Water House

This is the first time I visited Bei Tou so would like to experience the Onsen with 1 night stay there.This hotel’s location is slightly away from the train station with about 10 mins walk. But the distance is acceptable with nice view along the way towards Hotel. I picked this room type as it has window right next to the Onsen. So we can enjoy the Onsen with sunlight and scenic view (if you care about privacy issue, then you gonna use the curtain). With the breakfast provided in the package, we can continue to enjoy the Onsen before check out time.Overall, the room is clean and tidy. We will recommend this hotel to others.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always has patience to help while we were trying to park our car here. Room is a bit small and quite noisy when someone is walking of the room door. Breakfast is awesome !! Can refill the coffee if you enjoy theirs.

Was looking forward to this stay as it was my first visit to Beitou. and looking at the review rating at 8.8. thinking this should be a good place to stay. Check in Relatively late around 6pm which is their check in time stating on the official website. Thinking maybe they need more time to clean up the Rooms. And i was disappointed when i checked in. I know the room type that i booked, chances there won’t be view. but that is ok. but the room cleanliness is far from what reviewed. Toilet area walls are with mould and painting is peeling off. Shower head is too dirty to accept. As i have a long day after hiking at Yangmingshan. i’m just too tired to request for any room change since it just for a night, i settle with cleaning myself. 1/10 for cleanliness.Service Staff are attentive and super friendly Will greet you whenever they see you. Hot spring is normal, with 3 pools , 42 / 38 / 28 Degree C temperatures. no Steam room and sauna room. Breakfast taste super good, and fresh. (Although it’s a pre-settled manual) no buffet style for this hotel. 8/10 for food and service The room is at 4,800 TWD for this period. it really consider expensive. might get a better deal elsewhere.

It was a short stay, but it was truly refreshing. The staff were kind, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The public bath also had a calm ambiance, and I was able to enjoy it comfortably.

Rooms are clean and Onsen in the room were great! Check in timing is 6pm which is way later than average check in or 2pm-3pm. Service staffs were abit unfriendly.

I have just checked-out this hotel. It was a wonderful & memorable stay, all the staff are friendly & helpful. They are efficient in fixing any issue, too. I made a small feedback to the cleanliness of the room. The staff was apologetic about it and made arrangements to change my room immediately. The room is spacious and some complainted about smell in the room, I understand why, because of the sulfuric hot spring water which I found that it is one of the best mineral for hot spring. Will definitely come back here again and recommend my friends to stay here. Thank you!

Comfortable stay with private onsen bath. Breakfast was delicious too! Walkable distance to major attractions in beitou.

Staying at this hot springs hotel in Beitou was such a relaxing and memorable experience! The location is peaceful yet convenient — just a short walk from the MRT station, making it easy to get around.The highlight was definitely the private hot spring bath in the room — so soothing and perfect after a long day of exploring. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.The surrounding area is beautiful too, with lush greenery and natural hot spring parks nearby. This hotel is a perfect escape for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the unique charm of Beitou. Highly recommended!
