Warwick Geneva

I didn’t get many photos here unfortunately but the hotel was clean, rooms were a good size and staff were great. The only slight downside was the air conditioning wouldn’t work properly in our room which left it quite warm at night but definitely didn’t ruin our experience here. I would definitely recommend getting the train to/from the airport as the station is straight across from the hotel.

I had a great stay, the staff is incredible, special thanks to Maeva always with a positive attitude and greeting us everyday for our 10 days stay. |The breakfast is great, lots of choices. The room was nice, quite hot but there is a strict Geneva law which doesn’t allow the hotel to go lower on the temperature, as we’re from the US this is a big issue for us. |But the main thing about this hotel is the location which is perfect. |Would def recommend!!!

We were immediately greeted by Lucia, she was so nice and respectful and spoke to us in Portuguese, which made us feel at home. Lucia made us happier even though we were tired and made us a lot of good suggestions around the city and where to go have dinner. The hotel was just outside the train station which made it so convenient. It’s a great location. To go to the city center it’s so close. The room was amazing and very clean, it had a perfect view when you step out into the balcony. Although the room was great, when we arrived after check in time the room was not ready. I have to say, it was dissapointing at first but the staff made up for that with their kindness, 3 free drinks at the bar and a late checkout! One of the best experiences I had in a hotel. My friends said the same. Thank you Lucia and everyone for making our stay so perfect.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s right outside the train station and is conveniently located near everything we wanted to see in Geneva. Highly recommend especially if traveling on a budget.

Couldn't fault the hotel at all during our stay, however when we left we were supposed to get our deposit back. However, a few days after returning from our holiday I realised that I had been charged the deposit fee. I'm 100% sure this was a mistake on the hotels behalf as we left the rooms spotless and treated them with complete respect. I have sent numerous emails to try and receive clarification as to why I have been charged but had no response. This is completely unacceptable as they operate 24 hour reception service.

The rooms were wonderful. One of the few hotels that accommodate US voltage and charging connections in the rooms. Spacious Rooms. The concierge (Omar) and hotel reception staff (Clone) were excellent and very accommodating to me as a 1st time visitor from the US. The beds and pillows are the best I've ever slept on. The pillow type options were an added bonus.

We stayed in The Warwick Geneva in April 2024 while celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary. We received a room upgrade to lake view room giving us a stunning view on waking each day! Staff were warm and friendly and could not have done enough to help. Breakfast was the best selection I have ever seen and we looked forward to it every morning. We had dinner in the restaurant and again had a delicious meal with excellent service. The hotel is easy to find, just across from the train station but within easy walking distance of the lake and many visitor attractions.|Our visit to Geneva was perfect, such a stunning city, clean, extremely interesting and the people were helpful and friendly. We are already planning a return visit.

We stayed in December. Not sure why some people were complaining about the room size. We found it spacious and the room and bathroom were clean. Very convenient that it's next to the train station! Staff were helpful and we loved the chocolate they gave us when we checked out. 😃
