycation in Denver. The front desk and management are so nice and respectful. They went out of there way to make sure I had an amazing stay with my husband and made sure I was taken care of. The rooms are really nice and cleaned well. The restaurant was incredible as the food was very fresh and the chef came out and made sure we were happy with everything. I love it when the back out house comes out and checks on us because it means they actually care. I will definitely be staying here again when I need a break. I also got a chance to meet the General Manager Chad when I visited and he is really a nice guy who went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. The hotel is in amazing shape and the energy here is just one of a kind. Thank you again CeCe and the team for making this one of my fav places to stay.

Yelp
I stayed at the Warwick for one night while in town for a meeting. The front desk person was friendly when I checked in. She gave me a drink ticket, which I didn't end up using. My room was larger than today's normal king size room. Love the balcony which gives you access to fresh air, and it was so nice to see Denver skyline. Bathroom was a bit squished but worked just fine. This is the first time staying at a hotel that didn't use the shower curtain rods that curve out, so it felt a bit smaller than other hotels showers. The bed was a little too soft for me, but blankets were comfortable. Heat didn't work very well so I slept with socks on. Not too big of a deal. I did find corn nuts on the carpet, which was a little odd. You would think the cleaning staff would see that. I ate breakfast at their restaurant before walking to my meeting and the food was delicious. Price was right for this hotel.

Yelp
No AC in the middle of July: lied to us saying they were working on it but I found out it's been broken for 2 weeks. We pay a lot yet can't eat our own food at the pool area. Staff generally treats us like a nuisance. Not a good stay at all.

Yelp
I have to say I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but wow the staff is legit amazing, accommodating, friendly, helpful, courteous, attentive, really felt like 5 star luxury resort treatment. The atmosphere of restaurant and bar is great and quality of food is also fantastic. The hotel is an older building so might have a few minor cosmetic blemishes but nothing major. And the rooftop pool is stunning. I really enjoyed my stay and hope the staff knows how much I appreciated all their small acts of kindness that made it all a wonderful experience. They give you 1 free drink per night during your stay as well, I mean come on just begging me to book here again. lol :)

Yelp
Great location, friendly helpful staff. Balconies are available. This place is very reasonably priced so it makes up for its delay in updated decor . I upgraded my room option to the highest available so it was not a standard room..... it had a very spacious living room/dining area, 1 1/2 bathrooms which was perfect . A balcony from one end to the other which was fabulous . A mini fridge is in room , a one person jacuzzi tub and a superman shower meaning very tight space LOL. They are in desperate need of a renovation , but it was still perfect for the four days I was in town. The room service option was TRASH and I recommend leaving the hotel for food. Valet was always prompt and accessible. I would stay here again just for the balcony, which is why I even stayed here.
