Very unique purple temple with big black Scorpio out front and a skywalk over looking Burma! You can park down the hill at the temple for ฿10 and take a shuttle up for ฿30 but I did see cars and scooters alike getting all the way to the top. Keep in mind that if you take the shuttle they do start you from the back . I kept looking for the scorpion temple and I didn’t see it until I got up to the skywalk and then I understood that I was brought from the back instead of the front. This is definitely one of Thailand‘s most unique temples as there’s a lot to do and explore and the location of it is very unique. There are cafés and restaurants here as well. The skywalk is 50 baht and I highly suggest you do it.

one of the iconic place in Chiang rai, it is located near the border. You need to go to the top of the hill. it is alo known as purple pagoda.

Beautiful temple compound, lots of sculptures, lots of visitors alike, including piligrims. Views are great from there 360° to both Thai and Myanmar sides of border, with mint picturesque views on the Burmese side. Well worth visiting fir a good view and good photo, let along the chance to walk on their glass skywalk.

Beautiful purple color decorate temple near the border of Myanmar and Thai. The wax monks display in the temple are so real, amazing art work, worth the trip to check out the north point and this temple when you in the area. Skywalk was nice view and chill with nice breeze.

Good experience coming up here to see interesting stuffs. There is a skywalk available for a fee. The main stair is closed for renovation. You would have to use the road, which is not recommended for pedestrians. The round trip transportation would cost 30 bath. This is recommended. Not much parking space onsite.
