We stayed, as a family, for 9 nights at the beginning of June. I haven't travelled Fiji before, so I'm unsure if some of these things are normal. My comparison is based on extensive travel through Asia. |Pros : |*Beautiful Foyer/ arrival once turning into hotel (we stopped at Naviti and the entrance wasn't as beautiful as The Warwick) |*Always seats available for meals, we never had to wait |*Decent sized room and bathroom |*Lots of activities - including Kayaking/ Paddleboarding, fish feeding, Kava bowl making, hat making, tie dying shirts, Rugby, tennis and aqua aerobics. |*Great fun vibe around the pool when activies staff were using the microphone to interact with guests. |*2 shops on-site to purchase souvenirs and snacks (no drinks available) |Cons: |*A long drive from the airport (almost 2 hours) |*Pool turned more and more green over our time there - to point you couldn't swim in it. |*Bad communication between staff - we had a package deal and we missed out on multiple activities due to poor communication, with no compensation or apology. |*Organised activies sometimes cancelled with no notice or acknowledgement |*Construction work in the room directly above the spa - whol massage was spent listening to the loud noise above. Not relaxing at all.|*The beds are very small and not comfortable. |Staff highlights: |Mr Knox in activities and Naomi at reception, also fabulous young man at the pool bar delivering drinks - we loved when he would get on the microphone and sing. All exceptional at their jobs. |Overall I would say its a beautiful resort, but needs work. Definitely ask for an upgraded room. I would recommend purchasing an all inclusive package as restaurants/ bars are very expensive. |Be wary when finalising your bill, there was added extras on ours that we did not sign for and they couldn't produce receipts.

Beautiful resort. Excellent food. Amelia, at the restaurants made sure we were comfortable & happy every time we were there. |We had a lot of fun with the activities & Alipate & his team were very entertaining & enthusiastic.|Rooms were clean. Pools were excellent. |All the staff were extremely accommodating. |We had all meals included, which is a good thing as food & drinks are quite pricy, but it is a resort after all. |A little far from the airport, but well worth the trip.

Our stay at the Warwick was packed with all the Fiji feels. It’s about a 2-hour scenic drive from the airport, and once we arrived, it was total island mode. We had a spacious ocean-view room with a balcony that opened up to the most beautiful views. There was a bit of a weird smell in the bathroom, but the rest of the room made up for it. The staff were amazing—so kind and always happy to help. Breakfast each morning was delicious, but just a heads-up: food at the resort can get pricey. If you can, go for the all-inclusive or credit package—it’s worth it. Wicked Walu was the spot—right on the water, with fresh seafood, live music, and views that made dinner magical. We even saw baby sharks while eating! We spent hours swimming and snorkeling right from the beach. The water’s crystal clear, and there’s sea life everywhere. Pure Fiji magic 🐠✨

The kids club was amazing. Lots of room, good play areas and fun activities. Kids (6/8/10yo) wanted to go - which is great. The room needed some renovations (bit old) but were comfortable. The bathroom had a ‘lottery shower’, meaning it was hot one minute then cold the next. Room attendants often forgot to resupply our towels and give complimentary water each day. One day we ran out of toilet paper. The resort was lovely. Beautiful grounds and pools. Perfect location. Lovely staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Dinner was good (not the buffet - over priced for offerings and quality). Kids dinners need to be reconsidered - not much to choose from and not really for the Australian kid’s tastes.

Good things first: Great location and fantastic staff. Fijian people are among the kindest people on the planet, and the staff at Fiji Warwick is no exception. The location on the coral coast is great and the snorkeling from the beach was good. The visibility was rather low due to the rainy reason, but snorkeling was still absolutely worth it a few hours around high tide. Because this was (the end of) the rainy season, it was not busy, and no snorkeling tours on the outer reef were available from the local dive/snorkel operator because there were not enough people signing up. All water activities close at low tide, so look up the tide times if this is high priority for you. The downsides: Our room was run down and had an annoying moldy smell. I think it came from the air conditioning system. The hotel is being renovated, so this may improve in the near future, but the old rooms are far from 5-star quality. Due to the renovation works, the Japanese restaurant was operating on the terrace with limited menu options. Note that the very good Wicked Walu seafood restaurant is adults only. The Warwick website does not really show this clearly, so it was a surprise to us. Food and drink prices are in general very high, so if you care about good food, be prepared to spend a lot of money and/or go elsewhere if you have your own transport (there are really no local alternatives).

Absolutely beautiful resort. Everything you could ever need is here. Swim up pool bar in one area and an adults only pool on the other side. Both have food and drink options. There are also 2 x large shops and a travel agency on site. Large beautiful entry with full games area, tennis courts, and squash courts along with kids center, pool tables and gaming area. Gym and 3 restaurants on site with cocktail bar upper level. Rooms are spacious with great views. I recommend getting the "all inclusive" option it is definitely worth it. Menu is expensive without it. Drinks are pricey but they do have different happy hours across the two pools and cocktail bar. Swimming and snorkeling straight out front of resort. Staff are absolutely amazing, we will definitely be coming back!!!

We were a family of 6 adults staying for 10 nights in 3 separate rooms (including a suite). After booking this holiday some time ago we became a little apprehensive after reading some of the recent mixed reviews. Let me say from the outset however that our fears were unfounded and we had an absolutely fabulous time.||All of our rooms were in the renovated section and were clean, new and lovely. Yes sometimes the showers were only warm rather than hot, and we had a couple of issues with a door lock, but these were only minor issues and were quickly rectified. The suite was very spacious with a separate sitting area and large bathroom, and came with the bonus of accessing the Warwick Club each afternoon for afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks and canapes - which were free flowing and tasty.||We had some rain during our stay but used those days to utilise the spa or travel to Singatoka, or do other excursions. The activities staff also do a great job of keeping everyone occupied on wet days. ||Adult pool area was great (and quiet) and we had no issues getting sun lounges either around the pool or on the beach, depsite the resort being totally full due to school holidays. We never waited at any bar for drinks. Our (adult) children loved the local cats and dog which hung out there every day.||We tried every restaurant in the resort, and were not disappointed with any of them. Yes it can get expensive if you are adding bottles of wine, but most of the meals were not that much more expensive than you pay in Australia. Beef was bit more expensive ($50AUD roughly for a steak) but there are plenty of cheaper options on the menus. Even at Wicked Walu (which is a must do experience) there were mains available for around the $30-35AUD mark. We didn't have an issue booking into any of the restaurants, even if it was same day, but we did have to take later bookings if we did not get in early.||Snorkelling was fantastic and directly off the beach in front of the resort but take your own mask and snorkel - limited supplies were available at the resort and you could only have them for 30 minutes. We found we didn't need reef shoes.||So yes the resort was lovely but what will have us coming back next year are the people. The staff are just beautiful, happy and wonderful people who look after you like family. To Seriana, Wame, Ben, Wana, Ma, Iffy, Aliparte, Asela, King David, Epile and everyone else - thank you for making our stay so very special.||All in all it was one of the best family holidays we have had!

My partner and I stayed here for 8 nights The staff were absolutely incredible, so accommodating and were really helpful. The Warwick Club had amazing staff members who would go above and beyond. The location was great, a bit of a drive from the airport but was cool to see the scenery. You could swim in the ocean pretty much daily and low tide explore the coral. Resort has plenty of activities to do and sporting equipment. We were lucky and had a renovated room, the only problem was it smelt really bad in the bathroom, like sewage. Has snorkeling but hardly any snorkels available.
