Wasteland

I had a positive experience at the thrift store, largely due to the friendly demeanor of the customer service team. They were welcoming and attentive, making my visit enjoyable. The store itself stood out with its cleanliness and organization; everything was neatly arranged and easy to navigate, which is often not the case in typical thrift stores. However, I did find that the prices on the clothing items were a bit on the higher side compared to what I would usually expect from a thrift shop. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, even if the clothing prices were a little steep.

It has a lot of nice pieces of cloathing, mostly designer pieces like Dolce and Gabbana, Givenchy, Channel and others more alternative. The also have a cool jewellery selection. For the most part all the clothing is +$50

I did have a normal experience at store, but, when I called to ask to put an item on hold for me, the woman hang up the phone before I give her my name. Ps.: They do have the policy to put items on hold, so I was not asking anything out of the ordinary.

I sold my well loved and used designer items here and the process was easy and seamless. I haven't bought stuff here yet but I'll definitely come back to buy and sell.

What an amazing find on my recent trip! I found a really cool KIDSUPER jacket but I was not ready to invest...it had matching pants too. This is a great spot to get designer brands if you're into more than what you can find at Buffalo Exchange. I've found stuff at BE, but when I'm ready, definitely revisiting WL to get more edgy outfits.

I sell clothes here all the time. Everyone that works here is very professional and knowledgeable. They provide me with a lot of info about brands and history behind some of them. The store sells really wild stuff. Love the place

I've sold here mostly and rarely buy but I have a great success on offloading things I no longer use or see value in. The staff is stylish, friendly and efficient. You have to know what they are buying for season and style wise. Having designer labels definitely helps and if they have comparable items in regards to pricing, aesthetic and authentication. Overall no qualms or complaints. I'm happy Wasteland is still around as it's quintessential SF and was here even before the mainstream resale spotlight you see everywhere.

If you love designer resale shops this place is a must. Purchased some great finds this weekend. Definitely recommend and I definitely will return on my next trip to San Francisco.
