Very disappointing experience, mainly due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the front desk staff, especially considering that we booked two rooms for 7 nights.
First, upon arrival during check-in, we requested assistance with our luggage. We had six large suitcases, and the staff told us that the bellman was “not available” and simply asked us to carry the luggage ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category and price point.
Second, despite being two guests in one room, we were provided with only one bottle of water per night. When we requested additional water, we were told to contact the restaurant and pay for it. Charging hotel guests for basic drinking water is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor hospitality standards. Water is the most basic service a hotel can offer its guests.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor service attitude, and absence of basic hospitality made our stay frustrating. This is not the level of service expected from a hotel like Warwick, and we will seriously reconsider staying here again.
