Staying at this hot springs hotel in Beitou was such a relaxing and memorable experience! The location is peaceful yet convenient — just a short walk from the MRT station, making it easy to get around.The highlight was definitely the private hot spring bath in the room — so soothing and perfect after a long day of exploring. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.The surrounding area is beautiful too, with lush greenery and natural hot spring parks nearby. This hotel is a perfect escape for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the unique charm of Beitou. Highly recommended!

I have just checked-out this hotel. It was a wonderful & memorable stay, all the staff are friendly & helpful. They are efficient in fixing any issue, too. I made a small feedback to the cleanliness of the room. The staff was apologetic about it and made arrangements to change my room immediately. The room is spacious and some complainted about smell in the room, I understand why, because of the sulfuric hot spring water which I found that it is one of the best mineral for hot spring. Will definitely come back here again and recommend my friends to stay here. Thank you!

We walked in without a reservation on a Friday afternoon and booked a private bath for two. It was possible to add one extra person for TWD 400, which was convenient. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The hotel seems relatively new, so everything felt clean and well maintained. The private bath was relaxing and came with all the essentials: shampoo, body wash, lotion, hairdryer, towel, and a bottle of water. Just remember to bring your own skincare products. For the public bath, walk-in price is TWD 780, but you can find vouchers on Klook or KKday for TWD 680 – so it’s a bit cheaper if you book online. The price for private baths is the same whether you book online or walk in.

Near the park and walking distance 10 mins walk from the station if you don’t mind a bit ramp. I think the room is good for couple but not family. Make it difficult when insisting adding bed. Staff is helpful when adding extra bed, with bedstead instead of tatami which cost 1000 per night.

Excellent location with only 5 minutes walk to MRT Xinbeitou station. Besides, plenty of interests places such as Hot Spring Museum, Beitou Library, Thermal Valley, Beitou Park and so forth are nearby. The room itself is very good indeed, a very comfortable bed, clean and tidy, delicious breakfast, warm and helpful staff. All make you feel good and very relaxing.Regarding to the hot spring, no matter for private and public bath are very clean and fantastic. We spent 2 nights there and really enjoy this stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel did not meet my expectations. • There was no laundry service available. • The breakfast portions were extremely small — even a child would not be full. The meat portion was only about one-fifth of a regular chicken leg. • The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt dark and gloomy. • The bathroom lacked privacy as it was fully transparent. • There was only one elevator, and it was very small. • The toilet did not have a temperature control system. • No bathrobes were provided, which was disappointing for a hot spring hotel.Overall, I found the hotel to be poor value for money.

Booked 3 rooms for the entire family and staying 3 days 2 nights. The rooms are very poorly designed. Example: there is no proper wardrobe for hanging your clothes. Just a small cupboard to fit in a set of clothes. No hangers. The bathroom has a curtain to block the view from the bed for privacy, but all other panels of the glass wall are transparent, so what’s the purpose of the curtain. The shower is right beside the toilet bowl which means after the shower, the toilet seats, floor around it, toilet paper will all be wet. I really feel that the General Manager + the designer of the room should be fired. No common sense in designing the room. Air conditioning is very poor. Although every detail might seem like a small matter but when you stack it up, it’s really a disappointing experience. Do not recommend anyone to visit this place. I was thinking very hard to find something positive about this hotel, even the price is not cheap for such a stay.

Used a voucher, no additional cost on a Friday night. Room wasn't like a fancy hotel room that I expected. It is cozy and cute. Big bathroom, almost as big as the room. Bathtub could be bigger, like a square shape instead of a rectangle shape. Quality amenities in the room, makes it feels nicer and classy. Found a long hair on the bed and lipstick stain on the cup, that was the little downside.
