This was Absolutely Beautiful and loved the art and architecture of everything. The size and mass of some things are so impressive. Such a great stop on the temple quest and must be added to your go to list for temples. Feels very spiritual and i highly recommend!

Quiet and peaceful temple. The architecture is beautiful and it feels like a trip to ancient times. Feels sacred and serene. You can just sit inside the temple for a while to calm the mind down.

As a history enthusiast, I really loved this place. You can put your wishes on the lamp and hang them up, pour water on the Buddha through rope and pray to the deities.

Wat Lok Moli is one of Chiang Mai’s hidden gems, offering a perfect blend of history, beauty, and tranquility. The ancient brick chedi at the back is over 500 years old and has a quiet charm that makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The wooden viharn at the front is beautifully decorated in classic Lanna style, with intricate carvings and rich details. It’s less crowded than many other temples, so you can wander slowly, take photos, or simply sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The temple grounds are clean, shaded, and lovingly cared for, making it a wonderful spot for both spiritual reflection and cultural appreciation. A must-see for history lovers visiting Chiang Mai.

It is a very beautiful temple and many people come to pray for blessings. It is a famous temple in Chiang Mai that tourists like to visit. This was my first time visiting this temple.

We visited this temple which was near our hotel. There is an old stupa at the back of the shrine hall. It is lit up at night and looks nice. The shrine hall was peaceful and quiet.

Beautifully decorated temple and very serene inside. The art work on the ceiling is worth coming to look at on it's own. Free to enter but be respectful and cover your shoulders and legs. Too many female tourists not doing the right thing. Show respect.

One of my favorite temples in Chiangmai to absorb the Buddhist holiness and calmness. It was so peaceful when I visited last time with very few people walking around. I guess it was the day before Songkran ceremony so most Buddhist would pay a visit the following days. Hope to get back and pay my highest respect to the Buddha statues there again.
